Had a fun filled day . Always prebook and their timing are so good. Also, we arrived a bit later than supposed to, but staffs were very much friendly and helpful to sort the things for us. We have managed to do all in perfect time with the help of amazing staffs. It will be a good day out - don’t miss it. Will visit again. Reasonable prices and friendly environment

We went to Gravity as team building experience for the office. We played some ten pin bowling and arcade games... had a great time! We had a variety of drinks- cocktails, prosecco, beers and some delicious finger foods... an awesome night out all round! Will be bringing my children during the holiday.

Amazing arcade venue! Filled with many games and entertainment! 3 floors of wow! 2 entrances. Venue contains: E-karting, food and beverages, bowling, electric gamebox, darts, crazy golf, gaming, fun arcades with prizes and point collecting! Suitable for everyone of age! Never too old to enjoy yourself :) I would loved to give this venue a 5 star , if only the prices were more visible to the eye than checking online , only a few showed prices. There also wasn't many food options present at the venue which I wished they had more of. Overall my experience was enjoyable and I loved the atmosphere! Masks are not required to be worn inside or during any activity. No check ins needed.

Arcade, games and entertainment to another level. From game booths to disco bowling, from go karting and interactive darts to crazy golf this all in one venue is perfect for a day out with the kids, regardless of age - even the adults will enjoy it thoroughly. The cocktails are nice too. The food menu is a bit limited but there is something on there for everyone. Could easily spend the whole day here and not get board. Booking well in advance is recommended as they are very busy. Will come again!

First time here and it was very busy. Given it was a Friday night. We had booked one bowling game. Only about 14 lanes? It's display screen is interesting with a best shot from the team score. The place is huge with multiple floors including indoor e-gokart. Arcade. Mini golf. Shuffle board and a very fun looking interactive darts. Also game boxes? But be warned, everything was booked out when we was there so book in advance. Bar and noodle shop.

Visited Gravity Wandsworth in November, just to use the Funbox arcade. This was literally just because I'd noticed there was Pearl Fishery there, the first I'd seen in the UK! Overall the arcade was good! It does seem smaller than it appears in photos, but as it wasn't greatly busy when I went that wasn't a big problem :) I didn't really have any big issues, apart from some of the games were very slow at taking credits from my card to play. But the credits you get seem good value for money (£10 gets you 100 credits, the cost of credits per play varies per game, pearl fishery was 10 per 6 pearls, but the top down claw machines were only 2.5 credits per play, and I won a lot on those!). I was also very pleased to find the newish Angry Birds Coin Crash coin pusher in the arcade, tho unfortunately one side was broken and I managed to break the other side whilst playing, ooops! But these things happen :) Also a shout out to the young lady worker who helped me when I was spending my tickets in the prize hub, I only removed one of the PacMan plushes out of the little box, but she advised me you actually got all 3 of them! Bargain for 3000 tickets! I'm hoping to revisit again at the end of February :)

Unfortunately I didn’t take many pictures and now I wish I did. I was mesmerised by the place as we came across Gravity by surprise! There’s three levels and each floor has its own uniqueness and entertainment. I would highly recommend as you and your family / friends would have an amazing time. Everything about this place is so well maintained and up to date with tech.

Had a girls night out after work. Wasn’t too sure about going initially. Thought it was going to be a bit to loud and crazy. However was pleasantly surprised. Friendly welcome from check in team and fun time in the bar. We played bowls which was great fun and great chance to catch up with the girls . The staff were really helpful which made our night out. Fun time out. Made a great change for regular meet up in a pub or restaurant.

Simply the best entertainment place in London. Arcades, go carting, gaming, bowling, crazy golf, PS5 gaming and so much more. This is a fantastic day out for the family, all the fun under one roof. The gocarting is about 10mins, but make sure you are there 30mins before your slot or will have to rebook. They have lockers for your items and plenty of seating while you wait your turn. They have so many classic arcade games such as Pacman, Street Fighter, Space Invaders, etc. Not many places have these games to relive memories. Surely worth a visit. You can park at the Wandsworth NCP carpark, walk through Waitrose and into the shopping centre directly to Gravity. There is a bar upstairs and a coffee shop downstairs for snacks and drinks. I went with my brother last Wednesday (09/03/22). Had a great time Go karting, it had really good facilities and all the staff were really nice. In particular, there was a staff member called Kyle (if I remember correctly) he was in the Esports part. He was really nice and very helpful, he took his time to explain all of the aspects of the esports and answered any other questions we had, he showed a real passion for his work and was super engaging. A real asset to your team. We had a super good experience and enjoyed the arcades and can’t wait to come back again soon, there still loads of stuff we want to try! (Darts, shuffle board, golf, bowling, VR- this place has it all!) and it has a bar!

