Decent gym and centre. Pool is the right size to cater for all skill levels and thanks to the booking system it's never too busy. Gym is a bit tight and, apart from treadmills and bikes, there's only one of each machine, so if it gets busy there's a lot of waiting around. Staff is friendly and helpful. I haven't had a session with a PT yet, but have seen a few of them with other people and they seemed good. There are also exercise classes and lessons. Overall a good place to work out and keep busy and fit

St Katherines ran TKD classes for over 10 years, The previous management were sympathetic to the club being a community sport and working within the community, helping young children stay off the streets and in a safe healthy learning environment. As new management came the hall fee prices have increased disproportionately. Since COVID closure of the club its been difficult to return to to our regular training area. The hall fees use to be £26 over time the increase has now set the hall fees to over £40 an hour. The club used the hall wed, fri and sun 3 hours per time. We charge the students a nominal fee to accommodate single parent families and low income also giving concessions where needed. When we questioned the increase we were told to put our prices up. This suggestion would make the club unaffordable to the students we aim at and put them back on the streets. Phoenix centre is suppose to be a NOT FOR PROFIT organisation, HAS THAT CHANGED ? My next point is, the hall hire for Badminton is between £12 to £15 and hour 2 people playing, 2 people using vending machine 2 people using the facility. Our Classes have an active member base of 120, 120 students using vending machine, 120 students using the facilities. Which is more beneficial to the centre and the community 1 - 2 people booking adhoc if and when they choose 2 - Block booking 3 days a week at 3 hours a time for 10 plus years Not sure how this is working within the community and Not for profit As a club we have been priced out of the venue and pushing the student/young people back onto the streets helping the cycle of knife and gun crime. Interesting fitness centre. I have only attended the swim-for-fitness program but I'm not complaining. Staff are super helpful. The other swimmers I've met are a friendly lot. Will be trying the gym soon. Overall, it's a professionally run fitness centre. Highly recommended.

What makes it, is the staff, they are super nice polite and helpful. It is reasonably priced and much of the time is not excessively crowded. The pool is saline not chlorinated much nicer! . As many smaller children use the facilities and there's limited flow Space and changing areas It would be great if the parents could pay a bit more attention to being aware for others, not just hogging the changing rooms while long showering processes take place with their overloaded push chairs blocking the ways! Opening times are good.

The kids are good, the swimming instructor Winston is great. Unfortunately the reception need a lot customer service training. They never answer the phone and even go as far as to cancelling your call. Face to face they are helpful but that's when they aren't louding talking about their personal lives which is extremely unprofessional. I just wish someone would answer the phone

I think in relative terms this is a 3 star gym, but it's very reasonably priced so I've given it 4 stars. I don't use the pool and haven't been to any of the classes yet but there is a decent selection of gym equipment and the equipment seems to be well maintained. It is really a small gym, so if your workout requires open space, it's not the place for you.

This gym is good enough for me, I just about get to do all the exercises I need. It could have a bit more variety and space but it's not too cramped which is good. The shower and the toilets are kept clean when needed so it's not a major issue, not when I go there anyway, and the price for it is fair and affordable unlike most gyms around London. Staff are nice and fitness instructors are there if you need them.

Clean pool, and good water temperature. The changing room is uncomfortable. The locker works with 20p in the swimming pool area. No connection between swimming pool and gym, only across the entrance lobby. Only the gym has private showers with doors. The shower temperature cold or hot. The shower kits are old and rubbish.

I've only visited the gym which has enough equipment, is clean and a well-organised way of controlling the number of people inside at every moment, making sure it doesn't get too crowded. They have a very competitive price as well.

Using the Better Gym app makes booking and using the gym nice & easy! Lots of cleaning stations and well signposted directions enhance your training experience. Anybody still contemplating returning...do it!!!

I usually don't comment on anything, but I felt the need to comment this one. I've a couple negative comments about this swimming pool but due to lack of budget I end up there. The lady in the front desk was polite and helpful. The rest of the staff was really positive. There was no one on the swimming pool when I arrived and one of the staff said hello and in a very positive way said to me "look, you have the pool all to yourself". The only thing I didn't like is the fact we have to pay for the locker, it's only 20p, but it's an hassle to always need 20p coins and to pay everytime I go. There should be an option to use our on lock. The membership price is good and no contract applies, I didn't had any issues so if you're looking for an affordable swimming pool I think no one will be disappointed.

This leisure centre is ideal for a Sunday afternoon family swim. Not too crowded on our visit, with extensive changing and locker facilities. The teaching pool is warm and large enough for some excellent swimming. The member of staff who informed us that the session had come to an end was a little brusque, and the showers a a bit on the hot side for little ones, but otherwise this is a great place for a warm splash on a cold day.

Amazing place for swimming and many more things such as:taekwondo,gym/ working out,teaching kids/ children to swim and many more.You can also watch your children swimming through the front there is also to vending machines one is snacks/ sweets/toffees/crisps and the other is drinks such as: Cola Sprite and many more drinks/ fizzy drinks.Moreover,In the taekwondo place if your early you can do badminton and many more games.

Nice 25 metre swimming pool and a smaller one for kids, two gyms with all sorts of equipment open up to 21:30 in week days.It's part of Better (better.co.uk) so with one monthly fee (£22.95) you have the right to join classes at three locations.The website is not clear, I suggest you go to ask info and tour the place.

Nice swimming pool, which is not chlorinated but uses salt water instead. Price for a swim if a bit steep at £4.15 compared to the £3.20 charged at Fulham Pools in the same borough. Also the non-refundable 20p charge for the locker is a complete rip off.

Its wonderful and you can use your membership out of lessons. Its worth the spend to be honest. The only thing i dont like is that the women times only sometimes isnt so certain. There could be men walking around in the changing rooms so they could see you.

It's okay because it doesn't have any rules in the pool apart from no running no shoes on or no diving but I'll give some credit to the gym workouts they are amazing 😉 and the gym acc works for fitness 😉

Gyms live Virgin you pay 3x as much maybe more. This has classes, a pool and gym at a very reasonable price with a contract you are not tied to. All in all great value for money

I would like to recommend Melissa’s Zumba class on Saturdays at 4pm. It is a class that combines both an effective workout and a fun atmosphere with good music and choreography. It’s definitely the class everyone needs after a working week.

Astro pitch 7 a side. Located at the back of the center, this caged pitch is one of the best in London given the futsal style goals and docent quality astro. A short walk from White City station get you here and the pitches are running until 10 p.m. The Sports center does not provide any support.
