Reviews of Pancras Square Leisure
D. B.
Used the childrens pool with my 1 year old son. It is ideal, he had so much fun and easily access for us both with the steps with me being pregnant again. Will definitely be back
S. A.
Been coming here from day 1. It can be busy, but the new management and staff are friendly.
The gym is good if you catch it when it is not busy, pool is usually busy but sauna and steam room are good.
Compared to other better gyms equipment, facilities are modern and hygiene is a lot better.
J. B.
I've only used the swimming pool. Clean and tidy changing room and showers. Lockers cost 20p to use so remember to take one. The swimming pool has a strange aroma and took a couple of showers to get the smell off. Currently costs £6.60 for admission.
R. M.
Everyone keeps mentioning free towels, shampoo etc - not true, member or not you have to now pay £9 for a towel. Decent facilities but sauna and steam opening times are restricted.
M. A.
Its a very nice gym. However, there is very little floorspace. There is tons of equipment though so it depends on what you are there for
J. 9.
Very good value for money considering location and facilities. However, had a few issues whilst being a member.
- Air conditioning would often not be working
- towels were old and smelly, also shower rooms not the most hygienic
J. W.
Nice gym and swim although wallet coat and phone was stolen from locker room watch your valuables at this place as was told by staff at reception it’s happening frequently
A. C.
Been a member for a long time, the gym is getting tatty and rusty, swimming pool and spa are good ,showers are hot, jaccuzzi very rarely works. Better could refurb the facilities to make it better!
R. K.
There’s always something wrong in this gym - pools are closed, health suites are unusable, equipment sucks.
I live 2 mins away from the gym but i’m not in “Camden” so I have to pay more than some people who live further. Do not recommend this gym, if you are reading this - please invest your money somewhere else
C. G.
This is a wonderful centre with a really nice fitness pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and children's pool.
s. s.
Another Better Leisure facility run for Camden council The large gym has plenty of natural light and the pool is a reasonable size. Two studios in the basement. Lots of classes, I mainly use it for yoga. Clean and friendly place in the heart of kings cross.
E. J.
My favourite gym. I have yet to use swimming pools but apart from that, this is one of the most affordable and lovely gyms in the area
M. C.
I do like this gym, however I find the ladies toilets down stairs rather disgusting. Always finding hair on the floor and shower room, or customers always leave empty bathroom essential around when there is a bin provided. Maybe there could be more in that changing room. The lockers hardly work, so often find items in them unlocked. As they take your 20p but don't lock. The lockers where you can use your own padlock are upstairs, not suitable if using Sauna,Steam, swim facilities Downstairs. The Jacuzzi is general cold too, would rather it warm in these winter months.
K. J.
Lovely gym, friendly staff, very accessible space.
M. T.
Wonderful! The staff is lovely, the place has modern machines, enough space to do whatever you want and has all the COVID measures in place. The prices are reasonable as well. Waiting for the pool to open and for the classes to start again, so wait for updated feedback!
C. C.
This gym was great when it first opened, now it’s beginning to look shabby. The sauna has been broken on and off for a while now. Equipment takes a long time to be fixed , the changing rooms downstairs are rarely clean and the pool is much colder than it use to be.
R. W.
Too busy for a decent swim in narrow lanes but good to have a poolside steam room and jacuzzi.
Better if changing rooms also had lockers for padlocks and the spin dryer worked.
At
Staff were pleasant and welcoming though.
K. C.
A spacious and well-equipped gym overall given it's in central London. Membership fee is not overpriced at all, especially if you live around Camden area or is a student. Really clean and neat as a gym, doesn't stink in the changing rooms.
A fantastic range of classes for all levels, but they do aim to entertain the largest amount of gym-goers, making the class or the gym feel slightly too crowded if you go after 4:30pm.
The biggest issue I have is not with the gym, but with a certain bunch of people who goes there. I've experienced a few unwanted attention from males asking for my number and trying to chat people up when all I wanted to do was to get over with my workout.