This place was recommended to me by a friend and we had an absolute blast here. It took us a tube and a bus ride to get here from near enough Central London. The first thing I'd like to point out is, this place is huge. There is just so much to do here. There is a noodle bar on the ground floor which we didn't get the chance to eat at but it did look great We had booked the "pro" go karting session which was £11 per person for 8 mins on the tracks. The only thing I'd say is that the duration of the race didn't feel rushed but I'd have appreciated a longer race. There were pro sessions where we'd wear helmets and the karts were faster and there were the family sessions which didn't require the use of a helmet and had slower karts. The race experience was great but be prepared to wait before your race as we had to wait 15 mins past the time we had booked to get started. There's also a large arcade on the 2nd floor which requires you to but a card and load it up with currency in order to play the games. (whatever happened to the good old days when you could just pop a coin into the machine and play away!) On the 3rd floor there is a bowling alley and a pretty impressive mini golf course, both of which need to be pre booked as slots get filled quite quickly. There is also a bar on the 3rd floor and they serve food in the weekends starting on Fridays.

Now there were a lot of let downs today, such as waiting for the game box, as there was a fault and we didn't end up playing at all, after waiting 2 and a half hours. However although there seemed to be a lot of new staff members on, there were a few standouts, the team leader and manager on the game boxes, were stars... and Joe from E-Karting, was absolutely amazing, I couldn't possibly deduct any stars because he was fantastic, friendly, polite, helpful, informative and had great banter! Thanks Joe! You were a highlight to our day and we really appreciate it! X

First time going to Gravity, hyped up on Tiktok so thought I’d see what it was all about! Went to the arcade which was the best but for us! Seemed a lot smaller than what I had in my head. A lot of the games were off which was a shame. Staff were really friendly and approachable! Helped us get our toys out when they were stuck! Good payouts so doesn’t feel like you’re getting ripped off!

Awesome place, so much to do. You can easily spend all day here. Up to date high tech arcade machines. Electric go karts that are fast and really fun. Bar/food area right at the top. I have to admit that Gravity was fun. We spent around 2-3 hours there. The arcade seems larger in photos than it is in real life and currently it is very busy so sometimes it becomes very close quarters and queues for some games are 5-10 minutes. Each game varies between 10 and 30 credits roughly. 10 credits = £1. It is app or card loaded and the more you load on to the card/app the more bonus credits you get. Prizes include cuddly toys and some electronic products but no sweets or smaller gifts from what i see. Ground floor has the E-GoKart track with some seating. 1st floor is the arcade. 2nd floor is the mini golf, bowling, bar, e-sports room, darts and virtual game boxes. Also, I was in a party of 6 and we weren’t hugely impressed with the mini golf. We were told we couldn’t play together due to slow game times for others. Ok fair enough, but when you are on the 2nd hole we are stuck behind a even 6 person group, there is clearly something wrong here… we also felt the design of the course could of been a bit more interesting with the marketing showing NYC and other landmarks but you never saw that.. also when you book online for golf they have times but also they will start other people at the same as you too so it can become quite bottlenecked. Course is 10 holes and is £9.50pp, max 6 per booking. Overall I think it is definitely somewhere to visit but whether I’d go back? I’m not sure. The way the golf is portrayed, is different to the marketing and yes its 100,000sqft but you won’t really see most of that. Arcade is quite small and very crowded. Needs more air conditioning too and didn’t really see anyone cleaning surfaces. Its a shame because I wanted it to be a good experience but the longer the evening went on the worse it become really.

The best day out. The indoor go-karting is an absolute must with supercharged racing as well as family friendly laps. The virtual projection lanes add something special to bowling, and the neon mini-golf feels very premium, grab a drink whilst you play. Be prepared for a contactless experience at the arcade, no coins in site. The games work on a digital credits scheme, but they’re very addictive and all in working order. 100% recommend for adult and children fun!

The arcade is really good, a wide variety of games for all ages. We also enjoyed the bowling although the games were very short just 15 minutes long, quite pricey. The bowling is different though, you can select the option for figurines to appear on the lanes. Will go again for the go karting, golf and gaming. I like that there's an option for children to ride during family time and an option for adults to ride together. All in all a really good place with lots to do. Just what London needed. There's also a really cute hair salon next door with a huge slide, worth popping in for a trim.

