First time visiting Liverpool and we had to see a match. My grandad played for Everton in the 60’s so it was really special. Great atmosphere. Passionate fans. Up with the Blues!
E. H.
As a proud Evertonian I really can’t rate the place any lower! But overall, staff are super friendly, food is lovely on the lounges and the tours are spectacular! It’s just a shame that they lost the Brighton match 2 days ago :/
Z. E.
Great stadium. Very reasonable price for refreshments for a football stadium. Staff were very friendly with plenty of stewards on hand to support where needed. As for toilets there are plenty with hand sanitizer placed throughout the stadium. My particular seat was good and I had good views throughout. Will be returning again. #UTFT

This was my first visit to Goodison while staying nearby. It is situated in a tight neighbourhood where all the houses and shops and right beside it.We had a walk around the stadium and took a few photos,It's an old building but still nice to see and I can imagine it's hectic around here on match day
c. c.
Came to watch the match for peace Everton v dynamo Kiev and let me just say it was a fantastic game! 3.-0 COYB! Great to come back to Goodison. The entertainment was good at halftime shame about the pitch invasion though full of little kids whos parents sent them on! Let's hope the new season is better

125 Years Of Football History
Goodison Park has incredible history dating back to just before the 20th century, just imagine how many great games have been played inside this ground with Everton and football legends like Dixie Dean, Alex Young, Alan Ball, Graeme Sharp and many more. This stadium hosted many games during the 1966 World Cup where Pele came up against Eusebio and the North Koreans went 3-0 up against Portugal only for Eusebio to spearhead a great comeback for Portugal.
You get to see what it's like in the Dixie Dean suite, the most expensive hospitality area and even sit on the seats reserved for Kenwright and Moshiri. It's amazing to compare the away changing rooms to the home ones, whatever helps give the home team the advantage. Then walk onto the pitch with Z Cars blaring from the speakers.
The stadium certainly has seen better days but there is a new stadium coming in the next couple of years so I'd recommend booking a tour of Goodison before it is gone for good.

Headed to Goodison for the Papa John's Trophy match Vs Mansfield Town.
Lovely ground, shame it's going to be replaced.
History, character, fantastic.
Loved the wooden stands.
Stewards were helpful and courteous, as were the turnstile staff.
Only very minor downsides to the visit were that the club shop was closed. I always like to purchase a scarf from every ground in go to.
Toliets were very dated, yet clean, but understandable with the impending relocation.
R. M.
Yes it's an old stadium, but nothing like it left in the land... So close to the pitch you could reach out and tap/slap the players!! It was a dream come true for me to go to the Alex Young 'Golden Vision' suite, to welcome Frank Lampard into the fold and watch The Toffees score 4 (!??) at home. There are other stadia, and other clubs... But you're born a blue... You can chose to support other clubs, but The Toffees choose you... What a ground, if you know your history...
N. K.
My first time at goodison to watch the merseyside derby.
Very old fashioned classical style stadium and the atmosphere was electric 👌
D. B.
Always happy at Goodison Park. Few flags from the club to kick off the first game of the season.
A. C.
"It's a Grand old team to play for ", I always love going to the old girl especially for evening kick offs.
j. b.
It’s a bit dated but it still has the magic feeling unfortunately it’s getting flattened but holds many good memories
p. f.
Good old fashioned stadium with lots of obstructed views. In need of a new stadium I think but in some ways will be a pity.
C. R.
Great atmosphere and immense History but this stadium is in desperate need of the upcoming Upgrade in Bradley Dock
J. B.
Proper football ground, a real throwback. Sightlines not the greatest, but a decent atmosphere can be generated in the awsy end.
C. U.
Iconic football ground. Soon to be demolished to bring the club into the modern day. For now though, one of those nostalgic stadiums that are a dying breed.
C. H.
For such an old stadium it generates a good atmosphere.
P. D.
Good experience, struggled to see the full pitch even on row 9 lower tier of away end.
Not well signposted around the surrounding area on our way to the ground. Had to walk against the flow of home fans as struggling to find stadium, 1 very helpful home fan was happy to give us directions. Streets generally dirty on the way to the ground.
A. B.
Incredible stadium, the grand old lady
R. S.
Definitely can feel the fact this is an old stadium that has seen a lot. Cheap drinks and friendly staff!
G. K.
I'm an Everton fan so obviously this is the greatest place on earth.
A. H.
One of the great old 'real' grounds and a decent atmosphere. A pity to lose it to a new soulless lookalike stadium in a few years, although I can understand the reasons behind the move. I was at back of upper tier, so slightly ristricted view of far touchline and last 3rd of pitch sue to supporting poles and girders, but in a way adds to the traditional 'old skool' experience of days gone past! Besides you can always duck and move your head to see more! Hopefully another season at least of away visits, but I'll genuinely miss the place when it's gone....
C. W.
Although I could hardly see the game as most fans standing, I will have to say that the meat & potato pie, along with a cuppa for only £6, was an excellent purchase. Only problem was two out of five of the ladies toilets I went into were out of order.
C. j.
Done the tour a few weeks ago taking my son. Was a fantastic experience for him as he's only 3. Staff where really welcoming and we all had a great time.
J. A.
Such an amazing atmosphere for both home and away fans, I've also had the pleasure of playing on the pitch and cannot compare this experience to anything else.
This ground is extremely special to me!
T. W.
As always the atmosphere was great and the reception from Staff before during and after the game was warm and friendly. But most importantly is how they invest and care about their community. Didn't choose to be a Blue but so glad I am. They are a credit to Merseyside.
a. G.
Proper football stadium. Great view, close to the pitch and friendly staff. It's how a football stadium should be but sadly its days are numbered so cherish it while you can - from a west ham fan
A. B.
Classic football ground with lovely people behind the scenes, we did the stadium tour and had a really enjoyable afternoon
A.
Coming in as a visitor, I felt greatly welcomed into this "blue" family. The atmosphere outside the grounds wasn't anything too crazy but inside was nuts! The squad mounted a 3-1 victory versus one of the league's top squads, Chelsea. Access to my seat was easy and I had a great view of the pitch.
l. E.
Amazing football club. Great history around our club to read. Has our whole history around perimeter.....beautiful blue n white ground....legend Dixie Dean statue outside...then the holy trinity statues 2..Colin Harvey...Alan Ball and Howard Kendall.
