P. I.A great gym, good sized sports hall and fitness studio, as well as a smaller hall for pilates, yoga,etc, also a dedicated spin studio which is popular.
2022 review, started doing virtual spin classes, a great way to get into fitness if you are just starting and are a bit wary of big classes, as you can hire the spin room on your own.🙂👍

Staff were great,very helpful,if I have to do another one I'm going back there,maybe get a wee snack bar there with coffee and tea and burgers,hot dogs, then we could make a day of it!