I'm not from wandsworth when I parked my car in southfield car park there is a massive sign saying Gravity but what it doesn't say is where Gravity is, I spent 15 minutes trying to find Gravity. Inside it's very dark but ambiance is good. I witnessed a young boy lose control of his go kart and crash head on at speed into the crash barrier with such force that his helmet came off his head, thankfully he was wearing his seatbelt. But it was very distressing to witness this so be careful As u can see from my images even from the main road the sign is so high up and partially blocked u can see how I couldn't find Gravity at first

Good fun for the kids-I topped up £25 on the card for the games but that lasted hours so not bad for an afternoon out. Service in the bar was pretty poor though. There seemed to be about 5 staff standing around without a clue. Went to order food at the bar and was told to wait at a table. After 15 minutes no one came so had to go to the bar again and order.

The place is good you can have fun but the staff, wow that was unbelievable after 22 o clock nobody will care about anything and the guys at door are like airport security they will remove anything that u got in your pockets and not only they took everything off my wallet too and then left it all on a table next to them without asking anything they were even being rude for no reason. So the management could easily make that place better by changing the staff. For the rest as I said I enjoyed playng the arcades, bowling and darts.

Great place for the family overall. Prices pretty good for bowling and darts, but I cannot excuse the price in the arcade. Masking £1.20 for games that are £1 everywhere else by calling them credits on a PAYG card isn't good value by any measure. Overheads in terms of emptying coins is removed, so these actually cost less to run than most, yet that saving is just an even more inflated profit.

This is a true hidden gem in Wandsworth. They have a cool looking Go Kart track, with a huge variety of games from VR to classic. This is a family friendly place but also a good place to party and just have a wicked night out. Only things I would change is the food menu and they should have a Karaoke machine or Karaoke nights on the small stage.

Three adults and a child - AR Bowling and arcade. We really enjoyed the bowling which had a great addition in the AR software and seemed well organised. Great value and the extra games were cool! Staff were a little slow though and our game failed to reset between games so we had to wait 10 mins for staff. The arcade was expensive but not out extortionate - and we got a fairly good range of fun out of our £10 spent. Would definitely recommend to kids aged 8-80!

Had the best day for my boys birthday! Everything was great fun. Only thing I would say is if people have young children in a 2 seater they should be put on the track at a separate time from elder children as we couldn't enjoy the full go karting experience as we were stuck behind them going extremely slow, constantly breaking and so on. Amazing place with lot of games. The most beautiful is the go-kart. You can choose between bowling, mini golf, darts, interactive video games, a huge room for console games and PC games and of course go-kart. They have tables where you can order food and drinks. The service is not that great but most of the stuff is very young. Wish to go there soon again.

Would’ve given a 5 for the venue and activities however the go karting colour system needs to be simplified to actual signs instead of having to remember which colour means what. Had a great time here! We spent the day, starting in the arcade and playing on lots of the machine's. I especially enjoyed the axe throwing and pin ball machine's! Then we went up stairs to the bar and had a drink, before going to get some food in the noodle bar which was delicious. After a little bit more time in the arcade we headed up the the electric game room and had some fun there before capping off the day with some go karting. Really good place, but unfortunately it's mainly run by kids. This leads to a very poor level of Customer Service, no-one showing any sense of urgency - especially at the bar where it's very much needed, and too much time wasted in queues to check in for your booked activities. Massive potential here, but needs better management in order to get the returning customers. Staff need to be told that customers are more important than their personal conversations!

This place is awesome and fun, The hologram bowling is great. They have this sick go karting circuit and arcades. You use this top up card instead of stupid pound coins so you don't have to carry around notes and coins. Only let down is food. We planned a birthday party and they told us they had dinner we could order from when we came it wasn't even built yet. Service is a bit slow when bowling it took a while for some one to come. We had to go grab them sometimes. But the actually staff were awesome and nice. The security at the door were polite and helpful. The staff cleaning up were nice, friendly and worked very hard to clean up the area. If you want unwind and have great time go here. You can play mini golf, darts, bowling and more. I wish they had loads of pool tables. It would be a very good addition. Defo recommend.

We came here with high expectations as this is a new establishment. We were disappointed with the electric Karting. Not only is it very overpriced (£11.50 for 8min) but we were only told AFTER paying for the karting that we also needed to pay for balaclavas, this wasn't an issue but we would've hoped that we would've been told before paying for the karting as well. The karting itself was also not amazing, the staff penalised my friend for bumping others when it was intact another group who were intentionally blocking and bumping us out of the way. Afterwards we went to the arcade which was well kept and good fun. The food is good for the price and we enjoyed that too, I would recommend the teriyaki chicken wings. Afterwards we did the mini golf which was good fun, small, but surprisingly difficult for a indoor course. We would've preferred to not have rubber balls though, as it added an odd feel to the game. The bowling was great fun too and with the AR it made for a fun hour. The Staff for the food area/bowling/golf were friendly and very nice but the karting and arcade staff seemed to just want to not be talked too and didn't want to be there which brought a small downer to things when we were on those floors. 3/5 as the staff and the karting could be better but the 2nd and 3rd floor are worth visiting.

