Booked the tour for stadium. So glad we did it because it was brilliant. The tour lasted one and half hours and was really interesting. The guy doing the tour was great and knew his stuff. All it bothered me was stairs.
Fantastic stadium with an amazing atmosphere, this really is the fans club. Great city centre location within easy walking distance to the station. Newcastle what a beautiful and friendly city.
S.
The size and scale of this stadium really is incredible. It has a car park and metro station underneath. Facilities look very League 1 in the concourse, but there's loads of leg room and the seats are comfy. Obviously cold as it's in the North East, so wrap up warm.

Did a stadium tour with my son who is 8. It was a fantastic experience for both of us. Staff are so friendly from the people on reception to the guide who took us around.
Brilliant experience for both supporters of NUFC and non supporters. So much history about Newcastle and it's players
P. H.
Fantastic stadium tour! One of the best we've been on. Our tour guide Michael was not only informative but had a great sense of humour!
A. P.
St James Park was great, a very good 90 minute tour of the stadium with a tour guide, Olivia, that was clearly happy to be there. Lots of banter and chatting with everyone and a ton to look at in and around the stadium.

Not a football fan but attended a couple of games here. Always been a great atmosphere, stadium is superb and the vast. Excellently located for bars/restaurants surrounding. Brilliant day out and always thoroughly enjoyed it.

Third time at the ground, first time watching a win first time doing a stadium tour. The unabashed excitement around this club at the moment makes it a must visit place for me.(though I am biased) the atmosphere at the match was electric despite the posisition the team finds themselves in. My partner bought me hospitality tickets at the barracks and I must say I was blown away, I thought everything internally at the ground was meant to be run down and shabby but this area was exemplary, the live band unbeknownst to them was almost my ideal choice of band with the songs they were covering.
P. L.
Great atmosphere. Easy to access. Staff friendly. Unfortunately football team were below par. A minimum of 11 new signings required notably 2 centre backs who are acquainted with how to defend.
D. D.
We aren’t NUFC fans but we are football fans and we were in Newcastle so this was a must. My son wants to see as many premiership clubs as possible.
We had a guided tour and it didn’t disappoint. The older man that was our tour guide (so sorry I didn’t catch his name) was brilliant. Great knowledge and humour to go with it. The stadium is really impressive.

Lovely place in side and out. They serve nice drinks but wasn't impressed with the potato skins, came out warm looking burnt and tasting burnt. Sent them back, they replaced the skins still looked burnt but were just edible they were warmer. Probably wouldn't eat here again but would come back for drinks as they were OK. It is situated right beside Newcastle united football stadium and right beside St James metro station. It is a short walk into Newcastle Town centre.
I've enclosed 3 pictures of the potato skins, first two were the ones I sent back third one was the ones they sent as replacement. See what you think, some people might like them like that.

Magnificent treat for my nephew who graduated Nottingham University with honours so the trip was for him and he got his picture taken with Eddie Howe manager of Newcastle United, the atmosphere was the best inside the stadium Aiden will cherish his experience forever.

First time I've been to the hallowed ground since it was upgraded many years ago. I had an absolute blast! Even if we just managed a draw.
M. S.
In my opinion, the best stadium in the country, if you're visiting newcastle, try to get tickets and take in the atmosphere. Absolutely fantastic place.
r. b.
Best atmosphere I've ever seen in the Premier league. The support Newcastle get is amazing.
M. H.
Had the pleasure (usually pain) of having a season ticket in the same seat since I was 18 years old. I’ve been on the 10 year season ticket for most of that too (longest deal ever!). The stadium does need a bit of investment, especially the bar / communal areas which haven’t been updated in years. Hopefully the new owners mean things will start to change.
M. J.
What a place the atmosphere before the game was unbelievable I've have been to games in the Mike Ashley days but this was great the new owners have obviously changed things I took my son and he loved it their is something special about SJP spine tingling you have to experience it . On the down side the football was poor lucky it was just the FA Cup 🤣
K. K.
Got few tops at club shop and not even our team... 😊we Support raith rovers but we both love the city of Newcastle so much we had 2 buy a top ⚽
A. B.
Always fun for the atmosphere no matter how bad the game. The ground and facilities have massively improved over the years but the fans chants are as bad and as funny as ever.
S. H.
A vast stadium in its sheer size. Amazing atmosphere on match days, especially for the evening kick offs as I experienced. Try and get a ticket in the Gallowgate End if possible.
G. W.
Always a great experience here, even though the results have been disappointing this year so far. The view from the east stand is quite awe inspiring, as you get the roar from the gallowgate to the left, coupled with carefully choreographed flag displays, then the singing from the away end to the right, all encompassing the view of the main stand, the dugout and if course the putting green quality pitch. Areas I'd suggest need improvement would be catering facilities, as we move into 2022 it would be nice to see something other than twixes, pies and pop on sale. I'd also suggest investment in the pretty harrowing toilet facilities, as the one's I've been in closely compare to a bombed out swamp.

Best atmosphere in the world 🖤🤍⚽️

We aren’t NUFC fans but we are football fans and we were in Newcastle so this was a must. My son wants to see as many premiership clubs as possible. …

Impressive stadium but away supporters take binoculars with you !

