Reviews of Woking Football Club
J. E.
A nice ground to visit as an away supporter BUT the car park is a 15 minute walk away. The food and coffee were good and not overpriced and the home support was loud! Before the game we went to a beautiful country park in the Surrey Hills with lovely views - well worth stopping there and its about 20 minutes away from the ground.
R. M.
£6 + for a burger was a bit steep
£3 for match programme and it was 70 pages slots of content , well done on that .
Pitch look good fair play bits of ground looked run down however .
Stewards was friendly and helpful
Good experience bar for my team wrexham losing lol
D. F.
Such a great place to take the kids. They absolutely loved it. Thanks Woking Football Club. Good win today ⚽️👍🏽👊🏽
M. C.
I enjoy coming here as a torquay fan as we don't lose there, facilities are okay as an away fan but the stands on the side of the pitch do need renovating
M. N.
I absolutely love this ground . The atmosphere is brilliant and the stewards are very friendly and helpful. The football team is also one of the best ive seen in non- league. I would highly recommend that everyone should visit here at least once in your lifetime. I would say this thou as im a Woking fc fan. COYC
D. P.
Bit basic for the away fans with no cover but nice atmosphere and a nice stand for the home fans. Plenty of parking within walking distance.
D. W.
First visit for many years enjoyed the game but not the results looking forward to next season hopefully all being well
D. S.
Impressive ground, especially the large seated stand. Good amounts of terracing giving great views all around the ground. £15 is a bit steep at this level, but the result made up for it.
A. B.
Ground good but facilities out of date. Better catering at nonleague grounds and toilets are dreadful.
D. S.
Reasonable. No bar for away fans which isn't great.
T. P.
Was a bit rammed especially in Kingfield Rd end - not enamoured of catering either especially now out of view of pitch ... recommend go for right hand van as other one is a franchised Rollover Burger outlet- overpriced tasteless & no Onions - had to wait as I wanted no cheese- but meant it was cooked 'fresh' ... game was dull too - know why I try and avoid !
D. W.
A nice little club except that away fans had to queue for about 20min for a burger and couldn't get a pint. Both things mean Woking FC are missing out on a ton of cash when Southend United rolls into town.
J. F.
Brilliant charity game for great causes, bit unorganised and had music very loud playing most of the game
J. G.
Enjoyed our visit to Woking fc today. Staff very welcoming. Security staff straight onto any bad behaviour. Some money needed to upgrade stadium
A. T.
Took my grandson to his first football match . Very child friendly he really enjoyed it . Good food , clean facilities , polite staff . Highly recommended
j. n.
Great local club, I go here to donate blood too.
C. B.
Visited as an away supporter. Great parking close to the ground with drinks and food available, but facilities inside can't cope with more than 100!
D. C.
Fab place to give blood - not on the pitch of course !! The bar at the back of the club is set out really well for blood doners! Anyone out there who wants to save lives, please call the blood service and volunteer to donate. It is so rewarding and it's good to know that you are doing your bit in this world.
V. K.
Friendly club with a great set up well worth a visit
G. H.
Good place to watch a football game and catch up with friends and family. Some good views.
Well worth a visit if you have not been there before.
D. C.
Great atmosphere, as you expect at lower-league clubs. Staff were very friendly and welcoming of us non-regulars. The stadium is very tired and I fully support the action being taken currently to rebuild as the maintenance is clearly falling behind at the current ground.
D. D.
Great atmosphere from our fans, bar staff always give superb service, just need the team to do the same 😉😉
T. H.
I take midland football fans all over the country to games. The Stewarts, police and security all good and helpful. Blimey even the fans are nice, this might be the poshest club in England
M. R.
Good football atmosphere.Good food.awful toilettes.
M. M.
Fine food outlet under big stand. Good toilets in that stand too including disabled ones. Main club bar has a range of beers and wines. Friendly helpful staff.
When ground requires segregation there is a section in the large stand for away support if they wish to sit there at no extra cost. As with most grounds the away supporters have to put up with less than ideal conditions when standing on the terrace designated for them.
Y. R.
On a match day, you can park in the leisure centre car park across the road. The atmosphere is great and there are multiple places to go for food. It is a great way to spend time with the family.
a. c.
Really nice little club, easy parking across the road, at leisure centre. Nice club house, nice amenities. Pitch freshly laid the Woking v Ebbs Fleet game, 21.11.17 of which Woking won, 1-0. Sound bious, because my nephew plays for Woking, all the same, still a nice little club.
R. M.
Not bad, but overpriced tickets for adults. Just £12 more could get you into a Premier League game which is evidently much more exciting to watch! Nevertheless, still makes a great afternoon out.
M. N. B.
The staff at the grounds and the inhabitants of Woking were friendly and helpful. Great time at Woking football ground.
D. P.
Woking is my local football club and ive been there on many occasions. The ground is a mix of old and new, with three sides very old school... old standing terrace with some cover. At one end is a massive all seater modern stand. Lovely ground.. nice club house with a bar, which od reasonably priced. There is parking on thr streets, and there's a massive car park at the leisure centre opposite. Nice place.
C. N.
Supported for many years, but now only get back every few years. Disabled seating at KRE is very good (provided the rain is not coming across the pitch but that’s the same for all supporters on either side of the ground) with good view of the majority of the pitch. If you are a wheelchair user, it can be hard to see any goalmouth action at the Gosden stand end. Hopefully, the disabled toilets have improved since we last visited in 2015. Delighted we are back in the National League. COYC!
A. d. s.
All round decent footie and good atmosphere!
J. H.
Luckily we visited on a dry day. Not much cover
For visiting supporters None if you prefer standing.
D. H.
Nice stand behind the goal.
No refreshments available ,not sure if that was due to Covid or the game being low key.
L. G.
Good ground, didn't let the away fans in the bar throughout the match though and got searched like it was a nightclub on entry. Security had really bad attitudes !
M. R.
A huge 'Thank you' to Woking Football Club for this evening from 'Street Vibes Dance School, Woking' We had a fantastic Christmas Party. The guys behind the bar were fantastic!!!!! The party and raffle prizes largely donated by Woking FC, helped us raise in excess of £1000 to help send our kids to the 'Dance World Cup' in Portugal 2019!! Thank you Alan and Woking FC xx
C. W.
Great club with a brilliant pitch at National League level. Play some really good football also. Good atmosphere and a great family club too.
J. D.
Top quality entertainment at an affordable price!
M. B.
Love Woking FC. Boing Boing till I die.
F. C.
One main stand behind goal open to the elements. Poor facilities for away fans
L. S.
Decent little ground
S. A.
Fantastic family oriented football club , which serves up the best food , beer and football you'll ever experience. Playoff champions. COYC
R. E.
Always a good experience visiting the club. Good changing facilities, and a great playing surface.
R. S.
Good view from lesley gosden stand behind the goal. Proper fish and chip shop inside ground at this end. Decent grub.
C. D.
Attended a private function here. Great staff, reasonable bar prices.
N. A. S.
First time at a stadium was amazing
S. R.
Strange ground but still a good day out, matchday food is often cold/pre cooked well in advanced
M. B.
Great family football club with good facilities and a good standard of football. The £99 season tickets help!
M. L.
Nice ground. Decent parking opposite near the Leisure Centre. Short walk (15mins) from train station
D. A.
Lovely atmosphere, great crowd and venue to come to and also for kids too
S. T.
Went there for a league meeting, nice clubhouse, lovely ground with friendly staff behind the bar.
M. A.
Best club on non-league. Bar needs fixing, but no place I'd rather be at 3PM on a Saturday.
D. H.
Nice ground. Good grub.
