S. T.It would have been nice if it was more organized. Been at a birthday party where The children didn't know what to do and were running here and there. For parties of more than 10 children one dedicated person is good like other parks. The children enjoyed the party and there were some boys going the wrong way.

S. G.Excellent place to take the kids - especially when the weather isn't great. It's easy to get booked in and it all seems very organised. The food upstairs is good - not too expensive and a good view of the play area to make sure that the kids are ok if unaccompanied in the trampoline/inflatables area.

Best to arrive a little earlier as there are on-line forms to fill in and socks to buy.
No food from home allowed but there's a reasonable selection of snacks to purchase.

G.Extremely noisy, no real covid strategy in place (place was jam packed, nobody at all wearing masks, had distancing stickers on floor that nobody could adhere to due to the bottleneck of people in the foyer) hard to get a place to sit and once we found a table it was filthy and still had dirty dishes left on it. Food and drinks are very expensive, I think my son enjoyed the time he got bouncing about but we probably won't be back.

If booked online and signed waivers should be a clear queue where you can scan and get in not just one huge line where nobody knows what's happening!! Need more tables and chairs upstairs or party tables to have times on them as loads standing but moved off party tables but not used for party when there!!

D. T.Kids love the trampolines but as a parent, the cafe is a nightmare. My kids stood at an empty counter to order food for over 10 minutes before someone appeared despite a member of staff who was catering a party, walking past them 3 times. Also the trays need to be on the other end of the counter ie where you start queuing, not at the end where people are collecting hot drinks. I get that the young staff are minimum wage and don't really want to work the cafe but wheres the supervision guiding the young staff?
M. G.I took my Granddaughter to her friend's birthday party. The Children seemed to have a good time, expelling all their energy and having fun, and they're given one of those gig-type wrist bands at the entrance. The staff seem well trained and there's a counter with drinks, sweets, etc but when the Children went to the party room, it didn't feel very party-ish to me. There was a member of staff who brought in the Children's food on a trolley (the options were cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza or hotdog) and a small birthday cake for afters, and a goodybag each then the birthday child's parents were advised it was time to leave as they had to get the room prepared for the next party coming in for their food. It wasn't like a proper traditional birthday party which I love, so it felt like an 'industrial convertor belt' lol, but the Children seemed happy enough with it all and all the Parents could have a break in the seating area whilst all of the Children went off to trampoline. The exercise kept them happy with lots of endorphins (a change from sitting around using a screen these days I suppose 😬) and then they refuelled with food afterwards after they'd worked up an appetite hahaha! 🍕🎂🍰🥤🎈🎁🎊🎉
And a note for Parents with Children with allergies, they don't have anything with nuts in I was told so it should be safe but I would call to confirm if they have no allergy ingredients in their party food and not just nuts.
D. B.Fun trampoline and inflatable park with many different obstacles. Good safety procedures and organisation despite it being busy. The open plan layout isn't ideal as technically kids could leave and run into the car park on their own, so keep an eye out. It's a shame the pizzas have the texture of hot cardboard and are poor value for money, with very little topping.
N. S.My boys came here for a birthday party and had a wonderful time. Cafe decent, with a fab selection of traybakes and cakes. Party food was quite substantial too.

T. M.First time I've been to one of these. The kids have been a few times. Probably due to covid. But, about 20-30% of the facilities were unavailable. Kids were bored after half an hour. Probably a good job the sessions are only an hour.. too pricey though.

A. P.Absolutely fantastic staff. Roadworks caused a bit of an issue for many of our party guests and the staff were amazing. The Manager (Joanna) was incredibly accomodating and allowed us to delay our start time. It's not the first time Joanna (and the other staff) have been really helpful and flexible when we have visited. I would recommend this venue 100%. Exceptional customer service.

G. S.This place is HUGE! The arena is massive and varied so loads to do as long as it involves jumping and climbing. More than enough to keep kids and adults amused for the duration of the session. G.3 stars mainly because the hygiene is diabolical. Toilets are a mess, the knife forks and spoons were disgusting, even the tables were fowl. Theres no need what's so ever for things to be that dirty, I understand a lot people use this place but come on get the basics right. Other than that the park itself is fantastic. Kids loved it. Just get the basics right

Its not a cheap hour of entertainment,l by the time I had bought myself some if the mandatory socks (all jumpers need specific socks which can be bought there) and paying for me and her to bounce it cost a little over £20. For that you get access to a trampoline park, an inflatable park, an assault course, bucking bronco and more with a basic cafe upstairs if you just want to spectator. All in all it's a great place and my 9 year old loves it. Definitely recommend a visit.

I recently took my boys here and they absolutely loved it! The building is a large warehouse, filled with trampolines, pits of sponge cubes, games, basketball and a mini assault course. For £10 I think it's fantastic and the kids will go back home exhausted so I can get some me time when they get to bed early Haha.
If you like having fun and love to go on a trampoline, this is definitely the place for you!
There's free parking and the staff are a lovely bunch!
If I had to find a negative point, I'd say that the prices in the cafe, especially for certain items, could be reduced a bit. In general the prices aren't actually too bad though.

However as a spectator I was appalled at the cafeteria. A no picnic policy is in place which is fair enough if they sold any food that was actually healthy to children, I was appalled at the amount of junk available. The idea of using these facilities is to encourage children to be active and then they are presented with junk food in the cafe surely a decent menu should be available

My 7 year old couldnt use it and was very upset about this. party wasnt very warming as and no staff helped. Room was very bright and bare. Didn't have that party feeling. Kids were put in room alone for ages and got board. Room felt more like a school class room. Overall the kids still had a great time.

H.What a night! Just come back from my first visit with a bunch of friends, and it was an amazing experience! Haven't done anything else like it before - the staff were friendly and supportive, the cafe was reasonably priced, and the venue was just plain awesome! Tons of variety, it's definitely worth it to come on down and see what it's all about!

The staff were very accomadating however there were too major problems of which I would like to state first of all the bull of which you get flung off of is currently out of order I'd like to make that known for anyone who may be visiting this solely for the purpose of riding the bull. Aswell as this, the catering at the venue was slow to respond to costumers waiting several times aswell as the dining area following a STRICT (as stated by them) no picnic policy. Other than that this experience was largely great.

To answer the reply below there was one sign up which was pointed out to us after and there was a que of people to the door so didn't see sign, but also if you haven't been before the sign meant nothing to be fair as we didnt understand what it meant and neither did a couple of other families after us as they complained also.

S. O.Been to infinite air Durham and Gravity Force Sunderland but Jump 360 is by far the best. It has an obstacle course, bucking bronco, battle beam that spins, dodge ball area, air bag, foam pit and more. It has a canteen oberlooking the trampolines which people not taking part can sit and watch over the particpants.
