Only good for kids under 10 years old, laser maze was a joke you couldn’t see the lasers and people ignore the “one person” rule most of the time. Cyber tower and trampolines were pretty good but they were the only good things there. Also don’t do 2 hours it would be slightly wasting your money unless you want to try the ninja slide, wipeout and go karts (for babies) which operate on a 20 minute rotating basis.

First time here. Booking in was a little Slow not sure if the young lady was new but she was struggling to complete the booking. It was 4.40pm I req to book the two hour session from 5-7pm however we went through and the little one played away but basically the girl had given her a pink wrist bad valid 4.40-5pm n a red wrist band valid 5-6pm so at 6pm my little girl was so upset and with it being my first time here I was confused to why our session was over anyhow I went to the front desk and explained it to Zaid & he understood straight away and was absolutely amazing with my little girl. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he defo a credit to the company he gave my little girl a new wrist band n she was so made up and stopped crying. Thank you so much for great experience she absolutely shattered now 😂 Zaid was also very helpful at the end when I realised I’d not register my vehicle Reg- he help Me sort it out even after they had shut the front desk. Thanks for an excellent experience will defo re visit 👍🏽

I enjoyed it with my 20 month old. It's definitely a great place for the kids and adults to burn some energy! The cafe wasn't open at first, which meant we couldn't get a drink. The front reception had to be contacted a number of times to open the cafe. The staff didn't seem happy to be working there.

Great venue, kids had a blast and the service from staff was excellent; friendly and helpful across the board. Would definitely recommend the party packages as well, excellent value for money and plenty of options to choose from. Will definitely be taking the kids again

First time visited. Over all experience was good. Good atmosphere. Only downside was they were closing some areas and opening others. Obstacle Course was not even open in our 2 hour stay. Instead of staff being on trampoline look out, they could open more areas.

Great fun here a good time to go is when all the kids aren't there like midweek daytime. I've nothing against children but being an adult and not wanting to unintentionally hurt a child running everywhere while you bounce. We have all been young once so you can't say anything to them because you used to do it haha

Came here today with my son and I must say the staff were fantastic and helpful and little man throughly enjoyed the great selection of things to do.
