S.After first trying this hot sauce I admittedly can say that I'm hooked. The difference in flavor truly surpassed my expectations which were originally skeptical at best. The smokey flavor is indeed one of the most uniquely delicious aspects of this hot sauce. Which has inspired me to want to make it a main flavor in quite a few of my dishes. I give it a 10/10. Superbly a stand alone sauce that I can't get enough of.