What can you say, a place with 53k of the best football supporters in the world!
D. D.
Best place in Newcastle. Atmosphere fantastic, staff friendly and helpful. Clean
M. J.
Good stadium and I doth my cap to Newcastle fans, really friendly and welcoming. Great game, from a brentford supporter
E. L.
The place is an absolute Fortress. Steeped in history this is the spiritual home of North East Football. 10 stars out of 5.
A. H.
Shearer's bar is well worth a visit.
A must do, when visiting Newcastle
h. m.
We Are The Mags... Great Stadium, Club and atmosphere
L. T.
Apart from those bluddy stairs and the fact that away supporters are up in the heavens, we always have a great experience here (discounting when we lose 😁)
J. N.
Wonderful atmosphere now that performances are improving.
Enjoy the game!
A. D.
Iconic stadium!!! The feeling is surreal. Can't wait to watch soccer matches there.
J. D.
Impressive stadium but away supporters take binoculars with you !
R. J.
Loved it brilliant tour the old guy who took us round loved the club .lots of great memories from years ago
B. B.
Fantastic stadium with a great atmosphere.
The home fans are a credit to the city.
BUT be prepared for one heck of a hike to your seat if you're an away fan.
There are lots , and lots of steps
P. H.
Everyone should experience a game weekend in the home of the Geordies. Away fans are always warmly welcomed and it is great to enjoy a pint in the Centurion mixing and mingling with true football fans from wherever. The stadium itself is magnificent, a modern day cathedral. Take some stotties home with you!
G. B.
Absolutely brilliant tour. Got a bit sentimental to be honest, especially gannin doon the tunnel! Well worth the price. A special shout out for the tour guide, Carol? Maybe. She was superb. All in all, a magical experience. Cheers to all concerned.
P. W.
Last Home game of the season 21/22 against Arsenal. Fantastic atmosphere from NUFC fans. The best place in the UK to watch Premier League football
H. J.
lovely stadium, great views and a great game, the reason it wasn't five stars is because during my visit i was approached with offers of joining racist groups multiple times. other than that lovely
M. C.
No comment needed really, a must go place if you are a Toon fan.
L. P.
I took a stadium tour yesterday, and it was nothing short of phenomenal. The tour guide (Brian) really knows the football club as he's been working there for many many years, and he was great at giving us all the facts.
P. C.
The cathedral on the hill, overlooking Newcastle and home to The Magpies, the best football team in the North East.
Such an improvement since a change in ownership has brought a fresh, new energy that flows through all the staff both on and off the field.
J. M.
Best stadium in the world filled with the best fans in the world. Weekly displays by Wor Flags light up the stadium and make it a magical place to spend an afternoon. (Slightly biased review written by a Toon fan).
C. P.
There is no better more loved Building/Stadium whatever you want to call it.
This club has THE most loyal, loving fans on the globe bar none. After the last 10 + years of that bloke who shall remain nameless, no fans of any other club would have stayed loyal to their club I don't care what anyone says.
They would have moved clubs or even changed sport all together, but not us Toon Fans.
Let's just hope & pray that next season with a major cash injection, we can be back where we belong at long last.
Also I have heard rumours about a New Stadium build miles away, we love the fact that we have new owners with cash to spend but I highly recommend this idea if true is scrapped ASAP, that would be a very bad move & a fast track to turning us all against the owners... this club is on hallowed ground & must be kept as such, add on to it or even pull a bit down to expand but we beg of you do not move us.
Its most likely all rubbish talk but I had to have my say on that.
Also I think the Sir Bobby Robson Stand is long long overdue, a certain ex owner promised us that years back, let's hope it is finally done.
We Are United & Sir Bobby is a massive part of us & our beloved club.
C. W.
It is st James. What can I say. I went to support at a job fair, the barrack. Plenty of room. Lots of stalls. Lots of people coming though. Staff hold fair were friendly. ST James as always is the best. Clean. Buss of activities. Lots on offer
s. g.
Best atmosphere in the world 🖤🤍⚽️
R. S.
Great stadium, and finaly Shearer is in the right spot.
P. H.
great atmosphere these days, the ground its self needs a bit up dating in places but theres decent football to watch, plenty of options of food and alcahol at half time if needed.
S. G.
Didn't go inside the stadium just had to go to the old gate and take a photograph
G. O.
Plenty of parking spacing for nhs staff in multi story carpark on floors 2 to 5 but permit holders only. Parking outside is pay to park 80p an hour code 6351
s. p.
Nice place for meetings. Pitch looks lovely
E. W.
After over 50 years of going, the place remains magical to me
K. A.
Brilliant atmosphere especially the end of game 👍⚽️
B. D.
Best place ever especially at the final game of the season in may 22. Hopefully it’s a friendly place for visitors but I am so biased as I have been going all my life.
B. M.
As a Newcastle fan I love this place but have been here with fans of other clubs and they always seem impressed with the stadium. The atmosphere on match days is electric and must be experienced at least once in your life. As you drive into the city you see the stadium right in the middle of the city and it feels like the whole city revolves around the stadium.
A. C.
Had some great times in this stadium. One of the best stadiums in the UK, with some of the best fans in the World; good combination.
A. B.
Sat near the back of the upper tier as an away fan.
Fantastic view and great atmosphere from the Leicester city fans ,but the Newcastle fans were extremely quite.Friendly staff ,but prices for food and drink were quite expensive.
Leicester won 0-3 so all in all a good day out and no problems getting back to the coaches after the game
I. H.
Great city centre location within easy walking distance to the station. Standard venue facilities with terraces access from amenities such as food pie, pizza, hotdog etc bars and Toilets. Seats we had gave a good view. We were watching the rugby here with a fabulous friendly atmosphere. What a great event conradulations to the whole of Newcastle what a beautiful and friendly city
L.
Great atmosphere in this stadium! Not many stadiums can beat it for atmosphere in England. Getting in isn’t the best experience but the metro provides fast transport. Overall a brilliant experience!
S. W.
My favourite car park in Newcastle. Lovely levels at a decent price. Good selection of bays.
L. O.
Excellent stadium. I was in the away section and it was a brilliant view
N. P.
Booked the tour and 2 course pub lunch for my husbands 40th birthday. So glad we did it was brilliant. The tour lasted one and half hours and was really interesting. The chap doing the tour was great and knew his stuff. Our pub lunch was in the Nine Bar afterwards which was really nice, great atmosphere in there too :)
A. i.
Brilliant football ground great atmosphere well worth a visit
S. D.
💖💖💖 what can I say except that it's everything and more!! Love this place absolutely stunning stadium with wonderful people even if the match doesn't go your way it's never going to be a wasted journey!! If you haven't been then you really must go it's a real must see ⚽️
Y. M.
Close to the centre for before the game. Be wary of the amount of stairs you'll need to climb for the away end. Other than that great stadium with good menu selection
J. k. (.
Fantastic...... what a great tour 😁😁
Starting in the hospitality suites, you get the full tour from the top of the Millburn stand down to the team dugouts pitchside. Chocka block full of interesting facts, from the history of the club through to the psycology of the game especially in regards to away team facilities etc.
Our guide Carol made the tour for us very informative, friendly and polite full of knowledge about the club and great with the kids.
I'd thoroughly recommend this for any fan, football lover or anyone looking for a good couple of hours out the house.
L. H.
Main experience is of the car park, which is convenient for going into town when it's not a match day. I've heard it's good for a game though, too! 😉🤞
A. H.
Best experience ever as a football fan to watch a live match in English premiere league, Liverpool× new castle, a great experience that i will truly remember for infinity.
A. Q.
What an atmosphere today. First day post Ashley. Great family friendly stadium.
C. K.
Went here for a tour it was incredibly tour well worth it and my daughter was there as she has leukaemia and my son got gata2 so it was a day of another memorable day for them it'd was amazing tour and by far best stadium looking smart and wel organised and absolutely stunning :) thank you ever so much ! X x x x x x x
S. H.
Amazing stadium falling apart due to neglect from the owner, will still go weekly to watch the match & expect nothing. Tons of nearby bars.
T. T.
Great experience doing the stadium tour. Our guide, Mick was a lovely guy and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend 😊👍🏻
J. C.
Impressive stadium nice sports bar for drinks and food
C. J.
Visited St James' Park the day before the Wolves game. Impressive stadium right in the middle of the city. Great views from the seats (they stick the away fans right at the top with loads of stairs to climb!!) Another to tick off the list!
G. K.
My place of entertainment for 53 years. Love it!
H. C.
Amazing place but needs more toilets and signage. I found the stadium an amazing, busy, friendly but confusing place, once we d queued up for ages in the wrong place, and then found the right entrance, and queued for ages to get to our seats, the seats were comfy within the platinum area and the view of the pitch spectacular. There's a bar and a food place, lots of helpful, friendly stewards ready and willing to help you find your seat and a massive queue for the toilet. (There were 50,101 people). The pros definately out weigh the cons, this is the first time I'd ever seen a professional rugby match, and it was simply awsome, I'd go again in a heartbeat.
J. R.
Visited so many times. My team since I was small! We've had our ups and downs but this place is simply incredible on match days!
m.
Was in the city and decide to visit the stadium and at least see it from the outside. It's a lovely thoroughly modern stadium. There's an obligatory shop attached selling all manners of NUFC themed goodies and replica shirts.
C.
Fantastic stadium, sat in the Leazes Stand for NUFC Women's first ever match here and the view and atmosphere were great.
K. H.
Wow, first time since the 90s, my visit, for the match against Leicester, was amazing, freindly helpful staff, and the fans, crazy, loud, made the atmosphere electric,
J. N.
Had a great night excellent view. All the staff friendly, polite and professional. The bar is a bit pricey and it's not the best lager considering the price. Super stadium definitely worth a visit.
P. D.
Another top performance from the lads!
H. W.
A great football stadium. This is how it can be classified this stadium, which has all comfort and safety for all fans who are watching a beautiful game of football, whether the local fans or the fans. Access is easy, with good policing, all that is necessary to enjoy a good football match.
p.
My nephew is a big football fan, not of Newcastle United though, and I don't even like football but the tour was excellent. It was really interesting to see behind the scenes.
J. S.
Have been a couple of times Great stadium. Brilliant atmosphere good team.
