TLDR; only worth the money for kids over 6 and teens and adults The toddler area is very small and limited. I would recommend if you have a child under 6 to go instead to a TOTS TAKE OVER session as your toddler might get bored of the small toddler section easily like mine did. I found it quite expensive for a toddler for what it was especially as I had to pay to accompany him. He did not enjoy himself. For adults and kids over 6 I think it's definitely a lot more fun and definitely worth the money.

Excellent facilities. New mini ninja warrior run for the kids. Vast variety of trampolines and different areas. Always great service, staff are always helpful, pleasant and willing to go the extra mile. Would definitely recommend.

Been to the swansea one a few times with my children and it's fantastic. Lots of variety for them to enjoy and 2 for the price of 1 hour on a Sunday is great. Loads of seating and they serve food and drinks. Toilets on site too and plenty of parking, which is free. A cracking place that I would visit again.

A great place to bounce, we only go a couple times a year and the facilities improve each time. Nice cafe onsite and reasonably priced. Sometimes a bit busy in the seating area. Plenty of free parking onsite. Online/advanced booking advised.

This place is awesome 😊 I've always been apprehensive of limitless because of my boy (10yr old with DS) but they asked about him, his history. It was extremely reassuring that they were very stringent about the rules re: one person on any trampoline at any time. Lots of staff monitoring this. My son, my 5 yr old daughter, myself and my g/f had a great time and will definitely be returning. Extremely good value for money. I can't recommend this place enough, 5 stars isn't enough

We’ve been here a few times now. The kids absolutely love it, the prices are great compared to other trampoline parks but the only thing that lets it down, is the lack of seating for the parents at busy times. We would have spent so much more money here, if a table was available for us to be able to sit down to have food. Most of the tables are always covered in children’s coats and shoes but with no one actually sitting at the tables. More lockers may possibly be a solution to this problem.

Took my grandson there on sunday morning with his dad and uncle 3 adults and 1 child bought socks and paid place was quiet because he is only 4 he is only allowed on the toddler area until he is 6 so he was running about with alot of smaller children in a party when the older area only had a few children in there need more things for children his age to do maybe either make toddler area bigger or make small assault course for them

Great session there this morning. Worth when there is a deal for 4 of us £25 rather than paying £9 each. Great facilities & enough to do for all ages there. Both children enjoyed themselves even with it being busy. We will be returning in near future

Price is a bit steep for a regular activity (£10pp for an hour) but it's great fun. Lots of different games and bounce areas. The kids love it and have been many times and not a moment of boredom the whole hour. Nice little bouncers area, although in my opinion its only suitable for under 5's and even then the adventurous 4 year olds will get a bit bored. Other than that it's great, clean and tidy facilities and a decent coffee too!

Reception was chaos, no one knew which kids were signed in and which had seen the safety videos. The queues were awful and not well managed. However the venue was tidy and my kids really enjoyed the visit

Fantastic place to visit so the child can get rid of some energy. Easy to book online, then a quick safety video before entering the trampoline park. If you don't own a pair of special gripping socks then you will have to buy a pair.

Well organised with plenty to keep the kids occupied; we booked for 2 hours and they were still disappointed to leave. I was particularly impressed with the toddler area which had trampolines and a small soft play section so the whole family enjoyed. When we visited (during the summer holidays) it was too busy for my liking but I guess that just shows how popular they are and the kids didn't mind but when we go back (and we will) I will definitely try to choose quieter time. Also the front desk staff were lovely.

Took my children here for first time in ages due to lock down. I was weighing up between this and the local soft play, which they are getting a bit old for. They really enjoyed it here, and happily jumped around fro two hours. There is a large seating area for parents, and a basic cafe. They also close for cleaning between sessions which is good. Only negatives are it is a bit pricey and they play loud, awful music. Fine is you are jumping, but annoying if you are waiting. Also despite a sign to say masks must be worn if you are over 12, nobody was wearing them - and I mean literally nobody!

Visited here with our 2 year old son as part of a birthday party. My wife and son used the under 6 area. They both thoroughly enjoyed and burnt off some energy. Only downside was BUZZ wouldn’t allow a birthday cake to be brought in for the party.

