Reviews of Queens Park Rangers Football Club

A stupendous stadium, I love how close you can be from the action. Facilities are great, good beer and food on the outside and great location as well.
Can't wait to come back
G. B.
Had a great time, staff, stewards are always polite, friendly and very helpful. U Rrrrssss
A. R.
One of my favourite London clubs to visit. Very good atmosphere. Parking not easy so best go on the train on London transport. West London at its best . Enjoy your visit.
A. B.
A great ground, and well liked by opposing fans due to the closeness of the crowd to the pitch. A great club shop on site, food and drink. QPR is a great family club and also accommodates those with disabilities.
K. C.
Life long fan of QPR, been going here for over 50 years, it's like a second home, does need some renovations now to be honest, but it's like a second home to me, good family football club , good safe and friendly atmosphere, food and drinks available in the stadium
C. J.
Great night of footy
QPR v BPL
T. S.
A great community club, always guaranteed some excitement, they score lots of goals and concede quite a few
R. C.
Watching the QPR v Bournemouth game this evening it was lovely seeing the little fella ringing the bell as free from leukaemia.
That really does help to put the match into perspective. I wish him all the best.
T. W.
The Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium (a.k.a. Loftus Road) is scruffy, cramped, often has an over-anxious crowd has appalling lines of sight for too many seats and has a home team prone to gifting points to visiting opposition but...
The crowd are up close to the pitch and the atmosphere, when the place is rocking, is unrivalled anywhere.
One day QPR will move again but until then this is home and in spite of its faults, we love it.

Queens Park Rangers Football Club, Loftus Road Stadium, South Africa Road, Shepherd's Bush, London, W12 7PJ is another of those legacy type English stadiums with a rich history of active football dating back over a Century to 1917 but completely stifled by its terraced street location, in terms of allowing further development.
We first visited Loftus Road on Saturday 01-Feb-1969 to watch Everton win 1-0 away in the old ENGLISH DIV 1. In later years we returned a few more times in support of Northampton Town FC, most recently on Tuesday 08-Aug-2017 in an EFL CUP fixture when QPR beat The Cobblers 1 - 0.
d.
1st time back at QPR for 23years now living in Richmond Noth Yorkshire only attend games in Northern England with QPR but went with Grandson for his 18th Birthday he travels down for all the home games so far this season which is quite an achievement
P. H.
Having supported QPR for 60 years, I have to go to all home games. A night game under the stadium lights adds to the atmosphere
G. C.
First time back in a long long time so we were excited at being back. Arrived after traffic hold up on M1 just in time for kick off. Fans in fine voice and QPR were on form too. Great football and just great to be back in the stadium.
D. B.
Probably the best football stadium in the world in on of the greatest tourist spots in the United Kingdom. If you haven't visited you are missing out.
T. H.
Very nice stadium, great atmosphere, brilliant Medical/First aid facilities, good hospitality, Good Spectator Safety and courteous Response/Security/ Steward team.
M. J.
Was an interesting experience the resut withstanding. Disabled people have to go the furthest to get in and use the toilets in the home fans section despite being an away supporter. Nice old football ground though and staff were friendly enough
S. B.
Easily reachable via Shepherds Bush tube station. Not premiership quality, but suitable Championship ground.
C. T.
Leg space is so small and chairs are quite narrow. But you can get some food and drinks prior to the match. Also toilets available
N. R.
OK ground, quite a walk from where the coaches park to get into stadium lot of steps to climb if elderly@
A. O.
One day my death certificate may list such ailments as “stress”, “high blood pressure” or “heart failure” but all it would really need to say is the words “Queens Park Rangers”
s. b.
Amazing. My church. As long as you can handle the lack of legroom. Pure entertainment. Well done the superhoops!
D. B.
Brilliant club on and off the pitch. Love the ground too.
D. H.
Have been going through ages, in my life. Through thick and thin at this football club. U'RS!
S. I.

M. M.
Very disappointed with trying to get into the ground yesterday, not very well organised missed the first 5 mins of the game hope you get yourself sorted by the next game
T. B.

