mixed experience really in this M&S. Some staff helpful. Some indifferent. It's a small store not suitable for trolleys but there are trolleys. Good fresh bread. Small wine section. Means your "free" Dine In bottle wine choice can be very limited especially if you shop at popular times. It's OK over all. Very limited car parking and off a clearway with 12 hour bus lane.

I am a wheelchair User... l took a bus up... Most of bus drivers is true gentleman... And The staff and the customers were so polite, kind ( in the M&S)... l was feeling suciadal depressed and l said there still a lot of good people in the world...

The BEST m&s in northern ireland. This is my local store. Not the biggest but definitely the best. The staff are brilliant and in these difficult times are serving their customers with smiles and a good word. Should be commended for their service to our community. Make a visit most week days. Highly impressed with the attentive and friendly staff. Very professional senior members and well managed store. Even got the parking issues sorted although you still get those people who wrongly park in the disabled and parents spaces “cos they are more important”. 😂😂 You know who you are!!!!!!!!!!!

Range of products are good but the parking is a nightmare. If you can, visit by foot, getting in and out of the place is disastrous. I would imagine that only a gynaecologist deals with smaller spaces. The bus lanes have made entry and exit even more of an ordeal.
