Not been for some time due to covid. Great to be able to go to watch some live cricket again. The stewards were very helpful, curtious and helpful. Ground was very clean. Bar staff were good.

I've been a WCCC fan for many years since the early sixties. I hadn't been to the ground for a good few years. The backdrop to the ground with the wonderful vista of the Cathedral is magnificent. However, the general facilities for the public are dreadful. The toilets underneath the New Road stand are dreadful. Only two cubicles - totally inadequate. The catering is pretty awful too - a poor choice of soft drinks and no decent choice of coffee either. To add insult to injury - porta loos on the one side of the ground. This is a sports stadium not Glastonbury.

Great match. Tidy and clean seating area. Parking onsite £10 and we was only there 2hrs. So we parked cripple gate.

One of the best county grounds in the country. Picturesque and intermate with a family atmosphere and good facilities. Standard choice of beers on the expensive side but drinkable. Great day out. Chance to tell stories of club cricket matches and how the current county team wouldn't even get in the village side of our youth!

If you want to watch county cricket you will do well to find a more pleasant ground to do it in (apart from Taunton obviously!). The ground is a mix of old and new buildings, it is a bit scuffy in parts but has a charm that newer grounds just do not have. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, there is lots of parking in the area. Would be very happy to come back here again.

Visited for the T20 Blast Quarter Final. Decent facilities all round. Bar and food concession prices are robbery but show me a sports stadium where that isn't the case. Main gripe for me is always the bar queue. Fast pour should be in place at least for big games, you can lose 4 or 5 overs standing in a line to get a beer!

Had my wedding reception at the greame hick pavilion, the staff were brilliant and the food was excellent. Very child friendly as fruit shoots are free.
