The orange dye that's on the track came off on my shoes but apart from that it's pretty good. The staff are polite, the changing rooms and toilets are kept clean. Lewisham hospital is also next door so if any running injuries occur you'll have access to stronger pain meds quickly if necessary.

Great place for sessions for athletes of any age . Inclusive session on term times Saturday. Junior and senior sessions Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays all year round

Good basic facilities. Well maintained track and equipment for long and high jump. Residential area so parking limited.

Multi used sports complex. Two non league football teams also share this venue. Lewisham and Forest Hill. Saw the latter play K Sports in a night game. The facility has an athletics track and floodlights.

The lady Arena is an excellent playing ground for the children with a very little apparatus for the children. The Lewisham councils needs to modernised this place for the children in the community.

Excellent community facility hosting two non-league football clubs. Council needs to light the approach better. Now seen both Lewisham Borough and Forest Hill Park home games. Hot food available at matches. Good merchandise and programme at Lewisham Borough games.

I was here specifically for the fusion gym which is small but has a good mix of equipment and the staff offered help . Has a decent football pitch that's well maintained also.
