I have completed both Level 3 and Level 4 with Sports Massage Academy. Throughout both courses the delivery and communication has been excellent, especially during the testing times of Covid restrictions. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time learning with Louise and would highly recommend the programme to anybody considering choosing this as a training provider.

I did the Level 3 Sports Massage course in the South of England. It was well organised, course materials were sent in good time and were in depth. What I enjoyed the most about this course was the amount of practical time available to practice massage techniques. The amount of support given during and after the course is phenomenal and unexpected - the team will help and support you from start to finish, and beyond!

From answering my questions before I even enrolled on the course to the support offered once qualified the Sports Massage Academy has been a great help. Louise the tutor was very knowledgeable & managed to explain body systems, muscles & their functions in a concise but effective way . Despite the difficulties that resulted during lockdown restrictions occurring halfway through the course, such as a change of venue & some zoom teaching sessions instead of face to face, Louise never failed to encourage & engage with us all which was needed as at times the amount of studying felt a little overwhelming . Since qualifying there is continued support from Alex I've enjoyed the webinars where he discusses & advises on how to start a new sports massage business. There is discounts on future courses & CPD and massage equipment. Just a fantastic learning experience. 😊

I completed my level 3 diploma through the sports massage academy and I can’t recommend it enough! After speaking to others who have done a similar course there company provides the most support that I have heard of ! The course it’s self was informative and supportive Alex and Luke were always willing to answer questions and speak about personal experience which was very interesting! The support after qualifying is amazing . Having access to so many resources and a community to gain knowledge and experience is great to be a part of. I will definitely be booking on more courses to enhance my career and update my knowledge.

I can't speak highly enough of Sports Massage Academy and the Level 3 course! After doing a lot of research and talking to different sports massage therapy course providers, Alex was the one that made me decide I was on the right path! His wealth of knowledge is invaluable and his team of people have been super supportive since day 1 on the course! After graduation that support continues through the Alumni page and also directly from them! We had lots to learn and it was tough work but we also met some lovely people and had fun! I completed the Level 3 Sports Massage Therapy Diploma earlier this year. The course tutor Luke was very knowledgable and clearly knew, and demonstrated, this throughout the course. The length and pace was suitable for everyone one the course (everyone passed). We had people on the course coming from a sporting background, massage background, and people who wanted to have a complete change who had never studied physiology or anatomy. The continued support following completion is great too, via facebook group and also discounted rates for future courses. I very much recommend Sports Massage Academy as a training provider and have already booked onto a future cpd course and intend to complete the Level 4 in 2021.

Fantastic course and tutors! I had not studied in a very long time and was worried I would struggle. If you ask for help you will absolutely get it! I have since gone self employed and the alumni programme is a brilliant resource if you need help or have any questions when starting out. I am now studying for my level 4 with sports massage academy and will be qualified before Xmas. The support is second to none, I still message my tutor with questions and always get a prompt response. I will also be returning next year for further CPD courses to continue expanding my knowledge! Top class instruction/tuition delivered by very knowledgeable and passionate tutors. That's the one line review for both the level 3&4 courses delivered by Alex this year in Manchester. Having been on many fitness courses over the years I've met and been tought by many very well qualified tutors and Alex is up there with the best. Not only does he know his subject extremely well, he can explain it at any and all levels making it the perfect place to study, no matter what level you are currently at. As a bonus the additional content on the courses really makes me want to study the level 5 course when its finally released. Great course, tuition and tutor.

I have completed level 3 and 4 with this academy and in between I have completed cupping, taping and acupuncture as well. Coming from a teaching background I must say the sessions are very interactive and interesting. You learn the theory and then apply it. The knowledge of the tutors were impeccable with added bonus content given due to their experiences. As well as being a teacher I am a level 1 coach at Longsight Boxing Club and being a sports therapist I have had great reviews of being both knowledgeable and helping boxers with their injuries. Sports Massage Academy is more than a massage training school. It's a family of therapists who come together to support each other through the years. The level of education and postgrad support offered is superb! Highly recommended training school for sports massage therapy.The alumni community post graduation has been an amazing source of positivity and support! I have just completed my level 3 SMT qualification in Sheffield. I was a complete beginner having never done anything like this before so I thought I would be totally out of my depth. Neil was our tutor and he was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable pitching the tuition just right with enough reassurance when we ever doubted ourselves. The other students on the course were also brilliant as we all supported eachother throughout. I'll actually quite miss my weekends with the SMT bunch but look forward to practicing my skills and learning more with the day courses and level 4.

I can't recommend sports massage academy enough, the course has assisted in building my business (sports massage level 3). You can tell the workbooks which have been created for this course have had a considerable amount of time spent on them, they are like little bibles for beginning smts. The units are bite sized which allows you to work a full time job along side it. The tutors are extremely knowledgeable and give even more information out that is needed, to ensure youre a competent smt. Will be continuing my development with the sports massage academy.
