H. W.Was really surprised how good this store was. For it's size it's good a great range of products and is well laid out. Been looking for ages for a light weight Gillette and found it eventually here. The staff were so friendly and really enhanced our visit.

J.Knowing what I wanted but not knowing much about it, I needed a good ol' fashioned sales assistant who would fill in the details without trying to sell me the entire stock list, a warranty on everything and new truck to take it home (okay a bit over the top but you know what I mean) and in Milletts, she exists. Product knowledge, a cheery attitude, a sense of humour and willing to search the stock room for the right size. Sorted!

X. “. X.Rather cramped shop since moving from larger premises ( almost diagonally opposite) so can be awkward to navigate if there are too many other customers (and I mean only 2 or 3 others).
However the staff I dealt with were both very obliging, the young chap running back & forth to the stock room - not their fault I didn't buy anything; ironically, couldn't find the right item...
Would use Millets again, just not when they're remotely busy however!