M. I. A.
I have recently joined with gym and couldn't be happier. The gym and facilities are brand new and everything is clean. The staff members are kind and helpful; they've lent me a padlock several times, always give me a towel and have been really useful with any questions or issues I've had. The only things I might like would be some more floor space and perhaps some more mirrored walls to help with form when lifting weights. But in terms of being a gym, pool, sauna, steam and jacuzzi its been so good and I love that they have women and girls swimming sessions. Great location too!
A. M.
I used to enjoy using the pool when it first opened but I strongly believe they dropped the temperature of the water, and I now find it uncomfortably cold. The downstairs changing rooms are also freezing. Really puts me off going, especially in winter.
S. B.
They have a well run supported disabiity session twice a week, fantastic resource. I personally really enjoyed coming to the pool & steam room at first because it's so clean, however, since using it frequently I've found the swimming lanes are far too narrow, they've squashed them in, it's a battle to not hit other people. I understand it's a very busy pool & centre considering where it is, but it's quite busy & cramped with only the one pool & very small pool changing room. Still, the steam room is lovely, but seems to be out of action on & off.
B.
It’s a public gym in convenient location. Staff seem friendly. However the facilities are often broken and the changing rooms a mess.
Also, the most annoying thing I’ve ever experienced on a gym - the lockers upstairs by the gym are free with your own padlock but then downstairs by the pool, you need 20p!?
This and the general feeling of chaos of the place doesn’t make it worth £50 a month for me
N. N.
Love the fitness classes here particularly circuits with Sean, the new rebounding classes on mini trampolines & total body conditioning.
The gym has had a recent update of equipment & is a great place to train. All the personal trainers here are highly qualified and friendly.
The pool and health suite are also nice particularly when the light wall is working. Plus there is an inclusive towel service for members.
On the whole staff are friendly and helpful. Very convenient location only a couple of minutes walk away from Kings Cross
A. L.
The air in the pool is too warm for a good training probably due to the proximity of sauna and steam rooms. The pool water temperature is fine. In the male showers there is a bad smell of pee. The prices are slightly on the high side given the pitfalls.
j. i.
Mixed bag really, Pros are that the staff are friendly (they are friendly when you’re friendly but I’ve noticed when other visitors are rude they‘ve been super rude back). It’s really convenient for St Pancras Station and the offices nearby. It’s good to have a decent pool and sauna in this part of London. Also, it seems that locals actually use the pool and overall has quite a relaxed/polite atmosphere.
The cons would be general cleanliness is low, (I cannot stress enough that this is a flip flops only situation, bleugh) considering how new the building is it’s amazing how many stains there are on the walls and ceilings. It’s quite expensive for what it is (membership options are quite ridiculous). The gym is generally so crowded it’s basically impossible to use. The gym also has massive street level windows so anyone walking past can see in, and generally the gym doesn’t seem very welcoming for people with less confidence.
All in all, better than no leisure centre at all but it could be so much better.
L. M.
Gym is never too busy - classes are great and the changing room is always clean! Staff are super friendly and always helpful. I am excited that this gym has now become my regular :)
J. M.
———————
Pros:
———————
Not usually very busy and even at its peak there’s loads of space to use the equipment.
Loads of equipment/decent facilities.
Staff seem nice.
Good value as a Camden resident - £50 per month for a central London gym, with full access to facilities and other gyms in the borough.
———————-
Cons:
———————-
Equipment sometimes broken down.
Have to spend 20p for each use of the swimming lockers (can’t use a padlock).
K. T.
Okay gym and pool, nothing special. Often too crowded in the weights area and cleanliness in the changing rooms and shower areas could be significantly improved. Staff are friendly but the PTs do not seem very knowledgeable so I wouldn’t spend any money on those services in addition to the membership fee.
