Bissy as hell as it was the xmass sales the que to pay went right around the store they need more tills in the shop to cope

The shop itself is great but sadly today the member of staff that assisted was clueless. Asked him about a trainer size if it was available, took the trainer off me and didn't get back to me until I approached him after nearly 15 minutes waiting. Eventually got the trainers, he said he would put them at the till for me. Continued shopping and then went to pay but the trainers still hadn't been brought over. My wife had to go looking for him and he had put the box down next to him and had clearly forgotten about them. She had to tell him that we were waiting on them. I know it was busy but the other assistants were busy too and managed to sort customers requests quickly. At the till there were 5 female assistants, one was serving and the other 4 were stood talking. Had to wait for them to finish before they carried on serving. The first male assistant was also chewing gum, not very professional. In all I spent over £200 in the shop, a less understanding customer would probably have walked out, I must admit I was tempted to.

Staff really friendly and quite a lot of choice. There seems much more space and items than the St Helens store. however I have always thought their prices are far too high but it depends what you are shopping for. A jacket I paid £100 for a present was reduced to £60 in St Helens which shows the mark up JD have as they can still make a profit on reduced items.

Only went in for a look, but got drawn in by a really nice Adidas tracksuit, so I ended up buying it. They've got some lovely stuff in at the moment.

Your employee Alex Brown, you should give him a raise. Why you ask? Because he is a rather nice fellow, oh and because he helps old women across the road on windy days. But really, I need him to have plenty of money for Leeds so I can mooch of him. I will only have enough bottled water and Belvita breakfast biscuits to last me 3 days, and I'm going early bird so we get a good spot and so we are out of the mud. Consider what I have said tho. I need this.
