A. K.Great place for entertainment to young and old. If you're so much as over 15yo, you'll find yourself the oldest in the room.
Parents and guardians have plenty of observation area. There's food and drinks to buy inside.
As an adult, i found it extremely hard to come out of the foam pit as an 80kg individual. My gf didn't have any issues though.
Some moments from my visit:
Lots of kids around. But every kid is well behaved and we even had one play the "knock-off the other from the bar" thing with us. Another kid was standing at the swing and I asked why he isn't going onto the swing? He pointed that the swing was out of reach for him. He hadn't noticed the rope we pull on to bring the swing to the platform. So when we finally got him his swing, he swung multiple oscillations whereas I hadn't previously been able to get any grip on it with once I'd suspended my weight on it. Kids are strong.
C. D.Went during half term week expecting it to be quite busy but the bookings were well done that it wasn't over crowded and all children got to enjoy all areas of the park. Plenty to do for the entire hour and great value for money. Staff were all helpful and friendly and made sure all areas from cafe to toilets were perfectly cleaned. Looking forward to our return.
R. T. F. (. t. S.By far the best trampoline park around! My kids are quite young so the trampoline park is perfect for what we want and it's a lot of fun for the adults too.
When you visit somewhere or buy something, you invest in the staff as well as the product or place itself. We actually only come to this park to see the Duty Manager. Otherwise we would probably go to the other one that is closer to our house.
We actually go out of our way to come to boost. The staff are friendly, the service is great and Cory is amazing! He makes us feel welcome, valued and my kids love him. He is an asset to the company and it is crucial to keep employees like that in the company.
We will definitely be visiting again. I've been to trampoline parks that are better but like I said, you buy into the staff as much as you buy into the the place you visit and pay for.
Well done to all of the other staff too, you made us feel welcome and the who experience is very straight forward and we aren't left waiting around at all like at some other places.

The good - boost Leicester gave me use of my party room for the whole of my party time which really helped when having a Sen child attend.
My party organiser was a lovely girl, great help, we appreciated the free hot drinks for all the party parents.
The not so good - on arrival they had No child’s socks only Adult size jump socks which meant the children had baggy knee high jump socks on, when serving lunch the chips came about 10minutes after the nuggets …… very poor planning! I will also point out the chips had skin on and tasted awful, certainly not child friendly and got wasted!

A. I.Check in is easy, especially if you have done the waivers on line. It's quite a basic trampoline park but the viewing area is in a great location so you can see your kids at most times.

H. S.We had my child’s 6th birthday party at Boost Leicester this weekend and the children had a fab time. The 1 hour bounce was plenty for them and the pizza and chips were surprisingly good! It’s not cheap, but if you can afford it it’s definitely worth the money to have all the stress taken out of the organisation and the day! Our host Meg was really lovely too, always on hand and checking we were okay.
L. R.Very clean and tidy. Party rooms small. Toilets have toilet seats not attached to the toilets and broken locks. Not a great range of food. Not enough seating. Beacuse of how clean it is though it is definately 4 stars.

E. B.Good trampoline Park located close to the city centre, quite a lot of parking but still struggle to find a space at busy times. Quite expensive, £26 for 1 adult & 1 child to bounce for an hour (including socks). Not all attractions open while we was there either. Tables in cafe area hadn't been cleared or cleaned and food was cold.

c. a. h.boost trampoline park is by far my favourite trampolining park; it is safe and fun and there is so much playing equipment to use!
there is a large variety of basic trampolines; the basic small square trampoline for one user, the long runway trampoline in which you run along then do a gymnastics trick, the trampolines up the wall in which you can bounce off from, and much more.
they also have sport games like basketball on the trampolines but they are kept in a separate department, along with the climbing and parkour equipment. there is also the iconic game which everyone loves, I'm unsure what it's called but it's basically where horizontal soft poles spin in circles, and you have to jump over them.
boost trampoline park is incredibly fun and i highly recommend it to anyone!

