J. A.Very good facilities. Nice environment. Kindly staff.
However, a few improvements would be nice, like:
A Better interface for bookings on the web site.
Weather updates on the website. (For letting people to know if outdoor courts are playeble or not)
Cheaper indoor courts for the members or some kind of premium membership (allows people to use indoor courts for free or with a proper discount)
And a better vending machine or a canteen.
N. B.Enjoying watching the WTA Nottingham Open Tennis tournament here. The practice courts give you really good access to a behind the scenes view and the centre court is great for seeing some really good tennis in a good atmosphere and a professional setting! The only thing taking away from the experience is that the food options are extortionately priced!

A. S.This is a lovely club and a really well appointed venue for a tournament. We went to the Nottingham Open last week and it was, as usual, and excellent day out. It is always well run and has a nice feel to it.
D. J.Fully accessible and friendly staff. I'm always made to feel welcome when coming here for my son's tennis lessons. He has autism and they are very autism friendly. My son gets excited to visit every time because of the excellent staff and facilities.

c. N.Brilliant, one of their wonderful coaches just won an award for how brilliant she is & how good with children, which I know after an awful experience my child had at an Attenborough Club. Much nicer, cleaner friendlier place with better, friendlier staff, a lot better facilities & cheaper too! I hope the LTA coaches don't ruin it like they have done in Attenborough.
N. A. A.One of the best tennis facillities ! World class grass courts plus hard courts as well ! Nicely maintained courts.

K. M.Tennis centre is a great place to learn and play tennis. Other facilities and gym are fantastic too. They are currently owned and run by Nottingham city council. But from 1st May 2022 it will be only used for tennis only as it is being handed over to LTA which is a shame. So it will probably get expensive and inaccessible to general public. The gym is shutting down, instead LTA could have allowed current members access and probably make some extra money from city council.

It's a lovely facility, and everything works as it should. Not sure that the LTA has the required skills-sets, experience and local knowledge to provide the same exceptional service

P. T.Fantastic facility. Plenty of parking, a nice restaurant and a great place to watch tennis.
J.Professional event which upheld the highest standards. Polite, respectful and helpful volunteers and staff, high grade equipment, communication was clear and timely, complicated logistics were managed expertly, overall an event with no compromises which more than justified the reasonable pricing. Only negative was that the events biggest two players both withdrew, venus Williams and Andy Murray just days before event.

B.Great facilities, lovely setting/surrounds. Nice that the outdoor courts are all separate from each other so you don't get balls rolling across your court during play.

M.Covid restrictions have played havoc with all sorts of events and some have been innovative and tried a different approach for customers and others have found it a convenient curtain behind which to hide. The courts were in fabulous condition and whilst amenities were limited it was understandable. However, and it's a big however, the ridiculous rigmarole of applying for tickets shows no thought for people without the urge to have electronic device dependency. The LTA idea of communication is awful and has not improved over the years. Please don't lose the tournament through inconsiderateness

J. W.Great place...I come every year for the Nottingham open such a brilliant event, super organised and loads to see and do.
A. H.I went rehab gym and it was very good gym.
P. B.The tennis was good, but compulsory mask wearing throughout, social distancing, one-way systems, and long queues for the only small catering van for the entire event don't exactly make for an enjoyable experience.

A. F.There are tennis classes available at several level, the coaches are great and know how to work with children of all ages as well as adults.
If you are taking the kids, you can sign up to use the indoor gym while they are at their class.
There used to be a lot more activities available - e.g tumble tots class, a kind of gymnastics for toddlers, café, etc - but due to C19 there is a limited offer on. Currently you need to wear a mask if you are an accompanying parent and a one way traffic system on the corridors. But these are observed and by people who come here.
Amble parking is available, but you can also use the tram network to get here.

Err, did I say great?
S. C.Great facility! However I went there around 9pm in the evening for a class and it was dark. I’ve never been before and used google maps for directions and couldn’t seem to find my way in. Could use better signage on the road to direct you to the entrance as google just said I had arrived as I was driving by it.
P. D.Good gym and a good sauna and cafe. I especially like the sauna and steam room, for some reason. The showers are in the middle so you can have a cold shower as you go from one to the other. The atmosphere amongst the users is friendly.

Great place to go to for a workout, the gym is kept clean and all in working order :) my local gym, couldn't ask for a better place and your well looked after by staff while there.
C. M.Went to finals day of the 2017 Aegon open tournament. Went for the hospitality package which we found to be well worth the expense - food great, drinks wonderful, but, on such a sunny day, having our own table indoors for when we wanted it was a real boon.
The centre itself is not huge, but is wonderfully friendly and everything you need is nearby.

F. T.Tennis memberships not as good value as fitness etc., social only has three sessions a week often oversubscribed! There are over 40 fitness sessions which cost less. Some issues with general maintenance!
C. F.Good venue, plenty of light and space. Parking is a bit limited but local transport links are very good especially the tram. (Visited for an event not to play tennis)

A. H.Great place ! Upto 10indoor and 10plus outdoor courts to play on. Home to the aegon championships before start of Wimbledon. The centre court is grass and access to public is not given.
Students for University tennis team train on site from morning 6 till 10am, after which the courts are available to general public.

T. T.Saw the last 16 mens on the Nottingham tournament pre Wimbledon. It's not as grand but it's a lot of fun. Excellent games and viewing. You are much closer and more likely to be able to see major players.
M. C.Great place and friendly staff. Disability tennis team are amazing at understanding each child's individual ability and works on the enjoyment rather than competition.
M. K.World class tennis centre. NCC should be very proud to have delivered such a great sports village. It hosts a few international tournaments thought the year and a few top players come to play.