P. R.

b.
Great little ground supporters are very passionate
S. M.
Very good for people who likes football
D. T.
Yes was great place to go specially for sports lover
B. M.
Wonderful stadium and atmosphere, generally decent locals and without the best and only team in West London. Sad to see some neg heads getting things off their chests but better than pulling legs off innocent spiders! My uncle Rodney loved the place.
A.
Be careful where you sit because so much of this ground is restricted view. Easy to get to by tube and the staff are friendly & helpful. The worse thing is trying to get out after the game cos they herd you like cattle through one exit which is not good for 3000+ people!!
G. B.
Old traditional stadium, full of atmosphere. compact stadium close to the pitch. If you're one of those plastic fans you wont like it because it has history and tradition. You probable expect it to be like a cinema/Theatre.
Worth a visit if you want to experience real English football game in a traditional stadium.
J. W.
Been a lifelong supporter of QPR..
C. U.

D. B.

J.
The VIP box is brilliant, great view of the pitch and the food was brilliant. Half time pie is to die for! Angel Rangel came in for a chat and a selfie too which was a nice surprise!
P. D.
Good old fashioned stadium but tiny seats/leg room and you queue forever for a beer. Was so much better when all standing.
T. H.
Come on I'm a rangers fan what else can I say urrrs
S. C.
Home of West London's finest
C. C.
Been a life long fan , long live this stadium , every time I go back , I get goose pimples , it’s

A. B.
Best stadium in the championship
L. G.
Problems with the new entry system, but glad we can get in at last
C. F.
Stadium Tour is nice. The tour guide is friendly and knowledgeable. She explained and answer in very details. You can see that she is a die hard friend of QPR and you can know a lot from her. She is very helpful as well.
H. s.
Incredible atmosphere 10 out of 10
D. C.
The best stadium and atmosphere anywhere.
J. T.
Great atmosphere and friendly club.
J. Y.
There are no other grounds left like this in English football nowadays
Loftus Road, evening local derby game, freezing cold, floodlights on and packed to the rafters - Nowhere else in the world like it - nowhere!
If you want the homogenised bland and branded experience , take your pick from any of the new “stadia” built over the last 30 years - like going to a multi screen cinema !
C. A.
Well socially distanced. Lovely staff, all willing to help.
G. B.

Super Hoops, The best ground for atmosphere in London. Great club with a proud history and great fans who deserve some good times again.
B. T.
Great ground to watch a game but seats uncomfortable. The crowd are great but deserve a better stadium.
W. R.
West London born and bred, I started going to Loftus Road in 1973 age 13 as a Rangers "Boot Boy" with the old ox blood Dr Martins and Harrington jacket.
35p to get in the Loft as a junior, 70p as an adult.
Givens, Bowles, Francis, Parkes, Thomas, Clement, Gillard, Mancini, etc.
Great memories, still pop in now and then although I miss the terraces I will always love this place.
Rangers till I die.
Come on R's !
b. m.
The feel of the atmosphere justs kicks in once you go through the front doors the pitch wasnt as big as I had believed to be but the feel of the grass made up for it
H. S.
its an alright ground a bit rough around the edges but it get the job done, the away stand is very good tho
M. W.
Harry will have to sign drogba to save the drop, give him a offer he cannot refuse 10,000,000 pound to stay up. Worth every penny of the money to stay up.

(Translated) There is still a real atmosphere here, one of the oldest stadiums in England. We visited Toni Leistner, he was the crowd's favorite with his way of playing football. We were very fortunate to see the legend Frank Lampard (then a coach at Derby County) Unfortunately, the promotion to the Premiere League did not work out. Toni is now at HSV and will definitely be promoted this time.

The only problem: the rows of seats are too narrow (knee pain)

(Translated) I like football (the one played) but I was no longer at the stadium since that tragic Sunday in which Paparelli (Lazio fan) was killed. Under the constant request to see a live match from my son, in the boxing day - I was in London - I was able to satisfy his desire (but mine too!). Well. The stadium is one of the old ones in London but it is certainly in excellent condition (like the prevalence of London structures). The impression is that of being in the theater, with people who know the terms education and respect, and with the satisfaction of having seen a football match without worrying about their own safety (I will have seen 10-12 policemen in all). It did not matter that the QPR and the WBA were not playing a title, a final or salvation (perhaps the QPR yes), what impressed was the people in the stands: supporting their team to the end hoping for a positive result and, anyway , aware that they would have given everything until the final whistle. Gentlemen, simply thrilling.

Signori, semplicemente emoziante.
