Good venue, bit mixed rules on what drink you can bring in with you and there is a free water point so if you keep your bottle you can refill it.
Staff didn't know what their rules were on masks and had a full array of staff in masks, masks just over their mouth and no mask.
That said venue was good and the music amazing. Toilets were clean and working, didn't sample any food
M. B.
Nice and easy to park for an event..Red car park.per booking will save a few pounds. Little walk passing some food and coffee stores..Christmas lights a added bonus.
Arena quite will run no queue getting in, as always get the best seats you can. Just to faraway..
S. L.
Great seats thanks to sky. The arean was very nice. Easy to find out seats. Seats were comfortable.
D.
The place is very spacious, staff are kind and covid friendly! I went here for a boxing match and I was seating in row G and at first I expected to have a not so great view, but it was actually one of the best rows to seat in, in my opinion. Really lovely space!
P. T.
Sound is good in the arena....staff not paying attention attention to people not wearing masks properly 😒.....price of drinks complete rip off £7 for a pint...really
S. L.
Went to see James Blunt, great show, venue fine expect the usual overpriced food offerings!
D. M.
The Arena is obviously smaller than the Stadium but that doesn't make it inferior in any way.
It's manageable, good access, good sound.
I've been a few times over the years for different kind of gigs and it's definitely a nice venue to attend.
It has a rich history, being originally built for the Empire Games back in '34. Used to be called the Empire Pool (it had a swimming pool once upon a time) before being renamed to Wembley Arena in '78. Which is a shame, really.
This venue has welcomed legends of culture of the decades including the Beatles, Bowie, the Rolling Stones and Bill Bailey.

Went here as a meeting point. The arena is huge and looks nice at night when lit up. We actually went for the #Bridgerton Ball.
K. E.
Very kind staff who helps to find your seats!
Need to organise bars' space for queuing though, as it gets really difficult to move around as so busy.

Usually I would slate Wembley Arena. Poor signage, poor seats and tight stairs and awful sound. Last night for The Human League it was a big party and it was a great night.
J. L.
I haven’t been here for many years and it seems to have changed so much. The surrounding areas have also improved and there is a fab hotel across the road. Venue staff were friendly and the place was very tidy and clean. The show as brill!

Had a great night seeing madness live. Lovely lady from sse found us looking for our seats way at the back and gave us a free v.i.p. upgrade. Ended up a few feet from the stage in a small seating area. Really made our night. Thanks.
M. T.
Not a bad venue. Certainly better than the O2. I've seen Underworld and Fatboy Slim and has a great time both times.
D. C.
Not been for over 20 years and bit had it changed. Great venue just the right size. Good and drink on-site ok for price and service is quick. Looking forward to next event there.
P. S.
A fabulous experience except for no consideration for us smokers. We weren't allowed outside for a quick smoke during the interlude, after over 3 hours of being there for all the acts. That aside, a good night appeared to be had by all there.
A.
The UK's 🇬🇧 most favourite & beloved arena. A Stones throw away from the much larger stadium. All the big names have done shows here. Arena holds 12500 people
L. B.
I had a very good experience on my visit. It was really cold so was dreading queuing up outside but the staff were super-efficient at getting people in the doors. Staff were also very helpful when asked for directions as to which way to go for our seats (as we hadn't been here before). Auditorium was well laid out, with frequently spaced walkways so you don't have to squeeze past too many people in order to get out even if you are in the center of your row, and gave a very good view of the stage.
T. D.
Lovely venue. We bought vip entrance tickets..no queuing and a lovely little bar to wait in until music starts. (Madness and Squeeze were great! )
All staff were lovely friendly a and helpful 😊
U. M.
Really well situated areana next Wembley stadium.. easily accessible And the arena to hold 12000 seats well it says it all
F. S.
Too expensive inside the bar dinks and deli.
Can be more organised but staff works hard for keeping control
Should let people out for smoking.
N. H.
A good experience overall. Security staff were exceptionally friendly and had a laugh with you. Signs for seating/standing areas were clearly marked. The only issue was the number of toilets available. Gents were queueing in the entrance and exit doors to get in. No way near enough toilets for the number of people attending. Prices of drinks were top end with limited options.
P. B.
Went to see concert....considering we just come out a pandemic the chairs could not have been any closer!!! Literally all touching each other as we sat.....actual venue is fine...
R. R.
Still a great venue. All seemed very well organised, especially with the extra checks being in place for Covid passes. Arrived relatively early so didn't have to queue at all. Once inside the arena, the stewards did a great job. All those I came into contact with were very friendly and helpful.
I do feel the Arena could do with more options for food available on site. There didn't seem to be very much to choose from and what they did have seemed over-priced. Probably the only thing stopping me from giving five stars.
K. H.
Totally awesome evening!!!!
Parking was precooked and I can highly recommend this option as it made everything so much easier straight in straight out, no hassle, no que!
The staff were all extremely helpful even though they were rushed off their feet!
Food was over priced but expected for a gig, so I don't begrudge them that.
Over all definitely 5*
P. B.
Excellent night spent at the SSE Arena watching James.
S. T.
Decent venue, easy to find, we were at the Happy Mondays & James gig sat right at the back, long way from the stage, could do with bigger screens, it was still a bit of a struggle to see what was going on with the ones in place. £7 a pint, I guess you have to expect that, but all in all a decent venue.
V. C.
Easy to get to venue located in Wembley next to the larger Wembley stadium. Queues to get in can be quite long. Staff did not check COVID passes adequately upon entry. There are airport style checks at the entrance that takes a lot of time. The seats are hard and very close to eachother. You will be squashed together. Hosts a big variety of great events
D. C.
Had a brilliant time with my son at the BBC Radio 1 Out Out show. My son has Downs Syndrome and when we needed advice on where to go and what to do, the staff were alert to our needs and helped instantly without problem. The sound system was awesome. The food and drink areas were imho good and well staffed meaning I was served quickly..
K. T.
Big arena with good acoustics. The staff are polite & efficient. 👍🎤🎶🎸👏
C. W.
The staff were all lovely. It’s not the best live music venue because of the hard concrete floor. I feel very sore the next day, as if I’ve played a rugby match. We saw Public Service Broadcasting supporting the Manic Street Preachers on 3 December 2021. It’s really annoying not being able to take a bag in or your own water bottle and there’s no cloak room. What are you supposed to do for a gig in the middle of winter? It means it’s not the most comfortable experience.
C. D.
Great view of the boxing ring section D row 2. Burger & chips £10 + not great dry as a bone! Wine reasonably priced & pints of beer too not too expensive.
M. P.
Most people not wearing face masks. Long crowded queues at the bar. Not asked for evidence of covid pass or test. Great gig though.
S.
Went to watch Britain's got talent show. Had a huge line! But we were lucky to get the entry. It's a huge arena with amazing atmosphere inside. The show was so thrilling. Seats were comfortable enough. Food options were very limited.
J. W.
Great venue , we went to Andy C which was all standing tickets . Seats upstairs were open and we sat in them for most of the night until a jobsworth security team member came and turfed half us out for no reason , there were no seated tickets available at all and people were sat in the seats all night . After he left everyone just went back in . Pointless and aggressive.
Also was very hard to get a cup of tap water. Had to argue for one at a bar , and grab an event organiser to help as the bar staff wanted to force us to buy a bottle for £3 . Had to remind them that they legally had to give us one . Very irresponsible. At a 7 hour rave .
Otherwise , great sound and venue .
T. A.
Well organised, plenty of staff dealing with Covid and ticket checks. Security dealt quickly with someone being unpleasant and making a nuisance of himself.
A.
The venue is great the seats are worth the money as they are close to the stage. The parking is a hassle with the different car parks that are confusing. The long queues of cars make it almost impossible to leave without a 1-2 hour wait. However all in all the venue is brilliant and it is a great place to hold an event.
S. J.
Nice venue. However seats in the floor area are super tight and barely any space in between .
D. L. M.
A really great arena for music events. Sound is great, but the fantastic thing about it is that most seats have a good view of the stage because of the smaller size of the venue, unlike some others in London where you need to bring binoculars to see anything. It's well serviced by multiple bars, and is so quick to get people out after a show thanks to multiple exits built along the venue. Love going to events here.
j. s.
Easy un and out, which is what you're want before and after a concert, central location to pubs shops, hotels and restaurants
S. W.
Wat he dradio ones out out concert, fantastic!! Well organised, friendly staff !
w.
First time I've been in the SSE Arena at Wembley, was pretty easy to get to, the main two stations are nearby.
Nice amount of places to eat around the area, can't go too wrong.
The staff on the day were very helpful, can't knock them for that.
The show itself, Disney on Ice, as you can see was better than we expected, the family enjoyed it very nice.
All in all, very good experience for us all.
Y. G.
Great venue, fantastic views on the stage, my wife got us the tickets and she chose well, although only a budget tickets it was fantastic, unfortunately she died before the concert, I went with my son, my love Andrea, forever in my heart xxxx
M. S.
The venue is easy to access by underground.
Security check was throughout.
It has a few choices for food, mainly junk food.
Inside, seats were way too together, with little rooms for the legs. Makes it uncomfortable.