D. D.
Incredible atmosphere! The Platinum Club had the food and drink we wanted and needed, and everyone on staff was very helpful. HWTL!
D. B.
The Cathedral on the hill, the place where the greatest football supporters go to watch the greatest team in the Premier League.... Newcastle United FC
m. b.
Fantastic visit,on a works conference for a couple of days and I must say what a place!!!
Very impressive Stadium and professionally run.
We had a little treat of a Stadium tour with a lovely lady (sorry I forget her name) who was an absolute card and vastly knowledgeable and passionate about the place!!!
Thanks for everything!
A. M.
Excellent stadium, views from all tiers of the ground are excellent, easy to access being in city centre all local facilities close by and plenty of bars to choose from.
S. H.
I've being going to St James Park for 40 plus years and last night was out of this world and I've seen some amazing nights and days let's hope this is the beginning of our new era ❤
S.
Hwtl utfm 🖤🤍⚫️⚪️ massive club toon army munched a sausage roll whiles munching this with a severe hangover after downing many cans in celebration of Botman
N. S.
An amazing club with a wonderful team , staff and fans . Arrived with MUFC U23s won obviously but this venue is one of the top stadiums in the country and when here with the first team the roar from the fans is amazing . Great club
D. M.
Absolutely lovely stadium but I would say that as I am a Newcastle United Supporter and Season Ticker Holder haha but here are some photos
W. R.
Obviously being a Newcastle fan I'm gona be baised but what a stadium when it's rocking. Food is good and match day tickets are cheaper than most. Stadium needs up graded in places. But overall 👍👍
A. D.
It's a big stadium but a very poor watching experience for away fans who are so far up in the gods you need an oxygen mask.
J. J.
Absolutely brilliant theres no atmosphere like it its a pleasure to go to a game with a smile on your face now 😉
C. S.
A wonderful day out. Stewards could be a bit more knowledgable about the ground.
Cambridge United won a hard fought game.
Third round of the FA Cup.
A. H.
Fantastic stadium, in the heart of the city and steeped in history. Stadium tour was one of the better ones I have done and worth the £15.
M. V. j.
Simply the best and the most friendlies fans in the UK
I. B.
Legendary st James park home to Newcastle upon Tyne Football club where Alnwick Ladies played the first game ever of women's football Alnwick lost 4.0 to Newcastle Ladies! Go Alnwick Ladies
L. B.
Went for the Rochdale FA Cup replay.
Decent ground and right in Newcastle city centre.
Away fans are up in the God’s! I counted around 7 flights of stairs to climb from the bottom and then more up to your seats. There are lifts available if you need em.
Cracking steak pie for £4.
Parked at the Gate shopping centre. 5 mins walk from the stadium and plenty of places to eat in there too, Nando’s, Pizza Hut, Wetherspoons etc.
We ate at the Shark Club in the Sandman Hotel right opposite the ground.
C. W.
Great, wonderful place and used to dealing with large crowds however use public transport where possible as parking space is very limited
R. L.
Howay the Lads!
Absolutely one of the most fantastic experiences and clubs in the league. A club and a fan base that is rich in history. They're on the up, and what's really exciting is this this is a club which still supports and still has families turning out to watch the game. It's a great atmosphere no matter where you are in the stands, there really is not a bad place to watch the game from. Keep in mind that if you need tickets you will have to be a member of first and usually you can get a few extra tickets through general sale when they come out.
L. H.
What can I say? I LOVE this place due to being a season ticket holder for the past 2 seasons in the Gallowgate and seeing some memorable games here under Rafa. 5 stars despite it being £4.40 for a pint of Carling! Looking forward to next season after a (hopefully) memorable World Cup this summer!
S. W.
How wonderful that the atmosphere is returning to this fabulous stadium after years of mismanagement. Let's hope the progress continues
M. L.
Is there a better place to be. Even in the bad time's
d. b.
St james park is the best place to be atmosphere when newcastle play is absoultly electric no football fans could beat that
J. W.
Good ground to visit, especially when your team win. Well done Mighty Reds
D. W.
Not a place like it the atmosphere is always electric, anything I write here won't come close best advice is to go and that'll speak for itself, heart of the city
D. M.
Gurt ground. One of my favourite awaydays all the way from Bristol. Brilliant atmosphere. Away fans get a nose bleed how far up we are. Nice looking and big. Shame we went 2-0 up to bottle ot 2-2 back in 2017.
G. L.
It's a pleasure to go back after Ashley has finally left.
J. T.
Home to the greatest club! The stadium itself could do with a bit of a revamp in some areas (not that Ashley will spend anything on it!). It is probably the best located ground in England, at the top of the city. Very easy to get to as a metro stops 10 minutes walk from the ground. There is a number of bars around it for pre match food and drink
K. W.
A great stadium tour
M. S. D.
It is really a nice stadium to visit. It has adequate parking spaces and wheelchair accessible parking and entrance
P. L.
Best £30 I have spent for the 3 of us well worth it NUFC stadium tour
J. P.
The Cathedral on the hill, where else would you want to watch the toon.
H. G.
First time I've been on an actual stadium tour at St James, took the wife and 2 grandsons (9yrs + 4yrs). Loved it, hopefully they did lol. Really good value for money at an hour and half for £15. Granted the 4 four year old was getting tired towards the end, but this could have been the 2 hour journey as well. He soon perked up when he was walking out down the tunnel to pitchside mind lol.
The tour shows lots of behind the scene bits you'd never get to see normally. The tour guide, Richard, was knowledgeable and witty keeping the tour educational and fun. Even fell lucky and came across good photo opportunity with the Fairs Cup...... Would def recommend the tour.
T. K.
Match experience not good today.
Bar service very slow as was busy and queues for toilets crazy. Let's hope new owners redesign such facilities to cope with the crowds.
L. W.
Great stadium with great players and staff especially at Shearers bar 😍
L. S.
Amazing atmosphere at tonight's game, flags to wave etc...
S. F.
Great tour from Richard . Very knowledgeable , informative and fun.wonderful stadium great history which you can feel .
L. R.
Best stadium in the world. The cathedral on the hill.
D. B.
What a place (the cathedral on the hill.)the atmosphere was unbelievable. What other ground gives the players and manager a standing ovation at the end of season after getting beat 2-3 on the final home game and finishing in the bottom half of the division.
C. X.
The Toon. I always thought of the stadium as the coolest in the prem due to its unique look. I was very happy to see and feel a game first hand. Good atmosphere and a place orty checking out as a football fan.
A. B.
Rugby league Magic Weekend. Good stadium with plenty of bars around it. Great atmosphere, good staff.
S. M.
Expensive, unfriendly staff and too far from the pitch. I suppose that's what you get as an away fan.
C. B. (. m.
Went to a presentation at The Sir Bobby Robson Suite today brought forward by The Princes Trust. Outstanding venue, staff and attendees. Well done to everyone, including those behind the scenes people too
H. R.
This place is absolutely amazing. It is a dream to watch a football match live with the English crowd. I happened to watch the match Vs Newcastle United and Manchester United. It's clean, wide, has a hotel and several meeting and other halls here. It has a big parking area and very amazing place. Above all...it's the home of the toon army.
g. w.
Had a fantastic evening at St James' Park watching England beat Italy (rugby) 37-0. After a 3 hour journey instead of 2 we arrived at Eldon Square carpark which was very straightforward to get to, and free after 5. It was only a short walk from the car park. It was a fantastic atmosphere with an attendance of 50,157. Me and my boys were very lucky to be sat not far from the centre line, so we could see everything. The toilets were clean and there weren't very big queues, which surprised me. There were plenty of places to grab something to eat close by, and even burger vans outside the stadium. As we left I could see queues of traffic coming from one carpark (I think it was Eldon Garden) I'd avoid that one. When we got back to our car, we were straight out of Newcastle and straight on the A1 back home (no queuing at all). It was well worth the journey, but just remember to set off early, as traffic does get congested.
G. L.
Great stadium with amazing fans and people but I don't support Newcastle I am in love with liverpool
V. S.
Absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere is back and it is much nicer now Sports Direct signs have gone. Mind I am biased as life long toon fan.
C. F.
Great place was here for a works event great facilities very good highly recommended
R. D.
A great place to go, absolutely great atmosphere. But we only got a draw this week
L. B.
Best stadium in the world! Best club in the world. Best fans in the world. TOON TOON🙌👊🖤🤍
A. C.
Beautiful ground, helpfull staff and an amazing atmosphere. Lots of staff around to ensure people are safe too.
N. C.
Great atmosphere and its smashing.. the only problem I had was the lack of signs esp inside telling you which way to go for seats.. asked 7 people.. suppose that's what they are there for but needs more signage inside amd outside for people attending first time.
H. V.
Amazing place !!! A great lifetime experience !!!
G. D.
Absolutely amazing place , a must vist even if you not into football.
T.
My season ticket is in Bar 1892 and the staff in Bar 1892 are always friendly and helpful. That's not the case thought the stadium lol. Most of the he stewards are unfriendly, unhelpful and power mad! Don't expect fair or consistent treatment by staff.
M. S.
WOW! What a view.
St James' Park sits at the top of Newcastle City Centre like a footballing cathedral overlooking the rest of this magnificent city.
I drove up from Nottingham to watch Newcastle v Brighton and whilst the game was forgettable (last on match of the day tells it's own story!) the stadium is anything but. I was situated in Level 7 with my daughter about 8 rows from the back. We were slightly worried we'd have a poor view being so high up but it was brilliant.
Navigating our way firstly into the stadium and then to our seats was effortless as signs were very clear and the stewards pointed our seats out without any fuss.
A truely great stadium. I would also recommend Grainger Town car park if your travelling from afar and/or unfamiliar with the city as it's really easy to find, inexpensive, very secure and less than a 10 minute walk away (you can see the stadium from the top of the car park as one of the pictures shows).
a. h.
A favourite for all Manchester City fans as we win here more often than not these days. Great stadium too.
M. D.
Superb hospitality at Barracks in Milburn Stand. Can’t be recommended highly enough.
S. t.
My beautiful football clubs stadium, the club do.my head in but can't help love the club and stadium
S. M.
Had a tour round the ground. Sue was the host and was funny and informative. Highly recommended
H.
A wonderful tour - and all for £15 per adult. Takes roughly 90 minutes, full of information and you get to visit most places of interest at NUFC - Better than some other Premier League tours I've done and a real bargain.

