I was on vacation with my family from Los Angeles to UK and we visited Jump Adventure Trampoline Park. When we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Jade Williams, the General Manager of Jump Adventure Trampoline Park was so cooperative and took my kids to watch the training video first. I loved that approach, since my kids were out of town, and they needed to understand the rules there first before they can start having fun. I also loved the party rooms there and all of them were decorated well for a great fun party. We went upstairs, they have a very nice café with a lot of choices for drinks and freshly cooked pizza. My wife loved the flavored water there. If you go next time to this place, I recommend trying that flavored water. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and my entire family loved it. Jade – love to see you again.

After a longtime, I found a perfect place for my kids. It's a busy park but my kids live it. Activities for everyone. Teenage kids to young one. Highly recommended. I booked the trip for my daughters nursery class for an end of year trip, as they were never going to get one with it being covid times and I thought it was really good value for money. We booked onto the gold package and the kids had an absolute blast. I'll definitely be coming back with my girls again.

My little boy just had his 9th birthday party at Jump Newport, we the Neon VIP party and it was so worth paying the extra. My son and his friends loved the room and the music. Staff were so friendly and our party host was amazing nothing was to much trouble. Jump is spotlessly clean and I would definitely recommend this place for a birthday party or just taking the children for a day out. Thank you guys for making my son’s birthday magical.

Amazing time out with the kids from a very friendly welcoming on reception staff members were helpful and pleasant. Cafe served a variety of well cooked and tasty food that the children really enjoyed. We celebrated my son's 4th birthday and it was perfect! The room was very spacious, the staff were super helpful and the kids had a great time. Totally recommended! I want to give special thanks to Alex who was super attentive at all times :)

Couldn't get any pictures inside as no phones whilst bouncing, but a brilliant range of games and activities fun for adults and kids. We paid spectator prices as parents but the marshals let us bounce with the kids anyway. Not sure I would recommend under 4s for this place unless you have kids that go crazy for bouncing and jumping around. The highlights for me would have to be the gladiator battle atop a narrow bridge with a soft foam cube pit landing if you get knocked off! Good fun. The cafe is a little pricey.

My boy and I love it at jump, the staff are always really helpful and fun. The good is good and reasonably priced. We have been to a few Halloween parties too which are always really good seeing everyone dressed up. So glad jump is in our home town x

Overcrowded and disorganised. Very hot upstairs. No services for disabled parents to access cafe. Kids had a fantastic time though which is the main thing. They were happy and they had slush puppies so was a bonus!

I recently visited Jump. In all honestly it was amazing however just one thing that needs to be addressed is in having lifts or elevator going upstairs to be seat in the cafe area. I few times I've seen mums and dad carrying prams up the stairs. Ideally it would be great if lifts were installed catering for prams users and the disabled.

Amazing place x great staff great fun clean and food was served very quick. My only disappointment was they didn't believe I wasn't a professional and even asked at one point if I'd been a competitor at the Olympics x they actually said they had never a quadruple backflip landing on my hands . Feel in love with a beautiful woman there because she was so impressed my abilities she wants to spend the rest of her life with me .

During an inset day last week, I took my two sons to this venue to burn off some energy. When I arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us information about the briefing video, facilities, cafe etc. The briefing video was short but easy for the kids to understand and off they went. They had a wonderful time, the facilities are really good, a great range of trampolines and inflatables for all ages and I felt the facilities were very clean. My older son managed to twist his ankle while at the venue (going down some steps I should add!) and the young man supervising was absolutely brilliant! I cannot praise him enough - he was there in a shot, administered first aid and was so calm and kind to my son. Paperwork was filled in and he seemed very caring and asked me to let them know if any further treatment was required. I admit that I was impressed enough that I have since booked a birthday party for my younger son and will take an ice pack with me just incase my clumsy one falls over again!!

Wasn't sure what was here from the Website description and didn't make it very clear what to book. Booked the family fun for myself and my 5 year old. Really enjoyed it, lots of soft play and trampolines to choose from, ninja warrior area isn't great but they have a wall if you fancy trying it! Nice cafe to look down on play area but in these current times half of it is sectioned off so it is a little bit small when there are quite a few people there. Good hour out though and would go again. Ideal for parties.

