Amazing birthday party! Incredibly accommodating made a little girl very happy!
The kids had so much fun with all the new features I felt like they were safe to play freely which was very relaxing for the adults!
Staff are very lovely and kind! The premises was immaculate also!
L. B.
We had my daughters birthday party here last week. The staff and party host were great. She even set up the food and decorations we brought. Plastic plates and cups were provided but I'd brought my own just in case. An hour jumping was perfect for kids and we all had a great time.
S. W.
Okay trampolines are fun and there are loads here.
Be aware though because as well as paying your entrance you will have to buy their socks and purchase a lock for the lockers. The lockers once locked can be opened by anyone. We came back to our locker and it was wide open with the lock still attached in the locked position.

Did an evening Trampoline Fitness Class, it did not disappoint. The instructor was lovely and gave the class a thorough workout, without making it boring.
Definitely recommend if you wish to get your body pumped, great form of exercise. Burn more calories doing so on a trampoline too.

We celebrated our daughters 8th birthday party at Flip Out Wandsworth last Sunday - it was an amazing experience that she will remember for a life time. Rachel was our party host and she was exceptional. Really paid attention to detail and catered to the parties every need. Thank you once again

We had a wonderful time celebrating James’s 3rd birthday party here. The staff are amazing and make a great effort to make sure we have the best party and a wonderful experience throughout. They are very helpful and amazing hosts. The one hr use of the play area was such a blast for everyone, and their party room is of decent size. All of the guests had a lovely time and already thinking of booking this place for their little one’s party. Highly recommended for a stress free, fun and unique celebration. Thank you very much to all Flip Out Wandsworth team, James had the best birthday he will forever remember.

My grandson had his birthday party here, besides all the jumping climbing and sliding, food for him and his 14 friends was just what kids love, chips, chicken nuggets, pizza gallons of coke and cake ! Mt grandson loved it and so did his friends !
S. C.
Went there with my toddler for her friend’s birthday. It was wonderful. The kids love it, though there aren’t many different options of play. It can be repetitive and monotonous for adults, but the kids seems to have fun to no end!

The only reason I am giving this a 5 star is thanks to the party host ISAHTU who made the party really good for my daughter who turned 9.
She took over from a party host who needs more experience(in my opinion) and was not doing a good job. Making sure there was music, enough chairs, decoration and food. If it wasn't for her, I would be writing a complaint.
Yes Flip out was crowded but it was a busy
Saturday, so I expected nothing less. My advice if having a party, get there before your time as it seems to take long to fill out Waivers even if you do them online beforehand. Try and get ISAHTU to host your party or someone who actually wants to be there as having a bad party host really can ruin the day. Yes it is pricey per child but if you have the right service like I did from Isahtu, then it is definitely worth it.

The trampolines and jumping areas are nice. The staff are polite. Kids have fun. Unfortunately the place is absolute rubbish for organised parties. They run on a schedule so tight that they try to clear the room before the kids have even started eating. Ridiculous. Also the party rooms are barely ventilated and very small, with office style soulless/cold lighting... By all means go have some fun jumping around, but avoid holding a party...

Great family day out at flip out Wandsworth. The staff are lovely and friendly. There is a great under 5s area which is almost empty so perfect for letting little ones go wild and a massive area for older kids/teens.
T. w.
I took my daughter (10) and nephew (12) they had a blast and cant wait to go back even the adults had fun, i found the place clean and the staff friendly i think its well managed and would definitely return. My only gripe is the pick and mix machine we paid for a mixture of 5 items and the machine dispensed 2 as 3 of the options were jammed with sweets and they wouldnt dispense but other then that it was a great day and we will be back!
K. Ö.
It was fun. the staff was so friendly. on the other hand it takes too much time to fill in the wavier. it is obligatory, otherwise you cannot enter. that's why there is a big big que in the entrance. while signing in, you enter a password and the system finds it weak. you enter a another password and the system wants it to be more complicated. you enter another one and it is supposed to be more strong. this is not a bank you know. kids will jump and have fun. thats it.
ps: I hope we did not get covid. it was too crowded and naturally no one was wearing a mask (except the staff). maybe it is a little early to visit those kind of places.

Fabulous for 9 year olds birthday. You do need to be careful with the over zealous car park camera but as long as you enter reg into system, no fine. We got basic bronze package and it was fine. Ordered an extra pizza due to kids being hungry. Had a whole party room for us to eat in. Lovely staff looking after us. Trampolines were great fun as we the extra activities like the races across the foam pit. DJ was fun. I was very pleased with the whole party. Thanks! Oh and nice coffee/cafe for waiting adults too.
T. R.
My children love the jump sessions straight after school as they are nice and quite.
Great staff
R. S.
We had a fantastic jumping session, my kids loved it. Staff were helpful and on hand to answer any questions.
At the end of our jumping session, I witnessed staff cleaning and sanitising the arena. Which was great to see.
We tried out the go karts for the first time (you have to be 6+) and this was AMAZING. The karts did need to be changed part way through, because of a low battery but my kids enjoyed it.
Perfect day out for us, so we will be back again

This place was awesome! Makes you feel like a kid again! Although you end up knackered after about half an hour, it was so worth it and a lot of fun. Would have been good to go in the Pro area but definitely wouldn't have been able to do like on the video at the start. Or maybe I underestimate myself, who knows!
m. a.
I am very happy with the place is very well looked after an amazing cleaning staff team working every were Comfort is very nice lady in the cleaning team thanks for ur care
C. 8.
Kids love it, great entertainment for an hour and lots of seating for parents. Happy for the cafe! Slush puppies are criminal prices. £5!!! for unlimited but your only there an hour. Kids get really hot in there so they know they will want it. Other than that, good day out for kids!
J. T.
Great fun, we were lucky it wasn't busy so the grandchildren had a ball ( and so did i)
M. D.
Omg its too much fun toddler session is 3 hours it was pure fun not only for kids but for parents also
T. C.
Polite staff, really nice dealing with such nice people.
Nothing is to much trouble, on all occassions when i have had to cancel bookings due to covis then redeem back voucher and re-book.
Hassle free!!!!
Just brilliant customer service, nice friendly staff and of course the children absolutely love the trampoline park.
S. W.
Fun and well organised. The staff are friendly and very helpful. My 5 year old niece loved it.
S. B.
OK place, gets too busy during weekends. If you are not jumping and just spectating beware it gets freezing in there
T. C.
We went in the morning was not so crowded but a lot of options were closed
R. P.
If you wanna have fun? This is the right place!
j. s.
Great day out with my 3 kids, seemed to be very well set up for COVID with signs and announcements about social distance and masks.
Had some great pizza's from the cafe, and we cant wait to get back when the foam pit reopens.
R. C.
Came for a party and sadly the venue didn't give the party room to the host until it was time to sit down causing parents to linger in various areas of the venue. Could do with whacking the air con on too
E. N. (.
It has been like when I was a kid, I had so much fun! You should go just to try the foam pool! Amazing!

