Just nipped quickly see if I can sort out my constant problems with army armament m1911 mag, after a replacement gun leaking gas like the previous one(not from bomb up, it was online retailers could have maybe been avoided if I came in store to buy my secondary) a staff member was happy to quickly look give me a few factors to consider before trying to get it replaced/sending it again and he even tightened and well oiled the gun! Will definitely be back in store to buy my first primary, as I feel more comfortable here already for sure you guys clearly know what your into keep it up! 👍🏻

Visited the store today after pondering getting into airsoft for the past few years and finally decided to visit and ask for advice on getting started. The gents in store were absolutely brilliant and took the time to talk to me about where to start, gear, guns, sites and everything in between! Absolutely great bunch over at Bomb up...guided me and my son through starting airsoft even though we bought our guns from elsewhere (were bought for us) they have an enormous depth of experience and technical knowledge, very friendly and chatty and always happy to help in any way they can. Parking is easy, easy to find, great stock and good quality items sold. All in all I would highly recommend to anyone!!

Awesome shop, friendly helpful staff really welcoming and layed back. Plenty of stock in shop and they are also happy to order in any specific items. Very professional and outgoing. I have never had an issue even when my gun whent in for work they kept me up to date and informed me of what was needed and if I still wanted to go ahead with the work. They also run a pistol club for those who like the competition shooting which is also awesome 👍🏻 5***** all day

I do like this shop. Very friendly and helpful; unfortunately I think repairs can be slow due to them being to busy with all the rifs in waiting for repair. I sent a gun in for repair/mod and it wasn't looked at in 3 weeks so took it elsewhere. They don't seem to hold much new stock as most is ordered on demand so you don't get to try until it arrives. They do have plenty good used RIF's and accept trade ins which is great for those on a budget. Another good point is that they will allow you to test what your buying and chrono it for you while you watch. They are more like a 4.5 star but you can't enter a .5 star :)

Fantastic store, friendly and helpful. Will try their best to help you if your in a pinch and if your looking for something specific they will order it in for you. Techs in store know what they are on about and upgrades and services are reasonably priced. Looking for a new gun or a general chin wag about airsoft it's a great place in the north west to go.

These guys went above and beyond to sort me out when the pistol I wanted wasn't in stock. There are no words to describe Bomb Up and their amazing staff. Technicians are on point with upgrades and repairs. Customer service is of the top level, they can answer any question you have about Airsoft, or will get the answer for you. Can only give a 5 star, but would give 100. Anything from rifles to kit, they'll help with. Amazing.

Ordered a gun on 16th of October. Gun wouldn't be in stock for a while so I changed order shortly after to a new gun. It's now 26th of November and I still havnt got it yet. However they have been helpful with sorting out the changes and have even changed the mags I ordered for more expensive ones as they wouldn't be in stock either. Good customer service and friendly just not had a good experience with the delivery, hopefully a one off issue. Edit: when I finally got the gun it broke after a few games using the batteries recommended sounded like the gun shorted out smelt burning and saw a load of sparks.

Great group of guys, from my experience they know what they're talking about, Had them do some work on my ARES SR25 a while back after I'd messed up the rewiring and burnt the trigger board to a crisp. Have a VFC M40A5 Gas on order (Pain to find in the UK) from Denmark with them. I Spoke to Nick who got everything sorted. 5/5* For service would definitely recommend

Great shop! Bomb up airsoft is full of great staff and brilliant airsofting goods. It's ideal for anyone starting airsoft however it also caters for the more experienced players. It is most certainly worth a visit.

Weapons can be freely picked up to look at and hold and can even be tested out on a range.
