Went to see Bryan Adams, and check in was fast and efficient. There was a huge lineup, as can be expected, but it disappeared quickly. Pat down was courteous, and respectful. I went back for more. I don't think there's a bad seat in SSE arena. I've been there a few times for Giant's games. Always a good time. They need better lids for their drinks though. And a straw hole. :)
S. K.
Watched The Script here last night on the first concert of their Tales from The Script: Greatest Hits tour. It was absolutely incredible! The venue, staff and facilities are all great. I'd definitely visit again.

Witnessed Queen and Adam Lambert on opening night for the Rhapsody Tour. Event was very well run start to finish. Arena has a large car park for which you can pre-pay at a discount, but is also easily accessible from Belfast City Centre via footbridge. Security was efficient, staff were friendly and helpful and there were plenty of merchandise and refreshment stalls once inside. The sound on the night was particularly well balanced and the arena was more than a match for the Queen repertoire. Rarely have I witnessed such a buoyant and enthusiastic crowd. Egress was quick also, only taking ten minutes or so. Fantastic venue. Fantastic gig.

Great venue, especially for the ice hockey.
Very organised from the start, bag checks done at the door, turn Stiles at the entrance.
Plenty of staff around asking if you are ok, if you need help or if you need directions to your seat.
Good choice of food and drink outlets, food prices are reasonable with chips at £2.50 and burgers or a chicken wrap at £4.50 & £4.95.
Pints are on the pricey side at £6ish, drinks come with lids, which is a bonus, to lessen the amount of spills.
Seats are quite tight and close together.
Only negative is how sticky the floors are at the seats and in the toilets.

The SSE Arena formally known as The Odyssey is the home of the Belfast Giants Ice Hockey Team. It is a great night out for families and they also one of the main venues of concerts, and other events like Disney on Ice and The Marvel Experience.
With Covid still in circulation the box office is closed and it is better to buy tickets in advance via ticketmaster for any events that you wish to attend
T.
We will we will rock you and yes they did great astomspere. Queen and Adam lambert take a bow. So good to see everyone enjoying themselves again.
A. B.
Travelled here a few times from Scotland to watch the Ice Hockey. Well laid out Arena with plenty of food and drink stalls. Toilets are clean and well maintained.
10 minutes walk from Belfast city centre.
There is also a few cafes and other facilities to the back of the arena towards the Titanic exhibition.

We had a fun experience at the sse arena. If you ever wanted to try something a bit different I’d recommend going to see a Belfast giants game , the atmosphere was bustling and the overall experience great , the added quirks of the chuck a puck , sub cannon and mascot made the experience more enjoyable
S. M.
Went to Disney on ice here Sunday afternoon yes the queues where big but the staff did there best for it to flow very quickly 5*
P. R.
Great place for a concert or to see British league Ice Hockey. Its easy to get too and away from too.
Parking is expensive.
T. M.
A vip ultimate experience. Wow. Queen & Adam Lambert. Not cheap but Wow fantastic experience.
E. D.
Was here two weeks ago to watch the giants the staff were really friendly and helpful for a stadium it was very well decorated 👍
G. c.
Great experience. If it is a big concert I would suggest getting there as early as possible to avoid the big queues. Other than that all services were great from arena to the restrooms. Anything else is determined on what you are there for.
K. W.
Been to several concerts here. I don't like how the speaker setup is and how it reverbs within the building. But always a good experience
M. L.
Big and airy, polite staff. Plenty of bars and toilets.
Belfast Giants games are highly recommended
J. M.
A BIG Thankyou to all the staff in the SSE area, they made our experience very special. This is the first time my wife attended a concert in a wheel chair and the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel special. Looking forward to our next concert and want to thank the staff once again, good job , well done.
H. S.
Good venue, friendly staff. Limited food options and there is more upstairs so it's worth looking upstairs to ensure you get what want. We had to wait in the corridor as they were still doing a sound check but next time we'd arrive nearer the start time. Can't believe it's a ice skating ring as it just seemed like any arena.
O.
Excellent venue for concerts. Well organized. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Word of advice when parking take your ticket straight to payment machine and scan it to pay in advance this will save you some money rather than waiting to pay on leaving.
B. C.
Was at the Queen concert on Friday night. It was my first time attending a big ticket event, and I have to say how impressed I was with the experience. Good facilities all round, and I must in particular compliment the stewards for their care and courtesy.
K. S.
Excellent concert by Andre Rieu. Brilliant atmosphere. The staff we encountered within SSE were superb; well mannered, helpful and smiling. Particularly liked a seat attendant (entrance 18) called Matt who took great care with the elderly and got them comfortably to their seats
M. C.
For £9.50 we expected something a bit more than just a simple skating session. It was billed as a "show" and so we expected at least some interesting lighting or music. In other places you pay far less and it's a bit more of an experience.
M. D.
Had the VIP lounge experience recently. Great view for a half capacity show, the private bar was fantastic. Meal served was good but not something I would pick myself for my own tastes though. Will be back
m. m.
The new Hollywood bowl is amazing great day out for the kids. It can be a bit pricey for some but if you check the dates and times the prices all vary. The bowling games are also now timed as its all digital so ensure your party is there before you check in and start the game.
I. L.
Great
concert venue because it's not too big but
D. T.
Great atmosphere, first time visit. All staff were so welcoming and friendly, ample amenities that are all kept clean. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the lighting, very dark arena and the fact my team lost!!!😢
r. m. k.
One of the best venues in northern Ireland and very well organised from the car park attendants to the brilliant floor workers.
Good bars plenty food areas.
HIGHEST rated.
J.
Great venue for a concert. But the drinks are pretty expensive. Not sure if this is alwasy the case but when we were there it was a 100% cashless bar, so make sure to have your card with you.
P. S.
Its very big inside, some of the shops were closed, but using a sat nav to find the cinema was fairly easy. The cinema was lovely & nice & clean inside with comfortable seating to watch a new series that had just come out 'Fantastic Beasts, the Secrets of Dunledoff ' brilliant film, well worth seeing!
N. M.
Great location and nice place to walk around beside the titanic. the sse is a good place for the hockey and music with capacity around 6000. Bad thing is the 30-40 miss wait to get a drink.
A. M.
Well organised apart form the food stand. Fools worken there. Parking is brilliant.
C. M.
The SSE Arena Belfast is a fabulous venue to attend a concert BUT their car parks and parking arrangements are a disaster when large crowds attend an event. We arrived at 6.30pm for an 8.00pm concert and queued for 1.5 hours for parking before being sent to the Titanic centre to park. We ended up being 20 mins late for the concert, ourselves and many others complained to staff who in fairness are powerless to solve the problem but they did say that management are well aware of the problems due to regular complaints but are unwilling to address the problems.😡😡😡
D. O.
Fabulous arena with a great area around.