Get there and no socks available and you can only jump if you're wearing socks (says a lot about their 'you have to wear our socks' policy) one of our group of 4 wore sliders no socks. Had to drive and get socks taking 15 minutes jump time. Person at desk was initially rude but on arriving back with socks gave a drinks voucher but still I'm down socks x4. Jump experience was great though! Felt like a big kid.

T.Had my twins 7th bithd party here today.Ok so start with the bad sigining in/ waiver is a real faff its just takes forever esp if your with people who are not tech savvy or speak other languages. They completly ran out of boost socks! But told us ok to bounce in normal ones....ok sorry boost im never buying ur socks again lol. Party host Alissa was lovely very calm and helpful helping with waivers let us store things in staff room and carried them through to room for us. Manager with glasses very helpful too.facilities are fab party room lovely. Could not hear music at all for games like musical bumps or pass parcel (which i organised)but lovely party host made up for it. One pizza was a bit burnt so another was brought out quick. You get loads of food too and the pizza is actually really nice doesnt taste cheap.Alissa even offered all the kids a free slush and even refilled birthday boys slush bottle to take home and let us have the room for longer. Such little things bit made a real difference.Alissa was very helpful clearing away and helping even though id brought a lot of halloween decorations! Must say this is a childs dream party even things went wrong made better by staff who have a calm no quibble approach to customer care. My twins are very happy will defo return !

On the day everything was brilliant, the staff were friendly and welcoming and the kids had fun from start to finish. Really impressed and would recommend, my son likes the special birthday socks he got too, a little special treat for his party.

f.Great place for a kids party. Lots of space to jump around, fun activities to do, foam pits to jump into. Cafe on site as well as a car park. Also lockers so you can store your stuff. Helpful staff and the general manager was lovely and so welcoming. Her and the trainee we had to host our kids party were greay hosts, friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Great with the kids and the party games they did had the party guests involved and having fun. We were in the karaoke party room which was great and the kids loved the food - they loved the pizza that much they wished there was more of it! First time here and won't be the last. Would definitely have another kids party here or go just for a family bounce together. Great fun.
C. G.A good place for older kids and younger ones. The soft play is separate to the trampoline area, and is up a good flight of stairs so not so good for those who can't walk too well. We enjoyed our time here; my daughter was at a birthday party and had a good time while we took our toddler to the soft play area. Only downside is that as the soft play is upstairs, you have to be careful that little ones don't run off towards the stairs as it's not secured here. There is no safety gate. Good place though

The customer service and positivity from the staff was unbelievable, they had put in 100% effort in making sure my kids have a safe yet fun environment battling them on the battle beam and more, the cafe was clean and efficient with taking orders and suprised with the table service. T. M.Went here to visit the soft play. Prices were good at £3.50 and you don't need to pre book so it was good for us. However, upon going to the soft play I was really disappointed. The soft play really is so small. We have been to bigger soft play centres which are the same price. I think the price for this should be reduced to fit the activity.
I ended up with an upset child, so we decided to try the trampolines. We went to the advisor on the desk and she was so kind and helpful. She agreed to swap the entry to a trampoline entry and pay a little extra on top. Thank you for that.
My son really enjoyed himself as it was his first time here. I would definitely go back and would recommend.
The only thing I found was a bit negative was a few members of staff who seemed to be more concerned with themselves than watching the safety of others. Considering I wasn't allowed to supervise my 5 year old from the sidelines and check if he's OK, and leave it to them to watch over them, I don't think they were all that watchful.

L. S.I bring my toddler and baby to the mini bouncer morning sessions and can't recommend it highly enough. The staff are extremely helpful, the activities are varied enough to keep toddlers busy for a few hours and, best of all, there have never been more than a dozen people there so you practically have the place to yourself!

Went as a family. Ages ranging from 7 up to 45... Everybody had a great time. Plenty to keep you occupied for the session.