The show was great and made me forget the poor visual and seating conditions.
Not my favourite place to go again.
A. S.
Concert was good but our seating area was closed off & restarting was handled very poorly.
A. G.
Fantastic.
Easy to pass through security with no wait. Restaurant above main foyer with friendly fast service, if a little timid.
Outer ring of the venue has merchandise shops at the front, and the same drinks bar, nacho stand, hotdog stand, chips and burger place and pick and mix stall repeated over and over the way round so no matter where you are seated, you can guarantee to get what you want.
Acoustics of the venue are pretty average. We were seated in the S3 block, and had good views of the band and the sound was crisp and resonant.
I would definitely recommend events at this venue
b. c.
Great The Offspring concert. Superb management both in and out in a few minutes.
B. K.
It is specious, bar, cafe, restaurant and toilet are located every floor and for each stage so it is easy to use facilities anytime with out waiting long. It is built very well for everyone in the arena to see act performing. I enjoyed my time here ☺
B. H.
Great smaller venue (compared with the stadium) but still able to hold a fair size crowd. Arena is good as are the facilities, staff seemed happy and were friendly too
M. K.
This was the first time I had been to Wembley since it was rebuilt and since pandemic. (I am not a regular concert (goer).
Facilities were much better than before, though a lift was out, which meant we had to enter from another door and that was kept shut until after 6.15, when doors were meant to be open at 6pm. The excuse was a lack of security. This was evident as tickets were not being checked (I didn't get asked for mine once) and I was not asked to prove my vaccine either.
A lot of people were not wearing masks, which was dangerous when security was so lax. We were in the NW8 section, which is for wheelchair users and those with mobility issues. Each place was well divided and set out for a carer and client. The main floor was filled with people who were shoulder to shoulder without wearing masks.
For those who need it, the changing places toilets, with hoist and adjustable bed, is immediately past the foyer on ground floor.
There was plenty of retailers in the main concorse but these were very expensive. You are also not permitted to bring your own food, so eat outside before entry.
All in whole the whole experience was enjoyable and we even got a back stage pass to meet with the artists.
Tip: Pre book parking as this will save time getting out of the car park after performance (Which had a stated number of 12500 ticket holders)
H. D.
It was an amazing experience, the entrance queues are very confusing, but when we got in we could have bought food from stalls. As the arena has seats we were seated and enjoyed show. We had really good view on the stage.
E. S.
Its a nice venue but the staff let it down for me. Last time i went, me and my friend were going in at different doors (not the staffs fault at all!) But we didnt realise and the staff telling us were very rude about it. I understand it cant be nice stood outside but we werent rude so there was no need to be rude to us. We were told to go to the same gate by a different member of staff so we were only doing as we were told. Then, when we got in the venue i wanted to go to the merch stand. I always buy a tshirt when i go to a gig. The guy at the door if my entrance said that i would have to wait until after the gig had started to go to the merch stand to get one. I didnt get to the venue earlier than the start of the gig and stand outside in the cold for longer than i absolutely had to so i could get to the front (im only 5ft tall so cant see much) just to lose my stop because i had to go back to the merch stand. My friend was allowed to go straight there.
H. B.
I have been to the Wembley Arena more than 30 times in the last 10 years or so and it's a decent venue. This review is after my last visit for Fatboy Slim.
+ The standing arena is not filled excessively even when sold-out leaving room to breath and move
+ Good ventilation, efficient and professional security
- NO CLOAKROOM!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Do you expect spectators that attend shows in the middle of winter to be wearing or holding their coats/jackets while standing/dancing in the floor arena? Farcical. They used to have a cloakroom but decided to close it something like 5 years ago. 🤷♂️
-Bars are very expensive (£7 for a pint!!!) and very slow having queues that long that restrict the flow of people in the building. Sort it out for the sake of your customers' pockets, sanity and health & safety.
Decent but with a lot of room for improvement. Still a long way to reach its direct competitor with a similar capacity: Alexandra Palace.
A. F.
Quality venue for live music.
Easy to get in, easy to get a drink and with Arcade Fire’s centre stage, every GA standing spot had a great view.
Sound quality was really good and the AV was impressive.
£5.50 for a pint is about standard at events like this. Although beer choice wasn’t amazing - Fosters and Heineken.
Great mid sized venue - won’t hesitate to go back
M. M.
Disney on ice was fantastic tonight! SSE arena has always been a good venue for events and we have attended so many in the last few years. Everything is well organized. The staff- security as well as stewards are courteous and helpful. Been here 3 times in the last 2 months 🌞👌 keep up the good work.
P. C.
Great Venue, parking was fairly close by (5min walk). Staff were really friendly and showed us to our entrance and then to our seats without us asking. Venue itself is smaller than expected but this isn't a bad thing as we all want to be closer to the acts. Food and drink was available inside, and theres a shopping centre nearby, although this is outdoors. Venue itself though is a really nice place to be and couldn't really find any fault.
W. B.
Very easy to work your way around with the staff being very friendly. I went to see the game of thrones experience live and it was one of the best nights of my life. The arena is large and nicely structured. The pricing for food and drink is a little costly but isn't surprising for a concert based arena
P. C.
Surprisingly easy and hassle free to get in, disappointed that quite a few staff were not wearing masks or not wearing them properly as was advertised,
T. F.
As a venue goes it's not the best for price etc but had great seats for a gig here so that brought up the scoring. A bottle of water is £3 here which is absolutely disgusting for just water. A coke is £4. Venues need to bring down prices of drinks as it's disgusting how much they charge!
n. k.
Good venue, especially for concerts. Upper level seats ideal as they are relatively cheaper and you can get closer to the stage without having to premium for the seats right infront.
H. T.
Good venue! Easy to get to by tube. Food and drinks available inside. Ladies toilets massive queues always. Right next to London design outlet, choices of restaurant and coffee place outside before heading inside if you want more than just burger and chips (fast food only avail inside) Photos taken from S11 seat T135.
R. A.
More men than women..the shops are almost sporty..their prices are reasonable ..
There is a children's play area, which is good
S. M.
Great place, good acoustics, great staff.
I. G.
Good arena just look to old, inside is alot bars and food area, but arenas chairs look old and they are uncomfortable, if some one will move all of them will move also and all arena look old.
C. F.
Firstly the Arena has very good public transport links the train station is less than 10 minute walk from the venue. If you have luggage or mobility problems there is a lift straight to the ticketting area as the steps are steep.
On your way to the venue you we see a few well known supermarkets i would recommend you pick up some refreshments. Be mindful you are not permitted to take drinks into the venue including water so please do not buy drinks it will be taken from you at the security's check.
The building is wheelchair friendly and there are plenty of staff available to help to seat you.
Refreshments are a tad expensive as you can imagine a typical meal is around £10.00. The quality is good value for money so it worth waiting in the queue.
At night fhe area we light overall I had a good experience on both occasions.
l. s.
Nice arena. Only down side are the seats. Very tightly packed in . Not happy there was no request for covid pass and clearly said no backpacks allowed but they were allowing people to take them in with very little security search.
M. T.
Amazing show with my daughter watching Kpop band NCT127. Show was amazing. The queues not so with a severe lack of facilities whilst waiting. Fortunately theirs a shopping centre near by with food courts and toilets otherwise it would have been a nightmare.
K. K.
One of the best arena in London. Amazing facilities back stage for the crew. Nice clean showers. Nice acoustics. Our team enjoyed well. Security were performing their duties nicely. Nice leg room between seats. Enjoyed the show and also performing there!
R. B.
Always great experience here. Glad they stopped overnighters sleeping in queue before the day of event as this would of ruined it for others who had to work.
Security were friendly but I feel checking in through the doors at metal detectors was not fair on staff as they were bombarded and I have replacement hips and this through them off balance as fans were still being let in and this could of potentially allowed a weapon in.
Also great that water bottles were passed over/around but would suggest that water bottles could also be available after the show as many people were dehydrated and indeed of water immediately.
Overall fantastic and organised. 4 star.
R. S.
Great music arena, great arena in general too
T. L.
Great venue. Fantastic acoustics. Clean and well staffed. Overall a really enjoyable experience.
J. D.
Great show! Rick Astley is super brilliant and talented His voice is pure oxygen. Alongside his own songs, he performed rock songs, whilst playing the drums and certainly did the cover versions the justice they deserve. I would definitely recommend seeing him.
His band are proper talented artists. I especially enjoyed the backing singers, they are superb and stars in their own right.
The support act KT Tunstall is incredible. My brother and I really enjoyed her music and humour. She is so down to earth.
Thank you for putting on a show for the NHS, it is greatly appreciated. Xx
Car parking £20 at Wembley carpark when an event is on. Not bad when the concert is free but no so good if paying to see a band as cost mounts up. I think they should reduce this to £10 for us working class.
S. T.
Soooo good, no matter where the seat is you get a good view! Had so much fun at the nct concert and the only problem was the merch line was long because there was only 1 stall, we were in the line for about 2.5hr, however that may be the management. The other was that we didnt know where we were going in but we found it.
q. 6.