D. P.
Simply a great place! Amazing atmosphere, great like minded people, it was my son's first ever football match and he instantly fell in love with Everton
M. b.
Bouncing last night due to excellent crowd participation and a rare victory. Nearly marked down for causing bruising, sore throat and deafness, but was worth it in the end. Oh and some dude strapped himself to the goalpost
D. B. E.
Fantastic stadium tour. Very knowledgeable tour guides who made the experience a day to remember.
R. B.
I absolutely love this place. Yes it's a bit dated and not one of the premier leagues generic modern stadiums but the atmosphere around the ground is superb. Love the fan zone in front of the Park Stand. Some of the stands have limited bars/catering areas but the food and drink is pretty decent.... Don't have too many Chang's though, it's loopy juice!!
F. F.
Great place to visit to watch a football match
P. C.
Loved the tour great couple showed us around Lilly and Bill? Very knowledgeable about this great old club
C. H.
Great to go before the Grand Old Lady becomes no more. One of the oldest stadiums in English Football and the only English League ground to host a World Cup Semi final in 1966.
A. B.
Really enjoyed the tour! 🥰 lots of history and facts
K. K.
Amazing, staff were lovely, fans and locals more than welcoming never met such lovely people. Definitely travel back up there. Best day of these two brothers, memories for life. X
T. P.
I like how the tour want to present. This is not a big football team like Big 6. However, I feel their proudly to present and let me feel great with this club. The facilities looks a bit outdated.
b. g.
One very happy Everton fan! First visit and the place is amazing 👏
R. S.
The away supporters view is terrible that part of ground is so old ... Even worse when you lose . Home fans only really started making a noise at 70 mins pretty quiet most of game ... Even when they were winning ♥️💙🦅
1.
I love The Old Lady. Will miss her when we move to Bramley Moor.
A. F.
One of the greatest stadiums ever built in it's day, obviously seen better days now, but still one of the best atmospheres in English football, especially under the lights.
T. T.
One of the old school stadiums still remaining. Views not bad from the away end. Small fan park available for food drinks and entertainment. Closest parking is £15! Which is ridiculous and the most expesivest I have come across in the premier league but cheaper ones can be found slightly outside.
E. M.
my dream come true to visit this iconic stadium, when I saw my 'mecca' I fell to the ground in tears! wonderful atmosphere for the Merseyside Derby - to all Blues around the world, make the trip! ETID
C. A.
Great tour of the stadium. Our guides, lily and Ron were brill. My lad and I loved it
w. m.
A must for all Evertonians!
Fantastic experience! Very friendly & Vibrant! Would definitely recommend to all fans. Would go again :-)
K. B.
I mean. Cant give anything less than 5 stars when you win 4-1
s. w.
Great spot. Bit aged but awesome spot. Chairs were a little tight for a tall guy like me.
N. B.
Always a great atmosphere, even when the team not good lol. People in Liverpool are amazing, always love my visits 😍
A. I.
Amazing atmosphere and friendly staff. As a non local I felt at home. Go Blues! Great effort today.
A. R.
Only gave it a 4 as I'm a red but lovely 3 corse meal and plenty of staff on behind the bar in the Jimmy Gabriel lounge
B. d.
Parent club of Liverpool fc . Great to see Mersey side derby in this stadium with a mind-blowing atmosphere
R. C.
Never really supported football untill I went to watch Everton for the first time absolutely amazing atmosphere and amazing feeling being a part of it .
R. C.
Old style & Restricted views.
Update - visited in 2022 and had time to walk around stadium. It really is a nice stadium with lovely pubs and cafes nearby.
L. B.
Great place for historical and current footballing nostalgia. Blue through and through and love this place.
C. H.
Historic is certainly the word for it, your fans was as lovely as can be as we spoke to a few on the way too and back from the game, Liverpool gives you a real sense of community and was glad to see it displayed. Fans were a bit quite and we made the noise all the way through. Restricted view of course but weirdly added to the atmosphere.
E. B.
Beer is too much, the toilets are far too small, the tiles are cute, and the fans are the best.
M. K. (.
Lacked atmosphere. Good job the Villa fans where in fine voice 😉
T. G.
Facilities are definitely run down, but you can feel the club history when touring the stadium. You get behind the scenes access to the home and opposing locker room, the press conference room, and tunnel/dugout area. The tour guide was very informative and provided a lot of facts about the clubs history. It’s definitely time for a renovation or an updated stadium.
R. L.
Great game. Old fashion ground with wooden seats. Staff were poor though with dealing with a Everton home fan who was abusive sitting in row 12
P. P.
Great🙂i had always wanted to visit such a historic ground especially as Everton will be leaving there in the next couple of years,i've never been to Liverpool so again i was looking forward to be among such humerous and down to earth Liverpudlians, having enjoyed Boys from the Blackstuff,Brookside etc.I wasn't disapointed as everybody was so friendly and helpful and of course the humour😄Lovely experience, great day and i look forward to going back to Liverpool to see the town and historic sights properly.
M. Y.
A very old traditional ground, very poor atmosphere while I was there this could be due to the quality of the game tho. If you are seated towards the back of the away end like I was the the view of the pitch aitch the best as you can see from the photo.
M. E.
Nice old school ground, not many like this left
I. Z.
The greatest ground for the past years for Everton home games as it has hosted games where they actually won the league which was with Howard Kendall last and when we hosted one of the World Cup semi finals when it comes to the final game it will be sad leaving for a new ground but we will have to get on with a new chapter.
J. F.
Amazing Atmosphere, great fans. Lots of great history despite this season not going well for them. COYB 🔵
L. B.
Lovely traditional ground
G. M.
The Grand Old Lady!
I'll miss her when she's gone. Sure, it's old and the facilities are poor compared to some other stadia, but she's our home.
The history will live on (just a few...):
1st purpose-built football stadium
1st four-sided stadium with two tier stands
1st stadium with a three-tier stand
1st club to have a church attached to its stadium
1st club to install dugouts
1st to install undersoil heating
P. F.
Love this place, hospitality was awesome. Staff were great. Seats are tight together but it's an older stadium and that's the charm
S. M.
My first ever football match and I loved it. Everton played a great game and atmosphere was amazing. Would love take my little boy next time.
