L. F.We had our away day at Herd Farm this week and I cannot say enough good things about them! From the highly responsive admin team who ensured the initial organisation of the day ran smoothly to the activity workers on the day who made it their mission for everyone to feel comfortable and have fun, everyone was a joy to deal with. Tony the Centre Manager ensured that all the different individual needs of our group of 50 women were met fully. The day was a massive success, everyone enjoyed themselves enormously and threw themselves into all the activities thanks to the encouragement from Herd Farm staff. I'd highly recommend Herd Farm for an away day event, the venue is beautiful, even in the rain! The staff are fabulous, there's a huge variety of activities to suit all needs from the adventurous to the more relaxed. And the breakfast rolls were delicious! We're looking forward to going back. Thanks Tony & Team for making it such a special day.

G.Went to Herd Farm with my work employees on a staff training day. We did lots of physical activities outside and had a buffet meal in the afternoon which wasn't great but edible. The scenery was beautiful and to have such an open space to have fun was great.

S. L.Ideally situated close to Leeds but out in the countryside, with easy access to the scenic reservoir. The facilities are modern and clean and the staff are extremely passionate about what they do. I didn't see a single team member without a smile on their face all day.

A. C.Lovely place, great for separated families to get together. Spacious rooms to allow for social distancing and to allow the children space to move and play. Lots of outside areas, and activities can be arranged.

P. P.Just went for an outdoor l child's bushcraft birthday party so I can't comment on the indoor facilities. Outdoors, the grounds are well kept and there's a variety of activities for children. Could do we with a little more organised parking spaces as it lacks marked bays. My child felt safe and had a blast 😊

C. B.Outdoor pursuits centre for children. My son went on his first (school) residential there. He came back tired, and with nothing but smiles and stories of adventure. I witnessed enthusiastic, professional staff and a lot of happy children listening intently to instruction and just having a blast. I would have given Herd Farm a five star rating but for the fact I couldn't join in. Highly recommended.
