A. S.'Maggies', charity doo on New Years Eve. Staff excellent, entertainment even better and lots of money raised for a great charity.
E. M.Lovely small community ground with good facilities and great place to watch planes coming into land at Newcastle Airport, if you enjoy this past time. Parking is limited but was more than adequate for the players and supporters of the charity football match.
G. H.We use the pitch and bar area on a regular basis and can't recommend it enough. The facility's are spot on and all the regulars and staff are so friendly. Keep up the great work Thumpas !
V. G.Great for a quiet drink and to watch the locals play either rugby or football. They have a function room too that's handy for small parties.

G. C.Played American Football here and the field itself is first rate. Parking is OK. Access is fine. Floodlights are not the brightest I've ever played under. Changing rooms are basic and typical of UK rugby clubs. Clubhouse is always nice and warm and food pretty good. Toilets clean. Could do with checking the stock of toilet paper a bit more often. Staff OK, though always seem slightly understaffed. Oh and if you're playing here, wrap up, it's always Baltic cold! Great view for plane spotters by the way, lol.

N. W.We have used Druid Park and Thumpa’s several times. Matt and his team were superb when hosting a bubble football birthday party. Everyone felt included, they all had fun. Matt really made it a quality experience for my son and his friends. Whist the children had a great time out on the pitch, the parents had a great time inside at the bar. Great food, service, and atmosphere. I would throughly recommend 👍