My favourite football team for over 60 years, now has great atmosphere, toilets are atrocious.
B. B.
Visited for a nursing conference. Catering staff were lovely and accommodating. Think the gaffa of the day was Jimmy? He was a top notch bloke showed us around gave us abit of history and had a good sense of humor.
Great photographer he was too.
M. M.
Best stadium in the world but I'm probably biased.
E. w.
If you want an atmospheric football ground look no further if your looking for loud fun loving die hard fans then this is the place to be , St James is a hot bed for passionate football enthusiasts amd with the recent purchase of the club by already loyal fans and owners then this place is going to go from strength to strength TOON TOON BLACK AND WHITE ARMY ⬛️⬜️⬛️⬜️⬛️⬜️😍
M. A.
The palace. Fresh food good beers hospitality on point and the boys play here with there hearts on there sleeves #hwtl
S. K.
The best Football Stadium in the North East. Cheap and good view. Great enthusiastic people come to watch the match. Easily commutes are available from the stadium to anywhere in the city.
P. M.
Today I'm giving it 5 stars. Might be different on next visit.
Just gets better and better.
Omg. Better again.
J. T.
5 star now the sp*rts direct signs have gone and shearer is where he belongs
K. O.
This would be one of the best away days going, if only they didn't put the away fans up in the clouds. If they put them at pitch level, it would be the best away day ever.
s. c.
Good stadium, pleasant staff, clean toilets
H. A.
we were in shearers bar not the ground nice to see the name back and the statue!!!!!!!!!season ticket ah if only need to win the lottery
D. H.
A place where all cultures and religions blend together as 1 family to support our great club 🖤🤍
S. S.
Home of the Toonarmy. Cracking team and fanbase. Geordies are the best. Supporters shop is amazing.
N. P. P.
If your disabled contact the box office foe guidance but 100% love this place
P. W.
Fantastic venue for the magic weekend, would definitely recommend it.
Prices for a pint of lager and a pie extortionate though £5-50 for a pint and £4 for a pie, came out of the ground and found a greggs £1-60 for a steak bake, went into the goose public house and a pint and a half of lager £5-50 for both, so we'll worth having something to eat and drink before going into ground for the games.
N. W.
Easy to find Central location, away fans about 3 miles up though, LOTS of stairs. Home fans quiet until they'd won the game really (Saints very poor, lost 3-1 and that flattered us).
C. D.
Great home to the best football team and the greatest fans in the world.
D. W.
Looking forward to no sports direct signage at next game. Still work to be done in and around the ground especially the bar areas and furniture, hopefully these will improve for next season.
L. W.
One of the best football grounds I've ever been to, and the best, and most loyal fans. Easy to get too, and a must see if you're a football fan.
J. T.
While I am not an avid football fan. I do have a record that every Newcastle United fan would love to have. A 100% record I have been to 3 games, and all 3 have been won. So I am not going to any more games as I would like to keep my record.
I also went to 1 of the 2015 rugby world cup games at St James' park. The game between Scotland and Samoa which was won 36,33 by Scotland.
Although at the same time if Newcastle do reach say the quarter or whisper it maybe even the semi finals of the Fa Cup. Then I am sure everyone in Newcastle will get right behind them.⚽️🏐⚽️🏐⚽️🏐⚽️
M. H.
A good stadium one of the stewards was a bit rude but everything else was great.apart from.result
R. B.
Decent ground, but as an away fan you go up alot of flights of steps to get to the away seats. Very central location.
s. s.
Great👍😃 made it to a game they won😁 beat Everton great atmosphere
D. K.
First time I have been this season and they won not bad.... joking apart fantastic atmosphere 1,000 times better than the last regime let's hope this is the time for the faithful the fans deserve it ...
M. 6.
Very impressive stadium, we were seated in the away supporters stand which is quite high up, but the view was still amazing. The food an beer prices were on the steep side too.
P. S.
There for Ed Sheeran gig. Huge arena, I suppose like any other, but was impressed with the efficiency of getting everyone in and to their seats without drama.
Is within easy reach of Newcastle variation and also the metro.
D. C.
Fantastic stadium been to every Magic weekend they have hosted. Should never be played anywhere else. So easy to get to and away from right in the middle of Newcastle who could ask for more
O. T. L.
The cathedral on the hill! What more can I say? Absolutely fantastic atmosphere every time I go! Come on Newcastle!!!!!
M. N.
Great atmosphere but spoilt by power crazy stewards denying players access to their families at full time. Rugby League players are different than the usual drama queens gracing the pitch. They put their bodies on the line and run hard for 80 minutes wear their shirts with pride and their team spirit is second to none. Mum's Dad's Auntie's Uncle's Brothers Sister's all follow their heroes only to be denied post match embraces. I'm sorry but this is so wrong!
C. C.
Great stadium great staff
B. K.
A little slice of sporting heaven , atmosphere was amazing on a match day ..Chinatown across the road.....what's not to love !!!!
A. R. (.
Really cool! Best stadium tour yet. Long and covers everything. Must do in Newcastle!
B. M.
My favourite club and my favourite stadium in the PL - nothing more to say!
k. r. w.
Best stadium and fans in the league. Stadium tour was class and the tour guide was a canny bloke. Get your self there now Ashley has finally sold.
A. S.
Great place to go, great & friendly people when you get there.
I have been going since 1964, so seen a lot, enjoyed a lot.
D. H.
Great stadium and fantastic atmosphere. Football not so good 😁
R. O.
My second football team ! Loverly club with a excellent manager.
K. M.
SaintJames Park, Theatre to legends of the game in years gone by, Mecca to the ever faithful, ever hope filled, Passionate, long suffering, occasionally belligerent masses.
SJP dominates the skyline offering seldom matched views of true urban beauty, especially on clear mornings or evenings as the sun meets the horizon looking towards the river Tyne.
No one yet put it into better words so to quote a few lines...
"It is the noise, the passion, the feeling of belonging, the pride in your city. It is a small boy clambering up the stadium steps for the very first time, gripping his father's hand, gawping at the hallowed stretch of turf beneath him and.. Without being able to do a thing about it. falling in love." Sir Bobby Robson. ... Hold on tight son it all begins here
B.
The greatest place on earth.
L. H.
Brilliant this stadium the home of Newcastle United the city centre stadium and its the only football team in the toon.
A. H.
Great atmosphere as normal...and more omportant a big win!
R. W.
Big spacious stadium. Views from the away end is incredible.
S. C.
Great rugby match, keep away from the gods walk up steps difficult. Unrestricted views everywhere
S. T.
Massive stadium with good facilities near by as it’s in the middle of Newcastle it’s self.
K. 5.
Iconic ground great to visit as an away supporter
R. G.
Amazing atmosphere and game for first time there.
D. M.
The Park of Dreams, soon to be devoid of Chris Ashley or any of his companies.
Good look to all those who follow him
K. N.
Atmosphere is back, crowd's bouncing, team's playing well - brilliant!!
M. S.
Immense atmosphere from the toon
Can't say the same about the Brighton fans
D. T.
You have to be fit to get to your seat over a hundred steps to climb but great pitch view when you get there.good facilities in the concourse but a bit on the pricey side £5.00 for a bottle of beer
Over all good stadium
J. B.
Absolutely magic!!!! Outplayed a team going for a Champions League place says it all.
🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁
A. H.
I became a lifelong lover of newcarstle after they got brought y my second favorite contry (MERICA NUMBER 1) After giving up my favourite team of man chester city because they aren't as rich. I became a man chester city fan becasuse they won a lot of trophies. I was also raised as a totten ham but they don't as many trophies.
M. G.
Beer expensive like all football grounds. Easy to get to etc
D. D.
Ops sing game of the season. Lovely day out. Great 💺
J. H.
Class stadium. I was in the away end, but found the local hospitality to be outstanding from the home fans, even if they did all leave as soon as Jack Payne slotted home the winner for Huddersfield!
N. F.
Despite the shocking football we have played in recent years still get a buzz every time I walk up to my seat. Staff are friendly and helpful.
C. B.
Always an excellent atmosphere and the corporate experience is nothing short of excellent. Looking forward to going again.
L. A. B.
Went to watch the Toon play Spurs. First match with our new owners. The atmosphere was electric. Can't wait to go again.
J.
One of the best stadiums in Britain if not Europe and I have been to a lot. Sat raised above everything in the centre of Newcastle upon Tyne. Fantastic place
a.
Large stadium. Good view from high up in Leazes stand.
M. L.
Stewards are always happy to help and excellent experience for the kids
R. T.
Thriving and loud no better place to be in the world, mind it does need a good touch up like
C. P.
It was nice to see Newcastle United play on a warm day
N. A.
Fantastic stadium tour by Carol. Love the whole thing. I recommend whole heartedly.
D. B.
Only place to go if you want to watch outstanding football
m. O.
Great venue, not so great bar service, less said about the team.......
P. S.
It's my castle on the hill (my church)that l Love. Up the mighty mags
I. H.
The Stadium tour was great and made all the better for the host Claire who was full of facts and enthusiasm.
C. B.
A fantastic place to watch football, true it could do with some tlc, but with 50,000 Geordies cheering their team on, it really is a great place to be. You can revel in the heroes of yesteryear by observing the statues placed around the ground.
S. M.
Absolutely cracking time, really enjoyed the hospitality and the atmosphere. Felt really looked after by the staff. Would definitely recommend as great place to entertain or just enjoy the football.
N. P.
Great place to watch Newcastle United but bring you own soft drinks as £2:45 for a bottle of 500lm of sprite is a bit steep
G. E.
Stadium and atmosphere are brilliant but the food and drink prices are the most expensive I've ever seen, e.g a small portion of chips £3.50, a 500ml of carling lager in a plastic bottle £5.00, very expensive especially when you take 3 kids.
L. S. l.
Great Stadium really a very very good environment
A. P.
Even if your not a fan of football the atmosphere is second to non
G. E.
Nice stadium with great atmosphere.
b.
0-3 win very good, but oh so quiet from the Saudi boys
Hopefully with all their money they could add escalators to get the away fans up to the 7th floor
B. D.
Good facilities, not been on a foitball event and all associated with that!
Went for rugby league magic weekend, 3 games per day, all fans mixed in together - great event, great banter etc
K. T.
Great atmosphere for the first ladies match here.
M. E.
Great stadium tour today . Well worth visiting
G. S.
Great stadium to watch football. Staff are so helpful. Seats were fantastic. Great experience!!
M. E.
God's theatre, doesn't get any better when this place gets rocking.
P. S.
St James' Park has been the home ground of Newcastle United since 1892 and has been used for football since 1880.
With ownership changing recently to the Saudi crown prince after some years of argument in court based on some political and TV rights issues.
Throughout its history, the desire for expansion has caused conflict with local residents and the local council. This has led to proposals to move at least twice in the late 1960s, and a controversial 1995 proposed move to nearby Leazes Park. Reluctance to move has led to the distinctive lop-sided appearance of the present-day stadium's asymmetrical stands.
Besides club football, St James' Park has also been used for international football, at the 2012 Olympics, for the rugby league Magic Weekend, rugby union World Cup, Premiership and England Test matches, charity football events, rock concerts, and as a set for film and reality television. The stadium has a maximum seating capacity of 52,354,making it the eighth-largest club football stadium in England, behind Wembley Stadium, Old Trafford, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Emirates Stadium, Etihad Stadium, Anfield and London Stadium
It is the tenth-largest football stadium in the United Kingdom overall when including the Millennium Stadium (the national stadium of Wales), and Celtic Park (a Scottish club football ground);
the twelfth largest stadium in the United Kingdom overall when including the rugby venues of Twickenham in England, Murrayfield in Scotland.
Developments since 1993 have ensured the lower tier of seating of the ground still forms a continuous bowl around the pitch, below the level of the executive boxes. The club record attendance is 68,386 set in 1930 against Chelsea, when standing was allowed on the terraces.
J. H.
The food was not great we were offered not sure if that was them or the company we were with
R. T.
Fantastic place and fingers crossed, some great football to come!!
J. P.
Impressive stadium, which always has a good atmosphere despite the performance on the pitch. Could do with a lick of paint, prices in the stadium are expensive, but similar to other venues such as cinemas.
T. G.
Excellent weekend. Stewards were brilliant. Atmosphere was brilliant. Ground is brilliant. Hopefully the Magic weekend will be back at St James's park next year. 🤞👍👍
S. F.
So much better without the Sports Direct stuff everywhere
E. C.
It's a massive, jaw dropping structure. I can't wait to get inside and cheer the magpies
I. L.
A good stadium for holding concerts in with great acoustics and atmosphere.
M. R.
100% better since it's been cleaned up and rid of The Sports Direct logo and everything that went with it
Fabulous place.
R. N.
52000 capacity match under d lights at a historic football ground in the centre of the city whats not to like A+++
p. m.
Best atmosphere. Best stadium in the whole north east!
G. G.
There's nee better place to be (when Newcastle are winning) fans screaming as the ball hits the back of the net. Makes the hairs on the back of your neck stand up. Class!!
B.
Went to comic-con here. It was so good. Only issues - it was so hot 🔥, which couldn't be helped and there was no food available. Other than that it was a brilliant day
D. W.
Best team Best fans in the world and the atmosphere is electric 🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤
J. I.
five minutes from the centre of Newcastle. Was looking enough to go corporate cannot fault the service the food or the company
S. Y.
Attended the Newcastle building society's AGM. It was a lovely event, very well attended, lovely surroundings and I met some lovely people #changingmindswithpickupapenny
B. M.
Excellent stadium tour. Great value for money.
C. T.
Newcastle United the greatest football team ever 😀
T. L.
Went for the rugby League magic weekend, great stadium, very expensive drinks and food. But we took our own, sorry not paying £9-50 for a pie and a cup of instant coffee.
S. M.
Been before. No issues with stadium as I used the lift to go up to the seventh floor
K. D.
Beautiful stadium amazing fans.
P. S.
Poor second half , seats decent view , east stand
A. C.
Amazing stadium, amazing the people and the facilities. And, yes, we won 😊
L. S.
Went to the City match as a neutral, absolute limbs when Shelvey scored. Tier 1 stadium, the club deserves better owners.
K. M.
Atmosphere amazing had the most wonderful day I am a big toon fan the wor flags were bk just the most wonderful place to be
g. w.
Best place in the country when Newcastle are winning the place will be rocking
P.
A LOT of stairs to climb if you are an away fan, but great noisy atmosphere. Today the mighty Spurs spoiled the party, not sure it will be as easy next time!
G. S.
Nice ground shame the away fans our in gods and results 😀
E. K.
Toured the stadium in September. The guide was personable and very knowledgeable about the grounds, the history and the daily goings on at the stadium. The views from the upper level are breathtaking and I can only imagine how great a game day experience can be. I will definitely come back.
A. T.
Watcjed Leicester play against Newcastle and it was a surreal experiences!! It was my first match to ever see live.
M. K.
Geordies, Geordies, Geordies
C. S.
Lovely northen geordie atmosphere ,we went to the match and was easy to find our seats but they do have lovely staff who are more than happy to help you if you become lost , toliets are easy to find and clean inside, becomes crowded after the game so best to leave 5 mins before match ends would defo recommend the experience is amazing
L. H.
Staff really friendly and so were the home fans. Seats were well spaced out (compared to a lot of stadiums) and reasonably comfortable. Only complaint was how high up we were, I got used to it but it made me feel quite uneasy at first. It was also a really long walk for anyone not used to much exercise. It was a good (almost birds eye) view of the game though I thought. Seemed to be decent enough facilities too.
J. N.
First time visit but atmosphere was awesome,
t. b.
Fab place one of my favourite away games
I. G.
It is my church the Cathedral on the hill this is where memories of the past and dreams of the future are made always in my heart