Flipout is great for kids and adults. There is always good music playing from pop to R and B. The live DJ spins the tunes from a Black Taxi converted in to DJ booth, it looks very cool. The lighting is relatively low with green highlight paint. It gives a syfi feel to the place. There are lots of trampolines of all different sizes for the children to jump up-and-down on. Adults will definitely fit and bounce comfortably on the trampoline's. There is also a soft play area for younger children under 5 and soft play area for the older children over 7, with a very daring steep slide if you're brave enough to take up the challenge. There is a small restaurant inside where you can pick up light snacks and general junk food. They have a few rooms that you can hire for children's parties. The party we had would fit about 10 to 15 small children. The staff will help set up and clean room after you have used. We had our own music but the speaker is provided only had a standard mic cable, so it wasn't compatible with the phones, it would be more Ideal if they had multi phone adapter for each type of phone or a Bluetooth speaker. When arriving you can park outside but you will need to make sure that you register your car at reception otherwise when you leave your get a ticket through the post. The cars are recorded entering and leaving the car park, so make sure you register the number plate.
The roads around flipout are very narrow so be careful when parking on these industrial estate roads, lots of cars look like they had been damaged by large vehicles.
Oh and there are lockers if you need them, and you will need to buy socks.
I would definitely recommend this place 👌.
Hope this help when making a choice.
Z. S.
A very nice trampolining ideal for kids and teenager, the service is very good staff are freindly.
G. M.
For the price I was expecting more attractions but is not that bad.
J.
My children enjoy here very much !!! I am happy with their service too
M. S. (.
great place for kids .. a lot of bouncing ops .. well laid out .. and great graffiti !
F. P.
Very funny place for family.
Bad note: it's very hot and the smell of sweat is awful!
K. M.
Great and fun place, I have been here about 3 times or more. It also makes a great birthday party.
M. R.
My kids love it here, I think it smells and is a bit dirty. Staff looked as if they’d rather be elsewhere. The prices of the slushies are too expensive considering I paid £12 for 1 child’s entry. If you have been here before I’d advise you to hang onto the socks you paid for and remember to bring them with you every time you come.
F. C.
Great facility and loads of fun, different things to try. The people that work there are all helpful and happy to point you in the right direction
J. W.
Fun place to go, although I avoid busy times as the rules get broken and sometimes the atmosphere can be challenging due to lots of kids and young people having heated attitudes. Best times to go are the last hours of the day where there's more space. Staff are OK but can be quite abrupt. All round good place to take the kids but is quite expensive in comparison to the experience, which is why I go early or later in the day. Toilets are quite hit and miss but that can be expected with the volume of people that attend.
After another visit here, I noticed that they have improved largely! The staff were helpful and the toilets were clean. Plenty of locker space and reasonable prices for the outside games like football table and other arcade tyoe games. The slushy drinks are £5 each and are refillable with six flavours to choose and mix n match. We had an opportunity to go on the slide which was great fun. There's also a race thst commences in the foam pit where all the kids race to the end to win a free slushy, so to include everyone at once was great! We visited in thr morning slot so it was crowded and plenty of space to have a go on everything. Well done Flipout!
J. M.
Nice space but book at earlier times if you want to avoid screaming kids everywhere, which can ruin the experience.
The staff was nice but felt a bit overwhelmed by the amount of people.
G. g. E.
Good and fun but badly maintained and staffs are limit rough
K. B.
Really good but it's a shame spectators can't see in very well. Also one hour isn't long enough maybe 90 mins would be better
Z. M.
A great place for an outing wit children and adults who likes to bounce around. You children will be in bed after without a struggle. Friendly staff but not very organised if you are in a group of 6. Waver is a bit of hassle so make sure to sign it the week you will be going because it expires every week.
M. M. M.
It's a beautiful place for kids and parents. The jumping area is divided in 3 parts, allowing tolders, grown up, and adults to enjoy at different levels. There is also a kind of karting there that is so amazing, it really look like a Mario kart game and its so funny for everyone.
The restaurant good, except the coffee that taste really bad. Bring your own, or order tea instead. After 2 hours, be sure your kid will be happy AND exhausted ( finally ) 😏
a. t.
All the staff we met from the check-in, the safety video, staff around the trampolines were extremely helpful and friendly. We felt very looked after. We were also impressed with the staff at the cafe who were efficient and attentive. The food was of good quality. This all really contributed to us having a very enjoyable afternoon. Thanks!
P. T.
Lovely place 😊 kids really play for 2 hours, maybe little expensive but really nice.
S.
went for a birthday party. Drinks provided was squash and the food was thin based square pizzas which was served in silver catering trays. I'm not sure how much the hosts paid, but if they paid for a full lunch I would be worried. However pizza tasted like a school dinner pizza so was tasty, but not sure if it was just nostalgia kicking in that made it taste good??
The venue was large, warm and fun for the kids and adults.
P. A.
Kids loved the Go- kart. Too many people for the jumping, not enough room for them to enjoy the jump.
P. W.
Been twice in the past year. Both times was busy but always able to find a free trampoline. The staff never look particularly happy but I guess the novelty of watching people bounce all day every day must grind. Safety briefing is good and the rules do seem to be enforced. The second time we went was to attend a party. All good apart from the staff again who I thought could be a little more engaged and enthusiastic, especially when the kids were in the party room. Did the kids enjoy themselves? Yes. Are there better alternatives in south London? Yes
M. M.
To be honest it’s a really great place for kids and even adults to enjoy, the kids get so excited to come and play. Today however, it was a complete rip off as we were not told before we had paid and gone in that there was a reservation made for the entire trampoline park, within 40-50 mins we were told to that we had to leave. It was so unprofessional not to tell the customers before hand.
C. H.
