Booked archery for my partner as she had a taster session a year ago and liked it. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Lovely location, although not much cover in case of rain! (Still, outdoors types shouldn't worry about a drop of rain!) The instructor was brilliant, really amusing and definitely brought out the best in his students. Would like to return to try out the other activities they offer ( axe throwing looked especially inviting!)

My partner and I did an archery session and we loved it. We have never done archery before but the instructions were clear and made sure we were safe, and the little tips we received really helped us improve and have a good time with it! Would recommend them for a day out for anyone, because they have plenty of stuff to try. Just be sure to bring suitable footwear because there’s a bit of a walk up a muddy path.

Our second visit and the whole experience was great. We have done Archery twice, Rifle shooting and Crossbow. Easy to find, plenty of parking and amenities. The staff are all great in particular Michelle who has been with us twice for Archery and definitely made the experience much more memorable and enjoyable!

I would and definitely will recommend this to anyone who is looking for a fun way to spend their day. We were a great group of 7 and a little puppy. Crossbow shooting was a blast and axe throwing ia absolutely marvelous. The trainer's are just the sweetest bunch and even for a city girl like me they had enough patience to teach me how to throw an axe like a Viking. Thanks for letting us bring our little puppy - she enjoyed the afternoon out too ABSOLUTELY MUST DO!!

We did the 1 hour Archery session and it was fantastic. Jed is a fantastic instructor and got us firing arrows and hitting the targets in no time at all. He even gave us some water as it was a VERY hot day! The walk up to the activity zone is a little over 5 mins, so give yourself plenty of time, especially when it’s warmer weather. An all round great experience and we will definitely be back to try some of the other activities.

Came here for a stag event, consisting of crossbow shooting, axe and knife throwing and air rifle shooting. Everything was really professional and safe, covid friendly (masks in 30* weather) would definitely go again, and recommend to anyone.

I booked this event for my husband's 50th, we did archery, axe and knife throwing and rifle shooting. We had such a brilliant time! The atmosphere was professional yet relaxed, we had really attentive coaches and the time flew by. Michelle even put birthday balloons up for us to shoot at with our arrows! As well as attending to us, they were also seemlessley running a much larger group event and kept us all really well spaced apart. I would definately recommend Into The Forest, whatever the occasion. Thanks to everyone for making this such a special birthday gift!

Easy to get to, good parking. Staff are brilliant, the catering for the corporate event was incredibly good, the activites were good and well managed. Top tip for any bosses thinking of organising a corporate day... dont do it for in December...especially if it involves your staff having to sit in the freezing cold watching a damn power point filled with info that could have been shared in a single email..delivered to a laptop... in the warm....... go and give your head a wobble and keep wobbling it until around May or June and then book your corporate day. Your staff will love you for it and possibly wont resign. No need to thank me.

Got given a voucher for Christmas from my girlfriend for an activity day for 2 and decided to use it on my birthday and I'm so glad I did, cannot fault the experience I have had today it's been fantastic!! Lianne was really friendly, polite and quick to respond to the over abundance of emails i fired her way, nothing seemed too much trouble. They let us upgrade our voucher (for an extra charge) so that we could experience all the activities and was very accommodating to my girlfriend who struggles to walk distances, letting us park right next to the activity area. Massive shout out to Matt and Michelle who took us through the activities today, they were both really friendly and gave great, clear safety briefings and tutorials and we're very helpful if they noticed you was struggling. All in all it was an absolutely fantastic day, I'd recommend it to anyone and I can't wait to go back to do it all again at some point!

Into The Forest is a great little setup just outside Nottingham. We booked for a group of 20 and as a result received a good discount. They were able to arrange travel from our hotel in Nottingham, which took a lot of the headache out of organising the activity in general. My particular favourite was probably the axe/spade/knife throwing, probably because I was a bit rubbish at the archery. I know that the group as a whole really enjoyed themselves despite the fact that the weather was pretty brisk, and I plan to on going back. Big thanks to Michelle for her patience with us on the day, and Lianne for helping arrange it!

Bought my husband and 2 sons vouchers for the air rifle shooting experience. We've been today and they all loved it. Lianne was so welcoming, insisting I go and get my car so my husband didn't have to walk back to the car park with his crutches on arrival, as was our experience guide ( I didn't catch his name). Would definitely recommend and would definitely go again! Massive thumbs up 👍👍

I cannot recommend Into The Forest enough! I Have taken my son there a number of times for air rifle shooting & also the Laser Tag party. They make you feel at ease straightaway & their patience is incredible, when dealing with someone who’s never held a rifle before! The Laser Tag party was so much fun, I think the adults enjoyed it more than the children! 🤣😂🤣 Brilliant place, cant wait to try the axe throwing next!

Fantastic have a go session. The person running these sessions was great covid rules still in place face covering worn axes and bows cleaned before we did the activities and hand gel used at the beginning and end. Great place well done.

So pleased that Into The Forest is available again. We will be having a return match soon! Had a fabulous archery session despite crippling hangovers last Autumn with a friendly welcome from Lianne & patient tuition from Michelle. Sadly us Nottingham out-laws were thrashed by one of the Kent in-laws so we obviously need target practice! Lots of parking, clean portaloos, good sanistising, Covid-safe & a lovely walk along an avenue of mature conker trees. Good value & a hilarious outing. Than-q!