S. F.
1st ever match I have been to .
Took my son for his 10th birthday.
Brilliant experience
R. N.
Fantastic location, facilities inside not the best, but still one of the most impressive imposing stadiums.
J. C.
The atmosphere here is amazing! One of if not the best football ground in this country. With a capacity of more than 52,000, St. James' Park is really astonishing. No questions needed. Visited this place many, many times, and not once have i been let down. The staff are great and the noise is always brilliant. Great tour guides as well. I HIGHLY recommend this stadium for anyone who hasn't been here yet. UTM!! ⚫⚪
F. K.
I just passed by, and the view was what I have seen for a decade in FAFA games! So the memories became alive in my eyes!
s. b.
Newcastle is better than Sunderland lol
a. h.
Brilliant atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff, very child friendly. If only the owner would sell the club it would be much better!
D. R.
The much fabled stairs up to the away end are significant, but the facilities once you get to level 7 are good. The view over the city is impressive, although the height can be deceptive when the ball is at the other end. Shame the life has been sucked out of the home fans by ownership, imagine it'd be a fearsome atmosphere with a decent team and an owner who wasn't just interested in the bottom line. As it was, disappointingly flat from the home fans, albeit understandable. Overall a nice stadium.
G. B.
Had a fantastic day in the Bobby Moncur suite. Staff were great and COVID safe, excellent food.
j. b.
Brilliant place with brilliant staff. Love It
D. G.
Go New Castle
U. R.
St.James park is a fantastic football ground ....if you love Newcastle United this is the place to watch your team !
You can GET ON TRACK & STRIDE TO SUCCEED with UK RUNNING
l. m.
Was a shame this place hadn't opened yet but we went anyway and walked round the grounds outside. Security saw us and very kindly put the lights on at the players entrance for our little boy to see through the window and get pics taken
K. F.
First time at St James park and it was so good it was overwhelming all the staff where very very helpful great time and would like to do it all again many thanks to all concerned. 😀