Excellent value for money £9.50 for 2 hrs and half price food. Wpuldve liked to see more staff on the equipment but they were all fab and friendly too and kept an eye on them all, keeping everyone safe and sprayed the equipment in between too.

I have to say my little boy loves coming here. Just something I've remembered is that we booked a birthday party for him in October 2021 and literature states a free return voucher for him, however we never had this and have had a few visits since. The last time I attended, I wasn't allowed on with my son (he's 6) just to make sure he was OK (I wasn't planning on jumping) - presumably due to the fact I only paid for him.

Been to Jump a few times, always have an absolute blast! The staff are very friendly, supportive and enhanced the experience, Holly L went above and beyond for my littleone to feel safe while using the equipment correctly. Very clean and and so many tasks to have fun with. Worth every penny, food in the cafe was great, accommodated a vegan! Would recommend to anyone who would like to have a fun time! My (almost) 6 year old & (almost) 7 year old loved their time here! The multiple sections make it more entertaining for any age. My husband and I sat upstairs (with brother and sister in law) in the cafe with a latte where we could keep an eye on them from above. 2 lattes, a cup of decaf tea and 2 fruit shoots came to about £9 so pretty decent considering the setting. The music was loud, setting the atmosphere nicely and staff were friendly and good with the kids.

When I went I didn't know what to expect, but it was welcoming and nice. There are defiantly a lot of things to do. They give you special trampolinepark socks, and also talk to you about how to stay safe. The food there is amazing and surprisingly cheap. I will come again for sure.

Took my grandsons there on Wednesday, they enjoyed it so much we took them again on Thursday. We were told to arrive 20 minutes before allotted time to sign in and watch safety video, this is more than enough time so they got a bit fed up waiting to go in. Cafe upstairs selling hot and cold drinks and a selection of food. Plenty of seating to watch children if they are old enough to play on their own,or join them if you're feeling energetic.

This was my first visit to a trampoline park and I can say with confidence that I'll definitely be coming back. The facilities at Jump Adventure are amazing, far better than I expected as I thought it would literally just be trampolines. There are an abundance of mini games, with my favourite being the shot clock - where two teams have to throw balls at targets on the opposing side to rack up high scores. The staff were incredibly friendly too. It was clear that I was a beginner and they were very attentive of that, and even gave me some tips on how to improve. As some people have mentioned, you do get very hot jumping around all day but there is ice cold water provided, and a snack bar upstairs to get other drinks or foods if you get peckish. All in all, Jump adventure is a great day out with friends and I highly recommend paying them a visit!

All staff are very good interacting with the children, very good customers service, the park get sanitised every hour as my children spend 2 hours bounce for £13.50pp great offer, loads different activities in park keep them busy. There favourite is jumping from the air bag, wipe out and ninja warrior. Amazing prices in cafe especially the slushy machine to cool down after there session! They all had fantastic time and looking forward to coming back!

EDIT This problem has been resolved my management and I am satisfied and will be returning Went in mid week after school with my boy who was 5 nearly 6... Paid 10 quid booked him in.. asked if he has socks (he did) a wrist band was provided to both of us and away we went to jump.... I don't usually jump but today because I was presented with a wristband I did.. Now the jump socks don't fit my feet anyway... but a little ashamed... I couldn't afford them when requested to do so 20 minutes into the session... so I have 1 child to the left loving jumping with dad begging to continue... . to being told I couldn't jump because after spending my last 20 quid to get through the door with a 2 mile walk home (yes this is our life) they had made a mistake during booking and it should have been 12 quid not 10 to come in and that still didn't resolve the socks issue... I give up 🤷‍♂️ left low ruined and dejected... probably won't be back.. which is a shame as my boy loves it

We had a great visit bought a ticket online. Did the waiver and watched the information video on arrival. Then put on to the floor, it was nice and quiet when we visited Thursday daytime. We had lots of fun on the trampolines, dodgeball, basketball and airbag! We attempted the ninja warrior bits but they are tough! We were knackered but had such a fun outing. Staff were all very friendly too!

Not very good customer service when entering, very to the point, a bit blunt, no please or thank you's. There was only 3 of us sat upstairs and twice we had to wait to be served and had to go outside the back and ask them to serve us while they were all having a cigarette. Never had service like this in the past coming here so very disappointed. The workers watching the kids on the trampolines however were fab. And very Covid safe!

