C. E.It’s a lovely cafe with great potential but also room for improvement. Ordered the avocado on toast and there was lots of (yummy) avocado but just one very small, thin slice of sourdough. So there was too much avocado for the bread. Myself and my friend had to ask for another slice, which they did give us but I think it should come with 2 slices or at least a very thick slice of bread. Banana bread was lovely. A member of staff took away the highchair I was about to use without asking if I needed it. He seemed to be tidying up but no wiping tables and to be honest they were pretty filthy.
S. C.The cafe in itself is lovely and in a great location, however the food is unreasonably priced for what you get. I made eye contact with the a man to ask him to clean the table and he completely blanked me. Food was delicious.
R. M.Its a very nice pool but one of the kids swimming coach is not friendly, since I first saw him he keep noticing me like telking me something, instead you excuse me or sorry you are not allowed to do that. Rude behavior

A. N.I would have given this place 5 stars if it was not for the incident today. But at first, let me say that the place is great, good and very clean, warm pool, good teacher, the cafe is lovely, people at front desk are helpful and friendly. Nothing to complain but today i got a phone call about renewal of my daughter new term and her unfinished lessons from the last term unfortunately because of the lockdown. I find it unfair if they put us on hoc lessons so i called to ask. Agree or not, i was polite and calm as one can be. But the person who answered was not. He didn’t understand what i meant so he kept on repeating the rules while i called for an explanation not to hear your rules. Anyway, it can be annoying if he has to hear one questions again and again, I understand that but there is no reason to be RUDE and RAISE HIS VOICE to me. I had to tell him that i was sorry for wasting his time, and that I understood he was just doing his job but please stop raising your voice. I am a customer and paying to get the lessons for my child, I have questions so i called to ask, i am not insulting you or even rude, I don’t get why he becomes like that. If he has a bad day, sorry for that but he can’t take it out on a random customer. I asked if i renewed the term, and things like this (unwanted cancellation) happen again, will it be sorted like is again. He replied with a loud voice “NOTHING IS GOING TO CHANGE!!!!”. The meaning has nothing to complain but the attitude. I don’t get it.
I was shaken and too upset so my husband and i came to the center and found out that the call went to he head office or somewhere, it was not the people at the center who answered the phone. We asked again and the gentleman at the desk gave us all the information and explanation in the most nice and professional way possible. I still dont agree with your policy in this case but at least i know the service is not all bad, and for the sake of my daughter who loves swimming and is happy with her teacher very much, we renewed her term.
Not to mention, we are new here, my daughter has only been on 3 lessons and continue, SEZ (the name of the rude person who answered call) should not treat us like that. This is unfortunate as i was so close of leaving this lovely place but thank to the friendly staff at the center, we will be sending our kid here again. I hope SEZ who possibly had a bad day realized at the end of the day that how unprofessional he was at his job as customer service! Seriously, shout at a customer who is nowhere near Karen. I hope the company has record of the phone call and check it!

o.A modern, spacy centre with a small yet beutifully cozy and warm swimming pool, this establishment is delightful to swim at. Skilled instructors provide one on one lessons, and students are split into "bands" depending on their overall ability. The cafe serves frankly delicious, healthy food and is family friendly-- with a kids menu and entertainment. Wonderful.
D. s.The centre staff are engaging, friendly and build rapport. However the only downfall is the level of consistency regarding the swimming teachers staying on. In our case we’ve had a change of teacher twice in one term and a few have left in previous terms. Mostly without enough notice (my opinion) especially when preempting a nervous child. Nonetheless the teachers when present appear confident, fun and engaging.