Went 2 see james blunt..excellent night out...only thing problem was the price of alcoholic drinks..but suppose uyou just gotta swallow it..literally.. 👍
N. S. R.
Saw Amaranthe, Apocalyptica and Sabaton last night at The SSE Arena at Wembley. As much as this is a tour about the venue, I'm also going to state that all three bands where phenomenal. Primarily there to see Sabaton but a great performance from both supporting bands.
So, the venue itself, very big. I've been to the o2 Arena and that was also massive but Wembley is easily one of the biggest venues I've been to. Bars all over, with the availability of food and snacks.
You'd expect more toilets for a place of this size, expect long queues between bands.
Had no problem with the staff including security etc. The bar and merchandise staff were friendly, one of which made my night with a certain transaction.
There's also a huge amount of hotels nearby which you'd expect for a venue like this.
Hope to see more great bands at Wembley in the future.
s.
Large busy venue, glad we was standing because we were able to move about and find a good spot. Beer was good but expensive at £7 a pint.
N. P.
Brilliant venue, great sound
A. O.
First time at Wembley Arena. Came to see Stereophonics so knew we were in for a good night. Things went smoothly. Doors open 5 minutes later than advertised but were through security quite quickly. As we were there fairly early, didn't have to queue for drinks. Drinks were normal expensive event prices (knew what to expect). Fantastic performance by Stereophonics but not here to review them. Exiting from the venue was easy and a short walk to our hotel (plenty around to choose from). Amazing night!!!
S. N.
Well organized, enjoyed the concert. The seats are too closely attached, found bit uncomfortable sitting on those seats for longer time
L. G.
Dirty sticky floor, staff didn't know where seats were, toilets were messy and most had broken locks on the doors, chaos at the bar only to be shouted at by staff to say they were closing the bar in 5 minutes and you won't get drinks even if you have paid for it once its closed. Plus drinks were ridiculously expensive - water over £2 and Coke was £4.25!!!! Madness and you can't even keep the lid!
And once you had your drink, your sticky because the bar staff don't wash their hands!
M. K.
I was surprised by the pleasant organization. Everything was nice and smooth and everyone was super nice. The reproduction of the music was sub par though and didn’t meet my expectations. The speakers on Jason Derulo concert felt overpowered and there was clear distortion and loss of clarity. The system requires a replacement.
J. B.
Pretty decent venue, staff are good people and have experience in dealing with trouble makers.
The concession stands get insanely crowded during peak times and the staff need a bit more practice in forming 'mental queues' in order to serve people in the order they came and not 'serve the loudest person first' which gapped quite a bit.
M. E.
A great Arena with a capacity of 10,000+
Home to many international concerts and events.
Part of Wembley stadium so all facilities including restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, hotels, and an underground station are all nearby.
M. W.
Saw the offspring here. Great performance. Great music and was seated very close altho didn't actually sit.
H. S.
Went to see tenacious d live on 2nd june 2019.
The tickets say go to a certain entrance but security make you go to another door, metal detector on way in very quick, in the shop area we were all cramped up as had to wait 50mins till seat doors open. We got 2 bottle water £5.60 and they take lids off which did not help as now have to cover with hand.
Finding our seat easy staff show you your seat which great my seat where right at front £262 and as we sat down a lady came to the man showing your seats and said" i paid for standing but i have bad legs can i possible seat up hear" he said yes which mad me angry as i paid alot for these seats, not much leg room but veiws worth it.
T. R.
Great experience at the Arena. 7 minute walk from Wembley Park tube station (Metropolitan Line and Jubilee line) The arena is quite big and holds good concerts. Food is expensive, but that is expected. No liquid drinks allowed in. (not sure if that differs for each event) Mrs and I were seated in N9 section.
K. E.
Took an hour from gates opening to actually getting inside but once through all staff were very helpful and efficient. Plenty of toilets so no massive queues for those and food venues are located inside too.
M. B.
A great venue for any live music...I've seen many bands here over the past 15 years and none of them have been disappointing acoustically. The only downside to coming here are the prices of their food and drink. It could be a bit cheaper. A pint of anything alcoholic is at least a fiver!
M. S.
Went to The SSE Arena for Progress wrestling, the biggest uk indepent show in thirty years. I like the venue easy to get to, by rail( which was how got there). The show was amazing, prices were rare I say reasonable for London. No massive queue when leaving either. Throughly recommended.
J. B.
Large venue, used for all kinds of events, boxing was the order of the night when I attended. Seemed to be well staffed, plenty of bars and food outlets but are not the cheapest, £6.50 for a beer parking available in various locations nearby, with the shopping complex a short walk away.
W.
I went there for the NCT 127 concert, Neo City London was amazing and the place has nice accommodations, seats and a nice space to sit and hang out while waiting in queue. Great views and nice security and staff teams!
K. W. (.
50s theme American diner... Really good food little heavy on the price tag.. But tastes great... Service also quick and friendly
D. W.
Great venue with plenty of seating and good views of the stage. Good choice of refreshments outside in the lobby.
A. H.
Very good venue. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice food and service. Clean toilets. Good security
J. B.
Was great night concert was amazing but was very cold in the arena.
P. B.
Well organized, great sound. Easy access.

Awesome venue, bars a little pricey but alright 🤘🏻🤘🏻👍🏼
a. g.
Venue was amazing for the twenty one pilotz show here. The arena was full but the space so well used. Amazing gig, one of the best.
R. T. K.
What a special day out for my 4 year old daughter, she just loved all the princesses and Mickey mouse and the gang, I must admit as adult I felt like a little kid again me and the wife loved it just as much.
My only gripe is that the food was really £££
A. G.
Fantastic.
Easy to pass through security with no wait. Restaurant above main foyer with …
M. K.
This was the first time I had been to Wembley since it was rebuilt and since pandemic. (I am not a regular concert (goer). …
A. I.
Seen steel panther and the offspring here they were both decent
C. S.
Excellent music venue, with a wide space and great acoustics
H. D.
It was an amazing experience, the entrance queues are very confusing, but when we got in we could have bought food from stalls. As the arena has seats we were seated and enjoyed show. We had really good view on the stage.
R. A.
Great venue .
My favourite singer Arunita kanjilal, Pawandeep rajan , MD Danish and Sayli Kamble Performance in SSE Arena Wembley on 30 October, 2021 after Indian Idol . Love 💕 you All.
M. R.
An amazing venue. The staff are very friendly. Great security and seemed to sail through the crowds into the arena itself. The event was Nightmare before Christmas and it was amazing. Small point. The poor girl who was selling candy floss was the only one not actually with a giant sign above her head. Also the queuing for merchandise seemed a wrong place to do it in. Other than that can't advise of any other issues.
O. O.
Quite a large auditorium with all facilities in place. So many entrance and exits with safety signs fitted everywhere. The audio and visuals for the London Carol in that venue was heavenly. Had a glorious time in the presence of God definitely...
m.
Attended the Steely Dan concert [supported by Stevie Winwood] at Wembley Arena, London on 25-Feb-2019. Winwood opened for Steely Dan and then came back on later and played on a few tracks in their set as well. First International Tour by Steely Dan since the passing of Walter Becker, Fagen never mentioned Walter but there was an empty microphone out front in tribute to the missing man . . . fair enough.
Had been to a concert at Wembley Arena previously so knew roughly what to expect and on the night, all was fine.
J. W.
Great venue and great views feel so close to stage
D. H.
This was an fantastic Event of counter strike in this Arena... We had a hotel very close to the Arena and the New Design outlet is very good to have a little shopping Experience.. The price of drinks are OK. Just the Hot-Dog for 7.5 is a bit too much.. Restrooms are very clean and the security Team was good organized
P. C.
A good venue, however the (many) side seats face inwards which, while great for a sport game or other central event, wasn't best for a 'front' show, meaning a lot of people had to sit on an angle of the seats (which caused a bit of back pain after a while). Other than that the sound and visuals we're great, it was well organised getting lots of people in and out, and the free water machines were a bonus.
P. H.
Not been to Wembley arena for a while, the organisation outside was perfect and the queues well managed. We had a couple of burgers to eat inside that although not cheap, tasted really good and were hot. Drink was cold and expensive and we got as shown where our seats were. Sound was good and loud. My only critism is that I don't think 2 dryers is enough in a toilet.
A. H.
Fantastic venue, the staff were friendly, bag searches were in place too which is always nice to see. Top tip download the app to get beer and food etc . You skip the line and get discount! Was there for the the ecs event and really enjoyed it!
M. B.
Love Wembley Arena, saw Sabaton, I have to say the place was packed solid, never seen anything like it. Great concert.

Food and drink is expensive, (£6 a pint). But you expect that in a venue like this. Thankfully i was in standing and we got let in pretty quick, but the people in the seated sections were stuck in long cues for a long time, missing the start of the show, not only did i feel sorry for the people that paid, i felt sorry for the first act too, having to perform to a half empty arena. Other then that i can't fault the place, friendly staff, great sound system (although some people at the back seemed to disagree), and nice easy transport links straight to liverpool street via the metropolitan line, and i believe the jubilee runs through here too.
