c. s.Bingham's recreation ground that provides a cricket square and a number of football pitches catering for league teams of all ages. In addition there is a separate grassed area which provides recreational facilities for males and females who are too young or do not wish to take part in football activities. There is a sports pavilion which has many uses, when covid is not around, including providing refreshments to those attending the sporting events. The only downside is that the parking does not cater for the numbers using the facilities so vehicles overspill onto the entrance drive, surrounding roads and the nearby rail car park.
Overall though a great recreational area.