H. A.
classic stadium, lots of food stores nearby, some halal too. great experience
V. H.
Where dreams and nightmares are made. Me and my son love Every visit. Win loose or draw we go back to support the blues, COYB 💙
A. R.
Had a good night out with friends watching Everton, and what great friendly supporters they have, I wish them well for the coming season 👍😀
E. B.
Superb atmosphere.
G. R.
Took my grandad to a game, cheap tickets, decent seats, lovely staff
B. R.
I liked the fact it wasn't a soulless non-entity like many of the new stadiums (West Ham's London Stadium being by far the worst), but..... facilities were pretty poor, concourse tiny, and view restricted by low (and bowed) iron beams supporting the roof. Easy to park though (test and trace car park about 20 min walk to the west along the main drag out to the M6).
R. M.
Always a great atmosphere at Goodison. Ground showing her age now but will still shed a tear when we move to Bramley Moore COYBs
B. D. U. i. G. B.
Thank you for letting us have a look at the football grounds I really do appreciate it and I’m looking forward to coming to one of the football matches
S. S. 1.
The most beautiful place on earth! Even though shes an old girl, she still has an undefinable quality about her, and under the lights there isnt anywhere else i would want to be
R. M.
Stadium full of character . Old school style seating certainly adds to the experience.
Will be sad to leave the place in a few years!
T. J.
Good conference and hospitality suites, it's a grand old place!
L. D.
A wonderful ground steeped in tradition and history
Used in the 1966 World Cup
R. C.
The 'Old Lady' was certainly rocking today. Great performances from fans and players. UTFT 💙💙💙 Charity match tonight v Dynamo Kyiv. Photo is Dynamo team war.ing up.....
S. J.
Absolutely love this place. The home of football. The atmosphere at Goodison Park is always amazing. Some may say it’s a tired looking stadium and whilst that may be true when it comes to restricted views and ageing seats, you well never find a place that has so much passion and heart built into the foundations itself.
J. M.
There’s a unique charm about this stadium in that it has kept its old fashioned style. It looks like it was built right in the middle of a terraced street. It wasn’t too crowded and police presence was strong. My experience would have been better had the meat and potato pie not been cremated. 2nd time review: Steak pie is delicious 😋
M. A.
The home of Everton FC. Up the toffees.
S. H.
A bit of an ancient monument, but I still love the place🙂
O. M. M. R.
Amazing stadium, friendly staff, best I've been to
D. H.
I was there for the Crystal Palace game. Just WOW. I know we must move on to Bramley Moor Dock but Goodison will always be the home of Evertonian's. The Spirit of the Blues never sounded so good. Lets hope there are a few more nights like that to come. In celebration of achieving something more than survival.
M. W.
Excellent. From the history to the staff, this stadium is so quintessentially British whilst also having a charm to it that just can't be explained. Wonderful.
T. A.
As long as I live I'll never forget the comeback against Palace COYB
P. B.
Beautiful old ground.. A must visit before they move
m.
Oct. 21, 2018 visit - Crystal Palace @ Everton. Great save Jordan Pickford! UTFT!
J. C.
Has served its purpose but move to new stadium long needed if only for 21st century toilet facilities.
A. J.
When visiting Liverpool, make sure to have a look to Goodison Park the home of Everton FC. The blue stadium can be reached by two more stops riding bus from Anfield. It also has the store which sells merchandise in cheap price, cheaper than the competitor. So I decided to buy a scarf and a doll. The home of Wayne Rooney is quite memorable tho, it has names printed in their walls as memorial monument.
M. C.
Went to both Liverpool and Manchester stadiums. This one was the most behind the times. Even the front facade is unworthy of any status. Miles behind the other three
À. T.
Top place to visit if you get the chance
S. C.
As always a great place to visit, just be aware that they don't take cash anymore !!!!
J. S.
Loved the meal in the Brian labone suite and everton won great day
S. Y.
Will always be the best ground in the country atmosphere fantastic
M. C.
Absolutely amazing night. Up th toffes
R. B.
Not too bad. Been to a lot worse.
It's an old ground and you can really tell that when you get inside. Very minimal space on the concourse and the seats are also packed tightly in to the point it's difficult to pass people even when they're standing up.
Didn't try the food, but the lager (Chang) was OK and the white wine was acceptable.
All in all not too bad.
J. B.
Very cool stadium with lots of class and history. The atmosphere can be a little quiet sometimes but it’s worth a visit because there aren’t many stadiums as old as this one anymore.
N. J.
Its a grand old place to go to. Great atmosphere and the banter is great.
l. C.
Ha ha well obviously the best ground to visit in all the world best atmosphere, friendly and stewards are amazing
L.
A magical place to watch a profesional football match. #COYB
C. G. (.
COYB. love this place. Great atmosphere and really nice people.
a. w.
Old school ground , poor view if behind the pillows, but a big plus is staff / steward were first class .
J. C.
I absolutely love this football ground. So many happy (and not so happy) memories from watching Everton here. Gwladys Street will hold a very special place in my heart. It's such an iconic ground and I will be very sad to see it go in a couple of years, but onwards and upwards with new Bramley Moore Dock stadium. If you've never been to the ground to watch a match I highly recommend you do so whilst you can.
M. v. R.
Goodison Park is a classic old ground but is showing it's age. The view from the Lower Bullens isn't great unless you towards the front. The seats are old wooden style that can be a bit uncomfortable.
Most seats have a restricted view of the pitch, some worse than others.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
There is a lot of parking near by, either on street or in a car park. Be careful if parking on a side street as a lot are for permit holders only.
A. J.
I was there 2 celebrate an x/soldiers 105 year old Birthday it was fantastic so is the meal. All D persons in Everton Stadium look after Tom great N he was over D moon. WELL DONE EVERTONIIAN.
S. M.
What can I say? Home of the blues and venue to many happy days watching the lads play for over 40 years.
First win of 22/23 season and needless to say we need a lot more, can't wait to move to Bramley Moore but will miss the Old Lady as this has been a major part of my life for most of my life.
S. M.
I've been attending here since 1970, so it's special to me.
