A large leisure centre with indoor and outdoor activities available. One large swimming pool with viewing balcony. Accessible entrance and lift to first floor for personnel with mobility issues. A number of fitness classes for people with all abilities and varying ages. Friendly staff always willing to help. Tuesday kids & Friday adult kickboxing.

WACKY WORLD at South moorlands leisure center . Had a great time with my two kids on the inflatables , good variety of inflatables but oh my god you work a sweat up , got cancelled a couple of times due to COVID but was well worth the wait

Great. Went see the physio Gary. He is a top guy. Had issue with my knee and sorted out in 2 treatments. Open honest person. Great conversations. Also shout to Antonio who keeps the place running like clock work. Recommended.

Been swimming here a few times and it has always had clean and dry changing rooms. Showers work well too which is a bonus!

Staff are awesome as usual, facilities for the most part are pretty good, the odd little thing can let the place down though. No mirror in the mens changing rooms under the gym is a little inconvient, they used to have one but since the refurb haven't had it replaced. There are also still areas of the facility that need a bit of attention or modernisation, like the gym lockers on both sides etc. but overall its pretty darn decent.

The staff is great, the range of activities is quite good too. But omg how dirty this place is! You see layers of dust all over, mats are dirty too. Toilets stink. The place needs a good cleaning and refurbish. Besides, no a single mirror in the second gym. And the machines are really outdated. I only go there as there's no choice in this town(

Visited for a kids birthday party. Lifeguards were brilliant and inflatable was fun. Pool water was rather cool especially with kids getting in and out but they were having so much fun they didnt notice!

The staff are fantastic all around. One of my children have swimming lessons and the instructors she's had moving through the stages have been amazing. We had a birthday party there recently and hired the pool and inflatable obstacle course for a very reasonable price and enjoyable for us all. Plenty of activities to do including amazing metafit and kettlebell classes taught by Louise Jenkins (my wife of course). Some facilities have been upgraded however the complex in the whole is dated and is in need of modernising.

Great time at wacky world inflatable for Daughters birthday

A great place to take your children, attention needed though for the table tennis table, as using a metal net that is also to high, and is destroying expensive balls. Also the height of the metal net, is way beyond ITTF Regs. Never get lets in your game, due to having a metal net. I take this sport seriously, as used to play for the county, and trying to teach my son the sport also. So please please please, fix a real net to the table. I have even offered to pay for this and to maintain it. So if it is that individuals are destroying them. Then fit camera's to keep an eye on it. Also some heating wouldn't go a miss as it's freezing down there, by the squash courts. Still, son loves playing but could be so much better. Also learned that the price will go up, only by pence. And if that's the case then the table tennis had better be sorted out. Otherwise will get everyone who uses this to boycott it. Its a joke who uses mesh metal netting for a net. It's a part that the leisure centre have just let go. And not maintained. But the price can go up???

Great place for kids to learn to swim. But be warned thw parents leave the kids clothes in the the changing cubicles and there is a lack of places to get changed.