D. U.
Club seats are great in terms of view but app didn't work to order drinks so 1 star deducted
V. S.
The upside of the arena is that it is near public transport and a very large discount mall where there are plenty of restaurants to grab a quick bite before the show. I found the seats really uncomfortable, do take a cushion with you if this is something that may potentially bother you.
The organisation of the event was extremely poor - but I blame the event organisers and not the venue for that. We had queued for a long time only to have the ushers go further down the line and let others in before us which seemed a touch unfair as it was a first come first served basis.
S. F.
Saw Disney on Ice here and it was a great venue for it. I had a great view despite buying the second cheapest seat type. The layout of the venue is clear to navigate. It's really close to Wembley Park Station and there is lots of space outside for chilling before and after. There are good amenities nearby as there is a shopping centre about 1 minute walk away.
B. J. M.
Went to see Tenacious D and they were epic. It really sucked that this got was on at the same time as a "pop concert" in Wembley Stadium. It made getting out even slower than usual.
A. W.
Took my boys for their first wwe event. Loved it. Just a shame they rob you on the drink prices
C. M.
Great place to watch a show. Staff were a little unorganized and queues were unmanaged inside and out which made entry and getting drinks uncomfortable
S. D.
It's a good enough venue but the staff are never very helpful, the toilets are pretty bad and there isn't enough room for the queues at the bars so you have to fight your way through to find your seat. There are also no hand holds on the stairs in the upper blocks so be wary if you have any difficulties walking.
The view of the stage would be great except the speakers can block the screen if it's in the centre of the stage.
F. O.
We visited SSE Arena for an event last weekend and the experience for us was good. The staff were very helpful in directing people and the queue up was well organised!
J. A.
Nice venue, expensive food and pitiful beer choices. You can choose Amstel or Heineken (basically the same) on draft for £7.
J. H.
This was my first visit to Wembley Arena. I have always avoided these bigger venues perferinng a more intermate show. However the staff and the history of the arena give it a very special ambence and I would recommend trying it.
All the boxes where ticked friendly staff, clean toilets, good signs and lots of space it did not feel crowded at all.
The veiw from most of the sheets is actually quite good and I will certainly be back when there is someone whorth seeing.
E. M.
Went to watch a Bellator event. Staff were cheerful and friendly and so were the people doing cocaine everytime I went to the toilets. Overall experience was definitely great.
E. J. A.
The event I attended was splendid. Arena has lots of space, seating is somehow comfortable and entrances and exits to the arena are spaceous, but limited entrances to the building itself. The sound in the arena is truly magnificent, and the special lighting effects are excellent as well. Top rated place
J.
First time here at SSE Arena Wembley. We watched BGT champions and had priority tickets so we were guaranteed entry we had our tickets and got in no problem. When I looked online seen my seats weren't the best but luckily they push the stage forward and we could see the stage quite well in the end.
Food and drinks were expensive inside but that's London for you £6 pint of lager £4 coca cola £4 popcorn.
S13 had its own little bar area which was handy. Smooth entry and no problems inside lovely little venue and watched a great show thanks for the tickets applause 👍
M. v.
Tonight I saw zz top and in my opinion I think this was one of the best concerts i have ever been to . Toilets were good staff was absolutely fantastic . Recommend booking
S. G.
SSE lounge is very enjoyable away from the crowds with it's own bar and phone charging stations. Decent arena but seating on the floor is far too cramped. A bit of a problem when you're at a wrestling show......
J. W.
Good size venue. Very cool, especially compared to the O2 arena. Also I personally prefer the location and the surrounding area. Food prices are extortionate, just like ever arena.
M. B.
Went to see Disney on ice. Was great fun and an amazing night. The SSE Lounge is a good place to wait if you get there early.
L. T.
Came here to watch the game of thrones live in concert. The building was situated in an unlikely place but it was easy to access and parking was conveniently located. Before hand we had food in the outlet village with some shopping right next to the arena. The staff were very quick and efficient running on time. I was overly impressed with the excellent polite service. Will be returning again once I find a show to watch.
C. H.
Felt a little old school compared to theodern arena venues, but the sound was really good for Smashing pumpkins, not so good for the opening act though. Good facilities and the staff were pretty chilled out
P. L.
Great venue and location, but bar service was very slow and they should've had mobile servers and bars in the actual arena as they do in the o2
C. w.
Went to see Andre Rieu here, nicer enough place. Seat numbering was a little confusing but staff were on hand to help.
There were plenty of food and drink choices on site, they aren't cheap but inline with other arena prices.
a. g.
Venue was amazing for the twenty one pilotz show here. The arena was full but the space so well used. Amazing gig, one of the best.
E. S.
Such a beautiful place and amazing atmosphere. The only negative thing is if you decide to eat something inside "Do Not" it is very expensive ( 2 hot dogs and 2 bottle water:£24!!) And tastes are horrible. Well go full stomach and enjoy incredible experience.
b.
As it was my first experience I was blinded with all the lights the space too. The sound was absolutely amazing as I could hear everything like it was right beside both ears. I came out excited.
P. T.
Went to see Jack Savoretti at Wembley arena. The whole experience was awesome and the staff were very helpful and friendly There's lots to do outside the arena... bar restaurant shopping with all the well known shop brands. There was also an under covered play area for the kids outside. The parking I think for London was very reasonable all day the Red carpark pre booked on line £16 and only a 5 minute walk to the venue. Lots of disabled parking and facilities. Food and drinks a bit expensive..but hay..its London.
All in all a very happy customer ..
S. D.
Attended for a concert, it was a very good atmosphere, smaller than I imagined but enjoyable all the same. I did not enjoy the hot dogs from the stand, extortionately priced and full of grizzle, they looked so nice such a shame. There is a little Costa there which I wish we would have known about, we stopped on the walk up then had to throw drinks away on entry. Standers queued outside for quite a while, in seats we were seated quite quickly. We arrived early as we wanted to see the warm up but actually could have easily strolled in later without hassle.
D.
Went to see Christin Aguilera, the concert was amazing! I've been to the venue a few times, could do with a bit more interior design work.
J. W.
Friendly security staff, though we were disappointed that there was queues on both sides of the building all leading into standing, hardly a fair opportunity when doing it this way.
Very little information about the Lounge upgrades available, called the venue and spoke to 3 members of staff who each told me a different time that this "Upgrade" lounge opens... website claims VIP entrance which later revealed doesn't exist... poor effort on the venues part.
Other than this the venue seemed good!
S. R.
Excellent venue with great transport links. There is plenty of things to do around the arena with shops and restaurants
S.
Solid concert venue. Avoid the back seats if you can, you can't see much from there.
N. C.
We attended the SSE Arena Wembley for the Premiere of Bohemian Rhapsody Movie and really enjoyed the experience at the arena, really friendly staff and all round good atmosphere.
J. L.
Was here for voice in a million and the venue was perfect for what was a great event. Impressed too with the door staff and how friendly and chatty there were. Not your normal "your name's not down" bunch..
W. T.
General atmosphere and facilities are quite good. Staff were organised and try to be helpful.
View from seats is good, but acoustics are poor. Too loud and little clarity.
Venue is more suitable for comedy shows, etc rather than music concerts.
T. G.
brilliant venue brilliant staff. soundsystem could be better and the cashless bars proved an issue for some
N. W.
A good venue. Felt safe and secure. Good band too, Madness
J. M.
Went to live show here, clean and well signposted. Busy queueing system due to covid etc, but a good experience and well organised.
T. S.
Just saw T∅P concert there and it was insane! I loved the concert, not only because of the music but also the production and setting of the SSE Arena was perfect. Thank you to the staff for working so hard to make everything as perfect as it was.
M. P.
Great venue. It’s a large arena so choose seating carefully. Ample parking and amenities. Plenty of very helpful staff on hand. The Bars get very busy inside (therefore 4 stars) the arena as there’s a few outside your best filling up beforehand. We saw ZZTOP who were a little jaded but still rocking at fifty years on.
R. O. D.
I visited on 8/12/18 to see Nightwish and Beast in Black. Great size venue for bands with plenty of room for both standing and sitting. Tickets include what entrance you should que for and it's all straight forward.
E. A.
The last time I was here was in 2011 for a global conference. Am amazed at extent of development around here. There are loads of hotels and B&Bs around. Hilton, holiday inn, short stay apartments and many more around here. High street shops, restaurants and takeaway joints are meters away from the Arena and the stadium.
R. K.
We went to a rock concert there last night - and it was a mixed bag really.
Positives:
- virtually no queue to enter, very efficient ticket and security control
- a lot of bars with easy access and short queues
- it's a large capacity venue
Negatives:
- WE WERE REFUSED FREE TAP WATER BY BAR STAFF, WHICH IS ILLEGAL IN UK. After escalating to a manager, we were pointed towards a water fountain in the other end of the venue. I can't stress enough how annoying is this and I'm sure many other people (especially visitors not familiar with UK law) gave in and paid for bottled water (conveniently available in every bar)
- not great acoustics, I'd say sound quality was subpar (either because of low quality of the sound system, or poor sound desk job, or both)
- not enough toilets - long queues during breaks
- no cloakroom facilities
- overpriced drinks (£8 for a beer, £4 for a soft drink)
k. b.