D. W.
Nice venue. Friendly security and ticket staff. The bar situation was crazy. Waited in line for 20/25 minutes but hadn't moved far. Came out kid show and got drinks but very slow service.
L. C.
1st time back since the large refurbishment and have to say very impressed with the new layout. Would be amazing to see some new businesses and restaurants utilise the space as parking makes it very accessible
M. E.
Apart from parking, great venue. Comfy seats and good clear vision. But. 50 minutes to escape the carpark? After having prepaid? Not good!
K. F.
Clean, tidy, helpful staff , bar prices high but no more than similar venues . The local fans Belfast giants , very vocal again to be expected but I enjoyed my visit and look forward to going again
L. C.
Went to see David Gray and have to say was great to be back watching live concerts again
M. M.
Great concert by Queen and Adam Lambert.
B. O.
Great venue. However chaos getting into concert and extortionate food and drink prices. It's not as if you can avoid paying them as you cannot even bring in your own water.
C. A.
Had a fabulous night at the Andre Rieu concert. Lovely meal in the West suite. Brilliant seats and very well looked after by the staff
C. C.
Nice venue for a concert with plenty of security and nice staff, but the bar queue time was 45 mins for me which is terrible. Pre pay your parking ticket before leaving to avoid queues. Machine didn't take cash so I had to return again to pay.
M. D.
Great experience superb organisation all the people were so nice and mannerly. The guy atthe carpark ticket stand saw that we wern't too sure of where we were going and he suggested to usto prepay for the carpark and it would Save a lot of time when we came out after the concert was over._ _... Great idea. Toilet were clean ,well equipted but low on toilet paper....got lead to our seats by a very helpful lady. Overal avery pleasant and enjoyable experience. Oh when we were leaving the carpark, an attendant took our prepaid ticket and scanned it in... - great idea and sped us on our way.
C. M.
David gray white ladder tour gig was absolutely amazing live loved the whole experience good seats staff and merchandise staff were brilliant all staff were very nice and friendly and helpful in assisting us to our seats aswell will be returning soon in the future
E. C.
When work is finished and some restaurants added it could be a nice place to go.
Give it 5 stars as have been there in the past when you could enjoy a meal or drink or both.
A. g.
Came from Cavan to see an amazing worship concert in the arena last night and it was a blessed experience from the gentleman who directed us where to park so we could exit easier ,he was very helpful and the lovely lady who served us both coffee near door 16 .I wish I could remember her name. The people are lovely and very helpful and friendly and it was a lovely first time experience in Belfast..We will be back.Thank you all for the welcome
D. M.
The new cinema is superb. IMAX theatre you already know (third biggest screen in the UK) but the sound system is amazing too. You can feel the sound through your seat. An excellent concession choice, including Baskin Robbins, a great re-design, excellent lounges with great views, a bar, suberb scrupulous restrooms and really polite staff. Belfast needed this!
K. K.
Great venue, but as usual overpriced beverage & food. No taking alcohol off the premises either so must be consumed on site - no staff informed us of this until reaching the exit so the half drunk £21 wine was handed back
O. A.
Fantastic ice hockey & the staff were all great & very helpful
g. l.
Here for the first jab. From entry to exit it took me just under 50 minutes to make it through, including the 15 observed period after the injection. They seem to have it down to a nice well paced rythem. You will be standing in queues. But they are well marshalled and moved smoothly
D. H.
Great venue, been here many times for concerts, can't fault the venue or the staff, just the other audience members who drink so much they can't bite their own finger!!!
C. V.
Extremely well organised event at the SSE (we saw David Gray in concert on 17th May 2022) and the staff were very efficient in the bars. Great venue!
E. S.
Needs to review policies on entering and leaving the premises. Ticket for event cost nearly £100 each and we were not allowed to leave the arena for air until "everyone" had arrived! Despite having wristband and tickets, refused to go out the front door until security staff said so-the staff were visibly frustrated by this too-unnecessary! Been to a lot of concerts but far too strict with such things!
p. m.
Awesome!!
Huge crowd for David Gray but was brilliantly executed. No queueing (except for the toilet..... an acceptable delay) and, otherwise an object lesson on dealing with crowds.
D. C.
Arena was good for concert. Not much variety for Food as alot off their retail food outlets are closed probably due to Covid. Expect long queues.
L. M.
First time attending a concert here in years, it was very easy to walk around the venue, plenty of staff around the place and didn’t wait too long to enter the venue.
L. M.
Staff helpful seating normal all good views. SSE.arena nothing open apart from refurbished cinema and bowl alley. Everywhere gutted tidly hopeing to open soon . SO SO NEEDED for everyone .
G. H.
Best it's been in years, it's a little empty ATM but what is in it is worth the visit. Great cinema, good arcade and W5 is always a fun time for the kids.
S. B.
Good sized arena with excellent setup to get people in to venue quick and prompt. Getting out on other hand was not so well organized and could do with some thought.
S. R.
Needs more bars , queuing up takes forever but overall good experience
R.
There today for covid-19 vaccine, very quick, 20 mins at most, staff are great.
Had my doubts initially about the jab but it's now essential protection against any new variants that crop up and hopefully when fully vaccinated this will do away with the expensive PCR tests for travelling. 😎
M. R.
First time I had been out in over a year. The venue was really well organised. Service was incredible, everyone involved was extremely friendly and in the end I got a life saving vaccine. Would recommend.
S. M.
Great concert organisation, quick into thr building, security were courteous and efficient, quick to get drinks... and Brian Adams was brilliant too
S. F.
Brilliant venue with great staff.
Lucky to have such a place that's easy to reach and park at.
P. B.
Great cinema, the 4DX although a bit more expensive than the other screens is well worth it for the big blockbuster action movies.
M. B.
Great venue saw queen and Adam Lambert great show, advise to pay for parking first when you park to avoid queue
R. S.
The arena and concert was good. Having no restaurants is a downfall. The car park is a nightmare to get out off
J. T.
Excellent venue. Plenty of parking spaces. Been enjoying attending the Belfast International tattoo over the last year or two. Good acoustics, plenty of places to eat. Lost of scenic places and history in the surrounding area. Nice area to walk around. Close to the city centre too.
C. C.
Why is their more men toilets than woman its so wrong and the price of drink is to hight their should be more snacks like small bags crisp nuts jellys and so on other than that it's ok
A. F.
Up for kings of Leon, very well organized, clean and tidy, could do with more bars.
i. b.
