Z. J.I don’t usually write reviews however this place deserves one. The staff were incredibly friendly, specifically a lovely girl named Hollie who worked in Cafe. I had previously been to gravity in town centre where I can confirm that the services, atmosphere and equipment for the children was shocking. Boost is a lovely trampoline park- strongly recommend. Thank you to all members of staff for creating such a wonderful experience for me and my son :)
A. F.My daughter had a birthday party today. I was a bit worried having seen some bad reviews on here and had I of read the reviews before booking I probably wouldn’t have booked. Now I’m not a mum who is massively social and I watch my kids like a hawk so I stood at the side and just observed. About four or five other party’s kids everywhere very busy, what I observed was the staff being very focused watching the kids making sure there was only one on the rope ladder at one time and that the everyone was being safe at all times. I saw staff members kindly interacting with the children bouncing with and just generally making sure they were ok and happy. The staff were all young yes but I don’t think that made them any less professional and in fact probably better as they probably find it easier to interact with loads of kids. The party room was clean and the hostess polite and helpful. There was the odd bit of little around as we came in but to be fair the staff were extremely busy and I’d rather they were making sure the kids were happy and being safe then running round picking up the odd piece of paper. It was in no way dirty! All in all I would absolutely recommend boost Northampton. Also do expect a small about of hanging around at the start while the hostess makes sure everyone has arrived and has their socks and watch’s the short safety video but after that it’s all good and it does state at the time of booking that that is what happens which is why they ask you to turn up 30 minutes before.
S. T.My 4 year old son has autism & the staff have always been so understanding of his needs, they take extra time to make myself & my son feel welcome & safe. I can now feel less anxious about allowing him to bounce alone knowing the wonderful staff are always on guard to watch over him. He now feels confident to come to boost! It allows him to release his frustration.

J. W.Wow, some whiners leaving reviews on here lol. I personally found this well run and great fun. £10 is probably a maximum but I felt reasonable value. It is good fun, well run and I found the viewing area and facilities good. Reasonable price for a cup of tea. My one gripe was the place needed a decent extractor fan for the kitchens as it smelt really oily much more than I would have expected. Groupon do deals and I will definitely go again. My 11 year old loved it 👍

J. W.Went there for my grandson's birthday, but once in the party room it was a bit of a letdown. Food was OK but the party 🥳 bag was supposed to include a sweet cone but this was missing and when my daughter enquired where they were, was told they were not doing them, but could take the kids up to the cafe to get tubs of pick n mix. This is not practical when you have to try and supervise 7 kids deciding what to put in their tubs, therefore they went home empty handed.

P. C.Book in advance or prepare for a wait. This place is busy but not over crowded. Don’t know if we got some sort of a deal but price was reasonable for 3 children with 3 adults in tow. Kids liked it a lot but the adults loved it! The toddlers area could have more to it though as they were bored after 15 minutes and wanted to go in the rest of the park but could only watch.

My daughter had a birthday party there recently and everything went smooth.
The party host could have done with a louder voice for the amount of children she was watching over, something that should come with more experience.
The party food was adequate though all the kids wanted more chips and nuggets, three small baskets of each to share between the 13 of them
The food and drink on offer to buy was very poor. The machine coke was flat and over priced and the slushies that came with the party just looked to be more than ice than flavour and water.

A. N.My kids love coming to boost. It's great fun but the main reason I'm here is to compliment the staff, they are so kind and should get recognition.
I injured my ankle over a year ago and I should of praised them back then as they looked after me so while and helped me with my youngest son I had with me at the time, but most recently Danielle Hutson, Northants party co-ordinator has been so helpful. She responds quickly to emails. She explains in detail and will go out of her way to call you should you need to speak with ant if the boost team.
Just wanted to give her a little thank you really. 😊

S. W.As a family of two teenagers and two under 5 it is difficult to find something for everyone to enjoy. But now we have! Clean, fresh place to play. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Family explore time is great, not too busy. And little ones can share space with the older ones without getting flattened. Cafe overlooks the whole area, so you can keep a beady eye out whilst getting your caffeine fix. Will be making this a regular outing.

A. M.Myself and a few friends attended Tuesdays fitness class. It was a really fun way of exercising. The staff were welcoming and made us feel at ease. I would defiantly recommend trying it! Great price too!!
A. R.Make sure you get the rules right with the wrist bands. Training might be an issue. If you book for more than an hour you need to change wristband colours. Think they assume I am Mystic Meg.
M. N.Great facility, kids love it. However, disappointed with the cafe. First of all, the lift wasn't working so I could not take my pram with a sleeping baby upstairs to get some refreshments, whilst waiting for my kids who were attending their friend's birthday party. Then I asked my older son to look after the pram whilst I get some drinks at the cafe. Well, it took me 20 minutes!! just to get a bottle of water!! I don't think that is reasonable. Both ladies at the till seems to have been occupied with 1 persons order, running up and down between the kitchen and the till. Then it took another 10 mins to serve 1 person in front of me! No one has apologised nor acknowledged a few of us standing and waiting. And no, it wasn't particularly busy. Management, please sort out the organisation behind the cafe till as there seem to be none at the moment.

