G. W.After visiting most (if not all) of the SPA/Hot Tub suppliers in South Wales area, we eventually decided on trusting our money with BOS Leisure. From the outset we were were impressed by their relaxed no pressure sales advice and we had a great deal on an ex-display Marquis Epic- what a choice :-)
Delivery and installation was challenging; but Roland, Bill and Carl were professional, had great consideration for our property and used specialised equipment to make sure the new tub was sited without damage and in just the right position for us.
After leaving us with a fully functional Spa, we were in it within 24 hours and have been enjoying it daily since.
If you are looking for a quality product, with plenty of after sales help and a wealth of expertise, you will be hard pushed to find anyone better in South Wales.

J. J.I have always found BOS very helpful and always has what I want in stock. I've tried the internet for bits but ended up with chemicals very close to there end date. There advice is free and I notice there was a 1 star review saying there customer service was rude. I run a shop and its a bit of a balancing act, you shop is full of paying customers and inevitably the phone rings with someone wanting advice. In my view you cant beet them for technical advice. TOP CLASS FIRM TO DEAL WITH :-)

I bought a holiday let business with a small pool, I had absolutely zero knowledge how to run a pool, I had some help from Melcome from Pembrokeshire pools but sadly he passed away.
I stumbled across bos and with there guidance my Pool is running sweetly and almost effortlessly.