There was a misunderstanding from both partys about start times given to us by a member of staff- I went to the go karting reception and the woman behind the counter told me straight away I and 6 kids couldn’t go on as I was late- not the slightest bit of consideration for what had happened. Visited for my daughter’s birthday (all adults). Enjoyed our visit, but made the mistake of not booking go-carts in advance, which were fully booked, sadly. Totally our fault, and will be sure to do so next time. Enjoyed the arcades and the darts very much and ran out of time to play golf but will do so next time. As we were on a day trip to London, trying to fit as much as we could into our day, we now know we should have allowed ourselves more time. Only negative was the food. My daughter has serious food allergies and the server wasn’t really knowledgeable enough to deal with them confidently. Also, despite the fact that we went through her allergies in fine detail, the food came out wrong, not once but twice. Ended up settling for a part refund and she left feeling hungry. Despite that, we are planning a return visit.

Surprisingly huge considering how small the building seems from the outside! The E-Karting seems short at 8mins, but was a nice experience as I went with a beginner. The track is small but still fun. Spent some time in the arcade and E Sports area, both were fun - although E Sports is best if you have more than two people as they have quite a lot of PCs! It was a good way to spend a few hours, although the Japanese food area on the ground floor was closed during the early afternoon on a weekday (which would have been nice to try) so we went to another restaurant in the shopping mall that connects at the second entrance nearby. Note: They do have a large bar and serve hot food on the upper level. Bonus: Managed to win a baby-Yoda! First time winning in one of those grabby-machines!

Friday evening 17th December 2021. Booked one bowling game online for myself, sisters and brother. At the entrance we were met with menacing looks from one particular security guard who was not pleasant AT ALL. This type of approach was completely unnecessary, and despite the need for security, there needn't be this horrid, grimacing, almost violent looking facial expression from one of the security guards, or whatever he was meant to be. When I called my sister to let her know we were there, he even had the audacity to look over to listen to my conversation and gave me a horrible stare.This unwelcome experience has made me think twice about coming again, and made me think what actually happens here if that kind of approach is taken! Gravity, you need to retrain your security, especially in how to approach women and how to greet customers. Also, if you do bag checks please make sure you use gloves, as my sister even had her makeup bag checked and he had no gloves on. When we finally passed all the bag checks, we made our way to the bowling area, the bar service was slow but I guess the bowling game was what a bowling game should be. There was a very helpful woman who saw us 40 and 50 something's looking a bit lost and she was kind and helpful. Overall it was okay. Not in a rush to go back again.

The kids enjoyed the bowling, arcade etc but from an adult point of view, torture. Phoning means holding for a minimum of half an hour "you are 49th in the queue..." and going there is hideous too. Token machine for arcade wouldn't accept my card so had to trudge to get cash then didn't accept change so had to trudge off again. Parental sacrifice, stress headache etc. Hell if you're over about 25.

Very nice facility, lots to do. Prices are semi reasonable. Problem is they were still new and very unorganized. Our carts were rescheduled after a screw up. The bowling balls are all the same colour which makes it hard to locate the right weight. Putt putt is a bit underwhelming. The carts are fun but the track is too narrow to easily pass. When they put 6+ carts it's sloppy and no fun, too much dodging people that can't drive and not enough focusing on lap times.