Had 10-year-old's birthday party there. Place itself is good, kids loved it; bit chaotic at the start as there isn't really enough room for 4 party's worth of kids and parents to gather, however our host, Eugene, was excellent.
Main downside is that food for the party is extremely limited; if you don't like pizza you're pretty much going hungry.
Overall good experience, would be 5* with food options.
c. s.
Was here on the weekend and visited again with my two kids today. Had such a lovely time and would recommend to those with kids of all different ages. The place itself its a lovely, clean and fun environment and I felt relaxed with my kids being under the supervision of the friendly staff. I would like to thank the red headed lady in the main area who was very friendly and encouraging with my youngest child who was nervous at first. I will be back again for sure as my kids are already talking about our next visit!
C. A.
Great place to take the kids, they can jump and bounce for ages and there are a few other things to do as well. There are sections for younger children, and seating for people who are not jumping. There is a small cafe, but is limited and quite pricey, but it can be used for birthday parties.
Also loved by teenagers and adults. Really fun place.
You can go straight in, but you may have a wait, but for large parties or a definite slot it's better to book first. You will need jump socks that are approx £2.00, but once you've bought them, you can use them again.
J. J.
We celebrated my girls 6th birthday there and the organisation was good. Everyone had great fun. We had a private room for the party dinner and cake cutting. We were a bit rushed at the end but understandably. Cool place for kids and adults who don't take themselves too seriously.
k. a.
Dont get much time inside.
Seemed to be more kids than Trampolines.
L. N. G.
Absolutely loved it. Took my cousin for the first time but he didn't know how to control himself. A member of the staff took his time to give him a 1-1 lesson on basic trampolining and he had a lot of fun. Will definitely recommend and return soon
M.
A great facility, fun times every visit. Although it’s very dark in there, I can’t seem to focus on what I’m doing as I can’t see very well. Please turn the lights up! Good music too, very fun!
Also with there was more adult classes.
S. H. (.
Great place for family with young kids. It's super busy during the holidays though and worth booking in advance. For adults if you go between 7 and 10 pm anytime or during school hours it's really quiet. A great way to get excercise and have fun at the same time.
O. D.
It's a great place for a new family experience or to go on your own. The trampolines are bouny and allow you to jump properly. The under five section is thoughtfull and shows that the park is for all ages. There are rules and many staff therefore it is safe. There is a cafeteria which provides snakes and meals. However it's really busy.
L. T.
Had a fabulous time here the other day with family. Stress free thanks to online waivers and quick check in service. Massive thanks to Jennifer who was so kind and polite and made the experience that much more enjoyable. Will definitely be visiting again soon.
c. b.
On a visit to your facility today between 12.30 -2 pm, I was shocked by the manner and lack of customer service received from the 2 ladies behind the desk.
We are a group of carers with children who have autism.
Firstly, the 2 ladies on the desk, when we spoke about bringing our own food(our children have dietary needs, so reasonable adjustments should be made by your company) they were quick to say No, aggressive and abrupt.
Secondly, when we asked for socks not enough were handed out. Which is not the issue. The issue was when we asked for 4 more socks because your staffed had inadequately counted. She said "here, but don't ask me for no more." And walked off.
And lastly, your floor team who are there to keep people safe should have some sort of "autism awareness"
They were judgemental and talking about one of the children loud enough for the workers to hear, I hate to think how that child felt.
Your front desk team are the most unfriendly people.
The team around the trampolines soon became aware of our group once we explained what the children's needs are.
I would suggest you offer basic training to them as they were so lively and supportive after.
But my god the ladies had a stinking attitude.
E. D.
Great place for the whole family to have a physical workout. Don't be surprised if you fee sore the next day after an hour of trampolining. It will be better to see more adult staff on site as it looks like it is being run by students.
P.
Not so many people really enjoyable for boys and girrls
A. L.
I feel like I spend so much time here for kids birthday parties I might actually qualify as an employee. Trampolining with the kids is great but it is a noisy smelly warehouse full of children, beige food and slushies. You will know if this is for you or not!
E. B.
A great team making all the efforts to guarantee a fun experience until the very end! big space, clean and comfortable. I saw both families and young people laughing until they lost their breath! recommended to everyone who is looking for a new way of entertainment...it brings back the child inside each one of us!
A. H.
Excellent organisation for birthday parties (although no idea how much they cost). Excellent entertainment and exercise for the little ones (and not so little ones). Slightly marred maybe by the very loud they call it rap these days (some dude slurring his way through heavy base and beats) but hey that’s what the kids love.
Pricey at £13 per child per hour, but they will not get bored.
Reserve, pay and sign waivers online prior to going to save yourself queue times, otherwise it can get hectic!!!
Plenty of free car parking available too (just remember to sign in your vehicle reg at reception).
Enjoy.... BOIIIING!!!
P. S.
The place is nice but could be even better with a bit more of light!! It seems we are in a night club.
N. N.
Nice place to take the kids and have fun. Prices are decent and the food was surprisingly good. Can be quite confusing to get to as it's away from the road, it kind of looks like an industrial estate and there isn't any signage on the main road.
S. G.
absolutely love it. very enjoyable and bouncing. very large place and can do different things!
M. S.
Nice place, fun place. Entry fee £12 per person plus socks cost £2 and all for 1 hour which in my opinion pretty much costly. It doesn't differ much if you book online because in either way you have to wait for some time. Try to reach there just before 5/10 minutes earlier before starting of session. If you have a special need child and you don't want to make him or her wait too long, then reach there 5min after exact time so that main bulk of crowd will be cleared by these time.
N. H.
My daughter loves coming here. But the food is terrible and waaayy over priced. No lids for slushies which are extortionate and the place is filthy. Tables and floors are not cleaned regularly. Most staff are great. Some need more training! Needs cleaning badly and lower your prices!