Took my daughter to Disney on ice at the weekend. My daughter is a wheelchair user and I just want to say how wonderful he staff were with helping and directing us. The wheelchair access to the show was brilliant and it was so easy to get to our seats. The only issue is that maybe they need bigger lifts or even extra ones as there was a queue on the way out to use them. Overall though this isn't a huge deal and it's so nice to be able to take my daughter somewhere that's so accessible.
P. O.
Best place for a concert
Very well organised
Parking right beside it
Only place to go
J. R.
Absolutely brilliant, staff were so good. S young man gave us wrist bands to get into a private lounge to buy s drink in s relaxed atmosphere. They guided us to the private lift to get us upstairs when they seen my stick. Really good and clean. Then we left to take our seats in the Cliff Richard concert.
M. H. M.
I have been here to watch both ice hockey and to see a live performance. Parking was fantastic for both events. Just across the road from the arena. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. I would only have 1 complaint. 1. The accessible toilet is locked and trying to find a staff member with the key is a source of annoyance.
G. R.
Really great spot for anything I was there to see Rend collective and all was very clean, well organised and staff very helpful.
K. C.
Brilliant night at steps. Lots of people not wearing masks though, which made me feel quiet uneasy.
A. K.
Very impressed with Venue, very well run only problem I had with it was trying to get a taxi from it on Sunday night, had to walk back in towards the city centre before we got one.
G. F.
I've been going to the SSE arena since 2000. That's when the Belfast Giants were formed. They still have a few restrictions in place due to Covid. I can't rate the food as I nerver eat there. A thorn in the side can be getting out of the car park an event.
K. M.
Another west lounge/green room experience, WOW!! exceptional service, excellent food, and a fat boy slim concert for entertainment. What more does a man need. 5 🌟
S. K.
Watched PDC darts. Fantastic night, 2x 9 darters from gerwin price, was soaked through. Not a broad range of soft & alcoholic drinks for sale. Not ideal for people with any kind of walking disabilities.
j. m.
The ongoing works with the newly opened Cineworld & the Hollywood Bowl refurbishment the SSE arena should attract alot of people in and around the Titanic quarter. Looking really good
J. B.
Excellent for concerts but the main area is sad looking with all the shutters and closed places.
J. M.
Great area, lots of options available to come and see e.g sports, concerts ect.
Fast entrance, security/Stewart's very nice and helpful.
Downfall - always such long ques for alochol, waste alot of time trying to get a drink
T. C.
We had an issue with our seats. The staff were very understanding and helpful, got us new seats with minimal fuss. Thanks.
S. H.
The new cinema is stylush, clean and fresh! What an upgrade!!!
A. “. B.
Great cinema and the new bowling area is great can't wait until its fully finished back to what it used to be like
C. M.
Great to watch ice hockey very well run. The entire complex will good when reopened properly again
P. M.
Always good atmosphere for every event. Last time we went to see U2, had fantastic time and seating arrangements were great !!!
J. K.
When here to see the Belfast giants. The arena was really clean. Well organised and the team working there were really helpful
C. M.
Belfast giants game, fantastic atmosphere!
S. W.
Always well organised events. Staff friendly and helpful
M. N.
Fat boy slim amazeballs, venue was too cold though the air con froze us to death lol but great gig !
H. D.
Beautiful arena. Wonderful drinks and snacks. And a amazing ice hockey team.
j. m.
Giants Final, super atmosphere. Arena well managed and friendly staff. Great night!
P. H.
John Bishop was amazing! Parking at SSE is a disgrace! They know tickets are bought and amount, its the same everytime anything in there??
J. M.
The concert was brilliant. Security staff were very friendly, just a shame some of the bar staff were rude and unfriendly.
c. m.
New cinema is absolutely fantastic, concert traffic left us stuck in the carpark for 40 minutes and most of the building is boarded up inside with either construction or nobody using the space
J. S.
First visit here to see the Ice Hockey. Loved it. I will definitely come again.
N. W.
Very clean with great facilities.
M. M.
Great spot. Really good team.
C. W.
Great Venue. Saw U2 here. It is a small arena by Canadian standards but the sound is exceptional and the seats are comfortable. Close to the Titanic Museum.
B. K.
Excellent arena to watch MMA live not a bad seat anywhere & Unreal Irish atmosphere. Couldn't leave for a smoke tho for the "borin" Norman fight where not allowed. Bellator is awesome
D. D.
Vaccine centre, very well laid out, loads of distance and seemed really well organised. Friendly staff who were more than happy to help, ...don't be a mug get your vaccine all over 18's can now book online, in and out in under 20 mins
S.
Beautiful place and location. Last minute parking is very difficult, best to arrive with plenty of time.
D. M.
Great show but took us over 50 min to get out the car park! We pre paid our ticket thankfully as the queues for the pay station were very long
K. M. C.
Pretty expensive for food, nibbles especially there drinks. Especially if you order an alcoholic one. It will cost you a fortune if there for a concert or Disney on ice. Merchandise is a rip off especially if you have young children with you. That all being said is always very well laid out and staff are really friendly and helpful.
M. M.
Went 2 see bill baily great gig. Great staff and organised, security carparking helpful staff
Great service
S. D.
Always good to watch the giants play! Been multiple times to the SSE for concerts, most recent trip to the SSE was to watch Marvel Universe Live
P. S.
Fantastic arena, food and drink more expensive than i would like but not above average. The sse app is a MUST discounted food and you can pay via paypal and collect at the bar. Excellent service lovely staff and relatively clean.
m. m.
4dx hoghly recomend it. Just one think I have to say snow machine need new fan squicky and noisy when making snow 😉😉
C. G.
Great show! Had to show covid pass at door, so felt safer. Although social distancing was lacking, having said that, unvaccinated people couldn't get in.
P. d.
Great renovation.... Hurry up and get the restaurants and entertainment premises open!!! Still no restaurants.
Bowling alley is open now!
D. L.
Great place for a concert, but 21 pounds for a bottle of wine?,that's extortion and greed.😪💔
J. W.
The Motown show was very good and the security had a very difficult job stopping people dancing in the aisle (not allowed due to covid).
The best bit was the staff in the West Wing VIP suite where we were for dinner. They where fantastic and full of banter, they went of their way to ensure everything went smoothly. Love to them all.
A. M.
Great facilities....fabulous event experience... location, parking etc all firstcrate
T. R.
Staff know their stuff helpful and loved our masks. Paddy Raff show
M. G.
Great venue, very overpriced but spacious and atmospheric.
A. L.
Amazing atmosphere, great games, I really enjoyed the evenings here. I was surprised how many kids were around. It's actually a perfect evening out for the family. I can't wait to be back!
