Chose this store for click and collect as states online there are designated parking bays for click and collect orders: big sign which has phone number to call member of staff who can come and deliver orders. I drove around full car park and could not find this. Will not be using this store for click and collect in future. If I am wrong can someone please highlight this to me and send a photo also for future reference. Thank you An update** There is one bay for click and collect, the wind blew the sign on the floor. It is at the very entrance of the car park. Take an immediate left on entry . It is impossible to notice when the sign is not there. Also bring ID WHEN collecting items **

The store is reasonably spacious and generally well-stocked - especially for your luxury ingredients (I found fresh horseradish, dill and oregano - quite a treat!) and high-end chilled foods (aka ready meals!). With specific reference to Christmas collections it was slightly unclear where to go. Also the queuing system is very unclear (there is only one queue for all tills) and not adequately sign-posted but staff were helpful and very tolerant of and polite to one or two stressed ChristmasEve-Eve shoppers! The car park signage is awful!

Good variety of food and drink on offer in a very convenient part of the community. The store is well laid out and well maintained. It is a little more on the expensive side compared to other chains but the staff are incredibly polite and well mannered.

Clean and quality food on display many essential foods on offer. Not a 5 star given due to snobbish staff not all are this way Karen is good. Floor Management feel they are superior nit even a smile. If the food was not good Tesco Sainsbury here I come.

I have shopped at Waitrose ever since the day that they opened all those years ago. Might not be as cheap as some other supermarkets, but the food is always top quality and the service that you receive from the staff, is always very helpful and friendly. I do 95% of my shopping at Waitrose and personally,I do not see the need to shop anywhere else, why would I?

My parents & i have shopped at this Waitrose ever since it opened in 1971! Fantastic, knowledgable staff who are always helpful. Excellent range of produce, everything from reasonably priced everyday essentials to more exclusive pricey items. Fresh fruit & veg' are high quality, nothing goes to waste. Shelves are always well stocked with only a few "temporarily unavailable" labels. The store is always very clean, bright & a pleasant place to shop. Definitely our favourite foodstore.

As a customer there is plenty of choice when come to food and drink has very good wine and ale selection high quality food n organic products but as apart of the team at that store very laid back do not have customers best interests jobs half hearted doing it but there is a few staff who do take there job and customers service very good management as cud do with being better so there is even more less waste and returns also store is trying it best to be green with alot of recycling and energy saving it if staff do it overall waitrose is a good 3/4 out of five stars down fall to good customer service means food that is frozen and fresh could be left out far to long whilest restocking the floor and makes the product bad due to defrost n then frozen again same as refrigerator products can be left of shop floor for longer then needed or ment to be out or correct temperature

Its Waitrose, but without the Glitz of newer stores. This branch had been here for years, way before the groups big expantion out of the SE about 20 years ago. But it's not changed much over time. It was good and still is good.

It always puzzles me where some waitrose stores end up but I presume they know what they are doing. This is probably from the 70s so is hampered by it's size and layout. Lines are limited so really for a more basic shop. Staff, as usual, always helpful although I can't help thinking that they aren't quite as chirpy as they used to be. I try to buy reduced short dated items when I can as it is greener but waitrose seem to have a policy of minimal reductions of only around 10-20% which makes it hard to justify even though they have bins of items they need to sell. It annoys me that all that food will end up in landfill when they should be trying to get customers to use it and I appreciate that customers don't go to waitrose for bargains but it's still not good for the environment.

There food is always fresh, the people who work their are very helpful and friendly and if you get a waitrose card you can have free coffee and tea , if you spend over £10 you get a free paper has well, do not forget to use your card.

It's ok but not a great selection for the size of the store, and there always seems to be a wait at the checkouts. Always a lottery if you can find a basket on the way in, and dodging the big issue seller as you approach the store always seems somewhat annoying