I personally haven't been on the trampolines but I have taken my little girl here on a few occasions now and she absolutely adores the place, there is also a well stocked cafe, although I feel the prices (in the cafe) are a little high for a place like this we all have to make money somewhere, the price to get in and for the reusable socks is more than reasonable for the time you get there, the Marshalls are absolutely fantastic with the children, there is also a handful of arcade like games in the building that aren't unreasonably priced, the covid system is in place! My only downfall as a parent who spectates is the seating area is very Very cold so make sure to wrap up warm on your vist if your only watching.

Brilliant place. Brought our 4yr old for the tots session, he loved every second. Very well run with wristbands, older kids not on the trampolines until the tots session finished. I was chuffed to have a coffee with soy milk and with the meal deals we had two lattes, a panini, crisps, cake, an ice drink and a small chocolate bar for £10.30!! Great value.

My kids love coming here and with the membership deal at the moment it’s even better as it works out cheaper than just going once. The kids prefer coming her rather than other similar places and I prefer it as there aren’t tons of machines for me to nagged to waste money on and I can see most of the place from the seating area, the coffee isn’t bad either, although the kids always want a slush.

Fun place for the family. Most adults sit down and have a coffee for an hour, but I get involved and bounce. It has to be done. Prices are reasonable, plenty of marshalls present and I would recommend everyone have a go. It's one hell of a workout.

Lots of fun for the kids, there could be a bit more for younger 'tots' but generally ample facilities to wear your children out! Toilets need better looking after (floors nasty and wet, and all you have on are socks!)

After seeing a post about the deals they have on we thought it would be a good first visit to our local Go Air... on arrival we had our waivers signed and ready we were then told that the deals were only available during term time (note to self-read small print) we were then told there was a deal if you chose 2hr bounce we agreed and not to disappoint the children we went ahead and paid the amount.. socks & wristbands on we went up onto the trampolines. The children were loving it, I had a few bounces. We purchased a jug of squash and a coffee that nearly bankrupt us. After 50minutes a member of staff approached us to let us know our session had ended, I questioned this as we were informed of the 2hr deal that we were under the impression we paid for but even if not we didn’t at that point have 1hr of bounce time. I asked a different member of staff how much it was for that day, we were told a different amount to what we actually paid she then got the manager and explained that there’s terms and conditions etc etc I thought I’d then advise the manager to make sure all the staff are aware of pricing and deals so that there is no confusion.

Took my granddaughter this evening , she loved the trampolines. The cafe staff were so disorganized, youngster's with no people skills . No experience at all , need a support manager with experience , to pull them together , too work as a team . People spend good money there , so, a good service is not much to expect. My children love the place but me on the other hand was not happy. It cost me £22 for 3 cups of coffee and 2 slushys I payed by card and then I had to pay cash because my card got declined but still took money from my account. We sat for 30 minutes waiting for our turn and then when it became our time we had to watch a safety video, ok fair enough but they could of told me in the 30 minutes we were sat waiting so my children lost 10 minutes of their time on the trampolines.

I like it a part from if you get hot don't get a cold drink because it will make you really really ill and they had cool trampolines and a walk the wall don't get up there if you don't like jumping on your back onto athletic trampolines but it is really really good and I will be going there soon again

Kids enjoyed, bit of a ordeal getting on the trampolines. After paying, which can include the special socks @ £2 a pair if you haven't got any already, you have to complete a disclaimer for each person. This is done on a computer next to the tills, then each person must then sit through an instructional video. While the kids were enjoying we sat down in the cafe to have a cake n coffee, it was ok, noisey obviously but you expect that. They must have several freezers full of ice packs from what we saw. Still a good time was had by all.

Superb quality trampoline "park" with new facilities and superb trampolines and trampoline games. Nice friendly staff. Café right next to the park bit of the building, so can watch whilst the youngsters "jump" (one hour standard booking for £9 without Sox, less once you've purchased some). All round great fun and perfect for kids parties and just keeping fit in general - it certainly tired me out!!!
