Managed to get a good deal for pay as you go membership. Equipment is in a good condition and there is enough space most of the time, as it is rarely busy. (At least before January) Only real issue is a lack of plates for barbells, and a missing 12.5kg set of dubbbells. Also some better music would be appreciated instead of the radio, like some heavy metal or classic rap.

Great little gym that always seems to be nearly empty! I have the place to myself most mid mornings. Very affordable fees and they have classes daily to improve your fitness. Yoga was fantastic and includes deep breathing exercises to leave you very relaxed after the session. I recommend a session with trainer mike ward top notch 👌🏼

We use Sylvestrian for swimming lessons. My child enjoys the lessons as the venue is very warm & the instructors are very good. The changing room, showers and toilets are maintained well - clean and in good condition. No complaints.

Highly recommend the gym & classless, it's a great place to improve fitness level, make some new friends and have fun. I've been a gym member for couple of years now and very much enjoy a variety of activities.The gym has got all what you need and it never feels busy. You can always speak to professional fitness coach to seek advice about your workouts etc. Very welcome reception staff.

Jordan the manager is one in a million and really puts himself out to make you feel welcome along with the rest of the staff. The place has excellent facilities and the gym is never busy to the point that you have to wait to use equipment.

Great facilities for a small and friendly leisure centre. There is a large pool for lane swimming and lessons and a small pool for kids also which is ideal. The gym is small but sufficient. There is also a large hall on the upper floor. This place is very hidden away and you need to go down a small road to the end for the entrance. Mostly the place is not good for general public use bit for classes and booked events.

Rly gd, just the bike machines and treadmills aren't accurate. The bike machines Said my ftp was 150 watts higher than it actually is, and the treadmills said that I ran 0.4km in 4 minutes, the time it takes me to 1km. All the other equipment is great though.