Having said that, probably still the best value for money around the area if you are a student and/or local resident (discounted prices), especially as you can combine gym, classes and swimming + sauna.
G. R.
The facility is fantastic, the staff were lovely, the check in process seamless. The pool was very busy on Monday evening but that is to be expected for such a location! Can I make a suggestion? During lane swimming, label the lanes "slow", " medium" and "fast" so that swimmers can match themselves with others of a similar pace. I have seen this in many other pools and it works quite well.
J. L.
Great classes with teachers who understand all fitness levels. Equipment is good, if nothing special: plenty of cardio options, free weights and resistance machines. Small stretching area. Two good size class spaces and a small, but serviceable pool. Upstairs lockers take and return token, while pool lockers eat 20p coins, so bring change if you're swimming. Staff is helpful and nice. Changing rooms and showers are cleaned regularly and kept nice. There's towel service if you ask. A bit pricey for what you get but presumably your paying for location. If you work or commute around King's Cross/St Pancras it really couldn't get more convenient.
R. A.
Staff not very inviting..a little smile can go along way! Swimming session used to be better but changing rooms are not very clean anymore as they used to be and long waiting for swimming pool during family sessions and hardly anyone in there wen u do get in. it can't be staffing issue as there seems to be more than enough by the looks of it. It's a nice set up, just shame about staff and cleansiness!
N. H.
A very modern facility opened only a few years ago,. It has quickly become a victim of it's own success and is rather oversubscribed, catering as it does for a huge working population in the area, local residents, in-borough school trips etc, so can get cramped, especially in the changing rooms - these can be cleaned top to bottom and be a mess again within a couple of hours due to sheer levels of use. Lockers can be hit-and-miss; always take an extra 20p in case it swallows one without locking. The poolside has a good steam/sauna facility and jacuzzi although, again, these are heavily oversubscribed; in theory their access is supposed to be limited to the Health & Fitness members but the pool location means many Swim-only members have a freebie visit - staff are aware of the problem but struggle to police this. The pool and changing areas must have looked nice on paper but are a bit inadequate for the level of demand they are expected to meet.
The 'shallow' end of the pool has an adjustable height floor - if primary schools are due to visit this can be as shallow as around 1 metre, so take note if you have long limbs!
All this said, I tend to go mid-morning when it is fairly quiet and it is a pleasant enough experience then. I have never had any issues with the staff here. If you have buggies or a Brompton these can be locked downstairs by the changing rooms where there are dedicated coin-operated loop locks.
C. W.
Good facilities but when something is broken it takes forever to get fixed. Often there will be lockers that take your money but don't work - the staff are normally quite good with refunding you the amount, but it's still a hassle.
My biggest criticism of this place is that nobody ever answers the phones if you call. I have let it ring and gone about my day, come back half an hour later and the phone will still be ringing. I don't know whether they just mute the phones but it is seriously annoying.
Y. J. C.
I had been exercised at Pancras Square from my very first day in London.
I worked out everyday. Lots of running machine or methods to use it.
More importantly, I gained positive energy all time and refresh myself everytime.
I love and thanks a lot to have such a great gym near my UCL flat. Many thanks
J. T.
Nice new modern pool, pool for training as it’s not the warmest. Be good if they made sure shower gel and shampoo always available. Minor issue but annoying as not sure if you need to pack items for your visit.
J. S.
Gym equipment is functional although some upgrades (e.g. new bikes, rowers) would be appreciated. The swimming pool is my favourite although it can get too crowded in the mornings/evenings. The steam room and sauna are satisfactory. Classes are hit and miss - you have to identify instructors that you like, and follow them, otherwise you might be disappointed. Overall, Pancras Square Leisure is value for money, and has a nice community feeling to it.
V. M.
Very good value for money. The gym is well equipped, quite large and the location is great. I have been member for two years and I really liked this centre. A bit overcrowded and the swimming pool could be more clean. However a nice please.