N. B.
Great gig last night watching the mighty Iron Maiden only downside was that you had to queue up inside to go for a smoke
G. E.
Just been to see Michael Ball and Alfie Boe Christmas Show - brilliant performance! The staff. At the Arena were also excellent, given that COVID passes as well as tickets had to be checked. Great evening's entertainment!
L. J.
Plenty of staff there and all rules and regulations were in place too. Fantastic Arena for any shows. Toilets were immaculate and they all had hand sanitizing Gels and cleaners disenfencting after each use.
J. B.
I watched David Grays first concert since lockdown, ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC
E. T.
Got my Covid 19 vaccination here today. Very well organised system and I was in and out in 20mins tops, including the 15mins waiting after the vaccine.
D. B.
Car park is terrible. After an event, getting a ticket paid for, then getting out takes about an hour (which you have the privilege of paying for in addition to the time that you actually used the car park 😕)
N. D.
Pretty much still a construction site with new restaurants opening in Spring 2022. Went to Cineworld to watch an MCU movie in 4DX that was totally worth the price. W5 has been redone so high hopes for this once completed. Still worth a movie and a visit to W5.
G. B.
What a night at Queen +Adam Lambert facility excellent great place and reasonable price good job
A. G.
This place is great for going to see shows concerts and ice hockey the atmosphere is usually electric and a fun night is had by all.
J. M.
Brilliant ice hockey experience
A. 8.
First time but have to say was some experience, a must visit
M. S.
Went for a Belfast Giants match on Saturday and was really impressed by how well organised everything was. Checking vaccine passports, ticket entry and getting shown to our seat was all very quick and efficient and the staff were very helpful.
M. C.
These days the Sse arena is the main NI covid 19 vaccination Centre. Its a slick operation and gets the job done quickly. Very helpful and friendly NHS staff!
A. M. M. O.
Been here several times...
Fun place for the whole family.
Parking reasonably priced.
B. U.
Nice place, not too big or small for a concert
L. K.
Can't wait to see what else they are going to put in here maybe a bowling alley and arcade family friendly
K. H.
Cineworld to watch Top Gun Maverick. Great cinema experience
S. “.
Dream theater concert. Amazing. Very well organized staff.
K. V. M.
Nice venue, quality outlets, and an arena attached. Close to many attractions, venues and a college. Bus stops outside, car parks alround.
C. J.
Went here with my daughter so she could have her first of the vacation. Lovely building, the security were nice and the people were processed quickly, I waited outside there is lots of seating and a green area lined with trees. Is a nice place to sit in a very busy area. There is also a direct line for a Taxi near the road at the entrance.
R. M.
Went for the last Belfast Giants game and loved it, place was well clean and staff was really nice and helpful
E. M.
Excellent venue for sports or a concert but parking could be better. Plenty of spaces but leaving after an event is a nightmare. Would benefit from some extra exits.
T. B. (. H.
hospitality staff were great and the food was good... perfect for a day out at the ice hockey...
M. D.
Fantastic to be back at the SSE Arena in October 2021. Make sure you have evidence of vaccination or negative test when you arrive, and don't forget your ID, it's required. My friend left her purse in car and had to log into her mobile banking app on phone to prove who she was. Good to have solid process in place for people with no driving licences. Snack outlets were open and queues managed well. They had people with signs to remind attendees to wear face masks even when sitting, unless eating or drinking. Unfortunately a very high % of people, the majority I'd say, took off their masks while seated (knocked a star for that).
m. y.
Cinema is excellent, expensive but very clean and the new 4k for top gun was excellent.
G. C.
Great place drinks but on dear side but its probably what you expect, Great atmosphere
M. B.
Saw the script staff seemed friendly and show was amazing!!
D. M.
Good venue, well run and plenty of toilets.
C. “.
Took the kids to see the new Batman in the 4DX cinema. Well worth the £15 ticket but as with all cinemas the food is over priced
G. E.
Went for the cinema and experience was ok, but the rest of the area was completely shut down apart from the cafe at the cinema. Really different experience to how it was in the past.
N. 9.
Excellent location and parking facilities. 10 min walk to the city centre for the party to continue
D.
Great venue, easily accessible and well organised. We went to see the Ball and Boe concert which was fantastic. Everyone seemed to stick to covid rules.
T. O.
Nice sports arena. Organization is at high level. Staff on every corner helpful and friendly. Had great time watching Hockey there.
G. O.
Fatboy slim performed last night. 1 of the best concert I was ever at.
M. K.
I think the arena is great. The new upgraded seating etc definitely makes a huge difference.
However ordering food and the new parking system is a nightmare. The kiosk people had no idea what they were doing. My husband went to the place the app told him to. Then he was sent to 4 different lines after queueing for ages in each one. He literally spent the whole game and breaks trying to get our order only to be told there was then no food.
Then we spent well over an hour trying to get out of the carpark due to the new barrier system.
I know this was the 1st game back after the long break due to important services being there, but there really is no excuse for any of it, when they know how busy it's going to be.
I really hope I can change the bad parts of this review in the future.
R. Y.
Great arena for hockey
B. F.
Not so busy for a Sunday afternoon and we had more space to skate. Parking outside for 4£
J. L.
Carparks a nightmare, park around the corner far easier to get home after the event.
L. M.
At Bryan Adams concert and the staff were so helpful .
N. G.
Saw Brian Adams here and have to say it's a great place.
L. M.
Great, central place for concerts, which is easy to get to with it being just off the motorway. However, when a concert is there leave earlier than expected or you will be stuck in traffic. Parking can be too dear for the concert attending or facilities inside (which are lacking currently). 1 star off for a lack of food places within and also for the cost of drink and food at concerts being expensive.
m. d.
Great venue friendly staff and easy ti get too
C. B.
Visiting for my covid vaccination not a concert but all the same a great experience. The space has been well used to have as many people safely through the process. Staff were all lovely.
M. C.
Great buzz in the arena definitely will be back to watch the Belfast giants in action
T. M.
Great experience. Very little issues going into and out of the arena itself. One thing I would like though if for the car park to better plan for big events. Took 30 minutes to get out.
M. R.
Brilliant show and ushers were helpful and polite. My experience on my first visit to Belfast was almost ruined by one person but on the whole I found the Irish warm and welcoming.
H. R.
Bryan Adams concert great atmosphere and well organised
I. D.
Very clean and safety awareness place ,but with price of living going up very expensive to visit
F. W.
Had a great night and was very well organised.
A. F.
Plenty of parking and a great venue for a concert .
