I love the place. It is very spacious, multiple screens to watch football games, many pool tables and the food was unexpectedly good. I really enjoyed my burger and chips. Super fresh and tasty. Very impressed, definitely visiting soon!

Our work booked us in here today,we had a room to ourselves. Fast table good atmosphere but really expensive infact beyond a joke £4.30 a pint £4.75 a voddy and a juice £10per hour to hire a table pretty ridiculous giving how things are just now... You could never beat Diane's pool hall at hHaymaker Sorely missed in Edinburgh

Nice place, big and lots of room I don't think it matches up to their Web pictures and definitely a man's pub or someone that's a fan of all sports. you need to pay for hire of the pool table which I think was expensive compared to general pubs where you put the money in the table for each game, think it's a minimum of 2hr hire. food was nice.

Great find this! Bit out of the city centre (about a mile and a half out), but it is nice and modern, has loads of space and there are plenty of pool tables (American and European) plus table tennis, and hoards of screens showing live sport.

The ball room meadow bank is great for watching your favourite sports because there is loads of TVs. I have not tried the food but definitely something I will have on my next visit. The darts area is a nice set up with a TV (obviously they're everywhere) and a table. The pool tables are nice although they are a bit to close together. there is 1 thing that is quite bad which is when your going to the toilets the hallway before that stinks. Ps the photo is a nice place in the pub to eat and have your own food as I'd be watching the finland game

Came here on a Groupon voucher which unfortunately they wouldn't accept because the kitchen has changed hands. But the manager was great and did whatever he could for us, and their usual prices on the special menu weren't too different anyway. Staff were lovely, food was good and enjoyed a couple hours of pool

Good pool tables but staff seemed quite confused by our booking. One lady helped us out but overall I was extremely awkward having to deal with 3+ members of staff quizzing me. I had phoned the beforehand and explained I would be with two deaf people and required a space away but there was a miscommunication and we were moved onto a different table. Would return however I hope staff get some more training to deal with customers better 🙂

Saw this walking by. Went in and fell in love with the place. Had a quick look about and saw this was the place for me. I immediately engaged in conversation with the red haired lady behind the bar. She was very kind and informative about membership and application. I stated I'm from the states and will definitely play American pool, even starting my own team. According to her prob id be the first to do so as they only have British pool teams atm. For any further information id need to speak to one of the locals/regulars come monday. She let me know of the variety of tables available and how bookings work etc. I was delighted and immediately signed up for membership. Next to bring my team and friends. 🎱😎👍🇺🇸

Great place to catch up, relax and unwind with friends. Good range of pool tables (UK and US 9 Ball) and dart boards. Private function room also available with 3 private tables and the same number of TV screens and dart boards also which is great for a larger gathering and very reasonably priced. Good range of drinks at a decent price and food options are also available if you get hungry. Kids welcome also during the day.

Venue was really nice. Alot of options for Cuesports among other things such as darts and table tennis. They have a function suite and smoking area. The staff were really friendly and there was no shortage of entertainment as there were TVs where ever you looked. My ONLY problem is lack of parking. The nearest place to get parked is a few residential street across from or further down the road.

This place is excellent! Huge number of tables (pool and snooker), free darts, large bar area, decent range of drinks and really friendly staff. Always a good vibe when I've been. Loads of TVs for sports and they'll even be showing the Premier League games from Amazon Prime which many places are not.

On the plus side the place is huge and very reasonable. Most times we've been in the place is dominated by young (like really young) people playing pool. Have actually seen the bar staff having stand up arguments with each other, which was a bit weird. Anyway it's very reasonably priced and very roomy. But a bit edgy and definitely for the young team.

Overall with the circumstances or covid was run really well. Apart from one of the waitresses. Didn't get her name but was one of the older one. She mightve thought she was having a laugh but me and my friends thought she was very very rude, especially swearing in front of us which I know it is a pub as well but u need to show some kind of professionalism which she didn't have, I can happily come in and point out which waitress it was.

Been coming here on and off over the years since it was JP's snooker club. Atmosphere is definitely more casual now, darts, American pool, a decent place for some games and pints with mates. But have to say this is the worst incarnation. Food choice not great, pint was iffy and definitely didn't have the buzz it used to as the Angle club or the New Yorker.

I went to play pool with friends. The quality of tables and cues is very good and you will enjoy the game. I ordered also a burger which was decent and left me satisfied. It is a place I recommend.