Taken my 3 year old the last few Saturdays to the toddler session at 9 oclock and he absolutely loves it. It's very clean. Plenty of hand sanitizer around. The equipments in this trampoline park is of a high class and safe for kids. There is an excellent cafe on the site with fresh pastry, pizza, drinks, donuts and assortments. I would like to recommend Jade, Ikram, Mohammed and Alex who were very helpful during our visit. Our kids enjoyed it to the most and did not want to come out of the park. Perfect place for my granddaughter. She has so much energy! Lovely staff. The upstairs viewing area let's you see over the arena. Nice just to enjoy a cuppa and a snack. They do Pizza's too. Everything made fresh when you order. Prices are good too....love it!!!!

I booked online for my daughter and a friend to attend a 2 hour session during half term. We arrived in time for the allocated slot, to be met by a large queue of people who hadn't booked, with only 1 lady on the entrance till. Was in the queue for 20 minutes, which meant we missed the start of our slot. Similar issues in the cafe with long queues and only 1 person serving. Tables had been left uncleared and unclean. Having said that, the staff that were available were polite and helpful, it's just unfortunate that during a busy half term the management chose not to put more staff on. A separate queue for online bookings would be a start. The kids enjoyed the jump session and had a lot of fun, the trampoline facilities seemed clean and there were a number of staff keeping an eye on the trampolines. The car park is quite small and we ended up parking on the road. This wasn't an issue for us, but might be for some users with mobility issues.

Well priced, clean, good facilities and excellent bouncing arena with loads of different activities. My only complaint is that it's freezing in there, but I appreciate that it's so that those bouncing don't get overheated. As a spectator I was cold, so just need to take a hoody with me next time. Food and drink is reasonably priced and the staff are friendly and courteous.

Went today for a friend's kids birthday party. The kids had an amazing time, they'll all sleep well tonight. The equipment is really good and the ninja warrior type course is epic. Something there for all ages. Staff were all very friendly, helpful and approachable. Only negative I had was the food wasn't very nice but overall had a great time. I took my niece here to the tots session. What a bargain!! £4.50 for an hour jump, then unlimited amount of time for arts and crafts, a free hot drink and unlimited squash, and I went free too. There was plenty of activities with many balls, castles, tents and of course trampolines. My niece especially loved the fact you were playing Disney music- especially Frozen. We both had such a great time with very friendly and welcoming staff. We shall defiantly come back. Highly recommend.

Kidd loved it, booked online and got 2 hours for the price of 1, which cost £9.50. Down in the bottom corner they got a warped wall like ninja warrior, and on the left side they got a padded circle area with rotating arms where the kids have to duck under one and jump the other, then randomly they change direction. Upstairs there is a cafe area which sells hot food as well as both hot and cold drinks. My girls had a great time there.

Ok. Worth a visit. But probably won't go back. Slightly smaller than others in the area. Kids did like the rotating jump thing ( don't know what it's called). The really bouncy trampoline wasn't open and the staff were very insistent that u watched video even though we told them we had seen same video many times at other trampoline parks. Overall it wasn't rubbish but as i said not awful and certainly worth at least 1 visit to see what you think.

Really enjoyed my visit with my fiancée. We had a brilliant time on the ninja warrior course, competing with eachother. Once our session had finished we headed up to the cafe and enjoyed a lovely cup of coffee and a chocolate muffin. Great customer service from staff in all departments. Visited Jump Adventure a few weeks ago with my sister. After checking in and watching the safety Briefing I was a bit sceptical about only being allowed 2minutes on the wipe out machine. But after getting on the wipe out machine I quickly realised that 2 minutes was more than enough!! We had a brilliant time laughing at each other and thoroughly enjoying the experience. Smaller than some other trampoline parks but plenty of activities and staff are so friendly and really engage with the kids which is so different than any other place I've visited. We go regularly as prices are really reasonable during happy hours and even other times and kids absolutely love it.

Went there yesterday, booked in advance. Really disorganised, staff seemed quite stressed out doing Saturday jump and a birthday party. The cafe though was the worst. Waited ages for my coffee. I politely pointed out loads of people got their coffee who were after me. The guy didn't even speak to me. Made my coffee and it was so bad, I left it there. For £3.75 that's appalling. Won't be returning. Only gave a 3 because my daughter enjoyed half of it.