S. P.
This is my local gym. It's not badly equipped and some good classes. Clean and a decent pool. Pity the health suite isn't more accessible. Was told I would have to cancel and restart my membership to use it. Staff are mostly ok. Sometimes pretty dismissive and bored- I've been to a lot of Better centres and this is pretty much the norm. Certainly not a top level gym but it's ok for what i pay
D. F.
new so good equipment have increased yoga classes, which I like, but no response to my many written suggestions re having 'hooks' for towels around saunas/ steam - end up on floor. listen - why have suggestion box?
Like the light feel of the place. Agree staff a bit mixed - this has got better.
still overall a nice experience compared to most council facilities.
R. R.
Clean, spacious gym with decent machines.
D. G.
I have mixed feelings about this gym – on the one hand it is new build with modern machinery and generally good facilities and in a great location, however, a number of small things, which I believe are easily fixable, do in my opinion let them down. Instead of just mentioning my negative experiences at the leisure centre I’ve also suggested some easy fixes which I think are easily doable, and I hope of use to the centre management:
Faulty Machines: the advanced machinery (you need to have an account and login to use it) often doesn’t work on a couple of the machines. . A number of times I’ve tried using a machine only to find it isn’t recognising any ID keys and so can’t be used, the machine then isn’t identified as being out of order for a couple of days (there isn’t a sign on the machine) and then not fixed for a couple more. Easy fix – staff should identify machines not used at peak times and check to see if there is a reason why, an ‘out of order’ sign needs to be put up quickly if faulty and then the machine fixed promptly.
Towels: I’ve been a member of a handful of gyms and I’ve never seen any as bad as this. Collecting a towel should be one of the most simple things in the world and take only a couple of seconds, however it’s frequently turned into a task far more laborious and time consuming than it needs to be – sometimes they’ve run out of towels altogether, I’ve been told to wait my turn in a queue for a couple of minutes, or on the occasions when I politely interrupt and ask for a towel I’ve been given extremely unfriendly stares; which is all unnecessary as collecting a towel should be a simple process of a couple of seconds at most. Easy fix – have a large pile of rolled up towels either on the desk just before the gates or on a table just after them, keep this pile well stocked and have a polite sign asking members to only take one towel each so you don’t run through stock too quickly.
Swimming lanes: this is a bugbear of mine, the lifeguards don’t manage the pool at all – they are not present just to stop people drowning, but to manage the pool: no running, no bombing, no petting etc., this should extend to managing the Fast/Medium/Slow lanes during ‘Swim for Fitness’ times. There are often very slow people (45-50 sec per length) in the fast lane, which is extremely frustrating when trying to keep to a swim fitness regime but have people idling along in the fast lane who need to be constantly overtaken. Fast, Medium and Slow lanes are obviously relative to the swimmers present in the pool, but on most days 45 sec per length swimmer should not be in the fast lane. Easy fix - the lifeguards should assess the swimmers in the pool in a given ‘Swim for Fitness’ session, and when they need to they should politely ask swimmers to move into a faster or slower lane when required; there used to be a lifeguard who did this, but is sadly no longer working at Pancras Square leisure centre.
20p for swim lockers: this is fine for non-members, but members should be given tokens to use as we’ve surely already paid for this in our membership!?
As I stated above, I do like the gym and think that the areas in which it consistently lets itself down (in my opinion) can easily be fixed at pretty much no cost to the centre, apart from the time taken for staff training and reduced income from the 20p locker charges to members.
Perhaps the suggestions for towels and ‘Swim for Fitness’ session pool management could be trialled in the new year for a month or two, followed by a survey to see if it has positively impacted the user experience, which I think it would do.
I do hope this feedback and my suggestions are useful.
O. G.
I've been going to this gym for a couple of years now as there are some great group classes and bright, spacious gym. Members also get a complementary towel on each visit and the staff at the front desk are always friendly :)
D. W.
The swimming pool and wet change is all a bit cramped and I hate lockers that don't return your coin. Pool water seemed a bit cloudy but was a good cool temperature (26°C).
