Was here today representing Fun Valley running a Boombox children's rave. The venue is a really good size so it's great for parties and has a big car park. Our raves consist of music, lights, bubble machine, snow machine, confetti, giant balloons, pom poms, party's dances, prizes and much much more! We also had one of our bouncy castles on hand as well for extra fun. We also have soft play equipment for hire. Nice club very friendly staff and members, lots of different sections, ie Crown Green bowling, cards, tennis. Had a great artist on last night.

I am hoping to join the membership of this club soon. On my visit , to learn crown green bowls., one member , Mel, made me welcome. I also noticed that they had a busy junior tennis section. I am to old for any kind of tennis.

Excellent all-round Club for tennis, bridge, bowls, petanque and much more. Good bar with friendly stewards serving real ales. There's always something going on. Broughton caters for the whole family.

Only a short afternoon visit to the Beer Festival, which was thoroughly enjoyable. I had to drive back to Manchester later in the evening, therefore unable to comment further.