Seats are rather snug. And drinks are very expensive. But the size of the venue is good, good views of the stage. No hand rails getting up to the seating which isn't good when unsteady on your feet.
S. 0.
Attended the arena to watch MMA really easy to get to by public transport 10min walk from underground station. Staff are friendly and security are really good. Food available is OK nothing great and as always at these events food and drinks overpriced.
G. F.
Great place to go for a gig. There are a lot of merchandise and drinks stands. Also typical concert food like hot dogs, Nachos and Swedish meatballs. There is no smoking area though and smoking is not allowed anywhere. Also there's no re-entry once you leave so you won't be able to smoke once you go outside. I don't personally smoke but if you do then its a good start to stop smoking!
L.
A decent venue for a medium sized concert. Was great atmosphere, sound was on point but as you’d expect refreshments were at rocket prices! Overall, good venue.
G. S.
Had the best night watching the boxing 🥊
P. D.
The sound quality and lighting was awesome. The salon is not very big so it's easy to see the stage even from the back seats.
M. G.
Great venue. Saw A Perfect Circle here and love it. The sound was great, stage was great my only dislike was the seats are very small.
L.
Fantastic venue for a gig - the right size and great acoustics
Long queues for the bar and several toilets out of service the only reason it's not 5
T. L.
Completely excellent. Thoroughly recommend the Amazon Lounge, reduce the hassle, fuss, queues and crowds and enjoy the concert stress free!
M. T.
Great venue, felt comfortable & safe there in covid times.
H. C.
Great arena, comfortable seats and good view of the stage whether you are close or not. Thoroughly enjoyed my time and would recommend to anyone!
t. K.
Great sized venue easy to get to with a range of places to eat and drink close by. Not far from public transport.
We were sat on block N5 row q and could see the stage and our act (Russell Peters) quite clearly.
J. T.
Really over priced with food and drink but apart from that it's a awesome place the atmosphere is amazing and the crowd can be nuts at times lol
S. C.
Great venue, easily accessible by tube. Lots of standing room course to the stage and beyond, with seats surrounding the floor higher up. But there will normally be a delay getting back afterwards due to sheer numbers. Right beside Wembley station too!
L. I.
Fantastic music venue where you can get really close to the stage despite its huge crowd capacity. Plenty of room to dance and experience the dazzling picture and light shows too. Went to see my fave DJ Fatboy Slim and danced the night away with a like minded, up for it and friendly crowd 💖
R. M.
Well they have certainly put some effort into getting the venue and the surrounding areas updated.
A good venue with much improved facilities, though i still feel that more gents toilets would be of benefit.
The shops and food options in the local are worth it too, with some able to handle short notice groups.
All in all a nice return of a classic venue.
S. C.
Depending what you see will impact your feelings to this place. I think its got a good layout although the double entrance / exit to the toilets is confusing for queues
E.
Great venue still. Awesome sound and lights. Armin VB smashing it. Happy days.
M. C.
Great venue, plenty of food and drink stands, which are abit pricey, but our concert was amazing
B. R.
Had a great evening watching Ricky Gervais. The queues weren't too bad & staff were great
n. m.
Great loads of restaurants around it and amazing fashion outlets
R. K.
It was good fun working at the sse arena in Wembley London today and looking forward to tomorrow because the wwe people are at the arena
A. C.
It’s a nice size venue which means the band don’t look tiny even if you sit at the top! Generous portions of sweet potato fries, for an arena the food prices aren’t bad.
E. G.
I was at the SSE for the Blackpink concert, and there seemed to be some issue where the crowds weren't let in on time so everything was running about 40m late. The staff ended up yelling that the show was starting and we needed to hurry even though there was nothing the crowd could have done. Had an issue in my block where people weren't sat in the correct seats but the usherette was very efficient at solving it, even though the show had started and people were a bit wild. Would come back, since previous visits didn't have any issues!
(My photos are from S15, the very back corner. View was still good!)
E. A.
Anazing place with all the favourite designer shops and outlets. My friend got a pair of brand new Dr Martins boots for £40 only from their outlet store. I was there all day! Loved the Hillsong carols at the SSE Arena. Great place for the family day out.
A. S.
In an environment where everyone is shouting for a drink, Jade kept her cool, remained professional and delivered such a professional service. What am asset the the SSE arena
R. V. (.
Went here to see the x factor, the stadium is a decent size, has a very expensive bar that also sells some food. Toilets are clean but obv there will be a massive queue during events on a whole the venue is fine I guess it just depends why you're actually there that makes it worth it.
P. H.
Amazing gig with the amazing Cadillac Three and Black Stone Cherry!! Monster truck were great too. Met Chris Robertson from BSC after the gig! Wicked!!
J. B.
Was great night concert was amazing but was very cold in the arena.
M. C.
Apart from wandering around Wembley for 2 hours looking for the sse arena which is now the ovo arena it was amazing.
M.
Views from Block N5, Row J were really good. Bar service is a bit slow compared to most other venues, but the sound and acoustics were good.
D. C.
A good arena which sounds better than others and has a good variety of events. This year I've watched Korn, Limp Bizkit and Disney on Ice.
S. S.
It was a place like none other. They are developing Wembley into a well gated but cosmopolitan community by giving access to free WiFi across places, beautifully lined trees along with other places to socialize like the Boxpark and London Brand outlets where there multiple eateries.
B. B.
Very well organised, clean and felt safe. Great to be back watching live events.
S. g.
Good live venue. Smaller and more intimate than the other big london option (the O2). To me sound quality appeared better. Lots of little bars and food stands and worth using the SSE rewards lounge if you are an SSE customer. Plenty of restaurants etc in the local area for before and after show eating and drinking.
T. m.
I've watched many things here great experience not too far away from the event.
R. C.
We saw 5 Finger Dearh Punch on 31 January. So well organized, no waiting in queues to get in or for drinks - would definitely go again. And an excellent concert!
R. O.
It was amazing! It was the best experience ever! The service was spectacular and I recommend going there again. The hygiene of the area was very neat. I was able to go to the WE Day Concert and it was an experience I will never forget!
K. C. B.
Went here a few weeks ago for a Twenty One Pilots gig. Great views from the nosebleeds. My only complaint would be that it's actually pretty hard to get your hands on some water at the stalls. Only certains stands will provide you with water, surely all of them should be able to fill a cup with tap water?
A. H.
Great venue, well managed/organised. Food and drinks are pricey, but average for London
C. D.
Wonderful concert for Team GB Homecoming. Nice to be able to experience live events again. Shame we couldn't afford any of the refreshments!
S. C.
Standard big gig venue owned by faceless corporation.
Travel links: very good. Surprisingly easy to drive to. Traffic not an issue around event times at all. Would recommend small car park directly opposite the Tesco Express, less than 5 min walk from the venue. £15 and secure.
Venue itself: excellent toilet provisions, clean, clearly laid out, well organised by staff. Better than O2 Arena from experience. Seating comfortable and relatively well spaced out. Sound quality very good, although this would be down to sound techs too, the actual venue acoustics/sound design is very good. Food and drink expensive as per usual, typical "please put anything you've not bought in the bin so it can't be thrown" mantra at the start... doesn't stop people chucking their pints or soft drinks though, typical con to take more money off you. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
Setting: set right next to useful shopping area (LDO?). Tesco Express, Haribo shop, Skechers, plus loads of food places for before/after.
Worth a visit, happy to go again.
A. A.
It's a great concert area with an incredible acustic system. Always happy to come here! (Plan your before-show-food carefully: not much around to eat well if you exclude Wagamama).
T. B.
Nice concert venue, about half the size of the O2 arena.
A. T.
Great and iconic venue, I've been to many a concert here. But with concerts it's all about who not where
S. B.
We travelled via train from Southampton, easy enough journey. Venue easy to find and well organised getting in. Proper security search going in too, which I have no problems with. Drinks very pricey. We went to see Arcade Fire who didn't disappoint!
k. b.
Andy C all nighter, enough said. Absolute belter of a night. Staff were epic too. Home of Dnb methinks for future events?
A. G.
Came to see game of thrones live. Such a good venue. Super friendly staff. Incredible atmosphere. Ramin Djawadi was epic! Great visuals at the SSE arena. Can't wait for him to come back so see this all over again.
C. M.
This place puts on such great shows! I saw Elton John here a few years ago, and last week I returned to see Armin van Buren. Great acoustics, great setup, and administered really well- we only queued for about 10 minutes because the security checks were so efficient. The only downside is that the men's toilets all packed up relatively early on in the night, so you had ravers peeing in the sinks because there weren't any other options. Other than that, 10/10.
I. B.
Excellent arena with plenty of food and drink facilities. Comfortable seating and a good view can be had from anywhere. The surrounding area has been redeveloped, meaning good transport links and the odd eatery here and there. All in all a very enjoyable experience.
A. N.
Good venue for music, no real restricted views. Beer is a bit pricey unless you get the app.
I. B.
Great for concerts, food & drinks available. Little bit expensive. Water jets & sprays outside for kids to play in.
R. C.
Great venue. Not sure why you can't take opened water in when they sell it inside at a premium price. Lots of places to eat outside before concert. Parking easy as well.
