Myself and my partner had such a welcoming and positive experience here. I cannot recommend this place enough! Both members of staff in-store were so attentive and accommodating for our running needs and helped us efficiently pick out the most suitable shoes using the Gait Analysis. Through tracking our running style on the treadmill in-store, the staff could pick out shoes that perfectly suited us. It is 100% worth coming here if you're a new runner (like me) and you have no clue where to start, because the staff here really know their stuff. I have had my first run in the new shoes and they feel super supportive ☺️ I cannot wait to keep up with the running and visit the store again when I'm in the area. Thank you Run Company!

Absolutely brilliant service today by Emma. She did a thorough gait analysis for me and showed me 5-6 excellent shoe options that were ideal for my slightly unbalanced gait. She was very knowledgeable and really showcased her expertise in helping me find the ideal running shoe. Can't wait to try them out in the gym! Highly recommended!

I was recommended to The Run Shop in Woking shop by a podiatrist & can't recommend them highly enough. Both members of staff, Karl & John, are friendly, helpful & extremely knowledgeable without being at all pushy. They took time to make sure I had the right trainers, including testing with insoles from the podiatrist & doing a full gait test on the shop's running/walking machine. Excellent service!

I visited last week with my PT's running club for an 'after hours shopping evening'. The team themselves are so lovely and welcoming, they were really knowledgeable about the trainer options, fitting the shoes, little tricks for making laces more comfortable etc. I think most of us used the gait analysis process, and it was really insightful. I love my new trainers, they fit beautifully and I'm so happy with my visit. Thanks so much to the team for looking after us! Edit after 6 weeks: unfortunately, the shoes I purchased were not right for me, and I was passed the return period. Relacing didn't help, they were incredibly uncomfortable to run in, made my entire feet numb and wouldn't recommend. Went to a different shop and have a pair I'm very happy with.

My 15 year-old sister wanted her first pair of running shoes and we visited Run Company Woking. I have bought shoes and kit here many times in the past and once again left the shop happy. My sister got a gait analysis and shoes she loves - she is still beaming a week later! The team at the Run Company are fantastic! They are friendly, really knowledgeable on all things running and the service is great every time I pop in. The shop stocks great quality kit, if you need anything from socks to shoes and head torches.

Booked a gait analysis appointment for my son last Saturday but ended up running late - we phoned the store and they could not have been more accommodating. Had a brilliant experience buying some shoes here for my incredibly awkward and injury prone feet. Staff were knowledgable, friendly and extremely helpful. The great staff allowed us in for a last minute gait analysis and fitting half an hour before close. The chap who handled my analysis seemed very knowledgeable and was likely an avid runner himself. I tried on several pairs of trainers following my analysis and I am very happy with them. Expect to pay around £120 for a pair of shoes in this place as of 2021.