Excellent place for children

Great fun for the kids or Adults. You can have birthday parties or just go for a couple of hours and jump around. It has a small food and drinks section if your hungry.

This is the most amazing venue for kids. My daughter had her party here yesterday and the staff were so attentive and made it so easy. The food was fantastic. We will be back... year and year on end. Thank you

Super fun for junior, teens n adults too if you are fond of flipping 😉,hell yes recommend . brilliant for birthday party treets as well.i did my boy's 7th one here and the staff was amazing ,food was quite good as they have some nice manue to offer separate for kids n adults or maybe combine together as you please.my boy and his mates went absolutely crazy on the trampoline zone n karting was super fun too.😍🤫😈.loved it.
S. W.
Entry ticket is a little much for what you actually get. We went early in the morning so it was pretty empty with little kids so was a lot of fun but you sort of run out of things to do as there aren't many options, plus the slide was closed. If the ticket was cheaper it would be ideal.
m.
I loved this place because it was so much fun and was a great way to spend our day. However, I have a complaint. It's not about Flip Out, it's about the people that visit it. One child got hurt on the Big Red Slide, and it closed. I wasn't there when the accident happened, but the only ways to get hurt are if you don't wear all the safety clothes, or if you go at the wrong time. So I'm pretty sure it was not Flip Out's fault. I apologise if it was, but looking at everything, I'm going to say it was the child's fault. I just wish we could've done the slide because my sister cried, since it's her favourite thing.
E. B.
Fun place for the kids to burn off some energy. Friendly and helpful staff. Large seating area for adults to sit and have a coffee or something to eat while the kids bounce. Would recommend booking on line or at least checking the availability before you go.
K. K.
Very good trampoline park
Has good slush puppy selection and other refreshments and snacks available
Easy to register when I had to.
I paid on entry but it probably is
Much easier to prebook online
Plenty to do for all ages able to bounce
And had a seating area for those who prefer to stay seated
H. C.
Such an amazing place, great for kids, adults and families.
Went there with my child, I didn't even plan to jump. Reception staff encouraged me to have a try and I'm so happy I took their advice.
Very friendly staff, especially the manager who was so nice I think her name is Katy. Very rare to see a general manager so involved with customers.
Highly recommend!

Busy and expensive. The children had fun but at the prices and my 6 kids it will be a while before we go back. Snack bar extortionate. I was told Wednesday is half price and Half Term 1/3 cheaper. Worth noting.
S. F.
I went there with my colleagues as our company arranged a live well activity for all employees. The stuff was very helpful and well trained. The company also arranged the food for us, which was arranged by them. I can say that this place is good for adults and children activities. Be careful while jumping.
B. L.
The kids had great fun jumping around. We went for a 4 year old birthday party. I'm sure we'll be back again. The only down side is, it can be a bit pricey for a couple kids and a dad who wants to jump with them.
D. Y.
Loved it so much when I went there. There is a foam pit to jump into , normal trampoline, basketball trampolines , gymnastics runway trampolines , pro jumpers area and under 5 area. They don't let it get to crowded although sometimes there are not enough trampolines. There is a cafe , lockers , toilets and changing rooms . You have to arrive 30 mins before your session to watch the safety video. Staff are always looking and keeping everyone safe . You can easily let your children wonder around freely without worrying . All ages can go and have to purchase a pair of flip out grip socks otherwise you will not be allowed in .No shoes allowed or food and drink on trampoline. Make sure to wear trousers and a t shirt, no skirts or dresses. Leggins are recommended for girls and comfortable jeans for boys . Every session is one hour long
P.
Staff don't care much for customer service.
Spend most of their time talking umongst themselves, not serving customers.
Also they need to invest in proper ventilation
No proper Windows or fans. Very easy to get overheated.
Other than that the venue is great and I had loads of fun.
B. W.
Good place to go and fun for kids, however if you stay longer than two hours you will get a fine of £60-£100 depending on time. They do not say this that you have a maximum of two hours parking there so watch your time. Now if you email them and tell them about the fine they will cancel it a bit of a Hassle but it is bettr
s. n.
Easy to get to and lots of parking. Prebook best. Son went to party there. Lockers available. Has little cafe inside. Has view points for guests. Supervised well. Ample parts to bounce in, (be warned taking turns on areas if busy).
Boys had a great time.