D. T.
Easy entrance and exit, high security on entry, makes you feel safer.
Sound quality was great in all areas I stood through the venue. Flat floor unlike Brixton academy so not so good for short people like me. I heard it all but didn’t see a lot. Was great behind the sound desk until someone (not even a sound engineer!) walked into it and stood right in front of my view! It appears they let friends and family into the sound booth??
D. A.
Well managed and great venue for shows, easy to get to.
F. A.
I went to this wonderful event held by a church in London
of the three wise men going
how far was jesus born
the piece is mixed with musical ... all very beautiful and in the end the
pastor brings a beautiful message
of reflection ...
It was the most beautiful event I saw.
M.
Saw FFDP Megadeth and Bad Wolves, they were all amazing. Lovely arena glad I was seated though and not being trampled on during the moshes!
A. N.
Check it out now my funk soul brother
T. W.
Nicely laid out, and organised. Easy to navigate and am awesome view. Long live tenacious d
R. M.
This is a cracking venue. Easy to access with a tube station on its doorstep. Great selection of food from McDonald's to the newly built box park and its got a few bars if you want to carry the party on after the concert!
J. L.
The SSE is very similar to the Genting Arena in Birmingham. Avoid the very back down the sides as you will end up with a stiff neck. There were no screens which was a shame. Food and drinks were extremely pricey of course, but security was thorough and friendly.
S. S.
The gig was awesome however the organisation of bars, merch stands and toilets were not at the same level as other venues I've been to.
J. B.
Was a great day out kids love it only think I say is over priced food stands and only one that does kiddies meal like chips and burger or nuggets kids meal £7 burger and chip £9 no drink that was around £3 so long queuing time but over all good day out
M. F.
Went to see X-factor auditions. Great place, very organised and all areas really clean. Pricey to eat and drink but that's as expected I suppose. Good security at door.
E. (.
Awesome venue, bars a little pricey but alright 🤘🏻🤘🏻👍🏼
A. M.
Awesome night out at SSE, only downfall is it can get quite hot in there. Been to a few events over the last month and always the same, improvements to ac needed!!!
M. U.
A well organised venue. Love going to gigs here. Seats are close together but who sits through a good gig anyways 😂
o.
Clean and didn't have the best position of seats but could still see the stage and performers very clearly. I am confident I saying that the 7th of March at this arena was the best night of my life.
A. B.
Had such a fabulous time security was well organised and friendly! Especially as I was in line waiting for around 16 hours before the gig! Great venue in a great area
W. T.
It's a really nice small arena. The staff are really helpful and take you to your seat with a smile. The acoustic set up is outstanding . Watching Hans Zimmer is beyond anything iv heard before and Iv seen the prodigy a few times. A good venue all round.
P. C.
Went to see Jeff Dunham yesterday, the seating area was easy to find, sound was fantastic clear and very basey. Visually the screen was fantastic as you can expect if your sitting at the back of the arena you can experience the same as if you were sat at the front. The stewards and staff are very helpful. Drinks as you could expect for location and venue is slightly about standard price however all worth the experience. Definitely come again as we stayed in the Hilton Hotel directly opposite the Arena. Absolutely awesome experience.
L.
Went to see Tenacious D here last weekend who were incredible as always! You could only buy water bottles with the lids off so it was super hard to stay hydrated. Didnt get offered any water as a previous review suggests. There was zero direction from staff, everyone sort of milled about and found their own way to their entrance then to seats. Lines for merch were very confusing and unorganised. During the support act I came out and had to ask three members of staff where the nearest toilet was before I got an answer (ended up being just across the corridor). The 'special deal' on the app was 2 pints of Amstel for £10 but on the day if you had cash you could have three for £10, but you weren't told till you were right at the front of the queue. I saw one person being "unruly" on then way out and they were being dealt with very well by the security staff. Doors opened almost 2 hours before the support act started. We got there about 20 mins before the support act and queued for drinks and merch in enough time to find our seats. In my opinion the break (30 mins +) was too long between the support act and the band. Seats were very narrow and as the event was male dominated there was very little space to comfortably sit, clap, groove. Sound was good, atmosphere awesome. The k-pop gig at Wembley kicked out at the same time (quite a mingle of very young k-pop fans and the Tenacious D fans) it was carnage, luckily we could walk back so we were fine but imagine tube, car or bus would've been mayhem!
R. T.
Great hall :) Amazing concert by Marilyn Manson.
S. G.
The staff is friendly and helpful. But the seats are quite uncomfortable. And guys, sorry, but charging £8 for a basic hotdog is a bit of a rip-off.
A. S.
Very nice visit, lot more calmer today with good Christmas decorations.
N. M.
Fantastic location. The layout is great. Good view of the stage from any of the seats. Amazing lights and sounds.
C. S.
Excellent music venue, with a wide space and great acoustics
S. P.
Been here a few times over the years, the sound always works, the staff are helpful, easy to get too but book your parking. #BMC #SmashingPumpkins #AliiceinChains (just a few) 😎
O.
Very high quality entertainment and lots of food outlets. Seats could be more comfy but overall very good.
A. C.
Kendrick Lamar. The Damn Tour. What an amazing performance by Kendrick. Great venue as well. Loved it!!!!!
A. K.
Amazing 👏
A. F.
Great venue. Plenty of space. Excellent service getting to the seats. Smiles all round.
P. B.
Good venue, decent size and good views of the stage where you are on the floor. Acoustics are ok.
H. A.
Good parking available but must pre book. Leave ample of time for ques
T. M.
We saw George Ezra here and he was awesome. Staff were really helpful with directions and the security was good.
The arena it's self seems a bit tired and grubby, and to be expected drinks are extremely expensive.
C. S.
Madness were fantastic but £3 for a bottle of water 💦 is too much
M. H.
Very impressive and we'll run, loved it
K. B.
Massive queues to enter despite having tickets. Hold up due to only ONE security person checking bags etc. Seats were cramped side by side and behind and in front. Vert uncomfortable and I'm not large
M. C.
Went to see ZZTop who were great. Arrived at Wembley Park. Got excellent fish and chips just left of station at a place that does Chinese and traditional f and c. Arena staff were pleasant and efficient. Toilets clean.
M. G.
Great venue. Better than the O2, due to its more intimate feel.
G. H.
Attended Michael McIntyre's World Tour. Getting to the venue was easy and entry was quick. The seating in the arena is plastic 'stadium' type, less comfortable than you might expect from a theatre. Outside the main arena there was no seating, so options were limited before the show and during the interval. Seated close together the arena soon heated up and became stuffy.
m. d.
Seats are not great venue is really good don't buy food here really expensive
D. A.
Venue was fairly clean and tidy, all I would say is the management of people within the arena is not fantastic and as usual expect over priced food and drink so they can make some serious £££ back off you for the events. The events that they do hold are usually pretty good however and has a great capacity.
R. H.
Went here for WWE Live. Was great! Drinks a little expensive maybe
C. J.
Brilliant night at concert for NHS Staff by Jackie Abbot and Paul Heaton
M. J.
Was brilliant to be at an event again and felt that covid restrictions were taken seriously, everyone had to provide their covid status using the NHS app.
J. R.
Fantastic really enjoyed it best night ever atmosphere was amazing can't wait to go again well done Dalton harris you were incredible the x factor
Z.
Great place, security was amazing and all staff were helpful and welcoming!
M. F.
Saw James and the Happy Mondays, brilliant gig, no trouble.
S.
Good stalls and good sized seating arena. Came here for the CSGO major in September and loved it as well as the venue.
C. M.
Great set up for a larger venue which manages to stay close to the action. Brilliant faciities.
S. s.
what an amazing experience! Now called ovo arena 🤍
i. s.
Epic concert!! I enjoyed a lot!!! Nice place as well...
A. K.
Arena itself is great but parking is extortionately expensive, pre book your parking so may get it slightly cheaper
N. W.
Went to see Disney on Ice. The chairs were a bit small (hip to hip with the woman next to me) but even with my budget tickets I still had a great view. Drinks and food are really expensive!
M. P.
First time but very impressed with venue...
A. Y.
Sound quality of the concert was great! Pity the no-passout rule meant people were smoking in the toilets. Otherwise - good night :)
J. H.
Once great venue that is showing it age - host live music concerts in a slightly smaller scale to it’s bigger cousin next door.
Z. C. (.
NightWish Concert in The SSE Arena .
NightWish has been with me for more than a decade, half of the time I have been alive.
J. W.
Such a great experience. Went to see James Arthur and the atmosphere was brilliant. The only down side would be the prices of drinks at the bar but, it is what you expect from a venue like this
A. K.
I really like SSE, but they need to work on sound a bit, during Slayer gig you could hear only one guitar, pyrotechnics were very nice
C. W.
Fantastic venue and love the staff that work there. Always helpful and friendly and professional!

TWENTY ØNE PILØTS CONCERT: had the most epic experience; one of the best nights of my life
M.
Visited the arena to both cover and enjoy the WeDay concert. Have to say staff were very helpful and accomodating as we were travelling to and fro from the media section to our seats frequently.
D. E.
Love this venue for concerts. Saw Jack Savoretti and acoustics were great.