C. B.
Home of the blues. The Old Lady as its known as, will be shut down in the next few seasons as a new stadium is being built on the banks of the mersey
D. M.
The grand Old Lady still has the atmosphere, but, is a bit worn and tired.
R. M.
Fantastic atmosphere, great redult 🙂
P. W.
The Grand Old Lady will be sadly missed when Everton move to BMD
I. F.
Great day , best staduim in the premeir leauge for atmosphere , great facilties
m. S.
Great old football ground with loads of character. Atmosphere is good when it gets going.
P. W.
What can i say, it's goodison it's home love the place
B. K.
So glad I got to see the Blues at Goodison Park! So much history here. Come on you Blues!
J. D.
Brilliant day out tour superb staff fantastic.
P. B.
An unbelievable atmosphere is generated inside this stadium, you can literally feel it shake when a goal goes in. Nil Satis Nisi Optimum.
J. G.
Nice stadium, slightly restricted view in the away area though
e. b.
great old stadium - view for away fans in lower tier poor - sign said 12 quid for four pints and it was 16 quid typical scousers
R. H.
Great day out watching Spurs win 6-2 with my son Tygerj great atmosphere the away end was rocking ☺ 🥂 🍾
M. N. G.
Goodison park is where Everton FC play & the local's go to watch football & meet friends. There are meeting places outside known as pubs where you will alway's find a warm welcome. Except for Liverpool fans. Their meeting place is called John Lennon Airport. Locals are not popular at their sports venue. It is merely a tourist attraction frequented by the 'i.q. challenged'. Nor are Italian's welcome there for some reason. They are an odd sort are the red shower.
Anyway, when visiting Goodison, a good time is always to be expected. Enjoy!

A football stadium which oozes history, loved it. Surrounding area a dump though.
S. S.
Was not able to enter when I went there and was very dissapointed. Does not seem as impressive as other top team stadiums.
S. C.
I absolutely love going to Goodison Park too watch my football team play .....
G. E.
Had a great day specially a win for the wolves
M. C.
Always been my dream to visit these grounds. The experience was unique, cannot be expressed in words. So emotional. My heart beats royal blue💙💙💙
P. R.
Corporate hospitality of a very high standard. Great meal. Really nice SA wine. And a 1 - 0 win to boot.
N. E.
Love Everton every season. Good people. Transcends football. Great folks. Bar staff quick and great. Best w spoons North of Cornwall and only because those show offs have a stained glass window
M. B.
Great stadium, one of a kind with wooden stands.
N. S.
The Grand Old Lady of English Football.
When the move to Bramley Moor happens ,it will literally be the end of an era.
P. B.
Best place I've ever been to...... until I visit Bramley Moor UTFT
B. W.
Great old fashioned ground. Good atmosphere. 👍
G. H.
Great to be back! even if not in my usual seat!
s.
Thers somekind of joke here about ageing like a fine wine.... I mean yeah, its and old pile of wood and its seen better days but its still pretty beautiful and with 100 years of history under the belt, the old girls got some stories.
C. B.
Great place to watch football
A. H.
Slightly biased as an Everton fan myself. Amazing atmosphere and love the walk to the ground on match day.
The ground is wearing its age in many places, the food and drink kiosks are pretty poor along with the choice of items compared with more modern stadia.
Still, will miss Goodison when the team move to their new home in the next few years.
E. C.
Best Stadium ever with the best team in the world...🙌🙌🙌💙💙💙💙
V. J.
First class. Easy to find helpful stewards
T. P.
Nice place. The logo is not easy to take picture with tho
C. P.
The home of a proper Football Team!! Shame the results are letting us down 😔

Great atmosphere and really enjoyed the visit .

Always a great experience at Everton. LOVE this team. Up the toffeees!!
P. S.
A fantastic day trip! Brilliant tour of the ground with excellent guides explaining everything about the club.
J. K.
Lovely guys to work with ☺️
r. h.
Good old fancied ground, with a great atmosphere, even thou my team lost.
P. M.
Greatest place on earth in reality it can be good facilities lowest prices around for premier league great safety record friendly and professional staff meet and great past players and very child friendly good good and comfortable pitch is looking fabulous and look forward to a great season with new manager
T. C.
Lots of history but disappointing atmosphere today. Poor internals so can't wait for the new stadium.
K. J.
Great day , Great Football from the Super Blues.
We finally have Our proud Football Club back , after , the dreadful Benitez appointment. 💙
J. W.
Goodison Park is just the most amazing "old lady" stadium.. Superb atmosphere, food, reasonable prices, sadly the score didn't reflect the fun day out.. Until the next time..... Come on you blues..
M. B.
The grand old lady of English football. Probably the most historic football venue in the UK.
Go if you get the chance.
M. R.
Nice looking ground not really well sign posted on the way to the ground view of the pitch was good but there was some posts blocking some of the view on occasion food was good but was serving carling beer I'd rather drink my own than tgat stuff
L. O.
Brilliant ground, the best atmosphere I've ever experienced. The Everton fans are superb
g. J.
The Grand Old Lady Still looks great of a night looks better after beating Man Utd
I. L.
I work there, the only trouble is, I'm a Manchester City fan 🙀
J. S.
Excellent stadium with banners of it's great players proudly displayed. Well worth a visit and a walk round the general area when no match is on. Excellent club
R. M.
Biased but if you are a football fan, this ground is truly old school with fantastic atmosphere. Grab a ticket whilst the mighty Blues still have this as there home
W. D.
History great games played here
E.
Not been here before and seeing some of the authentic wooden seats and with wooden floor boards in the Bullens Road stand area is a nice touch at remembering how it used to be at the football stadium. Stewards were friendly and helpful with fans returning for last home match of the season
J.
The peoples club, best place in the world.
A. B.
One of the last of the great football venues. On its day the noise reverberates around the stadium. The staff have always been friendly and helpful in their unique scouse way. Food is not always brilliant but it is hot. The football over recent years has not always been great, but the sense of humour of the fans makes every visit amazing. Hopefully the atmosphere of the old lady is transferred when the eventual move happens.
D. P.
What's not to like when you're singing the blues?!
Okay the pies. The pies are really bad. Bad pies. Sweatie pies kept warm that were never any good to begin with. And the lager can be hard to get because they don't pre-pour them so lots of people miss out, especially at half time.
