Reviews of Gunnersbury Triangle Club

A very friendly tennis club, with an unusual but enterprising setup, set within a mock tudor estate. Coaches and tennis lessons are reasonably priced when compared to others within Ealing and Acton.

A fantastic tennis club. I joined 7 years ago having not played tennis for 10years. The coaching set up is really good and as a new member I found it easy to integrate into the club and found lots of people to play with. The off court facilities are well maintained and there are plenty of social tournaments. The courts themselves are a nice surface to play on with 4 floodlit courts allowing evening play. Court availability is also good. Would highly recommend.

Good players but limited space and tennis table

I joined in April 2012 as an absolute beginner, and found the club to be very friendly, with great coaching and excellent facilities. They have 6 artificial surface courts (2 floodlit), a pub, snooker tables, table tennis, bowls, allotments, and a gymnasium. There are also social events. I would definitely recommend it as a great place to play tennis, meet people and hang out.

I used to play table tennis here from about 1967 to 1977. I rejoined in 1998 to play tennis and have been a tennis member ever since. This is an exceptionally friendly club for tennis. Some tennis clubs are exclusive. This one is inclusive. It has 6 outdoor artificial grass courts, 2 of which are floodlit and it is hoped that two more of the courts will acquire floodlights during 2014.
The table tennis section is also quite active as are the bowls, karate and snooker sections. A great little club run entirely by volunteers, so the fees are competitive too.

GTC is a fantastic tennis club with six all weather courts, three with flood lights.
Incredibly friendly with lots of social events throughout the year. Great for juniors as well as adults. Fabulous coaching programme for adults and juniors. Cardio tennis one evening a week a great de- stress after work. Group coaching run by Debbie James Head Coach on Saturdays is a wonderful way to meet other people and make new friends. Social play on Sunday afternoons is great fun and followed by tea and cakes. Lots of other activities at the club as well, including yoga, table tennis, karate, and snooker. Regular quiz events and monthly drinks to celebrate birthdays.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Great family feel about this sports club. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Excellent outdoor tennis courts and its location, tucked in a cul de sac gives the club the feeling of privacy in a safe environment.

One of the most friendly, welcoming clubs that I have come across. There are 6 courts (carpet surface) well maintained and 4 are flood lit. Coaching is of a high standard and has brought on my game by leaps and bounds. There is Mens and Ladies team Tennis available (Middlesex league). Social play on Wednesday evenings and Sunday afternoons are well attended. The club house (with licenced bar) is well maintained . Plus there are also lots of not tennis events run during the year. Access to the club is very good being close to Acton Town tube station and on the E3 bus route. There is also a private parking area.

I joined as a complete beginner a couple of years ago, and found loads of people willing to play with me. Very friendly members and great courts. A remarkably tranquil & secluded environment considering its close proximity to convenient transport links. (The bar prices are pretty cheap too.)

A fantastic tennis club. I joined last year and have been playing tennis on most days. There are plenty social events and tournaments. The courts are well maintained. Would highly recommend.

A hidden gem just off the North Circular and easily accessible by tube, Acton Town, and bus, E3. Extremely friendly, family-oriented Club with good facilities for tennis, table tennis, snooker and karate plus a large attractive bar overlooking the tennis courts. If you're looking for a new Club definitely worth a visit.

Gunnersbury Triangle Club is one of the most friendly clubs I've experienced, it has great courts, flood lights and you can play some great tennis. After sweating it out you can relax in its comfortable bar and enjoy a well-earned pint or glass of wine. What more could you ask of a sports club?

Great fun and very friendly. Terrible parking so walk or tube if possible.

I have been a member since 1989 and can honestly say it is the best tennis club in West London, at least for me!

Wonderfully friendly Club, 6 tennis courts surrounded by allotments, great bar, social activities, table tennis and karate to name but a few. A real gem.
