P. C.Took my son to infinity last week, a few minutes in I sprained my ankle really badly but the staff were great.
Nathan got ice packs for me and made sure another member of staff kept an eye on my son so that he could carry on bouncing around. He also got a crutch and helped me out to the car.
Hopefully I'll be back soon, very grateful to the staff there for being so helpful
M. Y.Booked for a kids birthday party - the kids loved it and the service was very good. We booked the gold package - big plus for the slush and sweets and voucher but the kidd could have used a little bit more pizza after all that bouncing!

J. R.Absolutely brilliant my kids myself and my partner had an amazing time has dodge ball basket ball and a air bag to jump on to break it up from just bouncing on trampolines payed for the 2 hour session well worth the money and the prices aren't extortionate like some other places.
G. O.Such good fun!! I take my 3 year old to the toddler sessions and she loves it. She gets to jump and play safely without older children to knock her over. The best thing about it is that parents get to bounce too!! The price is very reasonable at £3 per child and £3 per adult (these prices are for the toddler sessions) for 1 hour. All parts of the centre are open to the little ones except the 3 more pro trampolines.

M. D.I normally avoid indoor play areas like the plague (though ironically this is the first one I've been to since the plague of C-19) but I like this place. It's great for mixed age groups (as long as you don't accidentally book on the toddler session first thing in the morning) and/or if you've got an offspring who needs to burn off excess energy and make a lot of noise. Well supervised, welcoming and friendly. The coffee is very good, too.

C. D.I made a huge error and booked the wrong date for my son's birthday, turned up 5 days later than booked! The staff were amazing and allowed me to amend the missed booking saving me wasting £50 and even opened early. I cannot recommend this place enough. The best customer service ever received anywhere!!
M. H.Place itself is spacious. The boys loved it. Food reasonably priced and the staff very helpful. The only minus point is that the staff seemed to be run off their feet going around cleaning everything which is good but not if you're a customer waiting to be served beverages. But hey you can't be in 2 places at once. I guess you don't mind waiting a little to sit somewhere that's clean . Well done staff 👏 👍

It was quiet when we came, so was perfect for a party of kids, but there were other groups there.

J. H.Just took my 6 year old to a birthday party here. It's got a great layout, where parents can see the kids at all times, a nice cafe with a toddler area and good facilities. A much more pleasant experience than another trampoline park I've been to!

A. W.I enjoy coming here with the kids. Everyone enjoys themselves and it's a brilliant workout. Health & safety seems to be their top priority of course and fun is next. The staff I spoke to on my visits all enjoy their work.
I witnessed once, some of the staff dealing with an injury, they were very attentive and well trained.
My little girl once got a nose bleed while jumping around, no physical injury, just a bleed from the jumping and body temperature, you really do work up a sweat. The staff were very attentive then too and the lady at the desk let my girl have a small slushy to help her cool down which was very appreciated. After a few minutes cooling off, back on we went.
The reason I didn't give 5 * is because I made the mistake of not putting my shoes on when going to the toilet (boys), the floor was saturated! Not really good if kids do go in with their grip socks and then take it to the trampolines 😕
Other than that, great place to burn energy, fairly priced and great staff.
T. T. D.First time at the venue today and had 12 kids aged 6-8yrs for a birthday party. All the kids had a great time and were shattered after an hour of practically non-stop bouncing.
The only draw back was being told to arrive 30 minutes early to make sure everyone was signed in and could have a safety brief. Having 12 kids hanging about for half an hour is not fun, especially when you only need to be there 10 mins prior.
Staff were great, venue was clean and tidy, fun was had!
D. R.Great for the kids. Its not the biggest trampoline park in Cardiff but has plenty on offer and not too crowded either. The kids had a super time and have already asked to go back again. Well worth a visit and not priced too high either. Hot food from £2.95 and very filling. Service from all staff was great! Highly recommended.

It is a bit expensive and you have to have the non slip socks so keep them if you intent on going back.
Cafe is reasonable to be fair. Not cheap not to expensive.
Lockers can run out if the park is busy.