L. P.Reasonable value for the kids to let off some steam, some of the sections are a bit dark and uninviting but they loved duelling on the pugel stick. However, Boost is let down badly by the poor standards in the cafe - which, of course, is where the non-bouncers hang out. Sadly the staff and service areas looked most unhygienic. Service was extremely slow and laboured - the sweaty guy serving kept disappearing for no reason. Drinks quality was very poor - see image of a "deluxe" hot chocolate with the hidden surprise of a piece of packaging plastic within! Another lengthy queue resulted in a refund but little acknowledgement of the unacceptable standards. A very disappointing aspect of our visit - I don't doubt we'll bring the kids along again but we'll give the cafe a wide berth!

I have been attending this establishment since I came to Northampton last year.
Great for the children to exercise and a lot of fun , I have seen a lot of positive changes and the children love it .
The sensory day is an excellent day for children with additional needs to be carefree and happy.
Sensory day is the first Wednesday of every month , it’s £6.95 from 4-7pm which is a healthy amount of hours . 👍👍👍
P. P.I liked it. I went with my great nephew. He had a lot of fun going from one area to the other. I spent most of my time watching from the cafe above which was nice. I could see him from the cafe no matter what apparatus he was on.
B. L.Took my 9 year old and 3 year old for 1 hour this am. Be aware every child no matter how old they are will have to wear a mask for foam pits etc and the TV show at the start can be very disappointing for children as all the new soft play apparatus are still closed. I understand this is not a company issue as it's the government rules but your website should be used to provide more information. Thank God the poundshop in Riverside sell small childrens facemasks or our 3 year old wouldn't of been able to go on anything except trampolines.

c) jump - in which you jump into soft pit from a height of 1 metre plus
d) ladder - rope ladder over soft pit. I fell down everytime i was about to reach top 😀😀
e) there's a new bouncy castle, with restraints on 4 corners. They ask you try to run towards the centre, pick a ball, & put it in a net bag. Most balls- win ! Needs reasonable core strength i guess. I was unable to put a single ball in
f) dodgy ball area - is what i really loved ❤️❤️❤️❤️ , 3-6 players on each. Playing with ball on trampoline.
g) basket ball - another lovely area. Playing with basketball at trampoline is simply fun !!!
Good location, surrounded by other shops n restaurants. Adequate parking area.
J. W.£10 each for 1 hour, plus £2 for their own bramd Boost socks, feels massively overpriced and usually packed so not much breathing space. Most of the lockers don't work, safety video shows you what not to do but no advise on what is ok and most of the staff is quite young, not to say that this in itself is an issue but I question if they would cope in an emergency. Many more cheaper, longer lasting activities to do with the kids locally.
S. C.Great place, took a small groups of kids with ASD and ADHD for a couple of hours they loved it. There is a safety briefing before you are allowed on the trampolines. The elevated cafe/watching area gives good visibility across the jumping zones allowing you to relax and know the kids are safe. There are staff in the jumping zones to makes sure the kids are safe and well behaved. The cafe seemed good value and the kids were beaming and the parents stress free. Aim to arrive 30 mins before your allocated bounce time to get through booking in and safety briefing.
M.Colour mix could be a bit different, but really happy with different types of trampolines. Seating is available for adults on 1st Floor balcony.

Very clean and bright and lots of very visible and helpful staff. The yellow and pink made a welcome change from the green and purple that all the other parks seem to choose.
Only niggle and it's the same in all these places... The cafe just can't cope with the volume of people. Long waits for service.
Fix that and it would be 5/5
M. S.At first you think £10 for an hour is a rip off! But 10, 15 minutes in... It's incredibly good value. Fantastic fun and great for exercise. Can get very hot in there during winter so prepare yourself for summer. 👌

J. M.On my 3rd visit to Boost with my daughter and 2 granddaughters, I decided to have a go myself on the many trampolines! It was the best fun, even though 5 days later my poor old bones still ache! Boost is great fun for all the family, though I did think £40 for the 4 of us was quite expensive. My granddaughters LOVE Boost, and would go every week if we could afford it. Are there any plans to incorporate family/off peak/special offer tickets? I hope so, because at £40 it's a "special" outing for us. The cafe upstairs provides reasonably priced refreshments and tables and chairs overlooking the whole play area. May I just say that some (not all) of your young staff need lessons in customer service.......a smile goes a long way!
s. j.Excellent place for kids and adults to let off steam and burn some energy for an hour. Under 5s have their own small area with a foam pit and jumping blocks, The other areas for over 5s are large and loads to do.
L.Tonight I took my son to Boost who developed Tourette's suddenly 3 weeks ago. He has always loved going to Boost and I was worried he would not be welcomed due to his current verbal tic but the staff were amazing and made him feel so welcome. It meant so much, thank you!!!