Will it improve? No it won't.
But what a place Goodison Park is. I've been going for 45 years... 3 to go!
S. D.
One of the great old stadiums, good day out apart from result!! Good family club & very proud supporters although lack atmosphere at times. Easy access in & out of ground, facilities good. Plenty of bars/toilets in away section.
C.
Fantastic atmosphere at the Grand Old Lady. Just superb, really good view and close to the pitch.
m. c.
lovely place amazing staff cleaners absolutely amazing
F. H.
Best club in the world. Will miss the atmosphere generated by the compact stands and the character and history of the stadium. Won’t miss the view being blocked by those Bullards.
C. s.
At Everton statium, there was a girls football match and the stadium had bathrooms and that kind of stuff, but the seats weren't very comfortable. I would recommend bringing a cushion or somthing comfortable to put on the seat so you can watch the game with comfort.
M. H.
Beautiful, Historical Stadium!
M. P.
Your experience of Goodison Park will definitely depend on which game you go to watch.
K. H.
Great stadium. Not as modern as some, but it still gives you goosebumps, particularly when the fans are in full voice. Facilities inside all good and there are plenty of Stewards and staff. Ticket prices still really competitive too!
E. M.
Very generous hosts to the visitors from Norwich.
A. K.
Fantastic ground. Great atmosphere.
G. P.
The best Atmosphere I have ever experienced 💙

Simply the best atmosphere anywhere
j. c.
Loved going along to Goodison Park, went with my son, and two Grand children. Loved the whole experience
D. T.
Traditional football ground, some views are restricted due to the stand supports.food and drinks in the away section are very limited and are priced the same as most football grounds.
r. b.
Great place atmosphere is excellent.
d. f.
💙Greatest old stadium in the world.💙 It'll be a shame to leave for a new home by the river 💙
M. S.
Went to watch Everton v Newcastle in March and witnessed the most bonkers game of football in my life!! It had everything!!!
C.
Greatest old stadium in the world
A. A.
i was watching from the main stand until my grandad slipped and dropped his hot dog into someone's mouth, please can he have another one
A. K.
The stadium is quite old, and still has some unique features such as pillars obstructing views. Nonetheless, the stadium atmosphere is outstanding, with everyone in the stand so focused throughout the match. Also, the pitch is very close to the stand thus the action feels so close.
E. F.
Looks alright from the outside. Maybe i'll visit it to see a match in this football season
J.
This is our second ground, will be missed but unlike the plastic reds who our in our first old shed of a stadium anfield, we don't kick people out there homes to extend our stadium . We will build a brand new modern stadium on the docks of the Royal blue Mersey and we will fight, fight, fight with all our might for the boys in Royal blue Jersey. Kopites are gobsh*tes !
h. c.
Great stadium, be sad to leave but it's is getting on. Prices are as expected in a premier league ground.
M.
👉🏻 They don't know about the Terrordome. They don't know about that Wu-Tang level ruckus that reverberates from the toffee blue get fresh crew faithful.
D. B.
Lovely to return to Goodison, a ground full of character, although not so happy that they beat Leeds 3 - 0!
A. A.
Old ground by modern standards but I have to say it's brilliant for getting close to the game.
The atmosphere was average when I visited with sporadic chants of EV ER TON and that was about it.
They were playing Man City though and therefore not much to get excited about as a home team.
Overall I enjoy Everton and the ground is a great place to watch football.
C. D.
Evertonv West Ham with "super" Kevin Campbell
J. N.
Very nice Stadium.
S. H.
Great old ground full of character and atmosphere and home to the Mighty Blues of Everton!
A. B.
Amazing stadium. Heritage. Wooden seats. Easy to access, but just not enough seats. Views can be limited, so pock your spot wisely. Great atmosphere.
G. D.
We were in Liverpool for a weekend and had to pop in to Goodison just to wind my Everton supporting friends up.
J. S.
As a wheelchair user, I can't fault the amenities and helpfulness of staff. As one of the oldest grounds in the PL, the proximity to the pitch and atmosphere is second to none.
G. W.
Went to the Chelsea game last Saturday very good
L. F.
Lovely old style football stadium
d. k.
Great matchday experience. Its an old premiership stadium, but is a true football ground, with the crowd close to the action.
Everyone was friendly ,had a nice chat with a couple of police officers, one took his traditional helmet off and let my grandson wear it for a photograph with them.
Knowledgeable crowd, friendly and witty.
Great day out !
T. S.
Another great football stadium in Mersey Liverpool
C. N.
The new trinity monument installed was the main highlight for my visit, absolutely lovely
J. E.
The Old Lady rocked last night!!!!!
d. e.
Went there to cover the Merseyside dear by, held behind closed doors, grand old stadum
S. S.
My 2nd home, nothing more to be said. UTFT 💙🙏
I. H.
Nice to be back at my favourite place in the world
a. h.
Historic stadium, but really past its sell by date. The move to a new stadium is somewhat overdue.
P. G.
An old fashioned ground , known as The Old Lady. It has great atmosphere when the crowd gets behind the team. Stantions do get in the way for some of the seats.
P. M.
Parking cost £15.00 right next to ground.
Safe and friendly atmosphere
K. R.
Had to leave the stadium at half time because I felt claustrophobic. The seats and spaces are too small. We had seats in the upper section and as it was a warm day it was too hot. On the plus side Everton played the best I’ve seen in a long time and won.
R.
Great day especially when they win. The fan zone before the match has really good entertainment including live music an a quiz usually with an ex footballer the fan park is found behind the park end stand. Price of food and drink isn't great so I suggest take your snacks an flask in a bag.
D. “. C.
Visited here during magic weekend at Anfield and far nicer and more down to earth ground than Anfield.Ground was closed but asked carpark attendant if i cud have a snoop round and was absolutely no prob in doing so! Absolutely top club, will always have a soft spot for Everton even tho am a Sheff Wednesday fan who supports Fiorentina as my other team.
J. C.
Wonderful atmosphere amongst friendly fans
A. G.
Of course I liked it ! My team's home ground, the WORLD'S first purpose built football stadium where Everton moved as English champions. Yes it's showing its age and yes there are too many obstructed view seats, but this place shaped English football. And if you are so inclined, there's even a church on site.
