I did a beginner course a little over 4 years ago and have been a member of the club ever since. Everyone is very friendly and it’s a lovely community with lots of Great events to get involved in as well as regular paddles. 😊

Thanks for a fab splash about this afternoon during your open day. A real friendly bunch. Hope to pursue a full afternoon on the water inspired by todays fun. Cheers

I have been a member of this club for about a year at the time of writing this update and am thoroughly enjoying it.
Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. There is a wealth of advice and support on hand as well.
If you want to get qualified as a coach, there are courses available to help you advance. There are courses available to learn about navigation too.
You might want to get into racing or white water paddling or perhaps the sea will be your ideal. Maybe stand up paddle boarding is something you would like to try. All catered for at the club.
If you want to find out wether it's something you can do and enjoy, check the website for "come and try" days.

Great club with a huge variety of boats to use and superb access to the river Medway. Run by friendly people with a wealth of canoeing knowledge covering all aspects of the sport. If you live nearby and fancy some fun on the river, it is definitely worth coming to speak to them. Open days are run every year where you can meet the members and try all of the boats for free with no pressure to join the club.

Excellent canoe and kayaking club. Also includes racing teams and paddleboards. The club has qualified instructors and runs trips throughout uk and Europe. Friendly, casual paddles run 2 or 3 times a week.

Great friendly Kayak / Canoe club. Been with the club for nearly a year and have learnt loads and had the opportunity to join people out on some great paddles.

A very friendly helpful club with a wide selection of kit that members can try out before they purchase thier own. Membership gives you discount at local canoe stockists so can easily pay for itself

An excellent club for active kakakers, whether beginners or experienced, with many trips for tourers (just back from 7 nights wild camping trip to Scotland's Western Isles). Come along on a Sunday morning to meet us.
