As a regular attender at the Tryst I can recommend it. It's bright with a good range of equipment although some signs of wear & tear recently. It's usually clean and not too busy but seems popular. Charges are very reasonable.

Clean, Tidy,but annoying when people leave clothes in the changing room instead of putting them in a locker provided especially when u have a family with 2 kids,something should be addressed about this contest doing this.

I switched from the JD gym, gym is obviously a lot smaller, but still as good. Surprised at how busy the Tryst is. Staff always seem friendly, it's nice and clean and the shower and locker areas are always kept clean too! So convenient having the fob for entry, and the app for booking classes. Pool temperature is always kept at a sensible heat so it's not freezing as you go in.

This place is by far better than the jd one near it, the staff are amazing. You are not tied into a contract and your membership includes swimming etc. I do several classes now enjoying the work outs. Lockers situated downstairs just need your fob. Can top up your water at the gym entrance. Place is always clean, staff always have a smile on their face and the instructors are brilliant too

A great place for a swim! There's a clean, warm changing area with a large number of hot showers, roomy lockers with a sensible wristband locking system. There are three pools, one 25m pool, a pool for improvers and one for small children and beginners.

Tryst sports centre is class, friendly staff if they see something is wrong they'll help you and they are very calm. This sports centre contains very good equipment and very good customers who will clean a machine that they've workout on so another person can go on to it without having any germs. Amazing staff, amazing machines and equipment, and amazing community in this sports centre.

Lovely reception. Helpful staff. Gym is well equipped. Gym staff are excellent. Jenna provided me with a fantastic induction and excellent workout program. Pool area looks clean and well.staffed however I haven't used it.

Great for squash, good facilities, courts are decent, changing room, you can buy water, juice etc. Convenient to get to, next to Asda,Tesco, Cumbernauld Town Centre with lots of parking.

I was at the cyclefit class, which was a good workout. Only thing since the covid 19 restriction the lack of ventilation in the room made for a uncomfortable experience. Think something has to be done, maybe just open the door to let some air in would work.

Reasonably priced swimming. Nothing special, just plain 3 pools (baby, training and big). Great for teaching to swim as no distraction for kids, ie flumes etc absent. My only complaint is that unless doing swimming lessons, it's a nightmare trying to find a time to take kids during the week as lessons on from after school hours until after 7pm most nights

Swimming in North Lanark is wide a varied to suit most tastes and ages. The Tryst us especially well suited for a range of ages and levels of swimming from long 25m lengths to aerobic mid size pool to baby well warmed swimming with many classes and assistance on hand. Very safe and secure environment.

The tryst has always got so much things happening. The gym is great. The only thing that lets it down for me is that there isn't much access to the middle pool for adults. The cafe food is good too. The staff are great. Very friendly and helpful.

It's the Tryst! A local staple of Cumbernauld since the town was founded. The Pool has been refurbished with the help of lottery funding and the facilities are generally good and well looked after.