M. F.
Only draw back is the machines need a toggle. If you forget it it's a mission to sign in onnthe machines to get them working. I dont always use this gym but its handy as drop in. Would need to carry the toggle all the time though 🙈 steam room and sauna have always been working so this pushes it back up to a full 5 stars for me 😊
M. H.
It's an ok gym but it's too small when its busy. Equipment is often out of order or has issues. There have been a number of larger issues inc. broken air con, flooding, blocked drains etc that keep repeating and don't appear to be be fixed permanently.
All in all ok but improvements need to be made
J. T.
I have been a member of this gym for several months and my experience so far has been good. At the discounted rate for students, it is good value. For £29 a months you get access to the gym, swimming pool and classes.
Generally during the day it's not too busy, however the two times I have been at the gym after 5-6pm it was almost impossible to use it with long queues to get in and no equipment available. A workout that usually takes me an hour took nearly twice as long!
Every time you want to go to the gym, you have to check-in at the front desk and wear a wristband. This is a bit annoying especially if there are a lot of people entering at once and I still don't see the point of it.
The gym itself has a good range of equipment and it is very modern with a system that allows you to track your exercise, either with a key they give you during your induction or with an app. The app is not very good though as it is very slow and needs internet connection. There is no coverage in terms of mobile networks, but there is a free wifi from the library.
C. S.
I did a 2 week membership while temporarily staying in the area. I felt the free weight area was much too small and not enough plates. I went late morning and mid day thinking I'd beat the crowds but always encountered the same 4-6 guys that hogged all the weights and racks. They did have plenty of treadmills, elipticals, and bikes and there were always several open. I also took two circuit classes for the heck of it and enjoyed them. The classes weren't anything fancy but I definitely got a good workout out of them. Definitely a suitable gym to head to if you just need a place to get a sweat on.
S. S.
One of the better pools run by Better - I don't like the fact that people criticise this place so much.
It's all relative and relative to your other choices for a 25m pool with sauna and steam, for £30/mth, this place is top class. It's clean, it's new, and the pool temperature is good for lap swimming.
People shouldn't pretend that they are paying for a first class experience!
H. B.
It's a lovely space - inclusive of everyone, great staff, ample changing room space, tonnes of privacy, plenty of lockers, feels very secure and is kept clean.
One thing to change: Please stop forcing people to sign into MyWellness though! It's a bit of a usability disaster and is massively interruptive of my workout! I end up choosing to cycle home to avoid the needless keying and faffing with that silly screen. Otherwise great!
E. C.
Pool is nice. Cool enough to swim for fitness. Staff..OK, I guess. The lockers...err... no. No, not good. Who even carries 20p's these days?? Do you get it back? Nope! You fancy a shower after your swim with your favourite shower gel which is locked in your locker? Fine...Oh, wait, NOT fine! Locker won't close again without ANOTHER 20p!!? Is it a joke? Do swimmers in St. Pancras normally carry sackfuls of 20p coins? Am I the ONLY one who has embraced the cashless world and expects to be able to use a modern facility like this without having to step back into last millennium? Sort it out "Better".. most of your customers have already shelled out plenty for membership, which you take from them online, direct, and even Pay and Play members can purchase sessions at your desk with contactless payment, so sort this outdated nonsense out!
K. R.
Best public leisure centre I’ve been to - friendly staff, clean and smart looking. You even get free towels if you’re a member! There’s a sauna, steam room and a nice gym plus plenty of exercise classes to choose from.
D. J.
I use the pool, gym and classes here. It's very clean. The staff and helpful and friendly.
J. B.
I don't know what the quality is of the other gyms in the area, but I find the facilities pretty good, and staff courteous. It also looks like it's used by people in the community, and by people who work in the area. It does get crowded at peak times but I've never had to wait long for a machine.
