This is going to be a long one After a plesant experance in store with another company then finding out that ordering online from them was nothing like this 2 orders of standard of the shelf stuff took over a week to get posted me not happy . So after some digging found Wales archery. Rang them up for some advice and spoke to Adam very helpfull on the phone placed a order after they had closed on friday for some arrows cut down to my size . Got a email saying they had been shipped Tuesday Very happy with this as I didn't expect anything to get done over the weekend I know how busy shops are. Then a issue with the delivery company today was delt with super swiftly. Overall the customer service is second to none very happy and will be useing them for anything I need from now on it's a shame there so far away from me.

Really helpful on the phone & explained everything clearly, I unfortunately couldn't get down there however they took the time to listen and answer my questions and even made a last minute change for me! Can't recommend them enough and I'll definitely be using them again!

What an amazing place, in a old church I think. As a beginner I went in looking for my first archery set up. Absolutely amazing service, very helpful staff, they really know their stuff. They have everything you'll ever need. Bow and arrows in all shapes, sizes and styles to suit all budgets. It can get very busy, I mean busy especially Saturday so prepare to wait. I was explained everything, chose something in my price range the young lad sorted everything out. Again fantastic service.

Went here after wanting to get back into my archery and these guys really know what they are talking about! Full of good information and tips on local areas you can go. Got myself all set up for archery with them and couldn't of been happier with the service i recieved, well done guys! I even managed to break the nock off one of my arrows and when i took it back it was replaced as part of the price of the bow i'd bought two days before! Brilliant!

I ordered the Everset Case. After not hearing anything I contacted the store they told me they will send it out asap but as there postal employees are off I’ll there will be a delay. I informed them it was for a gift and needed it by Friday today. Thursday I received an email for a refund saying when my bag went for inspection upon inspecting it was the wrong bag in the box. I wasn’t happy when I found this out as it took 4 days for them to notice this. I was back and forth with Adam there store manager via email as there phone lines we’re playing up. I eventually go ahold of Adam on the phone and he could not be more apologetic and helpful. They had other bags instock but more expensive I purchased this and he sent it straight out. This was 4pm. Then parcel arrived 8:55am the next day. Cannot ask for more. So what started out as a mess up Adam stepped up to the mark and this is why I have given 4 and not 1 star. Thank you adam.

Great Customer Experience! Came in to get a Bow for my friends Birthday, Stuart kindly helped us out. Can't say enough good things about him and the shop. He was absolutely meticulous in helping my friend get the right bow and setup. Really friendly, great selection and atmosphere. Can't recommend highly enough!