Went for a drink in the cafe upstairs afterwards which was also very good.
The two teenagers loved the spinning pole arena and both have been back with groups of friends since our family visit.
p.Had a great hour of fun park is nice coupd be little bigger but price is spot on for size.
Seemed female staff were happier and talkative more than the male staff.
Cafe area is nice think the childerns play area needs to be improved asap far to small as more people going will have a small child but overall good
S. D.Kid had an amazing experience here. Absolutely loved it. Lots of things to do really. Parents can have a birds eye view of their children while enjoying coffee and snacks. My order was delayed but I still want to give a 5 star since the staff apologised and asked if we can have anything complementary. We denied but happy about the genuine acknowledgement that there has been a mistake and it was a busy Saturday evening so it was alright for us. Definitely going back.

D. A.I’m amazed at the poor reviews. My son came here for a party and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly even catering for someone that was dairy intolerant. Everything was well organised and well structured and all the kids had plenty of time in the trampoline areas which numbers are kept to a minimum for safety. Personally it’s a great place and I’ll be coming back here my self to have a go in the near future!!
H.Great fun. Place to go with your friends or family or both. Good for all ages and includes fun things to do including an awesome mini wipe out thing. Might need to buy socks but if you have your own you can just wear them again to save some money

H. C.We love this trampoline park. Clean, light and airy unlike some of the filthy, dark and dingy parks around. Brilliant soft play in the cafe and plenty to do for all ages. The early morning family and toddler sessions are perfect. Disney music playing and loads of toys and balls to play with. Cafe fab also. The kuds and adults who go here are all very kind and respectful. I would only ever come here. Can't wait to try the other boost trampoline park.
L.I went to the under 5s mini explore with my 2 year old. Had a fun couple of hours here and all the staff were helpful. Found it to be very safe and lots of parking around the building.

S. K.I brought my 3 kids here thought i will give them a good time during half term. They loved the place they didnt want to leave and wanted to stay. The service from all the staff was great. We was told where to go for the video which we had to watch and then we could enter the trampoline area. I sat in the cafe while the kids were jumping around the menu is really good with loads of different options from pizza to chips and even mozzerella sticks. All well priced. The colleagues were great in the cafe and looked after us all the way. I was really impressed on how the staff on trampoline area interacted with the kids going on the battle beam and really joyfull. The kids keep telling me they want to go back will deffo be back!

Their are many different lockers to put belongings into for free.
Unfortunately by law they are required to have a safety briefing before you can go trampolining (as does every trampoline park) and if like me And you live locally and come very often, having to endure the video over and over can almost feel painful, as you start to learn some of the lines of by heart with out even wanting to.
But anyway after that, you get your arm stamped and you wait for the previous session to end, then you are allowed to go onto the trampolines.
They offer a decent selection of different activities such as gladiator pit, wipe-out, basketball hoops, reaction testing Games a foam pit and also a compact grid of trampolines.
The foam pit is fun although you are not allowed to do any thing more than a front flip or a backflip which is pretty bland as most people can already do them on trampolines and the ground without the aid of a foam pit.
The food their is also quite over priced and usually costs a lot more than it should, discouraging people from getting beverages and snacks which is quite counter intuitive...
But don’t let:
• Dull safety briefings
• strict foam pit rules
•overpriced snacks
• cranky staff
• screaming children
Put you off, it is still pretty decent and a fun day out
P. x.Thought trampolining was a great place to hang out with friends. Affordable cafe and had a great time. We had a bit of an issue about waivers because it wasn't clear on the boost website that we had signed for a boost park at the wrong location. If you intend on visiting remember to take money for jump socks, I had socks from another trampoline park and was not allowed even though they are the same?? Overall lovely time and staff.
C.Very average for a trampoline park. Would be alright but reception staff seemed really stressed because it was busy (it's a trampoline park of course it'll be busy!) and didn't even check the waiver we'd filled in beforehand. The staff in the actual park weren't watching anything, I get the vibe they were just students needing a job. Actual facilities are decent, but I don't think they're gonna get anymore business without doing adult-only sessions like Flip Out do, else you're stuck with kids constantly faffing about and breaking all the rules (which they get away with because of my previous point) which makes it no fun for anyone older.

