The gym is fairly small. They are limited to the amount of bodybuilding gym equipment that is available so sometimes you'll have to improvise. The dumbbells go up to 36kg. There is no seated weight row machine or hyperextension bench for back workouts. The gym has recently added a punch bag but is relatively light so may break if punched hard enough. There is a good amount of cardio equipment. The showers, toilets and changing rooms are cleaned regularly. You get 3 hours of free parking so there should be more than enough time to complete your workout. It's an OK gym but the price is a bit high for what you get in my opinion. If you live locally and are a beginner to the gym this place is ideal. For more serious gym goers I would suggest going to either Men at Works or Marley Gym which both are only a short drive from this one. There is also a 24/7 Pure Gym only a short drive away from here but parking is an issue.

Good place for kids of different ages. Soft play and trampoline Park in one and party room available to book, we have just yesterday booked my little boys 4th birthday here. Only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is the cafe had very limited choice and I found expensive for what we got. It was very busy to, but we don't have anything else in our local area for kids. Definitely worth a visit ☺️

The toddler sessions are great - we both have a good laugh (the safety video makes me squirm with the bone snapping noises though), use some energy and have a lot of fun with friends. The cafe is OK, the changing rooms and lockers are great. A little expensive, but once you have the socks, not so bad.

Great bouncing fun for kids and families. £20 for family ticket for 1 hour, socks not included (£2 extra per pair, although slightly bizarrely we were able to swap socks from rival trampoline companies for free). Entertaining safety briefing lead to 60 mins of bouncing around. Multiple trampolines, foam dive pits, high dive boards, basketball hoops and tightrope lines. Free water fountain and lots of space. Lockers for valuables. (£1 refundable). Don't take your keys in your pocket as the foam pits are only emptied once a week. Good fun, recommended!

My daughter loved it ❤ we had a fab time. The staff are all lovley it's a really good day out for the kids to let out some energy. They even have a soft play which is also reasonably priced and of course there is also a little cafe so going straight after school with the kids is no problem. We would definitely recommend this trampoline Park and soft play area . 😀

Fantastic facility and great accessible location, well priced and free parking if you're there for under 3 hours, which will nearly always be the case

The kids loves it, though a bit expensive £7.50 per child for an hour. Parking available, public toilet, friendly staff. The facility is also open for children party. It has gym, football pitch for 5 aside. Static group bike riding, with a police station close by. A tip for student, I think they have 20% discount which is great. Overall it's great for family outing. The kids are fully supervised by trained staffs. One of the interesting things is that they give each child a free stockings which is part of the price. If you consider this the price might be ok. However, I personally feel that one hour is not enough for the kids to bounce on the trampoline.

Took my 12yr and 7yr old today staff very friendly very helpful which made the experience much nicer during convid . Plenty space and kids are supervised really well was a bit limited so my kids got bored quick but thats just my kids im sure if they had there friends would be different. I will defo use again when the foam pits opens . Very clean enviroment .

Great fun. Went for their toddler session. Staff were a mixed bag, some looked sort friendly and engaged with the kids but done were a but standoffish. The place was very clean. My only real concern was adults accompanying kids throwing themselves around a bit much. I saw one nearly wipe out a small child.

Toddler time was great, reasonably priced, and having the soft play included was a mega bonus. However reason for 4 stars not 5 was because of the multitude of HUGE flies. And a fair few dead with other debris on one of the trampoline beds, and part of the dodgeball court was closed off as it was damaged. Great flow of air to help keep little ones cool, and free parking for 3 hrs too.

Kids love it and great exercise on a rainy day, free easy parking. Health & Safety video given prior to entry but poor/no responce following injury to young boy who bit through his tongue and needed stitches at hospital later. Staff don't seem trained in first aid so just be aware, especially if dropping off!

We visit with a home education group and the facility is ok. There is not much that ever changes and it has become a little stale after a few visits. There are basket ball hoops where the ball regularly becomes stuck and most of the dodgeball balls seemed to be missing on our last visit. Some of the staff in the actual play area appear lack lustre and bored. Over all the place seems on need of a shake up.

Excellent trampoline park with loads of space. Features a range of larger trampolines for higher end trampolining, a walk the plank, a dodgeball arena and more. Really recommended and prices aren't really too bad considering the time you get in the arena.

Prices are a bit steep hit it is certainly a lot of fun bouncing from wall to floor and platform to platform. There is even a place pervasive for extreme trampolining practise. Excellent place for kids and adults alike.

i attend the gym here . its a good spacious gym plenty of equiptment to use and good classes, really friendly staff only negative is the music played in background they could do with putting on a music chanel which is a bit more up beat not slow and depressing songs especially listening to songs like unbreak my heart, total eclipse of the heart etc dont really give u the motivation for a good work out! otherwise have headphones at the ready. overall a good gym tho

Better Extreme is fun for everyone! It's got so much to do considering it is a trampoline park! The staff are also friendly, like they get the ball if it gets stuck in the hoop or if your losing in dodgeball they help your team!