M. C.
Excellent day out at the women's football
A. G.
Best ground in the premier league for atmosphere. Still needs some tlc with a new owner in place ....
C. M. Z.
Lovely park, great for everyone to have a picnic, small lake with the birds, great for walks.
A. G.
One of the better sports venues in the UK, well equipped and bang in the middle of the city.
R. N.
Fabulous ground, just so many steps up to the away end and no decent beer on draught!
L. M.
Brilliant ground,Brilliant atmosphere
J. L.
Superb stadium
J. B.
Apart from the extortionate prices and terrible coffee I love this place!
L. D.
Thoroughly recommend the stadium tour! Very friendly knowledgeable staff! Howay the lads!
K. B.
Good view from up high in the away stand. Lot of stairs but there is a lift!
Z. C.
It was my first time here watching my favorite team live and the experience couldn't have been any more unforgettable. The atmosphere on match day is insane, and the layout of the stadium makes it easy to move around. The food options for half time are quite good and the official club store has a huge variety of items that you can buy. The stewards were very friendly and helpful and overall, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had in my life.
E. B.
And a wubble U C great excuse to get out of hoovering the house
B. N.
Always a fantastic day in the players box with the lads
P. C.
Great place now that FCB has gone - and his signs as well!
M. F.
Good view from away end. Staff friendly. Typical football ground.
M. V.
I’m lucky enough to be a season ticket holder and yet every visit still takes my breath away. Absolutely brilliant
S. C.
The best place in the world. The day the Sports Direct signs come down will be beautiful and it'll happen soon. Howay the Lads.
S. H.
Went to see Ed Sheeran amazing ground to many stairs lift would have useful.
E. J.
very big stadium, lots of facilities. the left malfunctioned while I was in there and went to every floor from 1 to 5.
I. J.
Its a long way up to your seats, you need to be fit to get all the way to the top.
K. P.
My church! Just about my favourite place in the world
P. W.
Great venue and fantastic atmosphere
V. J.
Best parking place and easy access
k. b.