Beautiful compared to others, when I visit every single member of staff are lovely, especially kirsty, mollie, Elisha, Jacob and Jess (everyone was but these stood out) it was a pleasure to come visit and I will continue to do so, very clean and food is lovely, the cafe staff, especially Jess and mollie were very helpful and were very polite, unusual for today’s generation in young ladies... it makes me very happy that boost has employed such wonderful staff and they have a positive attitude about everything😊
P. F.Great for kids, good exercise. Let down by dirty floor and tables in the restaurant. Spilt drinks, dirty tables, left for more than 2hrs; so puts me off ordering food here. Would be 5* if cleaning was sorted out- hopefully an easy fix.

R. W.Visited the park yesterday with my little one, we went to the Soft Play area which is designed for under 5s, which i thought was good value for money (£3.50 per hour per child). The cafe was good, staff nice, would come back again

J.Came in a few days ago, I was greeted upon entry by a staff member at reception I was told to fill out a waiver form and they helped me out with this, I didn’t book online but managed to get a spot for an afternoon session with my girlfriend during my hours jump I had a really great time with all the staff and the trapeze. A. P.In terms of entertainment, this park offers quite a lot, including a wipeout section.
However, my complaints arise when assessing employees’ interactions with the public.
My family arrived at 19:30, with a session booked for 20:00. This should have allowed for ample time to complete entry, etc. However, due to lack of good management of queues, and only two people at the counter, we were only admitted at 20:05. After placing valuables in lockers, we proceeded to trampolines at 20:10.
My sister was then aggressively asked to show a stamp, as she and her family had not watched the briefing video. While I understand this is protocol, we were informed to go to the trampolines after wearing socks, which have to strictly be BOOST socks - not any other brand.
At the end of the briefing video, a person from another family asked if any time on the trampolines that had been lost due to long queues would be added on at the end of the session, they were told that it would be reimbursed if they had not booked their session on Groupon.
As we exited the briefing room, an employee wrote a “+15” on our wristbands, signifying that as we had not booked on Groupon, our time would be added on at the end of the session.
At the end of the session, we were told by employees to exit despite the “+15” on our wristbands - we asked to speak to the manager, a man by the name of Andy L, who, as he approached us aggressively, immediately began on the defensive without even asking what the situation was.
He said that the company website recommended to arrive at least half an hour before, which we told him that he did. He also said he could not verify whether or not the “+15” was indeed written by an employee, which was ironic as behind the employee who wrote it, was a “CCTV in Operation” sign.
Overall, it was a good experience which was unfortunately marred by a lack of communication between employees, as well as the expression of aggression towards customers. Prices are reasonable, and I would recommend coming - arrive really early to avoid any scenario similar to mine.

C. S.Dragged the girls for some fun, was crazy, we didn't stop laughing throughout, kept getting knocked off on the wipeout and was a great workout too. Really want to go back to try a fitness class now, it looked great as we were leaving.

A. E.The centre is great place to jump with young kids. Very bright and colorful compared to the local competitor which is purely my preference. My reason for the 3 stars the value for money. Both Boost and Flipout have mini jump sessions for under 5's every weekday. Both parks charge for the kids, but Boost also charge for the Adult (£6) whereas at Flipout, adults jump for free! Also Boost are much more strict on the timings of these sessions allowing you to jump for the hour. At Flipout, me and my 3 year old can jump from 10am until 1pm (or until we drop). That's 3 free hours of activity for £6 - BARGAIN! For me this is the only real difference between the two parks that gives one the edge over the other. Granted it's only relevant if you have under 5's but I hope Boost look at this.

B.No problem with the place or the staff and my daughter had a nice birthday party. But there was nowhere to park and I ended up smashing the front end of my car trying to find somewhere.