Flip out is so great! It’s a reasonably priced outing for all ages. Flip out is a great activity for birthday party’s, school/work outings, family time, and just a casual activity with your friends. I am a frequent visitor and always enjoy it. It is great for all skill levels from complete beginners to trampoline experts. Defiantly have a bounce!
L. M.
Amazing facilities as they have free parking for two hours party rooms also arcade machines, but staff lack experience of customer service. Food is very average and pricey for what's on offer. With all that stated it's a good fun place to go.
F. E.
the best trampling park I have been to. It has so many different activities and sections for everyone, from the timid who might like to just bounce around to the more experienced jumpers who would enter the section reserved for pro jumpers, a nice thing to do as you need an area to practice tricks without bumping into smaller kids.
A. M. T.
My kids love this place. Less fun for adults. The reception guy today was rude and unwelcoming. The counters opposite the cafe are horrid. Are they painted green or is that all the accumulated bacteria on the sticky surfaces? And the sock rule. Don't get me started. One pair of slip-proof socks is exactly the same as another. What a rip off to make you buy their own branded ones
P. F.
Great fun for the kids or Adults. You can have birthday parties or just go for a couple of hours and jump around. It has a small food and drinks section if your hungry.
J. D. T.
Very fun place. Went with my partner during a week day thinking we'd have the run of the place - forgot that children exist. Despite doing a safety briefing with a load of 7 and unders when we got into the main venue it turned out there was loads of space for everyone. Also has a café, DDR machine and other arcade games if you get tired of jumping around.
J. L.
We were the only people there and they still made us stand at the side of the trampolines for 20 minutes to wait for our turn. One of the best places has been taken out and been replaced by a small go karting track, weird for a trampoline park. Two other parts were closed for maintenance and we weren't allowed in another part without being able to do a backflip even though there was no one there. So really it was just a few trampolines. Nothing wrong with that but it was limited for the price.
C. S.
Free parking and great value for money
V. A.
Nice place but way too many people!
You should limit the number of people you let in every hour
Also, you should put a protection so the balls don't go on the trampoline and hurt people (which happened!). I'm still injured 3 weeks after
P. K.
Hard working staff that are happy and upbeat at this trampoline centre where food is also available with facilities to cater for kids parties. (£8 per head for Pizza and a drink)
Must buy their grippy sock for trampolining @ £2 a pair which can be used on subsequent visits.
Must also fill in a lengthy disclaimer form in case your young ones get hurt.
£12 per one hour slot.
B. T.
Some of these reviews are so wrong.
I did not find a problem with the Music etc..That's just the way things are Today.
As for the foam pit and gapping, you must have been somewhere else and correct me if I'm wrong but there was a great big sign by the foam pits that says NO BACK FLIPS INTO THE FOAM.
I found the place great fun and so did the Kids and We have been a couple of times...I guess there is no pleasing some people who always like to have a moan.
I. R.
Let me start this with a positive because it weren't all bad and that positive is your party hosts, they were great until they were rudely interrupted and completely disrespected by one of your managers called Charlotte as i was told by the party host who has asked to remain uninvolved. All was going great, all laughs and smiles then she walks in and starts going round to every adult in the room pestering us about what we thought of flipout whilst we were trying to enjoy our kids birthday. Then she continues by going to the party host and demanding a smile off them who had been smiles all day long until she walked into the room which can only say what kind of awful manager she is and has clearly forgot about her employees happiness and comfort at work and just cares for a good review off us. After i then asked her if she could just leave us be and allow the party host to do their job as she was standing over them like a hawk which was making everyone uncomfortable and she then started apologising over and over again for two minutes straight but the thing i found weird was she was way too touchy and would not stop touching my arm whilst talking to me which i found very patronising and even my wife was looking confused as to what she was doing. Your party host made me aware that she was a new manager to the business but as a manager myself who has been working in lesuire for the last 15 years of my life i can only imagine she has no experience with people skills like those and complete disrespect for staff.
To conclude all i can say is your management team or just her need more training but other than that all staff are great and that arena team is amazing from everything they do, music to how they interact and communicate with everyone.
N. P.
Great fun for the little ones! The food is good as well.
L. S.
Local and very good facilities. The facilities themselves are worth five star however I feel the price (£12) is too much. Furthermore there should be a better organized process on entering. People who have booked on line should have to go in a different queue to the people who haven't to save time.
A. F.
Almost impossible to bounce due to being over capacity. If it's one to a trampoline don't let so many people in the kids were very disappointed. Good facilities if we could use them
C. G.
Good fun for kids and good music however I was not very impressed that half the parents were not wearing mask and I only found one bottle of hand sanitizer at the entrance.
R. F.
Came out absolutely exhausted. Really great place to bring the children.
K. “. A. A.
My kids love to visit here. Its so much fun.
C. G.
Lots of fun and surprisingly exhausting too. The only negative was a staff member at the tills who seemed shocked and annoyed that my companions had not booked online or been there before. Everyone else was awesome!
J. H.
Its a great trampoline park in a prime location, so its easy to get to if you live in that part of London. It has great opening hours until about 10.00pm, but if you go at any time when kids aren't at school or asleep then it is absolutely heaving. They also have an 'advanced' section which they won't let people who cant do back flips in. This I find a bit annoying.
M. P.
Had a birthday party here and my child hurt herself. Staff were fantastic, professional, helpful and rang a couple of weeks later to check all was ok.
Great fun for kids and adults!
M. C.
It's a good trampoline park. There's lots of large soft trampolines and quite a few of the mesh type trampolines for extra height. There's additional areas for "pro" trampoline folks as well as the usual foam pit and basketball hoops. There's also a smaller area specifically for under-5s. It lacks other stuff like a dodgeball area, hanging/balancing stuff or other games. There's a cafe with seating off to one side.
L. b.
Nice place but be careful how long you park, if you go over 2 hours you will receive a parking penalty in the post. I appealed mine and they cancelled it but its still hassle i didn't need. I won't be going back due to the 2 hour limit.
D. L.
The manager that helped us here was very nice. She made sure we didn't have any questions and directed us to the areas we had to go promptly.