Greatest atmosphere in the universe. Enough said.
C. H.
Had a lovely time at St James' Park. Hope to come back and see a win one day
R. F.
Superb stadium tour, matchday service was excellent.
I. B.
New owner's match day, best atmosphere in a long time. Shame about the result. Best fans on the planet
T. U. C. M.
Nice looking stadium
c. k.
Only went around the outside of ground due to tours being fully booked. But very impressive and so surprised how close to town and railway station.
N. “. N.
Great Stadium very clean and tidy but I am only up here working not visiting for pleasure this time
Z. N.
Amazing vantage point to match the awesome 2nd half performance of the mighty Hatters....now bqck to our ultimate aim - auto promotion but i want that title ⚽️🏆
s. d.
Brilliant roof top tour!!
H. W.
Great football stadium in the centre of Newcastle. Take the metro system directly to the ground.
T. J.
Great iconic stadium! However, the catering is very overpriced and not surprising to be honest, as i guess they know there is people willing to pay those prices. Electric atmosphere too! Only gripe is some parts look a little run down, and it could do with a bit of a deep clean. However, a great stadium, we should be so proud.
P. C.
Have now visited St. James’ a couple of times for away games and its a decent day. It’s a long old climb up to the away end but there is a lift if you’re not able. The concourse is spacious and there’s a decent selection of reasonably priced food and drink. Leg room is probably the best I’ve experienced and the view of the action is ok, if a little distant.
Parking at the ground is non existent at least as far as I could tell but there are plenty of places nearby. We used the college on the south side of town which afforded us a relatively speedy exit.
S. N.
A good win in the dying seconds, made it a special day!
Bruno!!!
M. K.
Fantastic event space, service and food! Thank you, our team loved it!
b. l.
Great city, people and place to watch football.
C. S.
Visited the ground on Sunday (Man Utd season ticket holder) 1st time at St James Park and was impressed.
easy access in and out of stadium, our away fans made the atmosphere as the home fans were very quiet.
Great location and a great stadium.
B. M.
A very well organised tour and well presented with a tour guide who definitely knew what they were talking about. Would highly recommend.
I. W.
Great stadium put the away fans high in the sky 440 steps only few more to be in heaven. Right in the city centre.
A. F.
Great stadium but far too many stairs especially when you have problems with joints. Couldn't get to lift coz was ushered through turnstiles too quickly. Views not good for away fans but doesn't stop you making enough noise to drown out away fans.
P. C.
Nice stadium. Good view from behind the sticks (attended for Rugby League's Magic Weekend)
A. M.
Got to see Miggy score. Can't ask for much more than that!
D. T.
I Call This My Home, I Love ST James's Park..
R. T.
One of England great football stadium.
K. B.
Great ground, shame about the team that plays on it lol
D. H.
Good for adults and children alike, very informative
s. a.
Apart from that I am a Man City fan, what an amazing place. I was seated way up high but it was brilliant. The fact such a big ground is in the middle of such a great city is just the best. Not to worry about the result, Leicester did us a favour last night.
D. S.
Super place to live your life and live your dreams
C. W.
Fantastic atmosphere andthe greatest fans . Easy to get to and navigate
J. W.
Fantastic experience at the magic weekend, great ground and city, just a shame the footy team ain't up to much
D. T.
First time I've been for a while on a day other than match day. Wonderful just walking round the perimeter of the stadium soaking in the atmosphere. Bought a couple of tickets from a lovely young lady with a smile that lit up my day!!
V. D.
High up with the gods if you are in the away section so you get a different perspective on the game, once you have dealt with all the stairs. There is a lift though if need be. Facilities were decent, staff quick to serve. Location is great being in the centre and so close to the main train station so good for an away day.
C. C.
Home of the greatest football team ever but I'm biased. Stadium is in a great location and easily accessible. Stadium tour is worth doing if u have a couple of hours to kill. Always been a dream go down the tunnel and onto the pitch at SJP. Could do with a revamp in places and get rid of those awful sports direct signs but cant see that happening anytime soon :-(
J. P.
Lost 1-0 to Cambridge .
Which was awful.
But loved every minute of it
C. W.
Good stadium but not the best even though I am a Newcastle fan. A lot of my issues are probably the same at other stadiums however. Getting served for a drink at half time is insanely difficult! When you do get served it's very expensive. The food isn't bad but it isn't earth shattering yet the prices suggest otherwise. The seating is quite close together but the view to the pitch is unimpeded and the atmosphere can be brilliant. The box office can get busy and queues form quickly. Toilets are standard but again queuing is very likely! They deal with emptying the stadium well despite the routes to/from the stadium being really conjested. As I said it's a good stadium and well worth a visit if you get the chance.
B. B.
Great place to attend , especially now we are rid of the previous owner.
M. L.
Love the place but needs massive refurbishment
M. C. S.
Great stadium. With a lot of facilities in terms of food, drink, and restrooms. If you want to see more of the stadium you can book a tour as well. Great staff all around. Parking wise not great on match days because the stadium is I'm town. Best of getting public transport
B. W.
Brilliant Stadium and food was 10/10
D. M.
Easy stadium to get to. Great atmosphere created by the Clermont fans.
S. S.
We absolutely loved the stadium tour! Carol was brilliant and informative!
P. h.
Great stadium the Geordies were very welcoming and friendly
S. C.
Could smell Steve Bruce and Mike Ashley from the gallowgate end 🤢🤢 other than that pretty sound but never have I smelt something like that in my life
a. b.
Very good, nicely done out, good staff
m.
Special place to watch a football match, home fans create an excellent atmosphere. Inside the stadium u can buy drinks and snacks or place a bet if u fancy a little gamble. The view from most seats is good and tickets are cheap
W. H.
Best ground and supporters in the league!!!
L. H.
Where to start. Amazing stadium. Centrally located (one of the few football stadia in the UK to be in and central to the actual city represents), holds 52k each and every week. The atmosphere is amazing and is incomparable. Shearers bar / Nine bar which is built into the stadium (just off Barack road) is worth a visit before going to a match. Stadium tours are available too.