G. W.Yesterday we held a class party for our little ones at Infinity and everyone was so impressed.
Marshalls ensured safety and there was plenty of space to minimise collisions.
We had originally hoped to book a room for the food but due to numbers this wasn't an option. It actually worked out better as the benches ensured children were easily monitored by parents.
Infinity doesn't use single-use cups, plates and drinks and plenty of water was available.
Baby changing, toilets (watch the very hot water) and lockers are close by.
Just a short walk/cycle from Newport Road, the location is very convenient. Just wish secure bicycle parking was available (undercover 'John Lewis Cardiff-style' bike parking would make the venue perfect).
Best of all for a discounted price we could self-cater ensuring everyone enjoyed vegan party food. Staff were amazing, especially Jordan and Adam. Thanks so much!

Out of the ten or so times I've been there, the only day i could call busy was the 2nd of january, and it was still good fun, just take extra caution with toddlers. Fairly priced and an awesome venue
s. M.Not bad, 8 quid a kid, for an hour in there, we were going to have a panini but they were out of hot food, which was a bit rubbish considering it was only toasties and paninis on the menu. It was cold in there but they did provide blankets upstairs, which were much appreciated.

C. R.I will jump straight in and say that this place is great for anyone who fancies a bounce or just a bit of fun. There's plenty to do, and jump on! For me the downside was no water fountain, it would of made a huge difference and i begrudge paying for drinks that aren't as good as good old fashioned H2O
A. S.Great place for kids. We took our seven years old to a party there. It was absolutely heaving but it was nice to see plenty of staff around to supervise. No dedicated party atea. That's probably a compromise between more trampolines. And don't detract from the experience. Well worth a visit I'd ring in advance though to check for spaces.
C. F.Visited here for a work social event and booked a coach for the hour. The whole team were very friendly and helpful but Josh (our coach) in particular was exceptional. He didn’t hesitate to introduce himself early on and get an understanding of how we would like our time to go. It was great because the whole thing flowed very well and everyone that came had a brilliant time. I would definitely recommend Infinity but Josh in particular because of how helpful and approachable he was.

L. C.Fab activity for all ages and abilities. Amazing that they offer a disability session every Tuesday for those who find it difficult to have the loud music and busy spells. Music is turned down, the class is a good number of people not over stimulating, the staff interact well and all abilities can enjoy and are allowed to sit ect on the trampolines if they want to. 😁
c. m.This place is awesome not many people there nice and clean. Fun imployes. The on thing that stinks about this place is that the foam pit leaves pieces of foam on your clothes. But over all awesome place. The big wall is great decently recomend it. Aloud to flip into foam pit even back flips which not that many places that I have ever been actually aloud it. Dodge ball was fun to.

Out of all the trampoline parks i have visited i would definitely recommend supajump. Not only for how cheap it is but the wider range of activities for the children and its much bigger !

We went at 8pm and practically had the place to our selves to do what we wanted! Staff were really helpful and willing to teach us new things! I can't wait to go again !! Suitable for all ages.
Tip: You do have to be under a certain weight so ring before you go. Although I think the scope is pritty big (my father is 15 stone 9 and he came on no problems)! 😆
C.Infinity Trampoline Park is not just amazing for family fun but also amazing for friends to. The Trampoline Park also allow cameras which means that you can capture every single moment in it! The staff are kind and also help you put with any help you need, they also can if you want help you out with certain tricks you can learn. There are a range of activities which is great as it means you can never get bored during the time you stay there. From my experiences there I always had a great time and never got bored, it is definitely a 5 star review from me and I strongly recommend this to everyone from all ages.

V. M.My son and his friend had a great time thanks but did get there early like they asked but didn't get to watch the safety film till 1 min before they were supposed to go on trampolines and than they called them in 5 mins before their time were up so really they had 50 mins not 1 hour.
P. C.Not really sure what to compare it against since never been to any other trampoline park so given it three stars. Large indoor warehouse style place with a really good mix of sizes, types, and angles of trampoline to jump on and against. Big foam pit as well and potential for all allowable ages to really enjoy themselves. They also have age periods to ensure safety so five year olds are not jumping with teenagers for example. Exception to this would be a family group activity period (birthday parties and the like). If you've never done - it it is really good exercise. They do in fact do group exercise specific activities as well to help you get or stay fit.

The trampolines are very bouncy. the bounce there is fantastic. there are safety rules and safety socks you can buy. I would like to come back another time.
B.So much fun. We were the only adults there along with one other couple but it was a blast once it got less busy. Only downside is maybe they let too many people on at once