The place was clean and there were plenty of staff around to avoid any accidents/mishaps.
P. H.
Reckon its a 9/10 rather than full marks but overall very impressed with FlipOut. Went during half term and was surprised how un-chaotic it was. Website booking straightforward, plentiful friendly staff on reception, intro video a bit rushed but then I feel you have a duty to your own children to tell them to be careful and what not to do. Bit cheesed off you couldn't use other venues hopsocks though! Plenty of room inside for changing socks etc. and loads of lockers. Cafe perfectly acceptable but prices are the usual London thing i.e. a tad too bl&%dy much but it's the same everywhere. Noticed place was kept very clean, i.e. table wiped a couple of times while I was there and floor swept a few times. My two had a great time, would definitely recommend.
J. P.
Great fun, even if I did feel rather old the following day or two. Definitely recommend it as a fun activity if you're looking for something a little different and energetic. The foam pit is great fun.
M.
Great place to hold a kids party as we did. Had the party mid week after school which was a quiet time to go! Nice staff and the birthday party was good value. Recommended
P. H.
I go here regularly with my daughter. She loves it, would be great if somehow they extended and had a few other things such as balance beams and the monkey bars etc.
J. C.
I'd give this park a 3/5. If you had it to yourself, it'd be fine, but the problem is, you have 100s of small undisciplined children there that run across your trampoline non stop, whilst you're using it..and no real staff to put any rules into place. Other trampoline parks I've been to have way more staff to stop stuff like this. If you're a young child of about 10, then it'd be a huge adventure park, but for adults, it's like an obstacle course of young children. Also, we arrived at about 3,40 for a 4pm session, and never got in until 4,10 because the staff were so slow on the desks. I'm sure this is all growing pains though, this place does have real potential, just needs more staff and some rules in place. It was pretty much a place with no staff, so a free-for-all when it came to the trampolines.. with 2-3 people on some at times.
A. G.
Amazing place, totally hidden away down the road from the Southside shopping centre. Once you get past the very hectic sign in space (sign your waivers in advance on the website!!) and have watched your training video, you walk into a cavernous space with an amazing assortment of connected trampoline boucing areas. Very good separate area for the under-5s and some big trampolines for tricks and obstacles to try and get up onto, a la parcour, for the pro-bouncers among us! Thanks to the 1 hour slots they put everyone into, it never gets overly crowded, so you can try everything. Cafe onsite looks ok and there are three or four rooms for birthday parties which look like a popular option here. Got to check this place out, the website is utter pants and does not do this place any justice.
V.
2nd time in there, really good fun for the family!
Helpful stuff members, the place is clean everywhere. Will definitely come back another day
C. T.
Really jokes place! If you're a big kid or small kid or looking after kids you'll love it. But expensive and the extra cost for socks felt like a liberty. Like when they charge you for 3d glasses at the cinema. Not too crowded or health and safety obsessed
C. O.
Friendly staff, separate area for under 5's, great foam pit to leap into (only 2 trampolines to jump from), basketball hoops, but still a little overpriced for an hour's bouncing (+ socks, £2). To enter the Pro area, you have to be able to back flip - disappointing for my 12yo as there were obstacles in there that he wanted to try. Drinks and snacks available. Small selection of arcade games. Available for kids parties. Parking available. 2mins from bus stop.
A. J.
Great venue but the management over fill it meaning you can't bounce for the whole hour you pay for. They overcater people to trampolines 2:1 and then have the cheeck to keep reminding you that youre forbidden from jumping on a trampoline with somebody else on! Needs reevaluating if they're going to stay popular.
J. V. D.
I went there for a child birthday and it was excellent. The children had a great time and the room was well prepared including food. It needs to be booked in advance as it is very much on demand.
E. S.
My kids love it.
S. H.
Flipout itself is great. The cafe though, is quite the opposite. The queue was soooo slow, then when you get to the front you realise why. The girl serving so so surly and slow like she really hated being there, and really hated having to serve you. She's definitely in the wrong job. The food itself? Pretty horrible but probably what you expect really. Try to avoid if I were you.
L. E.
The fun I had on this day was something I can write home about! the staff, although fairly young adults themselves, are like big kids just egging on the fun factor. Loved this place...clean, professional. Will certainly be back
N. K.
I love flip out. I take a gang of kids and I’m in my mid 40s and I Flip out too!! It’s an amazing workout. Take the kids and get jumping. Also bring a pound for lockers and a bottle of water. If you’re not in the mood there is a huge seating area and a cafe. I recently found out you have to stay if any children are under 14. Ps. Don’t wear jeans. It’s waaaay too hot.
A. S. (. B.
A regular spot for our autistic children and young people for the Wandsworth Holiday and Food Programme
J. O.
Children loved it used the go karts too which is a small track but they had a blast
L. c.
Great place but they do tend to let too many kids on sessions during half terms. So kids do end up having to queue and waste time not trampolining.
S.
My son loves flip out! We love after the dark jumps
A. T.
The kids enjoyed it a lot but not very friendly for parents. Can do a nicer coffee area and somehow protect it from the noise.
P. R.
The large inflatables recently added were enjoyed by adults and kids
J. M.
Great place for letting off steam , boisterous children and parties. Young , small and older children enjoy the facilities.
Cafe expensive as are the compulsory socks !
B. B.
Bought two hours for £15..But the food and drinks prices are way over priced. Mini Ribena carton- £1.20! Single KitKat £1. Eat first or bring in your own.
N. S.
Loads of fun for all ages. Lots of variation and different things to try. Nice dedicated small kids area for the little ones. Friendly staff.
M. J.
Fun venue in warehouse conversion. Evenly split between adults and kids, they don't let it get too crowded. Safe but not overly enforcing rules keeps it fun
J. T.
Very nice place for the kids to go & very helpful staff here. They are all so willing to help. The only downfall was the toilets🤢They we're very old fashioned for such a new place & not very hygienic
C. T.
You can buy a slushie for £5 and then you get unlimited refills 👌 this is great because then you can get brain freeze worse than you can imagine. Great flavour range: strawberry, blue raspberry, vimto and even unicorn!
R. I.
Fun for kids and free onsite parking.
J. G.
Lovely place although I went during kids holiday it was still very good and my 2 year old had his own jumping space with out the big kids troubling him great fun
G. B.
Gets a little hot (bring some water for your kids) but great experience for them - have never seen them leave the car so quickly to get in. Can feel very busy.
S. Y. G.
Great fun place to tire the kids out.. always a winner with the young ones
C.
Lots of different types of trampolines, a fun experience. The trampolines are a weird size though, not big enough to jump twice across but too big to jump once in the middle then onto the next one.
