D. C.Awesome gym, everything you need for fitness or Muay Thai training. Mark is a fantastic coach, you can tell you are being trained by a pro fighter, I have trained at a number of other gyms and none even come close. Fantastic for the kids too, my daughter started as a timid 5 year old and is now an outgoing 6 year old that can take care of herself.

s. t.Superb gym coupled with excellent trainers. Heavily influenced by Boxing and Muay Thai the trainers ensure that you get the best from your time there with them. I lost over a stone in weight in my first month there but my body transformation was even more notable.