P. C.
An average gym with middle of the range equipment, which is often crowded at peak times. The facilities could be cleaner. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. Very central location, situated next to St Pancras International station.
N. A.
Pancras Square Leisure centre is a very good facility in a central and very busy area to f London. It is relatively small in size but has all equipments in the gym. The equipments are smart and connected to internet. People can track their progress of exercise. It also has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, steaming and sauna.
S.
The gym has amazing facilities and offer services for non members. Which is great! Only negative would be the gym staff, did find some a tad rude and may need to reconsider training staff to be more customer friendly.
S. W.
Using the pool: it's brand new and it looks slick. Everything works and is clean. It's underground with no natural light but atmospheric artificial light. Has the same problem that all modern built pools have though - tiny changing rooms where everyone is trying over each other whenever it's remotely busy
A. J. M.
I only started coming recently, love it already!
A. A.
Good 4 normal arevge people has gym on ground floor and swimming pool downstairs which ok for me. But downside have seen it that staff rude . Also if gym machine break down it take 2 to 4 weeks repair same with swimming area . Than have swimming class which take half pool so you can't swim. In lunch time . And when check in at desks u have wait 5 to 10 mins because chat way think customers service desks which should be check in not dealing with problem or talking about live story.
S. W.
Like the gym. And pool. Hate the fact that under 5 Yrs old children are aloud in the jacuzzi. As last time I was in there 2 children were laughing that they were peeing in the bubbles and the mother not paying attention. I quickly got out .
A. R.
Great new gym and pool. Perfect water temperature. Just be careful to check the timetable before you travel- sometimes 3 or even all 5 lanes can be dedicated to tuition
n. s.
Overall good and clean place.
Can get sometimes too busy and the stuff is not always making sure that slow swimmer are in the slow lane and fast in the fast.
Also, they charge for the locker which is really annoying as there is no alternative.
Y. C.
💕I work out at Pancras Square Leisure from my very first day in London. I do know that I'm so lucky to join here💚
R.
I love it. The staff are all nice and helpful. They have a huge swimming pool too. They also give free gym sessions on referral. I’d recommend it.
N. F.
Nice swimming pool although changing rooms could be cleaner. It annoys me the fact that 20p from the locker are non-refundable (changing room for the swimming pool). Staff quite friendly and nice gym too.
K. J.
The pool is excellent and the staff is friendly . They provide towels which is great: you don't have to have a wet towel sitting around all day at work. Easy, smooth check-in. And very reasonably priced
B. V.
Great classes and nice gym. Swimming pool and health suite located in the same space. There are two sets of locker/changing rooms. One on the upper level (gym) and ine on the pool and studios level.
M. M.
Good equipment. Staff are on cleaning duties due to cuts apparently. Staff do a better cleaning job than the professional cleaners themself.
J. C.
When of the best equipped gyms I've ever been to, amazing value. Highly recommended
O. W.
It doesn't have the charm of, say, Marshall St but if you want a clean lengths pool, this will do. Someone mentioned the water being cold; if you're actually swimming this is appropriate. Loses a star for the silly change room configuration, but that almost feels churlish when as a Better swimming member I was offered a free towel and sauna.
J. T.
This leisure have everything you need, you don't need to bring your towel, shampoo and soap because is available in the leisure. Also in the reception they are very polite and advice you well what is good for you.
N. R.
The lifeguards are fantastic. The spa is not bad. The changing room are not cleaned often enough in my opinion. The clientèle generally varies depending on the time.
J. B.
Absolutely love the gym which has lots of space and fantastic equipment. Swimming pool is by far the worst of the Better Gym pools I've tried, very very shallow and the musics/lights are super annoying.
G. A. C. A.
Cool place to go and work out, and pump some muscles
P. G.
Yoga classes with Soala are great, I wish she was doing classes in the evening as well.
