Nice swimming pool. Quite small, but depending on the time of the day might be nit busy at all

Bright and airy pool with a skylight going across its entire length. Lovely old building and whitewashed interior. Lots of sessions to choose from including women only and transgender only. Friendly, helpful staff. Small pool which is exactly what I was looking for.

Very clean facilities, charming staff. Unfortunately the pool is only 15 m long, which makes sport swimming a little difficult. The free swimming time on Saturday was also very crowded, making it almost impossible to enjoy it.

Small pool but not as busy as the other pools from Freedom Leisure. Very relaxing swim, watching the sky and birds through the glass roof. Shame there's no car park for pool users :-(

Fantastic swimming pool in the heart of hanover, Brighton. We swim here 3 or 4 times a week. It's simple and small but well kept with clean changing rooms. Has been throughly modernised from an old Victorian pool. Good quality swimming lessons available for the kids too.

This was a nice little swimming pool. Just wish opened longer hours. Was ideal as lived 10 mins walk away. Sometimes had pool to myself. Some lifeguards spoke and some didn't, once that did made you feel welcome.

This place, in my view, is one of the most accepting and accessible pools in Brighton! There is also a time table which includes the times of women's only, adults only and trans swimming times ♡ The pool is usually very warm.. sometimes 30°. There is a chair lift, for people who cannot get in and out of the pool easily without assistance. For people in constant need of wheelchairs and Powerchairs this is great! Disabled changing room is massive and even comes with a changing bed! Staff are absolutely lovely and very accommodating ♡

My first time having moved into a place around the corner. It's small, but quite pleasant. My one gripe is that there are no flat surfaces in the shower (aka shelves) to put things on. Other than that, I'll be there regularly from now on :-)

Nice place, friendly staff. The session is one and a half hours so long enough. It was not too busy when I was there, maybe the pool is too short for some more serious swimming as only 15 meters long so be careful banging you head on the poolside ;) It is one to 1.6 meter deep so might be appropriate for some older children.

The new building is lovely here. It’s really nice to come here as the ceiling is glass so it fills the room with sunlight. Although it’s small it feels big as there are high ceilings and a huge window. Sometimes it’s completely empty and you’re the only one which makes it feel like your very own private pool :) My only negative point is that they aren’t always open for an open swim/family swim so sometimes when I turn up the pool is closed for an hour.

A great friendly and professional team running a fantastic sports snd leisure facility based in a grade two listed building. The swimming pool is used by a wide variety of individuals, schools and clubs. Everything including swimming parties, life saving skills, aqua aerobics and personal tuition is offered. The architecture of the building is beautiful with interesting features, the roof allows a view of the sky as passing seagulls soar and daylight streams lighting up the pool. We'll worth a visit.