S. G.
Just had our sons 8th birthday party today the staff couldn’t of been more helpful from reception staff to the brilliant party hosts and the staff inside the arena everyone was so nice to deal with thank you for making our sons day full of wonderful memories from Barney and Steven
A. L.
Fun to jump around and feeling a bit childish again. It´s a popular place as it was really crowded making it a bit difficult to jump around.
Definitely a great workout and a great recommendation for someone who likes bouncing around!
D. B.
I'm sure the kids have fun bouncing, but worth investing in more cafe staff, and clean the tables from all the sticky slush that's been spilt.
J. J.
I'd rate flipout Wandsworth 5 stars considering they have only opened 2 weeks again , every new business has teething problems , people need to understand this. Atmosphere is great ! I'd definitely bring my children back they absolutely love it!!
J. C.
Such a fun place for the kids to play, there is loads of working sorted around to ensure that people are safe and enjoying themselves
S. R.
Great for the kids. The earlier slots are the best as it seems less crazy. If you've been before dont forget your socks!!!!
J. L.
We took two 3 year olds. We all had a brilliant time. It was super fun and the staff were really friendly. We’ll definitely be back
T. S. s.
Staff were really chill, almost to the point it seemed they wernt bothered. Friendly when approached however. No contactless payments available. Nice canteen area also.
T. J.
Seems like a good idea but not the most organised.
Parking IS free over 2 hours but you must register your plate at reception.
A. P.
Went with some friends and had a really great time. Quite busy on a Saturday afternoon and lots of children, but fun for all ages
A. B.
What a lovely place to hold my daughter’s birthday. The girls had a blast bouncing on the trampolines and I went to the cafe to have a tea and a sandwich.
G. D.
Great place for jumping fun. The kids love it. Very cold inside for those who are only waiting around! Brrrr.
D. B.
Pretty fun for something different. I went with adults and we all had a good time. Not something I'd do all the time, but worth a go for sure
M.
Great place to take kids for parties and for a bit of exercise. There’s a foam pit, hoops and a parkour course for more experienced jumpers.
M. Y.
Trampoline madness in an organised way. Great that there's an under 5s area and soft play, cafe on site too. Plenty of parking.
B. D.
Went here for a party so didn't bounce myself, but everyone there seemed to enjoy it. If you are a parent and don't have wheels, bring a book as there is nothing to do outside.
R. S.
i love the place. fun Trampoline park for little kids and if you're not bouncing then there's a waiting area for adults
N. H.
Really good trampoline park with many trampolines and lots of varying apparatus. There is also a cafe which serves a nice variety of food and free water when trampolining tires you out.
K. H.
Feels like the place is covered in a layer of grime and the staff arent the most helpful but reasonable pricing and keeps the kids occupied for an hour or 2!!
J. D.
Really good to have places like this so close to me I have travelled further for the same, however lacks slightly I feel, they have also taken away some features possibly due to health and safety, it make it wear out a bit after half an hour to be honest, but overall good experience
I. J. Y.
Staff are friendly and the kids enjoyed their time. But the place is quite filthy. It really needs a deep clean.
A.
Great fun, good for kids parties, needs more games apart from jumping. I was surprised you have to pay extra for the gokarting!
T. S.
Made the mistake of wearing a green tshirt so I looked like a staff member. This helped me chide transgressive trampoliners.
Nice venue for a kids party but slight sensory overload for 4 year olds.
Z. A.
Ooh is so cool place to have a fun in this place and to book for birthdays but they're pizza is rubbish is not yummy is so so thin, but the staff they3 are professional very kind and helpful and they know what are they doing.
J.
Generally good, smaller in size to other areas like oxygen 3. Couple of features closed which makes it a little limited too. Overall, generally good and friendly staff
S. W.
Had a great time jumping about with the family. Good music and atmosphere. And hour was more than enough!
M. G.
It was a lot of fun for the family but it's a bit pricey. Definitely to do from time to time.
J. W.
Awesome place well worth going to. Got injured due to own stupidity and the staff were brilliant. Even phone up for a couple of weeks to see how thing were.
E. M.
Great place for kids’ birthdays, but staff is there to kill the fun and annoy parents, instead of taking care of safety of jumpers
F. K.
Kids loved it! Although parts were closed so was disappointed very slightly.
P. B.
Staff need to learn how to talk English
R. G.
Lots of fun. It's a must do to time kids out also adults. Lots of fun. Surprisingly tiring just to watch haha. Enjoy.
C. L.
Busy, but very fun. The hour flies by. They let you keep the socks, which is nice
D.
Good place for kids, however I think the venue is not entirely big enough for the amount of people the admit within the hour
D. C.
We had a great time!. We will definitely be heading back for another visit.
S. B.
Great for the kids. More than enough trampolines and activities. Has a cafe with food and importantly coffee!
k. z.
Not too good trampolines but it is safe and there are a lot of people taking care of that area
M. E.
Great fun, but the reception is so poorly organised. No where near enough staff booking you in, and there should be a separate line for people who have precooked.
m. d.
Great place to relax and enjoy, have fun with the family nicely organised and friendly staff good atmosphere only food and drinks prices are over the top.
m.
very enjoyable for children staff are very helpful make sure you give your car registration if not you will get a parking ticket
D.
great place for kids and grown up kids open till late best time to visit is after 8 pm just becarful this activity can cause injury if not careful
c. l.
Great place to get fit and have fun doing it with family and friends.
Brought back memories of my childhood days.
F. R.
Nice but crowded (though crowded because nice!). Good place for celebrating birthdays, dedicated areas and animations.
L. N.
Great exept that for the 2 hours of our stat there were the same 3 music playing and all the plugs to charge the phone were deactivate
N. F.
not that entertaining, many "rides" remain broken, almost nothing anywhere close to it (where should parents hang out). It's quite mediocre compared to places further north in Ealing.
J. U.
I love it
T. A.
Kids love it their. Coffee expensive and not veey nice, would be better taking your own drinks and snacks for kids
M.
Wasn't as good as oxygen free jumping. But still I have to admit very fun and exciting And also unfortunately the party's there were very short.
P. C.
Great facility. Huge hall filled with different bounce areas. Also has large cafe for parents to relax in.
J. K.
Had an amazing experience at Flip Out. Buzzing at the thought of going back, not only my kids but I had the time of my life, definitely would recommend for a family day out or one with the boys.
J. G.
Lovely place although I went during kids holiday it was still very good and my 2 year old had his own jumping space with out the big kids troubling him great fun
J. G.
Great place to take the family. We've been a few times. Needs more staffing in places for the extra star
N. K.