D. M.
The event I took my fam was the Belfast Giants Vs Dundee team. The premises is nice. Well and clean kept with many accessable entrances and many merch and food stalls. The loss of two stars is due to the lack of preparation I suppose. After I made my food order I was informed that I will have to wait additional time cause they haven't prepared enough chicken nuggets for kids meals. It would all be fine if not the fact that two cheeseburgers I also ordered have already been removed from hot counter and were loosing precious temperature while I was waiting for the rest of my order. Second star loss is for me and my 3 year old queinng up for 15 min just to find out that the their Heineken line just run out. The supervisor saved the day by getting my 2 pints from a different stall. Cudos to the staff but it's not enough. Both of those happened before the event even started. That's why my disappointment in the premises lack of proper preparation. Staff was lovely and helpful but they have their constraints. Last thing is that there wasn't enough bins around the place. After the event the ones available have been overflowing with rubbish and spilling on the floor. It's a nice place to visit despite of that. The Giants won which kept our spirits high but those kind of bumps made a visit less pleasent than I hoped it would be.
f. O. K.
Great venue easy access from lanyon train station
J. M. G. (. J.
Easy access and exit before and after concert.
G. H.
The giants is a brilliant night out. Well going to see them.
g. m.
Fantastic venue. Saw Mrs Brown's Boys and home of the Belfast Giants.
Y. K.
Great venue and awesome staff.
P. S.
Big skating ground, being used for covid vaccination.
J. M.
SSE arena Belfast provides a reasonably good area for shows. The seating can have you right in the thick of the action or feeling very remote. Used to host the Belfast Giants Ice Hockey team, the arena does feel more like a sports venue. During a show with a stage at one end the far seating can feel very far away.
Staff at the arena are efficient and helpful, snacks and drinks are the usual inflated prices at such places.
The carpark can be horrendous, experience has taught me that it can take up to 1 hour to escape the queues to get out. You need to be very early to get a spot near tbe exit or leave your show early.
H. M.
Here to see Michael Ball and Alfie Boe , Megan MC Kenna was a great bonus ❤️
Staff here are so kind and helpful , especially Kieran at door 16 , a proper gentleman .
Thank you 😌
G. E. C.
We found the car park and food outlets very reasonable. The merchandise is pricey but everything else was really affordable!
M.
Staff great
Nowhere to eat
No reception/wifi
R. B.
Only here to collect daughter and friend from concert. Seems ok
J. W.
Magnificent show. Andre Rieu at his very best
L. R.
Security staff a bit over zealous, and in need of more pay points for parking 🙄
D. H.
Well organised and well priced, show was great too
J. F.
The SSE is still in the middle of a major redevelopment. The Arena itself (The home of the Belfast Giants) still remains one of the best for sporting and music events. Biggest issue however remains the parking which is both expensive and chaotic at times with long waits both to pay for your parking ticket and to then drive out once you have done so.
l. b.
Great night out, lots of fun. A must
c. b.
Went to see disney on ice, the staff were very friendly, only part we didn't like was the car park going home it was a nightmare
D. M.
We were at a concert with Michael ball and Alfie boe absolutely fantastic staff are very helpful and friendly. Well run hats off to the SSE ARENA
C. M.
Very organised. Felt safe
s. t.
Love the place good night out for hockey
i. x.
Twenty one pilots gig. A good time was had by all. 👌😉
A. O.
Love the SSE, always a great atmosphere when I'm there. Only issue is the consessions are very slow, they really take their time bringin your items though the staff are always really lovely
D. D.
Great accessibility, customer service and amenities, car parking, moreso the time it takes to exit is seriously poor though, all entrances should be changed to exits bar the 2 closest to the Holiday Inn side
B. N.
Went for the covid vaccination, quick in and out... and a free ice cream at the end...
T. H. (.
In the process of refurb. Went to the cinema. A dam sight better now that tatty carpet has been replaced with tile
J. C.
Great atmosphere for Belfast Giants v Coventry Blaze.
H. M.
Show was great but still sitting in car park unable to move, should have been better organised with young children
j. s.
Went to see the Belfast giants game, it's was a lot of fun
S. E.
Always have a good time at the ice hockey which, as usual, is colder than the main foyer
M. M.
Had a great time with my Daughter and Grand Children at Disney on Ice.. well worth it .. just to see their wee faces light up 👍👍
S. R. K.
Awesome place. Hope a lot of business opens up here soon
G. R.
Arena is good, car parking is a nightmare, give yourself an hour to vacate after an event
J. M.
Great staff, Especially Ms Clarke she was most helpful at the door
B.
I have been to the SSE a number of times for ice hockey. It is now home to the COVID 19 vaccine and I must say it is very well laid out. Very friendly staff and a pleasant experience.
A. M.
Was there to watch Peace Proms 2017. Great show! Avoid floor seating if possible - poor views to the stage.
C. A. J. G. U. J.
The only downside is that it is a lot of walking. The area is flat so that wheelchair uses can access the vaccination facilities but if (like me) you walk with a stick, it is quite far. The staff are fantastic and the area is spotless
C. M.
Great gig
S. C.
Carpark is a nightmare took 45mins to exit it. SSE really needs to get this sorted, kept us late for a dinner booking.
S. W.
Went to see Andre Rieu last night. Fantastic.
G.
Great Arena for concerts and Ice hockey. A wee heads-up... Pay for your parking when you get there saves queuing up at the end of your show.
J. V.
Everything was well organised even though it was quite busy so probs to the people who work there. The toilets were clean.
m.
What a fantastic venue. No bad seat.
S. K.
Brilliant. Went recently to see Disney on Ice. It was fantastic and my little girl just found it all so magical
R. C.
I got my first and second covid vaccination here. Amazing set up, great staff, quick easy process. Hopefully be back here for a show/concert soon instead!
J. K.
Awesome arena. Lately it has been transformed into a covid 19 vaccination center which is very well organised, clean and in line with government regulations. Hopefully soon this arena will get back to normal full of all the fun things that it holds.
M. B.
Fantastic evening watching the Belfast Giants. The staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities were clean and accessible. A great atmosphere.
N. R.
Good spot. Adequate parking and fairly central
P. B.
Very straightforward process for both COVID-19 vaccinations. Staff were friendly and helpful, social distancing followed strictly, masks and hand sanitiser readily available. Very well organised, great job.
T. H.
WiFi was down so had to queue at ticket master
P. K.
This place is a stadium situated in heart of lovely city of Belfast. After the pandemic, this centre is used by the NHS UK as COVID-19 vaccination centre. These days one can walk in for a vaccine . It takes only a few minutes. The NHS staff makes you feel comfortable and assures you everything you need to know and do after taking your jab . It is mandatory to carry one's ID and know your NHS no. It is super easy and very organised. Stay safe !! Get vaccinated.
T. G.
Had my 2nd vaccination today there it was all run so professionally it made me feel very safe. Want to say a massive thank you to all the staff and volunteers working there to help us all get through this awful time.