R. C.
Lovely venue plenty of leg room too.
S. P.
Had a great night at Britain's got talent champions last night, a great show with some fantastic acts.
R. B.
Came here to see a magic show. The space is spacious and well constructed. The Arena is amazing beautiful architecture. And plenty of eatery options
B. S.
Wembley is a great venue, the only thing that let's it down is the prices of food and drink but I can't think of a big venue that's any better to be honest!
U. T.
went to watch the bellator event: mousasi vs carvalho few ysars ago and the atmosphere in this place is unreal. got another trip there on the 1st october for Bellator: mvp vs lima 2 and i can not wait!
P. W.
Slightly dated and the seating isn't particularly comfortable but other than that not a bad venue. Saw Jack Whitehall here and enjoyed the show.
G. J.
As long as you don't intend on going to a bar it's fine as the app only includes beer.
M. B.
Attended the Paralympics Event Sunday Caroline on N3 was so caring the staff are very friendly and helpful
D. R.
Surprisingly friendly staff. Beer was a rip off. But a good night overall (X Japan concert)
m. s. (.
Not so bad place for event, but seats are definitely to narrow and close to eachother.
S. N.
Came here for Hillsong carols. It was really easy to find and the sound system was quality. Little bit cold but seating was reasonably comfortable with enough leg room.
K. M.
Attended RAHAT FATEH ALI KHAN'S concert and it was one of the best experiences i ever had...
c. m.
Easy venue to get to. Smaller than the O2 which is better for some things. No cloakrooms my only moan😉
H. Z.
seeing g dragon was amazing, and the venue housed the concert very well.
L. A.
Good place for a gig. Sound very good all around
C. B.
Really big venue with great seats, right next to the big Wembley arena. Selection of bar and restaurants around isn't the greatest in my opinion though.
R. J.
Big enough areana for events.
Hans Zimmer concert was EPIC 10*+
c.
Good tour. The area surrounding Wembley is really taking off and loads being built. Shopping area with food and some major brands right next door
D. L.
Very well organised, great security staff. Food & drink very very overpriced.
S. G.
A fantastic venue that does exactly what it was made for and does it really well.
K. (.
A nice venue, quite a bit of space, well set out and the staff are friendly and efficient. The prices are, of course, extortionate - that goes for the merchandise they sell, and the food/drink they sell too (£12+ for a single G&T anyone?) - the seating is okay, not that comfortable, but not wholly uncomfortable either. The venue is easy to find, accessible, and easy to get in and out of. Not a bad place, just pricey.
d. o.
Went to watch Britain's got talent. Andy the crowd pleasure was mint.
L. C.
Enjoyed the VIP experience which includes a private bar area and a terraced area with good views and table service.
v.
Street food was good as was the beer and sound. Still a bit soulless though
T. C.
There was an amazing concert of instrumental music. It was great night. Thanks
P. S.
Nice arena. Good selection of beer and food. Enjoyed a grea In Flames concert
o.
Rating the place. Not the event we're I ve took part too.. Because that was very poorly organised, in the crowd control area I mean. Easy to get to plenty of car parks and a shopping centre with plenty to do and shop just next to it.
C. P.
The SSE Arena hosts a lot of events. The staff is really helpful.
R. P.
Amazing concert with Snow Patrol, staff were great especially the security guard on S8.
G.
Great arena. Saw the Hillsong Christmas Carol = BRILLIANT!
A. S.
Great venue. Zero covid & security protocols.
M. R.
Huge space to accommodate a large number of audience. Excellent Security system. Plenty of bars and restaurants. Easy to access by bus and train.
P. S.
Felt safe and covid-free with the various precautions, especially use of the covid passport.
S.
Brilliant! Nice & easy to get in & out of the venue, great atmosphere, food & drinks are a bit pricey but overall a great place
J.
Andy c here was absolutely spot on! Drinks prices were a joke though 👎
R. R.
What a venue! Easy in and out and monster view from our seats. Thanks.
I. R.
Fantastic venue, went here for the KISS Haunted House Party - great event, effective security and friendly staff
A. D.
Nice venue, over priced food and drinks
E. S.
3.5
If I was solely reviewing the arena then it could be improved. The rows of seats were very close but there were a lot of seats. However, there was an amazing atmosphere inside once the performance started and the sound projection was good. The food was expensive as expected and they even got one of our orders wrong, chicken wrap instead of a paneer wrap but the rest of the food was in generous portions and tasted good. Extremely helpful staff that guided you. Hallway should have been wider considering there were a lot of people. But the stage was huge, lighting was good and the layout of the arena was good.
C. L.
The arena is only as good as what's on stage, so my experience was amazing overpriced but amazing
C. H.
Went to see Craig David this was an amazing concert in a clean well organised venue.
M. C.
Brilliant place for X Factor, easy access, good choice of food and drink
D. G.
It's a brilliant venue for gig's up to 10,000 people. With great travel links and a cosy feel.
A. I.
Seen steel panther and the offspring here they were both decent
A. L. J.
Great experience. The staff were very helpful and kind (giving out drinks to people queuing, helping everyone get to their seats and being professional overall). Security was above average, the security staff was very kind and I genuinely felt extremely safe after my check. Furthermore the concert itself was awesome with amazing effects (fire, smoke, etc...) and I had a lot of fun
C. s.
Part of London that next door to the home of football. Wembley show there good entertainment at every corner.
M. A.
Great sound and view of Lynryd Skynyrd but very slow bar service
E. M.
Great smaller venue, really enjoyed the energy of the cheap seats at the boxing. Pints ~£7 <\3
M. J.
Fantastic place for shows. Good vision from any seat. Went to see the Strictly Come Dancing tour show. Very enjoyable!
l. h.
Went here to see architects, beartooth and Polaris. Had a great time. Great security and simple layout
D.
This is a great venue, though it takes some travel to get to, especially if you are south of the river Thames. However, travel links are very good tubes get packed!
Facilities at the Arena are quite good, thought choices are limited, the food available was good. Water is a bit more of a problem, don't take your own water in as bottles are not allowed in the standing area and lids are not permitted in the seating areas.
Sound.and lighting is superb and you will have a great time!
J. M.
God sound quality but a bit overpriced beer
D. D.
Been ages since I was here last, but good queue organisation
P. B.
Nice flexible layout on the Arena floor. Simple and easy to find your way around.
A. M.
Very easy to get to the venue, staff were excellent and did their job efficiently and courteously. Very impressed.
H. H.
Arena works well if you are not a mega star. Nightwish gave us a spectackle. There were plenty of bars so you have no need to queue. One of the bars served for eg Punk ipa. The Arena is easy to reach by underground👍
J. B.
Great venue, quick security, great sound
Be aware however as it is card only once inside
V. B.
Went to see the offspring. Venue is nice, staff are friendly.
A. S.
Nice area, shops and toilets near by, supermarket also close, nice scenery however the sse centre itself is maintained well with social distancing, and inside is directed well with signs
V. L.
Loved the concert I went to (GOT7) and the venue was very big. I was seated in section n5 which was actually a good seat because I thought we wouldn’t be able to see anything. In my opinion , when I saw all the seating arrangements I feel like section B would be a terrible place to sit as all the seats were level so you would see some one directly in front of you blocking your view. At the end of the concert, the floor was so wet I actually slipped. I knew prices in the arena was going to be expensive but £4 for some coke!
j. f.
Nice CS:GO experience during the major. Hope there is more csgo event there.
S. P.
Love this venue and have been here to see things from concerts to Disney in Ice. They always are welcoming and the staff are polite and helpful. The shops are a bit more expensive but to be honest, I would expect nothing less and still buy the products and merchandise available. Plenty of toilets available but as the venue holds alot of people, do expect queues!
k. s.
Nice spacious place for events. Food court nearby is little expensive .. though there is a McDonald's at walking distance
A. P.
Great night out at the 2018 X-factor final.
R. W.
Really great venue. My first time there, the atmosphere was awesome and the sound is pretty great to 👌 Plus going to see your all time favourite band does enhance the experience somewhat! In my case the band is Busted. You must be thinking, this guy's pretty damn cool... 😂🙈 Best gig ever 🤘🎸
S. R.
Great arena with plenty of places to grab food and drinks.
A. R.
Great venue. When visiting water bottles had to be thrown away which is a shame as prices are very high just to get water.
M. Z.
Amazing fight night ...all staffs are professional and helpful.thank you so much for the great night
I. P.
Stewardship was a bit disorganised. As was the bar queues.
s. d.
I had a fantastic time at Wembley Arena last night! Easy train links about 5 minutes walk from the venue. Good toilet facilities! Great view of the stage from seat booked. I would definitely recommend this venue! 😀
H. W.
Really good venue for a gig, the staff had entry down perfectly with tickets and wrist bands being sorted before entry. Everything was explained about going through the scanners before you went in so everything ran smoothly. Exit was just as organised and I wouldn't hesitate to go here again.
T. L.
Great venue.. good acoustic conditions.. quick access to the centre of London
B. S.
Brilliant atmosphere, great music. Venue really nice, though food and drink tad on the pricey side
J. W.
Very helpful staff and a great event venue. ZZ Top were on the bill tonight.