J. E.
Oh my God the tour is amazing
C. W. &. M.
Great 1st goal great atmosphere when we equalised last minute all around incredible
v. 6.
What can I say? I'm a it's fan. 😁
Seriously though, it looks well presented and they do different lounges named after famous players that you can book meals in
V. I.
Great game, Brilliant stadium
A. G.
Evrrton fc is the Best place in the world (kags)
M. B.
Haha, apart from the team being terrible at the minute... This is my church, my home, my religion. The old lady is a beautiful, beautiful place to be.
S. L.
1st time I've been to goodison park an loved every minute, the atmosphere was electric!!
S. R.
An excellent place with the best atmosphere in the Premier league. Non match day tours are recommended as well. The stadium is quite dated now but still charming.
G. T.
The fans are passionate ,the games are intense, The players are giving their all. What a place to be.
S. T.
Great old historic stadium, clean and well maintained they've done their best to keep the facilities upto modern day standards. Refreshment prices are reasonable in comparison to other grounds.
Wooden seats - so what - they last for years and don't degenerate like plastic. Still get a good feeling everytime I go up the steps and see the pitch and the rest of the ground. Better than some other grounds where tourists and corporate clients are the main interest. The only down side are the obstructed views, but you can still see everything if you are prepares to move left and right as appropriate.
D. “.
Great Premiership experience....had a fabulous time with my Dad, brother, son and grandkids. Its an old ground that has a great atmosphere. We were visiting from the States, and everyone was friendly and helpful.
A special mention to the police around the ground...they were very helpful ,and two constables went out of their way to make it a special occasion for me and my grandson They offered to let him wear their traditional helmet for pictures, and it made for an unforgettable moment.
I can't wait to go again!
R. L.
Classy stadium and probably the only remaining Premier League ground that is a ground of the people. Lovely staff and it’s great as a home fan, away fan or a neutral. An absolute must on any trip to Liverpool.
D. C.
Very poor seating and interupted views
C. S.
Decent away ground to visit. Old fashioned wooden seats and pillars blocking the view in some places. But the design holds the noise and atmosphere in for the away fans.
Beer is usual stadium fare and everything is overpriced but what do you expect in the premier league.
I look forward to away days at Goodison every time.
N. M.
Epic, love the club, love Goodison and now my daughter does to
D. L.
You can park almost outside for £15 BUT get in early and dont plan to leave for a while. Traffic is horrendous. Ground is old and tired but food and beer is ok at not to bad a price. Home fans are really good genuine football fans.
t. 1.
What more can you say about the Grand old lady!!! Full of memories, good and bad, but you wouldn't change a thing about her!!!!!
J. L.
Even with any bad experiences in the past, how could i ever give this heaven of a place a bad review. Once Everton have touched you......
A. M.
Very good stadium, large-ish capacity with proper fans unlike man united or city. Not in glorious times at moment but a proper football club. Also great refreshments courtesy of baxter farm.
A. G.
Love the club and the grand old lady just wished the team were winning
D. H.
Historic building for a grand old team. Watching Everton play here was a childhood dream realized. Glad to have an opportunity to be at a game before they eventually move to a new stadium.
J. P.
Always like visiting this football ground
S. W.
Best place in the world!!
j. j.
Good day out ...shame we couldn't get the 3 points.
J. S.
The greatest stadium on earth
P. C.
Excellent old style football stadium. Some obstructed views, but not many. Full house and it's raucous
F. P.
Best place ever. Thanks for the 6-2 win
B. C.
Incredible atmosphere inside and around the stadium.
S. M.
Home of football, one of the original 6 clubs that started the English football league. The stadium tour is well worth trying and not so expensive..... Difficult to get match day tickets as most home games are sold out by the locals.
A. A.
Brilliant atmosphere. Fabulous old stadium
T. A.
A great football experience for all ages. Everyone is nice and helpful. A great atmosphere for everyone in the stadium. Everton are a great team and their heritage is a long and beautiful one. Go put on a EVE shirt and have a great time. 5 STARS
M. J.
Great atmosphere. They've done a great job updating the ground while keeping its old charm. Good fanzone, and pictures around the ground, although there are some restricted seats.
H. J.
Nothing like this place when the fans are up for it and the Old Lady is rocking!!
W. K.
3 visits in 3 days just to get a duplicate ticket for Saturday, and a promise of my season ticket to be posted next week, had all year to sort this Everton not the last 2 weeks.
S. L.
The most amazing stadium in the world. Huge amounts of charm, the grand old lady! Great atmosphere for matches, food is ...y'know,drinks are as expected. People and staff are wonderful, so helpful.
L.
Always a special place to enjoy, crowd had some really rallying moments, and with a Jordan Pickford saved the frankly soft penalty the volume went up a notch, and again after first goal, and when the second went in, it was deafening. Wish for some other food options, but we come for the football. COYB
M. D.
Been to a good few football grounds but Goodison Park is on a different level. The best supporters. Plus at the games, how close you get to the players before entering the ground and after the game is brilliant. The players are like no other in the time they give to the fans. Need to be carefull of the seat you get in the ground as there are a few bad spots. But 95% is brilliant.
A. B.
The ground is old and a bit tired looking, but it was very clean and tidy and the crowd organisation was very professionally managed.
B.
Great stadium with great people!!! Such an insane match and feelings inside !!!!
s. a.
Visited as an away fan and loved the atmosphere and surroundings of this iconic stadium.
A. D.
The grand old lady looking all the better for her upgrade. Still got those restricted views though.
M. 1.
From the outside only, send clean enough, visited the memorial part for my dad, not all flowers and fixings are very clean and well kept bit on the whole or was nice to remember my dad there
A. M.
It is a good old fashioned stadium to travel to and to watch football. I'm a Liverpool fan but my grandad used to take me when I was growing up and loved the atmosphere the ground had to offer. However, I am giving it a four as it could do with some updating, particularly the main stand which is still made from wood in parts!
W. M.
No words necessary. The Grand old Lady.
S. B.
What a great stadium
g.
Arrive the night of the euro game against split, took a chance to grab a ticket (their ticket system is quality) and got lucky. The fans were friendly and brilliant, hospitable. Will follow Everton warmly.