R. G.
Attended with my wife for her first covid vaccination. Place ran like clockwork. From getting out of the car to getting back in was 55 minutes. Staff were great, very efficient and.extremely polite. A credit to our NHS.
E. S.
Came down here to get my first vaccine jab, the place is really well set out. Plenty of space and organised to get you in and out again within an hour. They get you jabbed then you get to sit for 15 minutes resting encase of any reactions then you're out again with your green card letting you know when to get the second jab. Really professional and organised do you're not stressing going to the area getting a jab . They even show you where to park in the carpark and you don't have to pay a penny which is great.
J. H.
Attended today for Covid Vaccination. Efficiently organised free parking, entry to the SSE Arena (Odyssey) and colour coded queuing system for either first dose or second dose by age category. Numerous staff to guide you. Numerous sanitising stations at each "checkpoint" entering, queuing and registering. Social distancing respected. Everyone polite and friendly making a daunting task more pleasant! I arrived 5 mins before my appointment time, straight in, registered, advice given by triage nurse, then moved swiftly on to vaccination booth. Vaccination given then asked to sit in the "recovery area" for 15 mins with a slip of paper with my "exit time" given by vaccination nurse. Checkout system to leave the arena safely and guided back to carpark. Excellent, efficient, well done to the team.
M. G.
My husband and I were getting our 2nd covid vaccination and we were really impressed with the set up. We were in and out inside 30 minutes. The staff were very informative and friendly. Well done to all.
C. H.
Love Going Here - Well Organised and Comfortable Seats
A. O.
Nice arena and the best place for a great U2 show.
L. M.
Down for my covid injection . The staff so helpful especially TERRY ( as I'm disabled ) . Walked me in threw to the reception were you book in lovely guy . Nursing staff so helpful and explained everything . There was absolutely nothing to complain about except injection stung a bit . But well done to all . I'm so greatful
C. B.
Went for the first dose of my vaccine this afternoon. I arrived half an hour early as I was expecting a long queue ahead of me but it was actually quiet. I was told on arrival that it was busier last Thursday afternoon, so no problem. Everything is wonderfully organised, so anyone who is nervous on arrival will be reassured at every stage of the process. All staff from arrival to departure are very friendly and professional at every stage of your visit. All questions will be answered and you will be treated very well. You will be led through the process very well. A particular commendation to the very professional Catherine (apologies if I spelt it incorrectly) who led me through the initial procedure in a friendly and professional manner and answered all my questions after I had answered hers. If you are on any medication, have details ready. Also to Connor (again sorry if I spelt it incorrectly) who administered my vaccine today in the same friendly and professional manner. At the time of meeting him, he had already dealt with 40 people and was on a 13 hour shift for today. Otherwise after that, the observation period afterwards will be 15 minutes, where you will sit in a socially distanced environment, but members of staff are on hand to help and advise in case you need them. The check out staff will also help you. Make sure you have your vaccination card and slip of paper at that last stage. And keep your card safe for your second vaccination. Hope this helps anyone who may read it 😊
K. K.
In these difficult times they are putting the safety of the patrons first. The staff were excellent parking charges a bit expensive but not extortionate
T. N.
AMAZING!!

Fantastic venue for live concerts

Dropped off band equipment. Nice staff nice food

Best place to get a vaccine in NI!

An absolutely stunning place for night walking
T. S.
It was a great day out for all of us, my gran kids loved the show Trevor
v. r.
Excellent. Good one day holiday spot.
K. L.
I went there as it's currently the Covid Vaccination centre. It is so well organised, I'd urge anyone who falls within the requirements to book their appt. Even on the road leading up there were people to advise.
I parked my car (free) in the car park across the road in front of it. There were people at the front just inside further in etc and there were plenty of medical staff.
It was an easy process, no drama. The 2 young doctors giving me my jab chatted away, how they normally worked at St George's in London. After it, theres an area to wait for 15 mins before you leave, you check out and go.
I even got my 'Pub pass' as the doctor called it. Please go, it was so easy & continue to use the place after we return to normal. I've always used SSE arena...its always has staff that are polite, professional and friendly. I remember being at the front of a George Michael concert and he was so close he dropped sweat on my face....didnt wash my face for days.
L. M.
Have attended the SSE for various events including concerts , shows and the Ice hockey. It is always a positive experience with helpful staff
F. B.
Great night out at script concert
K. G.
Brilliant spot for concerts cinema and food
A. W.
Excellent place to watch a concert or show. The staff are very helpful.
B. W.
Bit weird this time going in for a COVID jab, where as last time I was there, I was staggering out of a Biffy Clyro concert "Mon the Biff!" Credit where credits due..... all the staff have put in a lot of effort to get the Vaccination process as slick as it is! Hats off folks! And thank you!
M. E.
Went here to watch a Belfast Giants ice-hockey match. The match was fantastic, but to rate the arena alone, it too is fantastic. All amenities are readily available. The staff are polite and courteous. I don't believe there is a 'bad' seat in the arena. Whatever event you use this arena to see, should he great.
S. S.
Over priced for what it is, would have expected the toilets not too be littered in drink and rubbish. Wait times have got to the worst part, over an hour for a bottle off water that cost near the price of buying the lagan River
P. B.
Brilliant venue for live gigs. Perfectly laid out with not a bad seat or view no matter where you are
K. R.
I was here for my Covid jab, so I can't comment on anything other than that. All staff very pleasant and helpful. Stewards, administration and health workers doing a fantastic job
J. B.
Perfectly good arena but it's sorely lacking the restaurant, bowling hall and bars it used to have.
L. M.
Amazing facility ever since the refurbishment. Second to none for ice hockey arguably in the UK and great for concerts too!
S. I.
Went to see fast and furious live...great show in a great venue in a lovely location 😊
B. d.
Bryan adams concert was brilliant
F. C.
Fantastic indoor arena for any event - music concerts, ice hockey etc.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to all the nurses helping out with the vaccine. Everyone is so nice and all run's smoothly. Top top job your all doing
M. M.
Great evening watching Belfast giants. Go giants
T. S.
Great place for a covid vaccine. Well organized. Great staff. But it will be good when it goes back to its original use. Great job guys.
T. M. c.
What a change this place has done.
Movie house in one place . Loads of screens
S. B.
I watched Disney on Ice there with my family. Great place to enjoy a musical.
s.
Undergoing a refit at the minute, so hopefully they can improve the facilities.
When it first opened there were lots of different places to eat in and go to.
Over the years these gradually closed leaving very little to do, could be a great place to visit for a family if they get the venus right.