I love flip out. I take a gang of kids and I’m in my mid 40s and I Flip out too!! It’s an amazing workout. Take the kids and get jumping. Also bring a pound for lockers and a bottle of water. If you’re not in the mood there is a huge …
D. Y.
Loved it so much when I went there. There is a foam pit to jump into , normal trampoline, basketball trampolines , gymnastics runway trampolines , pro jumpers area and under 5 area. They don't let it get to crowded although sometimes there …
J. D.
Longer slots with less people 🙌🏼 this place used to be carnage lol
A. A.
Great place suitable for adults and children. Good for children birthday parties too
P. W.
This place is amazing!! So big and the ninja slide is insane. Chloe really influenced me to go down and I will be back again!!
A. M.
First visit to this and the kids loved it. A wider food option would be good though.
T. M.
Fantastic for the kids and adults alike.. Loads to do but drinks and food is quite dear for quality
O. P.
Great fun and a good setup for all ages. Can get a little busy would be the only negative.
b.
This was such a great place. I have have given it one less star for it's business, but that just shows how enjoyable this place is.
C.
Much bigger than I thought it would be! Good if you fancy doing something active but doesn't feel like exercise
I. C.
It's great fun for the kids - I wish it was A bit more affordable to stay longer!
E. E.
Good place for children but could do with a bit more supervision by the staff.
S.
Fantastic for kids of all ages
k. g.
Definitely a must go. Plenty plenty fun refreshments. The stuff are very friendly )
S. B.
Abit over priced for only £90 mins
Also paid £10 for 2 small slushy 🙄
a. v.
Nice place to spend the day with kids, also there is a little bar with some food
J. G.
Great place to take the family. We've been a few times. Needs more staffing in places for the extra star
G. R.
Great price for £12 (inc their special socks) and £10 if you come back with them, plenty of obstacles and trampolines!
D. W.
Amazing fun, amazing staff, amazing food.
What more could you want for the family?
Will definitely be back soon!!!
t. h.
it was good fun but very poor customer service as they were playing with their fidgit spinners rather than talking to the customers and we got a feeling of resentment when we distracted the from thier games
I. M.
Great fun. Not so many rules which allows us to do anything and everything. 🙌🏼 so much to do with so much space.
N. A.
My kids love this place it's a very good place for family outing an perfect to stay fit
M. W.
Would be better if backflips are permitted in the foam pit, also, please control the little kids, they keep on jumping from trampoline to trampoline, unaware of the fact that someone is trying to use it in a more "professional" or potentially "dangerous way".
L. R.
Held my daughter's birthday party here her and her guests had a great time in the party room and on the trampolines
J. G.
The best trampoline park in London. I *love* that they have a separate area for more advanced jumpers.
S. A.
Nice place for the family. The kids had great fun aswell as the adults
M. Ķ.
Niece's and nephew enjoy going to this location and I must say it is all that and more, when you finish and go home you'll be very tired but the prices for just one hour for 1 adult and 3 kids is ridiculous
d. m. (.
I thought flip out was awesome plenty of things todo for all ages.
i think some of the reviews on here are just by people with nothing better todo living of their families trust funds.
L. B.
Absolutely brilliant. About time there was something fun for the kids in the area. Could be a little cheaper though!!
B. H.
Must take your children! Book 2 hours slot as they will love it! Have money to buy water)
G. K.
Indoor trampoline 'park' within an old bingo hall. A brilliant place for young children and teenagers.
S. L.
Great for our little one and, by the look of it, many others more. Price, place and space are all fine for me.
M.
My kid has his surprise party there. Great, great time. Not allowed sparklers though.
J. C.
Brilliant fun. Though an hour may be too long. Perhaps they should offer 30 minute sessions.
J. D.
It's very dark in here with no natural light. It feels like this will never end. Also kids not too impressed because the sessions are over filled. Not great all in all.
N. R.
Understandably overrun with children, has a variety of soft areas and some parkour courses for the more advanced. Hectic!
C. O.
Kids loved it. Great time.
V. K.
Wonderful place to take your kids to to have a hell lotta fun...awkward i know...my kids would be ashamed.😐😑😧💩 that last emoji was just unnecessary...soz.
A. A.
Kids really enjoyed it here Leann could not do enough to help us out she was Amazing
z. f.
Such a cool place to jump. So much fun for kids and even the adults.
H. “. M.
Kids loved every minute, so much so that we paid for extra time, even though it wasn't cheap but worth every penny 👌🏾
A. M.
First visit to this and the kids loved it. A wider food option would be good though.
M. A.
Great for kids they was asleep with in 10 min of being in the car after
H. H. C.
Children had a great time jumping and using the carts
T. B.
Complicated entry process plus expensive tickets for just one hour.
But it's got good trampolines
S. C.
Very good value for money my son thoroughly enjoyed it. The canteen however is over priced.
K. B.
Clean and modern trampoline park. Kids love it and staff always helpful and polite.
a. j.
really good trampoline park, would definitely recommend. great for kids or families!
m. T.
Personally think oxygen Is better trampolines a bit not bouncy as oxygen can jump higher
A. L.
It was great some of the staff need a kick up there bums on the check in but natasha and danielle and rebecca our lovely members who are happy to assist
H. O.
Great place, fun for kids. Food and drink aren't great though
I. R.
Better than Air Hop, the socks are nice and comfortable and there's more chances to practise tricks
I recommend this to anyone
T. 5.
This is such an amazing trampoline park. I had loads of fun here, I really recommend this trampoline park.
p.
Nice big facility, can get very busy though so worth going off peak
B. T.
Spontaneous, full of fun, liked it. Definately an occasional thing due to pricing but on cheaper days well worth it.
M. M.
Great size venue for the kids to jump around on, with many trampolines. Staff very disinterested though.
S. W.
really fun good amount of time i'd recommend over other trampoline parks
N. O.
Kids loved it all wanted to stay longer due to so much fun xx
S. A.
Great fun place for kids. They were knocked out after one hour.
I. k.
Not worth the price because you pay so much and you get tired after a bit anyway...but my cousin works there so no worries and I can pay half price
L. H.
Amazing place for adults kids families so much fun hot food on sell in the cafe
A. N.
Lovely staff and a great place to bring your kids. Must visit!
M. p. u.
Great on toddler only days so little ones can play freely
A. M.
What a great place to take your kids. Look out for special offers that they have on
L. H.
So much fun. Get down there early on a Saturday as it's a bit quieter.
A. D.
First time there kids loved it going to book kids birthday party there.
s. g.
Love the toddler time and son loves the soft play..staff are always friendly
A. A.
Great place suitable for adults and children. Good for children birthday parties too
I. A. J.
Great for kids and adults. Will definitely go back again.
R. A.
Just need them to start replacing the trampolines and netting, really aging badly due to overuse, sagging especially bad, not sure they've replaced springs either since they opened years ago.
T. M.
Great place for the kids to let of some steam, but a bit dirty and in addition the staff aren't very helpful
Z. M. (.
Amazing very professional
E. A.
