My partner and I took our 8 & 11 year old nephews. The atmosphere was great, really enthusiastic and encouraging. The hospitality was amazing with a warm welcome. Big Nick was our instructor and he was very patient with all of us and encouraging with our boys when they didn't stick the throw. We had an amazing time all around. 10/10 would recommend and will DEFINITELY be going back!

I tend to only leave reviews when I have had a bad experience as I lean towards the (cynical) view that good customer service should be expected, as businesses don't do things for free and should provide excellent service. It is the same reason I don't thank everyone I walk by in the street for not knocking me to the ground and giving me a thorough kicking!!! However in this instance there simply aren't enough superlatives in the dictionary for this establishment and its employees. Been in five times, once to enquire, twice to book and twice to throw, and each time found a warm, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere with friendly, fun and patient staff. Top marks; cheap at twice the price; will definitely be making further visits.

Had a great time at the Snake Room, the instructor Megatron was very helpful and friendly making it a very fun but relaxing experience. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

Had a fantastic Hen experience at Urban axe throwing Aberystwyth, the staff were amazing and really added to the experience Tips on getting the most out of your time.... If you have a fave playlist ask them to play it they're more than happy to help Enjoy a seat as you won't be rushed If you want to explore the town more or find food afterwards ask these guys as they know they're town well. We talked about the experience all afternoon andwill definitely return

Scott was our instructor and we had a blast, the team were super encouraging, welcomed us straight away and got us stuck in. Being totally new to the idea we were apprehensive but it was great fun and something totally different. Really good value. Thanks again!

We loved our hour in the snake room with Bash who kept us right and made it great fun. Highly recommended if you are in the area. Btw - Bash - Ollie got Charizard GX, Mewtwo & Riachu in his pokemon set. 😂

Highly recommend!! the staff were very helpful and polite! our instructor 'Big Nick' was great, he communicated well, made sure we were all safe and most of all had fun! when people missed the target the atmosphere was so positive. This was our first experience axe throwing and it will not be our last!!!

We had a great night when visiting from North Wales. Princess was an excellent teacher with plenty of tips and positive reinforcement which helped us get the most out of the experience. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully be coming next time we're in the area. Fun, safe and made us feel like warriors!

Had an absolute blast with Tink as our instructor! We had a lot of fun, Tink was charismatic and very kind. I really appreciated the chance to throw a couple of different kinds of axe in different ways, and nobody lost any fingers! So all and all it was a really enjoyable experience and I’m eager to go back!

Visited here today whilst on holiday in the area. Kuba was our instructor/guide for the day and was great. The owner is very friendly and was on hand to explain the various axes and their purposes which was interesting. Make sure you listen to them when they tell you how to throw as I got cocky and put a hole in my new jumper 😅 lesson learnt. The owner did kindly give me a patch to cover it so a nice memento of the occasion too! Highly recommend to anyone who has never tried it or just want to have a good hour of fun. We'll definitely be back if in the area again 👍

Me and my mate Kyle went and had an amazing time, it was great fun throwing a hatchet, angel blade and saw blade!!! Highly recommended and will definitely be going again! And a huge shout out to Kuba our instructor, he was great at explaining proper techniques and safety and was a great laugh as well, definitely made the experience 100% better 😁😁😁

Fantastic afternoon with Big Nick! Never before thrown an axe but the team makes you feel at ease and will guide you step by step all the way through. Perfect for beginners but also has a range of different tools and techniques you can use, even if you are experienced. Best £15 I have spent for a long time! If I could give 6 stars, I would. Top guys!

We had a great time with the fabulous Megatron at the Aberystwyth Snake Rooms. 3 adults and 3 teens, and we really enjoyed ourselves! It was challenging but we all achieved, and it was a very varied hour. Would totally recommend for a fun family activity with a bit of an edge!

We had a great time throwing axes, angels and even circular saw blades! It's harder than it looks but our ever patient host Megatron made our session fun and the hour went too quickly! Could do with a Snakeroom in Chester! My 10 year old daughter and her 12 year old cousin are desperate to visit again.

The staff were very fun and gave our group an enjoyable experience helping fuel a little healthy competition between us , they were very accomadating for our group of 4 students and made the whole atmosphere very relaxed whilst not compromising on saftey. So came to the snake room for my birthday, our instructor megatron was absolutely brilliant and showed us so many tricks and was very patient with us and was such a laugh. I would recommend this to absolutely anyone of any age, it gives you such a buzz and I'm now obsessed 👌🏻