B. H.
Seen over 20 WWE shows here, then got my COVID vaccine on the same floor I once saw The Undertaker piledrive CM Punk on. Wonderful arena.
G. M.
Facilities are excellent and food was gorgeous...
T. C.
Went to c fast and furious live was brilliant very loud tho
S. M.
Went for my covid jab here. It did feel like something out of world war Z but with comfy chairs and remarkably few zombies. 10/10 would inoculate again!
S. D.
Great venue for indoor arena
G. S.
Still some work to be done. Needs more restaurants.
J. L.
Great place for a night out or just to have some fun with your family and friends, well located, really organized and the staff are really helpful
J. S.
Went to get my second round of vacation and absolutely grand and straight forward but have been to the sse arena many times in the past to see the belfast giants, live music and comedy 5 stars 🌟

Visit to the SSE Belfast for my 2nd covid injection, very smooth not to long to waiting.
Plenty of staff directing the public
Keep up the great work NHS Staff and volunteers 💉💙👏👏

Best EIHL ice hockey venue by far!!!
D. S.
Lots of people heading in at the same time and the staff coped well.
G. M.
Brilliant experience, good parking and the staff where super friendly
N. T.
Amazing I stood in a long line in the rain, freezing my nap off. Once inside I got stabbed with a small needle.
The true Belfast experience
R. A.
Best barn for the best team in the EIHL. Beer is fairly standard area fayre though.
Update - now a choice of moretti too!
E. H.
Good for coffee, currently does cheap breakfast meal before £1.99 which is a great deal. Worth stopping for a quick bite.
R. T.
Still a lot of work to be done just a coffee shop and cinema
M. W.
An amazing venue for big and smaller events. I've been to both here. The staff are really helpful and will to their utmost to ensure you are happy. We have had to be relocated seats on a number of occasions due to lack of ticket sales and have ended up getting better seats than which we paid for. I personally love going to see the Giants play here. Such an amazing atmosphere and great fan support.
R.
Amazing place! It's sad that I had to visit it just for the vaccination. Hubiera sido genial visitarlos para algún evento deportivo 😎
Also the guy who put the vaccine was very handsome and speaks a little bit of Spanish 😍
M. B.
The odyssey is brilliant overpriced but good.
L. H.
This used to have it all but still has some good things going for it. The cinema here is great, the arena itself is great for concerts and Ice hockey, the bowling and arcade are great sources of entertainment and there is also a nightclub and a couple of places to eat. W5 is a great place to bring the kids on the weekend, I remember having great fun there when I was younger. The car parking is generally great but with concerts on it can be hard to get a space. Reasonably priced too at £3 for three hours. The cinema doesn't validate parking unless you go VIP.
S. D.
Cinema was disappointing with the queues to get served snacks needed more staff on
A. C.
Brilliant concert by snow patrol, loved it
A. H.
Brilliant place for a concert
C. X.
Went for my jab here it was very nice and staff very welcoming. Even before covid staff at SSE arena were very informative and friendly.

T. T.
Got my 5G installed and I'm ready to begin basic training for Bill Gates human drone army. Highly recommended
B. G.
Currently being used as a covid vaccine center in Northern Ireland... very organized on how they handle the vaccination.. very smooth flow..
C. M.
Make sure you have some WiFi credit or something to read if you are here for a vaccine. I was over an hour in the que. Staff were generally very nice and helpful.
J. M.
Went to see Walking With Dinosaurs today. Excellent venue. Easily accessible parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfectly sized for an event of this type and plenty of outlets for food and refreshments. The show was stunning and will be a day to remember.
J. H.
I love this place ..theres plenty to do and eat while waiting for whatever concert or show youre there to see 😍😍
S. G.
Have just got 2nd vaccine at SSE arena and have to say a massive Thank You to all NHS workers. Where would we be without you all, and also all volunteers who give up their time!
D. M.
Great time currently only w5 and cineworld are open but a great experience and Disney on Ice open as well
G. L.
Went for Belfast Tattoo.. what a really clean place...Staff constantly going around with dusters and mops. Ushers we had were AMAZING a real pleasure to watch them attend to people and help them to find there seats. I was genuinely impressed with them. Very well organised venue...Tattoo was great too.
D. C.
Got my covid vaccine here . The staff were unreal. So we'll run , in and out in under 45 mins . Now I hope to be back at an event real soon
M. M.
David Gray was great last night
P. D.
Great venue for a band as big as U2.
M. O.
Remodel looks great can't wait to see what else goes in 👍
M. G. K. D.
Great venue for Gigs, social distancing really well done along with access to the arena
b. m.
Been here for a concert, massive place, easy to get to, easy access to car park with plenty disabled spaces, plenty of food places inside to choose from and never got food or drink from the stalls near the place u go into for the concert and there was a lot of ques and very pricey. £2.80 I think for a small bag of sensations the crisps.
A. B.
Best night ever,David Gray!!!

Great atmosphere for concerts
M. R.
Very well organised from entry to exiting. Plenty of staff to help and maintain social distances even with a huge audience.
C. X.
Went for my jab here it was very nice and staff very welcoming. Even before covid staff at SSE arena were very informative and friendly.
F. L.
Quite a small venue, but it made it easy to navigate. The food places are cash only, so lift money from the free cash machine on the ground floor when you get in. We got water taken from us at the door as our bottle was bigger than 500ml, so bought a 500ml bottle of water for £2.50 inside! Not sure about other prices. They had beer and wine etc. The seats were relatively comfortable and I didn't feel too rammed in like in other places.
J. C.
Great venue
Checkout U2
J. V.
Everything was well organised even though it was quite busy so probs to the people who work there. The toilets were clean.
R. C.
I got my first and second covid vaccination here. Amazing set up, great staff, quick easy process. Hopefully be back here for a show/concert soon instead!
J. S.
Went to get my second round of vacation and absolutely grand and straight forward but have been to the sse arena many times in the past to see the belfast giants, live music and comedy 5 stars 🌟
R. S.
There for my covid jabs. Well organised with friendly and efficient staff. Loads of parking across the road and accessible by public transport
S. M.
Went for my covid jab here. It did feel like something out of world war Z but with comfy chairs and remarkably few zombies. 10/10 would inoculate again!
G. C.
Had my second vaccine today at the arena. Fantastic service the entire time. If you haven't got yours, get it!
J. S.
Had a lively massage here was a present from my daughter girl was great really enjoyed it and would highly reccomend
M. M. C.
Great atmosphere and food
C. F.
Poked and jabbed. But free coffee is top choice.
M. M.
Class place to go for a concert. Great staff. Easy to get in and out of. Due to size, you are not far away from the stage matter where you are sitting. Close to the city centre, you can easily walk to it. It's very close to the Titanic expo if you want to go there before a gig.