5* - on Ground Floor and First Floor 1* - on Top Floor I visited Gravity Wandsworth last week with my girlfriend, we had pre-booked E-Karting and Golf (in that order). Upon arrival we rushed to the E-Karting as the traffic was bad, the staff were great and considerate, allowing us to join our slot. The E-Karting was great fun and very well explained prior to starting. After this we moved upstairs and played on the amusement-style games for an hour or two, this was also fun and nostalgic, staff here were pleasant and helpful. On the top floor, where the golf, bowling and bar are located, we encountered a very different experience. First of all we queued at the bar for quite a while, the bar staff here were not rushing to get through the backlog, with several consistently just stopping to converse with each other instead of serve customers. When we reached the front of the bar, our server moved away from the serving point the queue had been forming from, to serve a couple that had squeezed in at the end of the bar not 2 minutes previously. I have a few thoughts as to why he did this, but won’t detail that without evidence. Once served, we found the bar staff had poor knowledge of how to make basic cocktails, my girlfriend’s Sex On The Beach being undrinkable. We moved over to the Golf section, where we were surprised to see it was completely unstaffed. The group of 4 in front of us decided to have 2/3 turns on each hole, at this point there was a backlog of 4 groups behind them. On hole 4 this group of 4 were then joined by another 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), they then proceeded to play the rest of the course as a group of 8, sharing the original 4 clubs and still taking multiple shots each. The entire experience was tedious as we found ourselves waiting for 5-10 minutes between each hole. Other notable experiences were people walking over the hole that we were playing on, this whole experience could have been avoided if the area was staffed, when you pay to play, you expect a good time.

Gravity is a brand new entertainment place in Wandsworth. It is located in Southside Shopping Center. You can access the place from the shopping centre or from the Garratt Ln Street. You can spend here long hours having so much fun. Go karting, bowling, mini golf, darts, arcades, gaming... There is a massive bar so you definitely won't be thirsty. The best way to spent time with your family or friends. You can park at the Wandsworth NCP carpark and walk through the mall directly to Gravity.

The arcade has a wide array of games and definitely something for everyone, however you need to buy a minimum of £10 on a player card as there's no other way of playing the machines. Prices of food are typical of that in a place in London. My BIGGEST Issue was when turning up on the day and booking the AR Darts Experience, we got charged £26 EACH as opposed to the advertised price of £26 for a group of 6 Online. When I questioned the staff they tried telling me that there's nothing they can do about the price so buyer beware and book in advance to avoid this sort of HUGE Price Differential

I would have given it more stars but was a nightmare getting on our pre-booked activities. We booked well in advance as there was 11 of us for someone's birthday so we thought this was good as then there will be no queing well we was wrong. We booked 2 lanes for bowling only got 1, booked 2 electric darts only got 1, had to wait for mini golf as didn't have enough clubs when people in smaller groups was getting clubs then had to leave that on hole 4 as our booking for go carts was at a certain time. When arrived was told they wasn't going to put us on as we hadn't arrived before hand then all 11 of us had to go onto the screen to put all our details in 1 by 1 for a disclaimer which I feel took more time than needed. So lost our money because we didn't get to play mini golf and if we continued we would of been told to come back another day for go carts. Also be careful with the ticket machine for arcades as it doesn't give change so if you only want £10 worth of credit and you put in £20 you get the full £20 worth of credit as won't give change.

I went to the launch party and got to try out everything! The gokarts were totally out of this world!! They pick up some real speed and even have a speed booster button!! The VR games arcade is pretty fun, I wish they made it a bit more Japanese with the prizes and set up. Got to mention the food here too. There is a 'wok to walk' style kind of food bar where you can pick your ingredients and the chefs will stir fry it for you in a open kitchen.

The Ekarting is fun and a lot faster than you may at first think but the blue flag situation designed to let the driver in front move over to let you pass was evident only in the gloom. Held but not waved. Had I been able to pass sure my score would have been even higher though competing against clearly experienced motor bike rider and his teenage sons. I beat the teenagers even though advanced in years. But only by a whisker. Though the actual karting is fun the admin is much less so! Email not responded to. Phone call I was invited to leave for call back ignored. My booking seemed wrong and had to ring for assurance. Trying to screw me for more or what? You only learn drive time is just 8 mins BUT only after booking. A bit dishonest? But those 8 mins can be intense! Over complicated booking system. Booking ref, confirmation code, ticket number, another reference code. WHY? ALL so unnecessary and superfluous. It should be REALLY simple! Wanting to use my info for marketing purposes? Score should have been higher but for their sheer inanity.

Im giving three stars because much of the staff were unprofessional; probably because they were all very young (18 year olds). It was hard to talk to anybody, lots of swearing, and slow service. There also was not any sort of processions for COVID, the second floor is definitely a breathing ground for it. Other than that I think its good value for money (besides £11 e-carts for 8 minutes) and the drinks from the bar were made well. I would recommend if you live close, but it isn't worth the two hour journey I did. As time goes on, I do see this location improving .

I haven't had more fun in Wandsworth in my life. I went go karting with a mate and boy those 8 minutes went so fast, just like my Kart. The staff are friendly and even liked my LED shoes I was wearing! (so much in fact I'm featured on the Instagram page). I will be going back there and bringing a few mates along the way. Gravity Wandsworth is the new hangout spot for me and my college mates.