Superb best stadium in the land. Owned by a tight sod, who is currently contributing to keeping thousands who love this cathedral away from the place, hopefully one day we will all be back when he's moved on.

I work there... its rlly good. Well organised, clean, polite staff.

Really strange design for a stadium and with only one screen. Clearly designed for football rather than rugby which is a shame, but has a fun atmosphere.
They should do something about their speakers too, it's literally impossible to hear the announcements!

Fantastic Stadium, great facilities and the Geordies are the most welcoming people, a great weekend for the Magic weekend of Rugby League👍👍

We got married here a couple of years ago so I bias but I do think it's a great stadium. Staff always lovely and has been done to a great standard. Always a great atmosphere when you go to a match

Parked here and walked round the outside. Saw the Shearer statue. Lovely right hand in the air pose.

The best football stadium in the world.

Magnificent, the walk up to the stadium is great, any direction you come from your essentially heading up hill to the stadium places at the top. It towers over the city. The atmosphere was tremendous, there's a great view out across the city. Must visit.

The greatest football stadium in the world, that's all you need to know...⚽

Good conference rooms with excellent facilities. Ideal for hosting university grad careers fairs and other events. Catering was amazing. Toilets were clean and well maintained. Access available for people in wheelchairs too. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful when directions were needed.

I lived the dream! Did the ground tour on the Thursday before the Chelsea game, Carol took us around, great lady, thank you! Will visit again, with my son, as soon as possible. Thanks for making the trip so memorable.

One of the great English football stadiums, made so by the fact that it is right in the city centre, something that is a rare treat for football fans, and almost unheard of for new builds. The ground has a somewhat lopsided feel, with two giant stands facing two much smaller ones. Also, the away section is as far from the action as is humanly possible (though this may change in future with new rules on where away sections are allowed to be). The toon faithful are a friendly crowd, but they can really get on their team's back if things aren't going well.

Needs doing up after years of Ashleys rule but Im sure will be a grand stadium again soon

Amazing atmosphere, always is at St. James' Park. Comfortable seating for the duration of the game. Accessibility friendly too.
Just a shame the football being played on the pitch, by the toon, has been below average over the Christmas period!