I.
I went there to see the Smashing Pumpkins reunion and it was awesome.
E. F.
Good venue, went here for the Game of Thrones live concert experience. We were seated in the disabled area which provides a good view of the stage. Made the mistake of not booking parking early enough, but found somewhere else locally to park. The surrounding area is not wheelchair friendly, but the venue itself is good and easy to get to. Good facilities inside as well.
C.
Saw Nighwish here this weekend, best gig of the year.
C. c.
Had a great experience setting up for the One Africa music fest here. Thanks guys,
G. K.
You get in and out fairly quickly, which is nice. Also, there are a lot of places to buy food and drinks. Oh yeah, and the temperature was kept really nice throughout the event. The seating was a bit tight, but all in all we had a great experience.
E. T.
Had the Amazon VIP package. Definitely worth the extra cost. Russell Howard was hilarious as usual.
R. L.
A great venue and an amazing experience to be in London and see your favourite artists live! I feel that the performers give more when they perform at Wembley because of how well known it is. There were plenty of bars and food stalls inside which were quite pricey but what you expect from these types of venues. The security were very good and helpful to find where you needed to be. I didn't find it difficult to get in or out of the venue either no queues.
T. A.
My experience was superb. Covid 19 protections was strictly in place and the whole exercise of obtaining the accreditation wasn't too long. It was fabulous.
L. H.
Brilliant. First concert I've been to in years and thoroughly enjoyed it. Performance was great and sounded good. Organisation was really good. Plenty of security presence. A guy next to me said the drinks were extremely expensive but I was there for the music and not the alcohol so this wasn't a concern for me. This concert will encourage me to go to Wembley Arena again.
P. J.
Seats were uncomfortable based on the ticket price we paid. Food and drinks were too expensive. Seats on the side were fine but down in the middle are at same height.... So if you are short person don't bother coming as you can't see anyone... Staff were very helpful and friendly.
T. L.
Decent venue. Good acoustics and views from just about anywhere. Drinks are laughably expensive (£7 for a single with mixer). Security were fairly friendly and there's lots of doors so no major bottlenecks getting in or out.
I. B.
Great big venue, with amazing sounds and atmosphere. They need some A/C, far too hot
M. H.
Unless you live close by this venue is very time consuming to get to by public transport (beaten only by Ali Pali!) but all in all its a great concert venue.
Huge selection of (overpriced) food, the bar is well laid out and efficient, and the sound system is always great.
It loses a point for security wait times - the queues to get in can be monstrous and security are incredibly inefficient at getting people through.
S. M.
Loved this place such a good place to watch shows for sure
A. D.
Was really pleased with the sound quality, and staff were very efficient and helpful; if you love the artist you're seeing, this is as good as any place to see them.
N. H.
Well organised. Although it looked as if it was filled to capacity, it didn't feel overcrowded and leaving time was minimal.
k. f.
The views from the seated area was fantastic. My only downpoints were that people still choose to stand in the seating area, which can ruin your view, and security didn't seem too bothered about this.
Secondly, prices at the bar seemed to be on the higher side, paying 6.50 for a pint seemed steep.
Other than the points above, the arena itself, allowed for an excellent show
J. W.
Saw Bob Dylan here on the last night of his UK tour. Excellent sound.
S. M. A. S.
A good venue for concert and events. Lots of food and drink shops inside and very neat and clean. Their security and customer service are also very good. Only thing I wish it to improve is it's air conditioning. Please remember, not to bring any drinks/hot food in the venue because security will throw them. Also there is no smoking facility (e- cigarettes are allowed) and no readmission if you go out for smoking.
M.
Can't really fault this place unless you need a drink. The sound cut off during Tony Hadley's performance during 'Let's Rock' in December 2019
C. E.
Oh I loved it at SSE Arena. It was all shades of wonderful and I don't think I have seen such a huge and wide hall before. I had a conference there and it happened to be my first time. I entered inside and I was like...wow! U know. They have lots of toilet like literally by the side of each staircase. It's really amazing. I have seen that many toilets in an event hall before. So cool. So it's a place to book a concert, seminar, church service and any other program of your choice. You will have fun.
A. E.
Big arena, and had an amazing time, the lights and sound was amazing
J. F.
Great venue, so well organised and a good space with great views all around the performance area. Sound was excellent too. As with most venues, drinks are expensive and choice is a bit rubbish but overall had an excellent night watching Twenty One Pilots.
J. D.
Nice place to host events and fabulous venue
G. M.
Great venue for gigs. Sounds much better than many others in London. Sure, there's not a huge range of beer and yeah it's pricey but it's a gig venue in London so what do you expect. Accessibility by car is reasonable, and it's served by two tube lines though both require a bit of a walk. In the past decade a myriad of food and shopping outlets have sprung up around the Arena which makes the area much more of a destination, now it's easy to grab a quick meal before a gig. I'm always pleased when I see the bands I follow are performing here.
J.
One of the best music venues in the UK. Not too big so even if you are sat towards the back you still feel close to the stage. Sound quality is much better than many other venues. It is showing it's age a bit but doesn't detract from the experience. Lots of food and drink stalls which of course are on the expensive side. Smooth, efficient entry with security checks.
D. G.
First time at this arena for a concert and it was great! Hope they have more worthwhile concerts in the future.
R. L.
Not my favourite venue by a long shot, but obviously that is subjective: acoustically, I have found it to be a very good experience on all occasions, whether the band has been performing at the end of the auditorium or in the middle as seen in the video. The views, even from the corners, we're actually pretty good; the seating was satisfactory, if quite basic.
The toilets were easily found, there seemed to be a reasonable variety of food and drink available, obviously a strategy might be useful when coordinating rest/refuel breaks if you want to miss the busy spells. Prices are as to be expected when considering the size and stature of the venue, that is to say high, but not wholly extortionate. There are plenty of other eateries in the surrounding area, as well as a plethora of clothing outlet stores offering some juicy discounts, should you wish to make it a real day or two out and about.
Public transport links are very good and is probably a better option than driving: the North Circular is an absolutely horrendous place at the best of times and I suspect having to deal with it in the run up to a big event would be an extremely unpleasant experience.
s.
Great venue and easy to get to see some great bands here over the years. Very over built with flats in the surrounding areas now , I mean why would you want to live right on top of the arena and stadium with a nice view of the industrial area out your back window ? Anyway every time I've been to the arena it smells like somebody has dropped one .
S. M.
A lush venue accessible for all. Plenty of toilets and bars. Staff are polite and helpful too. Security are the same too. Posted some videos and photos on here too so you get a better idea of the venue and it's size. Enjoy your visit whatever show you go to see..
C. D.
Drove from Bucks area, easy to get to and park in one of the parking areas (yellow / red etc)
We saw a musical-esque performance so it was seated. The main seating area was say a little cramped but that's just due to the seats they use. Otherwise it was an enjoyable experience.
C.
I saw Architects in 2019 at the SSE Arena.
It was a great show. The place is quite good. Also the staff is amazing and very friendly. What a memory ! I hope I'll be back at The SSE Arena for another gig.
L.
This is one of many times that I have been to this arena. The first time was to see Paul McCartney and wings! A wonderful experience then due to lighting sound and seating. This time I had just as good a time seating allowed me to see clearly all of what was going on even though they have the big screens either side, sounds were clear and audible also not to loud only where needed such as the roaring of the Dinosaurs it is important to me to be able to understand due to my need to use hearing aids .The show was presented by Michaela Strachen who made it informative and fun especially for the younger members of the audience. The Dinosaurs looked very realistic as far as we are lead to believe that it is how they should be. New facts about them were given the film sections included in the presentation offered a glimpse of what the earth looked like at different times in its infancy. A smattering of humour gave a great laugh to all and reality about only the strong survive in different ways was not to graphic. It was a pleasure to be there at the SSE Arena. Now about the toilets they were locked in some cases although an assistant readily opened the door for you but to do this they had to temporarily leave their position on the doors into the seating area. A vast array of food and drinks was available what I call convenience food plus alcohol as well. Prices pretty much in line with other shows did not buy a program at £15 I thought it was a bit dear. Security was prominent every where but not oppressive. To sum it up a wonderful day
L. A.
I love this venue. Mainly because of the customer service. All the SSE Arena personnel are nice and polite. Also you can bring in snacks but not drinks whicj is appreciated as a lot of similar venues don't allow you to bring any food or drinks in. The venue management are also super considerate with water dispensers and cups around. The toilets also conveniently have doors on both sides so there is no bottleneck. They also have storage for buggies so you can collapse the buggy and take the baby with you.
S.
Great place!
M. M.
MY CONCERT was a total mess, but it's not the venue's fault. The place is awesome, staff is so gentle and organised, they have several entrance so everyone can go in at basically the second time, places are divided well and staff can guide you to your section, they have control entering the venue (which is 100% right) and a scanner. Acoustic is great, and even if you're far (I have GA standing for both concerts and was all the way back) you have a great view!
K. B.
Friendly bar staff and security too. Human League were fab.
G. C.
Lovely place... now hidden behind the new builds... lots of security but very helpful staff