K. B.
The greatest football stadium ever. Just wish it was a little bit cheaper 2 go & see a match. Everton always seems like more than just a football club. It's gr8 for the city, the city of Liverpool is a really gr8 city 1 walk around in also
M. C.
As an Everton fan I’m biased! Great atmosphere. But the facts are this is an old ground. Facilities are just ok and the seats and sight lines are poor. Still be sad when they move to New ground.
N. H.
always a good welcome and proper old ground to enjoy very rare these days
J. v. d. L.
Great stadium with great atmosphere. Very loud supporters. Easy to reach the stadium by car and park somewhere in the area. Enough pubs for pre-match drinks.
L. P.
Home of Everton Football Club, have many fond memories here.
A. S.
Proper football ground...not like your ultra modern commercial jungles of the 21st century.
R. S.
A very atmospheric football stadium
G. R.
A good old fashioned ground dated now and due for replacement. New ground being constructed now and making good progress
b. t.
What an amazing! place. This is now the only!! top division ground in the north west where you can eat fish and chips and have a pint prior to the match with the locals!!! The atmosphere inside Goodison Park, as agreed by many players and managers past and present, is like no! other stadium.
P. T.
Fantastic atmospheric old stadium complete with wooden seats, obstructive views and old porcelain urinals! It is well cared for despite its age. Had a decent view from our wooden seats and the leg room was adequate.
Some noise can be generated from this section of the away end and I found the stewarding to be fairly relaxed. Sadly as a Rotherham supporter, this probably won't be a regular away day anytime soon. Great Stadium, great experience *****
G. W.
My clubs historical listed building. Great freindly atmosphere. Away fans treated well. Food and drinks good quality. Lots going on around the ground being run by Everton in the community.
D.
Watched Everton v. Chelsea today. The staff in the 85 Lounge are wonderful esp Jim and Kerry. Friendly and hospitable even though I'm a Chelsea fan. Thank you for Making our day enjoyable .merry Xmas
s. c.
Great stadium very friendly stewards brilliant experience
M. J.
And you if you know your history...
I. A.
Obstructed away view, but decent location, few nearby pubs, classic football ground and beers available. Also enjoyed the eco friendly drink set up.
F. J.
Goodison park is a great old ground. Everton have a great crowd and when they score, the ground shakes. The reason I marked it down one because it needs a major refurbishment due to it has wooden floors and has restricted views. But still a great ground.
N. B.
No stadium like it under the lights when it's rocking. Unbelievable atmosphere.
a.
Old but gold (I'm an evertonian) great atmosphere as always at goodison. No on street parking is available close to the ground. Most roads around the ground are closed off. So be prepared for a bit of a walk. There are a couple of private car parks which charge a fiver. Food and drinks available. Betting is available.
R. B. (.
A place where hopes and dreams come to die a miserable death.
B. G.
For Everton supporters; Everton needs much more noise.
p. b.
Always great going here
J. N.
Cant wait to get back to the old lady! What a feeling when we get to walk up the steps and see the pitch. Will feel like a kid again
T. W.
Loved the game, atmosphere and friendly people. However I bought a ticket through STUBHUB, as recommended by Everton FC, and paid £47.90 for my ticket. When I picked up my ticket from the Everton ticket office I was charged another £19 which I had to pay. When I looked at the face value of the ticket it was only £15 !!!
b.
Best place on earth,enough said
A. S.
I am fan of everton but there is a player called Dorukhan Tokoz from Turkey playing for Besiktas i would be extremely happy if they transfer him midfield for €15million and honestly everton will like his playing skills and that he is talented to play for Everton
p. k.
It's a bit of a museum now being the oldest purpose built football stadium. Love the atmosphere here when we are winning. Would be a lot better if fat Sam wasn't there.
D. S.
The Grand Old Lady has been the home of both some of my happiest and saddest memories and I will miss it greatly when we leave
N. T.
Best, football stadium.
j. w.
Old stand for away supporters seats very cramped and claustrophobic
Views restricted by metal supports
Sat in lower part of stand
P. “.
Watched the Everton V Aston villa games don't go to football games normally, but enjoyed the game and stadium.
M. B.
Another grand day at Goodison.
Bright Merseyside sunshine along with fervent support created a memorable victory against Manchester United.
Situated in the Top Balcony and enjoying a great view of the visitors being outplayed and dismantled. Made my journey from Cornwall with every mile !
M. P.
Accommodating with a fantastic atmosphere
M. S.
My son loved it as it is his team, he gave me a big hug afterwards. Need your glasses for the trophy cabinet.. 🤣🤣🤣. Great tour, thank you Everton staff !
L. B.
It’s the other Cathedral of football, soon to be moved to a new location, so the current area will see redevelopment
P. G.
Grand old lady. Soon to be no more. Will be sadly missed, was in executive box, nice food great service 👍
d. n.
The Grand Old Lady of world football. Home and heaven. Pioneering so many great things about football...
First major football stadium built in England, with...
undersoil heating, floodlights, dugouts (in England) matchday programmes , million pound stand, 4 double decker stands and first to be visited by a ruling monarch.
Other outstanding occasions;
8 top flight league titles, Dixie Dean's 60th league goal, hosted an FA cup final and a world cup semi final and more top flight games than any other venue
C. H.
Good but can't wait for the new stadium!
L. c.
Simply Everton. Steward s are amazing are so very helpful helped me with my needs and even went and got me a drink from stand to save my dad. During school tournament. Even gave me a blanket. Was a great day
L. G.
Everton (The Toffees) love this team so much supported them since I was born and my blood is blue. Only been to Goodison Park once and that was when Everton beat Sunderland 6-2 the best game I have ever watched and the atmosphere was absolutely amazing.💙⭕
P. J.
Why wouldn't I give it a 5* rating after beating Chelsea 1-0
d. j.
Uninspired for the first 25 mins but then poor refereeing decisions got the home crowd going & the team seemed to rise to them. Goodison park was rocking & so was the team.
By the end of the game, a 2-0 win but strangely we had 5 players booked but Bournemouth seemed to be the more physically aggressive side. Ahh well, a clean sheet & 3 points. Who's next ??
m. s.
Great fans. helpful stewards plenty of parking near the ground. Food usual football prices. Programme £3.50 good value even for away fans
S. F.
Good, traditional and simple arena.