I. X.
Recently refurbished, clean. There is a limit of people within the premises so you are always able to swim properly. One of the best features is a skylight to see the sky while swimming.
N. H.
Shallow pool is perfect for young children and group changing rooms are very useful. Lane swimming is well organised. Great location too.
r. b.
Excellent Pilates class with Richie. He explains what's going on and why on earth you'd want to be cavorting so.
A. P.
good for oxygen deprivation training, no need to bring your own mask as most of the times I've been here treadmill area is hot and stuffy... mask only needed if sensitive to odours
L. M.
It's busy in the evening, but the equipment is really good. New and great for keeping track of everything.
They towel distribution is stupidly bad, so bring your own... Also showers are bad.
B. A.
👍 the gym is good. But the personal trainers are a bit overpriced. And make you adapt to their schedules. As opposed to them adapting to yours.
A. C.
I love this gym has everything but staff is usualy not very nice and sometimes the changing rooms arent all that clean
A. R.
Compared to other swimming pools in London, this is by far one of the best! The only reason why it's not getting the 5th star is because of the overall attitude of the main reception staff.
S. R.
Great. You have the council offices, the library and the sport s centre all in one place. Get fit, sort out housing issues and visit the library all in one visit. Highly recommended.
P. C.
Will be 5* once they open the sauna/steam room!
e. d.
Nice leisure centre. All the facilities were kept clean. I only used the pool which was very nice
S. S.
The pool is cold, but that's OK, but if you go there on a Friday evening - women's evening - there is no space in the sauna and steam room, and if you all leave together you will be waiting for a shower for ages, they are all cold too, the changing rooms are too small and nowhere to change properly and the lockers are dodgy - go with a few 20p's because if they don't work, they swallow your money.

Love the gym. Gym is organised well following covid regulations. Book session in advance...
N. W.
Good all round gym. I can train effectively there as the gym is well equipped. Can get real busy there with classes running at the same time
T. R.
It is such a great facility to workout at. People working there are super friendly and helpful. Thanks to Better for making BETTER a good and easy choice for us😆
N. B.
Very nice brand new gym with indoor swimming pool
Just above the new site of Google headquarters and YouTube
A bit hidden but just 5 mins walk from King's Cross and St Pancras stations
J. W.
Nice and usually quite clean but the swimming pool is quite cold in winter especially getting out and to the changing room is a challenge.
C. E.
Atmosphere is great, lots of manageable equipment , also there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam. Relaxed when i'm there.

It is normally quite clean but that's it really. Other than a couple of people the staff isn't overly friendly. If you go in the morning is also full of obnoxious 'officey' types.
C. J.
the place is nice, clean airy , very posh looking , but the kind of staffs they hire for that kind of place isn't good, staff are childish and playful, and make more noise then the customers. The staff need to improve on their behavior.
M. F.
Staff are friendly also its very clean I enjoy very much this gym and steam room.
J.
This facility is very nice, I have only used the pool and health suite which are both kept very clean and in good condition.
l. c.
I like it here. The staff have banter and enjoy themselves whilst being helpful.
Facilities are ok but aren’t any better or as close to an easygym.
M. W.
very new, very nice leisure centre. Equipment is top notch. On par with what you'd find at a virgin active but obviously much cheaper.
L. M.
All new facilities so top quality. Very well kept and always clean. Can get very busy at peak times. Great location.
j. A. W.
Lovely & clean gym’
Plus New equipments
T. P.
Not a great gym for lifting but it's got the minimal requirements. Always crowded and nobody in the staff tries to rack the weights correctly.
J. C.
Modern surroundings with state of the art equipment. Friendly staff and good value. My Personal Trainer is working wonders!
J. A.
Everything is good! To those who say it's this and that, Ur all just sad people,of course it will be busy during peak hours, so try and avoid those times.... Genuinely a good place to work out
N. S. L.
Lovely and new. Best council gym I've ever been to for sure
