Reviews of Creightons of Blacks Road
S.Tried to deposit money via Paypoint into my Monzo bank account, however, they said they no longer allow it - because of an issue a customer had before in which they had to refund the money deposited. Absolutely clueless - given there is a receipt provided when the money has been deposited.
One bad customer experience has led to a complete withdrawal from their Paypoint service. Really disappointed as it is my local garage.
Other services are good and what you would expect from a service garage.
R. S.Ice cream was delicious,bars of chocolate self indulgent but tasty tasty.
M. M.Generally great though some staff REALLY need to learn the importance of acknowledging customers instead of stating at them like a cow staring at a gate. Yes, I may have broke up your little social gathering but if you take 30 seconds out of your day to help me I'll be on my way again. And there are a tiny percentage of staff working on tills who can complete an entire transaction without even saying a word. No greeting, thank you or goodbye. I'd be more annoyed if it wasn't so impressive.
C. C.Very nice store - plenty of stock, plenty of parking...toilet, free cash machine, served food counter - young helpful staff. Very clean - new design. All good - free air & water as well - which is unusual these days and nice to see!

S. M.Hot food counter has gone seriously down hill. Poor selection of hot food. Always have to travel to middle or King's Hall.