D. 1.
Great tour great stadium
f. q.
I'm villa till I die. Well in gerrard
t. d.
Define madness doing the same thing over again and expecting a different result
Kopites are gobshites
T. A.
The original Football club & still the best in the city. Frequented by 'Local' support and not glory hunters. They leave that to the horrible, foreign neighbours who would sell their souls to the Devil in exchange for silver trinkets. When not too busy protest marching or lighting candles that is.
T. K.
An absolutely amazing club amazing fans and top drawer facilities a bit dated but it's got great appeal sad when it goes but let's never forget one of the great managers efc have had in Howard Kendall rip and God bless
S. R.
Good day out! Friendly stewards and police. Not much legroom (we were in the lower Bullen) but good view. Didn't eat or drink anything in there but looked like usual stuff and prices.
W. M.
As an overseas Everton fan obviously love it. Big premier league ground with family atmosphere. But you feel ground and club are close to a crossroads. Settling for charming mediocrity or taking risks and moveing on with the times.
B. N.
Great atmosphere as usual
J. O.
The first purpose built football stadium in the world. The atmosphere on special days in still second to none. Yes, there is wood; Yes, there are pillars; and Yes not all the stands look the same; that's what is what is called character. This is football as it once was and still should be
D. J.
Atmosphere was electric. Thoroughly enjoyed although next time we visit we'll try to organise a tour of the grounds as we missed out on due to match being moved to a Sunday and no tours on Saturdays
S. W.
Best place ever to go, people are amazing, so friendly and helpful, the stewards in the disabled area are lovely and can't do enough for you and the staff at the food/drink areas are quick and helpful and try to get to you as soon as they can. Just a brilliant place to ho never want to leave xx
J. S.
Anyone with a negative review are haters with a biased opinion. We visited Manchester United (a huge stadium), Goodison Park, and Twickenham. Goodison was everything you'd want - packed stadium - great banter with the visiting team - loud educated supporting fans. The parking sucks, which is why I rated it VG not Ex. But the atmosphere and the quality of the stadium should not be missed.
l. c.
Best experience I'm a blue through marriage and enjoyed every minute
p.
Must say the bars by the ground great atmosphere shame this ground is going pleased to say I got there before its knocked down
M. M.
Best place in the world to be. Home of football and you can feel the history in every fibre of the stadium, love it! COYB
I. W.
I'm a Bluenose, never mot gonna give Goodison 5 stars! However the ground needs renovating or replacing, beer lines need cleaning, food overpriced and meh; but the atmosphere can be amazing.
P. K.
Excellent day !
E. V. C.
Old lady still got the magic. But evolution has forced us to move. Need to be in a bigger area bigger stadium. But Everton community and school keeps our legacy and their maybe more happening dor the communitg when stadium knocked down.
Y. Y.
I went here on Wednesday for a Stadium Tour it was the best tour i have had. Everton has to one of the friendly English Premier League sides ever. Graham Stuart who played for Everton in the 90s did our tour he was nice and friendly you would get a tour like this at Man Utd,Liverpool,Chelsea and Man City Mon you Toffees
m.
Ace afternoon out, well organised and they won the game I watched
L. T.
The stadium may be dated and the facilities not up to the standard of the modern prawn sandwich stadia, but it's got so much charm and tradition, it's a shame I can't give more than five stars. Great atmosphere, especially when the crowd are angry and the tackles are flying in. Tremendous local support that you'll never sample at the tourist trap on the other side of Stanley Park. Visit before Everton move to a modern stadium that has no chance of maintaining the aura of Goodison Park.
P. B.
First class facilities in a truly authentic stadium. Unlike the many sanitized stadia that now exist. Plus the excellent collection of artifacts dating many a year
C. M.
Sat in the new stand. The old girl is doing well and hopefully the new place will have a similar atmosphere.
L.
I've been going since I was a kid & love the place unless you end up in a badly obstructed view !
B. W.
So happy to be one of the few to see Everton in the brief spell of tier 2, as ever Goodison is a fantastic place to visit, what an atmosphere 💙
B. W.
Best place on earth by far a lot better than big roof FC across the park
L. W.
Beer too dear and tastes awful!! Staff pleasant. Atmosphere the best!! Will return every home game. I'm a season ticket holder.
N. J.
'The Grand Old Lady'. One of the last great bastions of English football. Designed by Archibald Leitch, with trademark criss-cross ironwork. The atmosphere is amazing, and whilst the ground is old, you can appreciate the history of the club whilst in it. The only stadium in Liverpool to see a world Cup semi final. Eusebio, Pele and Yashin have graced the field here, and of course the greatest of them all: Dixie Dean. Without question, the best stadium in the world, and yes, I am biased, bitter, twisted and proud
M. R.
Great game great atmosphere, food a bit expensive
B. E.
OK atmosphere but the worst seating for away fans I've ever seen.
e. b.
Cool place. Noticeably an older stadium but still a good place to see a match, especially if you dont mind a knee in your back from the person sitting behind you.
b. k.
Glad they are building a new one
L. M.
Small seats but its worth it to watch the games, the liverpool darbys tho
S. M.
Even though it’s old and past it’s best the grand old lady will never be replaced in every Evertonians heart.
N. “. N.
Only here working but nice stadium....
T.
The home of the blues, the founders of Merseyside football. Goodison Park has soul and is historic to the core, home of many football firsts. The Grand Old Lady is soon to be replaced by a state of the art dockside stadium on the banks of the Royal Blue Mersey. Goodison will be gone but never forgotten.
T. S. B.
What a great game which pales into insignificance compared to the way my brother ,nehpew and myself we ROYALLY TREATED BY THE STEWARDS ON DUTY. They saw that my brother who has Parkinson's would have had difficulty in the seats in the upper tier. They took the three of us down into the lower tier and sat with the Stewards in an area used for physically and less able people . I did not realise that Goodison kept such an area for this group on fans
Well done to all the stewarding staff on the night
N. F.
Great entertainment venue. You get to hear the locals talking in their own mystical language, if you get bored of that then they also have football you can watch.
y.
Home of Everton FC.
A Classic old style football stadium, full of character and soul and when Everton play well the atmosphere is outstanding, the sound, intensity and vibrations from the stands are a welcome sight..loses one star due to some obstructed seating.
