C. P.Surprised to see some negative reviews after the experience I have just had. Ordered a surfboard and had an issue with the order. This company couldn't have done more to help me. The level of service I received was excellent and I'll be ordering again shortly because of that. Thank you to Jessica who I was dealing with directly.
W. M.Good company to deal with. All it took was a phone call to check if they had the kayak in stock, and 5 minutes online to place my order. The kayak was delivered the next day.
I just wish the guy on the phone was more friendly to his customers and not so abrupt. Also they should provide confirmation that the item was dispatched so I can wait at home instead of assuming that it was going to arrive. That is why I gave them 4*