G. M.
It's ok if you like stadium type venue
I. U.
Brilliant venue for concerts but sadly the sound is not always what it should be. I am probably one in a million but I went to BOTH U2 shows here last week, October 18 and I found the sound to be very tin like on the higher notes. Set up of the sow was great with the band making sure to go around the entire audience so paying the over the top high prices for the "best" seats was not necessary for this show anyway. More traditional shows like The Who , Sting, Paul Simon etc are worth buying seats as near the stage as possible for best enjoyment. Sound was fine on all other concerts I went to. My advice is before the Concert go the Rockies Sports Bar, say hi to Jim the owner at the door and go enjoy as much well poured Guinness as you can as the SSE only sells larger, cider , wine etc that can be churned out quickly into flimsy plastic cups that spill the drink as quickly as it was poured. It all goes to make an enjoyable night out with friends or alone. If like me you mostly go alone, don't worry you will not be alone for long at Rockies and the SSE.
D. C.
Well it's a BIG space in which you can have a gig or go to one. Can be busy. Each time I've come here to see a band it's been a great atmosphere. The acoustics are fine too. Five pounds for a pint in a plastic pint tub can seem a little extravagant. But I suppose it can be justified. They are outright exploiting your need and I need a beer and willing to be ripped off for it! 😊
V. K.
Well organised vaccine centre...3 of the vaccine bays operating out of 5...from arrival until 15min waiting after vaccine total time 45mins...
L. H.
Seats really uncomfortable, parking experience OK as we arrived just on time and left a bit earlier. But what was really bad was the coffee, paid 3 pounds for discusting water with taste of coffee called late ... I'm sorry but for such a big place could be the quality of food and drinks much better. After all we had good time as the event was pretty good and organisation as well
E. G.
Very well organised just remember to bring id and covid information
L. W.
Only bad thing was the length of time I had to wait for vaccine as when arrived was told to come bk as my appointment at the time was at 5 n I was there before half 4 other than that fine
M. B.
Pleasant service throughout however car parking could be improved with an upgrade in technology perhaps? The traffic to get out is unacceptable - been stationary trying to get out after the show for 10 minutes. Maybe consider upgrading to ANPR technology and the ability to pay for car-parking from a mobile app would go a long way.
P. G.
Been here loads of times. Sound very good, provided you have a good sound man. Bought a soft drink prior to ELO gig and binned it after one mouthful. It was like warm saltwater. Didn't spoil the evening though.
M.
Great venue for music, but if you're in the standing area don't expect to get a pint. They haven't nailed how to serve huge numbers or have the space for it downstairs. 30 mins minimum downstairs.
V. F.
A bit cramped leaving as the crowds were all directed to the main exits and no side doors used. Toilets clean. Enough staff. Good sound for concerts. Seats comfy enough.
M. K.
It attracts the big names, games and has plenty of parking, but I feel they price a lot of people out of experiencing it more with the costs of refreshments/food at events. They milk everyone for every last cent. If you expect to pay it, you might enjoy it more. I'm honest and believe £5 for a cup of tea and small bar of chocolate leaves a lot to be desired.
d. m.
Visited the new Cineworld cinema , great experience !
M. B.
Up for my vaccination, everything was very well organised and thanks to all of the staff for helping keep people safe
A. C.
Easy to find. Accessible parking. Facilities available every other entrance and seem to be always kept clean. And although the food and drink is a little pricey it's cheaper than other venues, and you won't have to take out a small loan to get snacks. Can't really fault the place. #GoGiants.
T. C.
Been to this venue many times and always relatively pleased. Would like better food and cheaper drinks but I suppose you can’t have everything in life. Always have a great time at SSE regardless.
C. S.
Great venue for big shows but beware if you have walking or stair climbing difficulties!! In a place which accommodates over 10,000 people, there is but one, yes ONE lift which can accommodate just one wheelchair per trip!! If it became necessary to get people out in a hurry, disabled people would be in a nightmare!! Surely H&S dictates better provision for such unfortunate people as these!!
L. M.
We recently went to a Rend Collective concert here. The staff and event crew really have it down to a tee now. From the second we drove into the car park to the second we drove out the staff were pointing us in the right direction and didn't seem grumpy about doing it. SSE arena is clean and a great place to go and see a sold out Christian band just saying!
G. Z.
Not too much to say. I've been there for a concert and the jabs. Place is nice and well organized.
S. M.
Belfast tattoo night. All refreshments very expensive hence the 4 🌟 rating.
g.
The show was good, very well done but the before and after experience was terrible.
There were about 8 people in front of us in the queue (for snacks not hot food) and it took nearly half an hour to get to the front. The staff were extremely slow and didn't seem to care.
The car parking after the show was bad too. After spending an age in the queue (to pay for parking), we were two from the front a member of staff announced everyone could pay at the exit meaning another long queue to get out at the car Park exit....at which point the attendant didn't bother to check if anyone had paid.
The show had less than half the arena full so I can only imagine what this would be like if it was full.
Avoid unless you really want to see an event.
J. M.
Great venue for concerts and to watch the Giants play. Car parking has greatly improved! Only thing letting it down is the price of food and drink, can turn into a very expensive day/night out!
A. D.
Went to see Disney on ice it was gd but there is nothing else open even to have a meal
L. B.
Sse brilliant, carpark a bloody disgrace . Not enough people manning it and everyone at a standstill
K. B.
First class food and service, concert out of this world.
J. S.
Had a lively massage here was a present from my daughter girl was great really enjoyed it and would highly reccomend
C. G.
Great venue for Concerts, Ice Hockey and cinems
T. F.
Went here to see E.L.O concert was fantastic but the seating was so tight you could hardly move without bumping into person next to you are being bumped. I enjoy a drink but some were very drunk became uncomfortable.
R. M.
Queen concert was amazing.
L. W.
Miss Rockies bar... 😥. It needs something to replace it. 👍
B.
The show was great walking with dinosaurs
R. F.
Very well organized.
Helpful staff.
Only issue is lack of dedicated smoking area
P. M. D.
Great arena for concerts, but the queues for snacks over 30mins with 6 people in front would put you off. Even used there app and that was nearly as slow. Mumford and sons concert 5 stars! SSE Arena 2 Stars
P. M.
I visited for my second Covid vaccine.
It was really well organised, staff were lovely & friendly, it was an excellent experience.

Great venue! Loved the fact that you could buy full bottles of wine in plastic bottles. The only down fall is that its impossible to get a taxi after a gig.

Have been to a few concerts here which have been great!
The cinema is the best part! Its never too busy and there are alot of days with special deals so not very pricey! Plus the seats are so comfortable
