J. H.As someone that always dreamt about getting into the wrestling business, I feel Evolution Wrestling Academy is the perfect first step. Located near the Quays, it is easy to traverse to and perfect for anyone living in the Gloucestershire area.
I am lucky to be a part of this special group that feels like a family and are all for the same goal of helping and being there for each other to get better for one another. Currently the sessions are split between those that are less experienced and skilled, and those that are experienced and skilled, all with the same goal in mind that being to all improve each other and bring each other up to the next respective level. It means whether you’re completely new to wrestling or have experience elsewhere, there is definitely a spot for you to fit right
It is the perfect environment to make friends for life and make memories that last a lifetime, all while doing something you’ve thought was impossible since you were a kid. I cannot recommend Evolution Wrestling enough. Don’t miss out on the fun!

They're so welcoming of all levels and experience, and teach you how to wrestle in a safe and exciting environment. The trainers really bring out the best in you, and help boost your confidence !! All the trainees are so friendly and immediately make you feel part of the team.

A. H. N. P.I've been wrestling here on and off for a few years, and without a doubt the best experience I've had, tutors and trainers are so patient which is exactly what wrestling trainees need in my opinion, along with constructive 1V1 with the trainers to help improve. Professional and personal.
If you're local to the City of Gloucester and looking to get involved, be it a wrestler, a referee, behind the scenes. Anything. Would highly recommend EVO.

A. B.Evolution Wrestling Academy is a friendly, safe environment to learn how to wrestle, and wrestling is a fantastic way to improve fitness and confidence. Regardless of ability, you will be taught to wrestle safely. I've made a lifelong group of friends and I've been lucky enough to wrestle on academy shows and a main show. The older reviews are out of date. If you want to give it a go, come and see the set up and meet the team for yourself!

The whole environment is friendly to all ages and experience and the attitude set by the owner and all involved makes you feel included.
They have a fantastic training team who support and encourage you through your leaning and progression. On top of that Evolution also have great seminars with some of the biggest names in the industy.
